While apartment hunting Axis west was is one of the communities l took a look at recently. From the moment l walked into the leasing office the energy felt amazing. I loved to see that the staff were not only readily available to help but they we also in eyes view. Being acknowledged by leasing staff is always a great first impression, for me personally. I gravitated towards Joshua for further assistance and l must say he is one of the most personable leasing consultants l have come across. Not only did he answer all my questions with great knowledge about the community he was also genuinely nice and that made everything so much better. The community is absolutely stunning and the units are as well. Although l have not chosen where l will end up residing yet, l will say that Joshua alone has helped me place Axis West in my top 3 options.

Promises, that where never fulfilled and Overpriced. The place isnt worth the price believe me. I didnt even move there and I was asked to fill a vacate form in order to get back a months rent payment I had given them in advanced. After having paid for numerous things: Apart from a no refundable application fee, Administration fee, Security Deposit, Garbage disposal fee, Pest Control, Monthly Rent and Amenities fee I also had to open an account with the energy company and pay to get the service before I moved into the apartment as well as register to a website to receive packages in order to get the keys in the first place. Well then, I did my part and when it was time to see the apartment I wasnt impressed. Covid19 Pandemic times dictate an obligation to make sure the place should be sanitized but it looked more like a once over rag clean. The fellow that had help me from the start of it all Josh even agreed he had failed me and told me his boss Leonardo would hook me up with a better or cleaner Pet free apartment but I was already disappointed and wanted out. I was promised a refund of the money order in the amount of $1,851.00 that I had given them at the time I went to their office to pick up the keys. After having requested a refund several times l was later asked to fill a vacate form from a Sandra C. even though I never had physically moved into the apartment. This was back in September of 2020 and since then not even a call, email and or apology of any kind. Shame on you Axis West and Bell Partners, you thought you made this go away but here it is: My final review!

No parking anywhere, will not work with you at all.. lies from the beginning changing the lease on you, dirty inside gate works 25% of the time there’s weekend managers and weekday managers neither answer the phone and by don’t communicate together

I love living in this place! You cant beat the area. Its quiet and safe. I moved here about three months ago. Jonathan in the leasing office was who helped me during the leasing process and he is great. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been at this complex for 3 years and I absolutely love it here. Leo and the staff have been nothing shy of amazing. Sandra at the front has been so kind and very quick to respond to any need I have. The maintenance staff is so friendly and reliable also quick to respond. The grounds are kept very clean. I have jumped around to different units here and they have all been kept in great shape and very consistent. But to be honest the main reason I stay here is the staff. They make living here easy and convenient for a busy schedule! Thank you guys for all the hard work we really appreciate you!

From the variety of high quality amenities to the unbeatable location, Axis West is the optimal place to live in the Orlando area.The friendly and communicative staff at Axis West is what makes this community stand out above the rest! For example, Rene is consistently attentive to residents needs and is so personable and kind, it makes my day to see him at Axis West! Back in March, I was looking for a new place close to work, and while this one was WAY above my budget, the staff and customer service was PHENOMENAL. Mallory and Orlando specifically. That alone, made me consider the apartments. Then the tour... omg this place is beautiful! So I signed a lease.But once summer hit, all at once, a new management team came in (Mallory & Orlando-gone), as well as a TON OF TOURISTS. In the lease, it basically says that your apartment is not allowed to be rented out, but as you walk around the buildings, you can find about 21 doors with lockboxes for Air BnB renters to access keys for the units.Having tourists around might not seem like a big deal but what does it mean for the actual residents? Let me tell you:1. Your neighbors will be up until 2am enjoying their vacation... you can hear every word.2. You wont be able to get into the complex because the vacationers park in front of the gate and dont have a clicker to get inside (youll have to click them in with yours)3. The doors to your building will likely not be locked as they are supposed to be, because the vacationers dont have the clicker to get into that either, so they pull the door until it breaks... Right now ALL our doors are set to unlocked because of this problem. And our main door has been unlocked for 2 MONTHS straight.4. The hallways are going to remind you of living in a college dorm, smells and all, because the vacationers dont understand how the valet trash works and just leave it in front of their door, FOR DAYS. (see attached pics. These are all from the same day.)I wish I was exaggerating, but what could have been a quality luxury apartment, has been quite literally ruined. This is the first review Ive ever written for anything EVER. I just want you to consider your options as Ive personally lived in a lot better places for a lot less. 😔Maybe if you want to move in, take a tour and if you still see all the lockboxes on the doors, find a different place. Its really only the vacationers that are the problem here...

Beautiful place to live and call home! Every interaction I have had with the front office and their techs has been pleasant and very friendly! I love the pool and that it is such a new property, and I cant forget to add that this is so perfectly located in Orlando. Easy access to highways and right in middle of all theme parks. I plan to live here as long as I can!

I’ve lived here for about a month and have loved it so far. Had an issue with my garbage disposal and maintenance took care of it immediately! Carlos/Rene were awesome and took care of it immediately. Thank you!

