It can be hard to find real craftsmen these days where so many products are cheaper to replace than repair. Not so at Pendulum Faire. The owner takes pride in his expertise and skill, and he really knows his business.Ive been a regular customer for years and will continue to be for a long time to come.

I brought my Bulova watch in to Pendulum Faire after the Bulova people informed that they would no longer work on my watch. They said it was too old. I had always sent my watch in to Bulova for repair. I thought I had too. They did a good job, but it always took them a couple of months and cost me about $30 in postage.I was absolutely thrilled when I learned that Pendulum Fair would be able to fix it. Now, my watch is fixed, working perfectly, and it only took a week.I wish I had known about Pendulum Faire years ago. I will always go there from now on. I recommend them highly!!!

I’ve taken in a number of different watches of varying value with different needs - battery replacements, new bands, cleaning and waterproof sealing - excellent service each time. I know that some high end jewelry stores have used Pendulum Faire for high end watch cleaning and service. I highly recommend the shop and the work they do.

This is not a real watchmaker( Horalogist ) took him four nice pocket watches at the suggestion of Bryant and Son. None working correctly.Beware.

Old world craftsmanship seems to be a lost art except Roman is is truly a craftsman with no equal. He took car of my watch and charged me a more than fair price.

I am an international student and the guy who was fixing my watch acted racist. His demeanor was supercilious and rude towards me whereas he was so sweet to the American guy whom he was servicing before me. I would have walked out. But I drove all the way and didnt want it to be a wasted travel.

Said he fixed watch and charged me $20.00. He actually ruined my watch and attempted to cover up the damage. Not to be trusted....And he is rude!!! Do yourself a favor: Take your watch elsewhere. This is not a place to have your watch repaired as he knowns nothing about watches. Changing batteries is a challenge for this arrogant know-nothing!!! Rude and condescending, its a miracle he is still in business.

I find Mr. Roman (first name) knowledgeable, resonable, and friendly. I wouldnt take my watches anywhere else for repair or battery replacement. He also comes to my home - about 20 miles away - to service my grandfather clock.

He is a true expert and very helpful. Prices are reasonable.
