The people that works there are very rude to people the deduct money from you for nothing I wouldnt recommend this place at all unless they change the constantly speak other language to you even though you dont understand them

Granted I went in at the end of the day, but these crooks shafted me.i worked my but off to get the little bit I took and they took me !!rushed me in and out i cant believe there was time for the screwing i got!!!!!prices as follows:clean alum. 0.25 lb (#2 copper 1.50 lb)( lead battery 0.13 lb )(#2 insulated 0.35 lb )(brass irony 0.25 lb)shreddable 0.03 lb )(mother board 0.50 lb.) You can be assured I will not bring so much as a pop top to this alleged recycling center, the place needs to be scrapped

Wow almost every review is BAD! How is this place still in business? They will rip you off big time!!! A few years ago they got me and still they r at it...what a shame. Go back to your own countries and rip your people off!!

Come here if you like being ripped off! The little foreign guy running the scales is a scam artist. Go to Trademark Metal Recycling. I wish I could have put negative stars but I had to give one star to leave a comment.

Prompt easy service. I can usually get in and out in 10 to 15 minutes. Plus they are open every day until 6.

This company needs to lose their license if they even have one, owner is rude and have no clue of customer service. Surprise Florida hasnt shut them down already they seem very shady. Shame I couldnt give them zero stars. Stay away from these losers. Any good review they might receive is probably fake. Just call and talk to the owner dead giveaway.

Place is a freaking joke. Straight theives. Worst scrape yard ever. Manually deducted $17.50 for straight clean steel and also gave us shreddable prices. Should be investigated for tax fraud and stealing. Very disrespectful.,rude and also treating and yelling at my mom in front my her 8 year old grandson Should be shut down and arested. Trust me go anywhere else. Waste of time.

Get there and ask the guy behind the counter how much for steel. He tells me $4.50 a pound.I said okay where do I go. He tells me I unload over 800lbs of steel, go back up and he gives me $34.00. I said hold on youre missing alot of money here. Then he tells me no no no $4.50 per 100lbs. Hold up when I drove up and asked you said nothing about per 100lbs you,told me 4.50 per pound. I will be contacting my lawyer and they will be in contact with you as I recorded our entire conversation with my Dash Cam.

Are they open on Sundays?

If you have no other option I would wait till another day or drivr further.... they will under pay you and give no proof or reciept to compare weights....also very unorganized and messy scrapyard.... chances of blowing a tire very high.

This place aint honest i dropped off over 200 lbs of sxhredded and got $10.. Osceola pays me that for like 1/20th of what I gave them . There scale doesnt show you your weight.

Went their I had 15 minutes before they closed and the guy already had the gate closed lock on and he was sitting in his vehicle saying that their closed. I had copper piping and the dude just sent me away. NEVER GO THEIR!!!! PLUS THE SCALE IS OFF ACCORDING TO THE OTHER 200 REVIEWS.

This recycler paid $20 less for scrap than I got earlier in the day by going to another place with the exact same load and weight

Took 800lbs of #1 steel, got 5.50$ per, only $44 payout.

I had to call them 10 times for someone to answer the phone then wanted to know the price and they just hung up on me so rude

Called the company to get a price quote. I was then transferred 4 times. They took my information Every time I was transfered, then at the last transfer was told they were not buying scrap metal!!!!!! I wish I knew that 3 transfers ago. Waste of time!!!

Very bad, the boss or manager of the worst, we lowered the material and as we did not like the price after they did not want to put it back in the truck and did not let the workers help us, it took us about 1 hour trying to upload things

Their website says they take catalytic converters but the guy that I tried talking to on site that spoke no English at all just kept saying no when I showed him the two I was trying to recycle.

They dont answer phones when your trying to get information

Well, I did not like the truth, it is very complicated because where one enters we had to leave again to park and then one has to lower the copper and take it to the city and well, I dont really like it.