This community is absolutely amazing!! Josh Is the best and has always helped so willingly and always is super positive and provides excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable and is a great listener! He’s highly recommended to speak to if you are looking for the perfect place to call home!

The leasing office staff + the maintenance staff are very friendly and the property is gorgeous however, that is not enough for my roommates and I to renew our lease. When we moved in we noticed an abundance of apartments being rented out as airbnb’s, per the contracts, residents are not allowed to do that.. For a few months that calmed down obviously because of covid, however we began to notice that once again recently. There is ZERO parking at night because of this, people are having to park behind other cars which in my opinion is a safety issue.The doors to the buildings are supposed to be locked, however they are all broken because these airbnb guests yank the doors open because they do not have the keypad thing to get into the building... As a young female, this makes me feel unsafe when I come home at night time, or leave early in the morning... I should feel safe where I live, right?Although the leasing office is timely in responding to our complaints, they are not really taking issues seriously. There is a resident who goes to the gym multiple times a day with multiple people who do not live here (more than the 2 person limit, at one point he had 7 non residents), for his own personal business — again per the contract that is NOT allowed. I have complained about this multiple times and so have other residents — the office claims they have spoken to him but, he disappeared for two weeks and now he is back doing the same exact thing. It’s a small gym, and him doing this does not allow for social distancing rules.. Him and his clients do not wipe down ANY equipment that they use. Even if covid was not a thing, that’s SUPER unsanitary for the gym. The only reason I know none of these women are residents is because they are locked out of the gym and he has to physically let them in (prior to a month ago the gym doors were always unlocked because it was broken i guess).Lastly, the cost to renew our apartment went up by $100 a month and Axis West is only offering a $100 credit to renew our lease.... what.. As much of a pain moving is, we can not justify an extra $100 a month for an overpriced apartment (with all of these issues I stated above). Now, if they kept out apartment at the current price AND offered $150 credit for every month we renew, we would 100% stay here. However, we found other beautiful complexes with more affordable 2/2’s that are just as nice, if not, nicer than Axis West in the same area.Axis, if you care to respond, feel free to reach out to my roommates and I via email — as we work and can not call or visit the office to discuss these problems like your general response says.In conclusion, if you don’t mind residents who break contracts, totally rent here.

Axis west is an amazing property, the pool and gym are top of the line, The leasing and move in process was so easy and smooth Joshua really made things easy was very thorough and helped us find our dream apartment . I would highly recommend anyone looking for an amazing apartment and amazing amenitys to check out axis west

I have been living at Axis West a little over a year now and have had a positive experience so far. The office staff are great and make you feel at home, specially Johnathan. Rene the maintenance guy is absolutely amazing as well, I see him everywhere always fixing and making sure the amenities are stocked and cleaned. He has also fixed my fridge both times the very next day I put in a request for it. :)

Rene the maintenance guy is the heart of this community. He’s super professional and offer great customer service. Whenever we need something replaced or repaired, he’s always there for us. He’s kind and very friendly. He always finds the best solution for problems as friendly tips to maintain our apartment. He even take the extra step of waking to us when he sees us around the community.

Rene, the maintenance person, is a great and very hardworking person. He is treating every resident as his best friend and always willing to assist. Best wishes to Rene!! He is doing wonderful job!

I’ve been living here for a while and one thing i have to commend them on is how well they keep up with this property. Ive never had to feel embarrassed about bringing over company and worrying if they thought the neighborhood looked up to par. The grass is always cut and the buildings always maintained. Ive had a chance to run into the grounds woman Jeanette and she is just a treat! Always has a smile on and always busy making sure our neighborhood is tidy and welcoming. Thank you Jeanette for all you do!

Please read this review before signing your lease!I am posting this review, as they have recently removed the reviews from their FB page.Pros: New units, great location, and an efficient maintenance team.Cons: 1) The complex rents units for short term, like a hotel. You can find the hotel on various websites posted by a third party. These short term renters do not take care of the complex. There is trash everywhere, its incredibly noisy, and they host pool parties for 20+ people. Management claims these renters are background checked, but they are not. Anyone who has used these sites know that a background check is not required. Ironic, since lease holders go through background checks and are required to sign that they will not rent their units/rooms on the same sites. 2) Parking is a nightmare. During the day, charter busses park in empty space. In the evenings, there is no available parking after 10 pm. Residents have to park at local hotels or businesses and walk back to the apartment. There are no parking passes or reserved spaces. 3) The gates are opened during the day. Why pay for a gated community when we are only secure after 5 pm? 4) Communication is lacking from the community manager. My husband and I have numerous emails that have been unreturned. If you post on social media, you will receive a generic reply, so they can save face. They disabled the ability to leave comments on the residents website, so no complaints can be seen by other residents.The community is switching management companies, so who knows if any of these problems will be addressed. If so, I will update my review accordingly.No need to post your generic reply to this review, just fix the problems.

