I chose this car towing service because it was the first to pop up on my search and for good reason. I was picked up sooner than I figured I would be and the man who helped me was so professional and very kind. I ended up enjoying the ride from where my car broke down to the auto repair shop. I would 100% recommend his services to any and everybody.

Had a pretty unique situation where a motor mount busted and basically dropped my engine. Thankfully, the other side held on and kept it from hitting the asphalt. I will be using Cool Runnings Towing for any and all of my towing needs from now on!! I had heard good things of them through word of mouth so they were my first call! Mark was, not only, extremely professional and quick but he is an extremely good person. My call was answered within the second ring (which to me is unheard of) and I was waited less time tban I was quoted (AGAIN unheard of!!). Not only was he quick getting to me but quick to drop off my car too! He took the most direct route and charged me a super fair price. And was even joking with my father when he dropped off the car!! My cars starter pooped out on me but luckily I was already parked in a convenience store. I quickly checked Google for towing services and Coolrunnings was the closest to me as well as the most highly rated.I called and spoke with Mark. I honestly thought all those 5 star reviews were just over exaggerated and desperate compliments of stranded drivers. I was wrong. He has earned all those positive reviews because hes a very friendly and professional guy.I told him my car was 4WD and if thatd be an issue; he said his truck was a flatbed and itd be no problem. I live right around the corner and just needed my car dropped off on my driveway to work on later.He was about to head out to help another customer but since I was so close he said hed be able to fit me into his schedule. Less than 5 minutes later he was there at the convenience store hauling my car onto his truck. Obviously wait times are going to vary based on traffic and his schedule but Im very appreciative that he was able to help so quickly.He was very careful when he pulled my car up and made sure to use the ebrake once it was loaded on.Im very grateful for his prompt and professional help and I would strongly strongly recommend him to anyone that requires any towing service.Mark is an honest and kind person and thats hard to find in the automotive repair business as a lot of those people take advantage of those who know little about cars.Just in case anyone was wondering, the total came to $65. He takes cash or credit but charges a $3 fee for credit.Thanks again Mark for helping so quickly!

So my huge 61 caddy transmission went belly up and at midnight i need a tow. after calling several tow companies closer that were 24 hours i finally called coolrunnings. he answered told me itll be an hour before the night tow guy could get to me. i explained i had no shoulder to pull off on. he literally said dont worry ill go get my other truck and come get you. 15 min later there he was hooking my huge car up, joking and generally making a crappy situation a little less crappy. the price was more than fare for a late night tow, trust me i own a lot of old rides. anyways 5 stars service.
