The company is great. I called within high traffic times and was able to get picked up within 30-40 minutes when all other companies told me 1-2 hours. Bryan had great conversation and was very considerate of my stressful situation. The pricing was also affordable seeing that it was an emergency situation. I was 2 miles from the airport trying to make a flight when my tire blew out. I heard it pop and then felt it. Thought I could at least make it to the parking lot but had to pull over. I called Brian and he was there in less than 10 minutes, changed my tire with cars whizzing by in about 15 minutes and I got to my gate with a half an hour to spare. Best service Ive ever had. Im so glad I got him on the phone on my second call.

Staff is incredible and offer great flat rate prices . The best part is they also have a mechanic shop and if you tow to the mechanic shop you get commerical rates. I will definitely use direct towing from here on out.

Supposedly they are 24/7 services and the only phone they have is not answered. You go to the office and its closed. In short, a lousy service.