Rene from Maintenance was very attentive on the issues reported. He fixed the faucet from the bathtub pretty fast and put a new switch for the disposal. Thanks for the prompt and quick service 👍

Employees were very responsive with me and answered any questions I had about the property. Sandra showed me some of the apartments available. She was helpful with my self-guided tour. The complex looks clean and relaxing.

Ive been living here for 2 years. The apartment complex is clean, quiet and well kept, the staff is amazing, specially Jeanette, she is so sweet, courteous and helpful. I really appreciate all her hard work.

We had an an emergency call for our AC, from every other company we have rented from its only resolved the following day if not later, Tonight René came to the rescue and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes, he also showed me a way to provide a temporary fix if they are unable to get through immediately. Its a great help as sometimes things dont always go to plan and delays happen.

Best place to live in!!! Not only gorgeous and modern appliances and great amenities. This place is the best for its friendly, efficient and helpful staff.

The staff is wonderful! Going to the office is always a positive experience. They are friendly,hospitable, and always eager to help by doing everything they can to make living here great. The maintenance team is also excellent as they have fixed any problems I had faster than I anticipated.

So I live here and these people that are on vacation and just renting for a few nights have have taking all the pleasure of living here. They make noise till all hours of the night leave trash in the hallways. They take all the parking up and force residents to park as far from there building as possible. Yeah sure the place is new and looks nice. But you cant enjoy any of it with out of towners running around 24/7. Oh and this morning I walked out to see a bag full of dirty diapers out side one of the vacation doors right across from mine. The smell was disgusting. Ill leave a picture so you can see.

I have been here about 3 years and have had my share of dislikes but one thing I can say is the maintenance team has always been great and extremely friendly Rene has always helped me when I needed anything even as simple as a filter. he really came through and made sure my AC was fixed after I went all night with my temperature at 86 degrees

I was a member of this apartment complex from the year it opened up until July 2020. I have seen 4 different management teams come in and try to handle this apartment complex. CONS: the management was never wonderful, but the management that moved in this past year was exceptionally awful. THEY lost our rent one month and then tried to file an eviction notice on us. Sandra is the only person in that office that we preferred to work with because she was helpful, but the communication in that office was terrible. Sandra would say one thing, and then the property manager or the rest of the team in the office would have no idea what we were even talking about (or vice versa). Also, the apartments were built really quickly, and if you live here, youll notice some sketchy craftmanship. There is a high population of Air BnB apartments that the front office team just cannot get a grasp on, so be prepared for loud neighbors and people who could care less if they trash the place. PROS: The location of this property is really wonderful - youre 15 min from Disney and 15 min from Universal (and like 2 minutes from Sea World)...you cant beat that. This is the reason we stayed in this apartment complex so long. AND depending on which apartment youre in, you can even see fireworks nightly, as well. The amenities were good when they were open too and my friends always loved how aesthetically pleasing the pool and apartments were.Overall, if management and office staff were better, this would be at least a 4 star apartment community. But they cant seem to keep one set of staff in the office for more than a year, and with each changing staff comes new policies and new rules, which is really frustrating.

As a vendor for this property, its always a pleasure serving the staff and the residents. Everyone is polite, cheerful, and helpful, which makes working on this property a delight.

Josh has helped us and exceeded our expectations. We were between renting here and Solstice. Both had exactly what we wanted but what made up our minds is the way we were treated from the beginning. Josh has been so helpful in answering all of our questions and even allowed us to go into the apartment to get measurements for our new furniture! He’s always willing to help and always makes time for our questions no matter how big or small! I hope someone sees this and gives him the recognition he deserves! Thanks Josh!!!! Can’t wait to move on on the 30th!

These luxury apartments definitely have their lavish benifits. The apartment I live in is comfortably small and it helps to have stores and locations conveniently closeby. Whenever I have a problem, the service desk takes care of it, and I cant thank Sandra enough for helping me with all my questions and problems.

I just moved in but its already the best apartment Ive ever been in. Its super updated and reasonable rent too. The only few flaws are parking but its not as bad as other complexes, you do get a key fan but its not really needed, but all in all well worth it

From the moment we walked into the lobby area we felt welcome. Josh helped us with all of our questions and provided us with a tour of the amenities and model apartment. When we left to continue our apartment search it only took about an hour of looking at other complexes to realize that Axis West was our home. We went right back and Josh helped us with every step of the application process. We moved in Jan 10th and could not be happier with our decision . Thank you Josh for all your help.

It disappoints me to give this place a two star rating because for the most part i enjoyed my experience living in this complex. I lived there for two years but my last month in this place left a very bad taste in my mouth. I moved out at May and I had a security deposit towards my new place. I called to see the status of the deposit and they were charging me like 76 dollars because of a wall that was damaged. I reported the wall to one of the leasing consultants before i moved out and they did nothing regarding that.It was unfair that i was being charged for something that i did not damage. The condition of the wall is the consequence of the humidity caused by the dryer machine inside the laundry closet. This was not under my control. I reached out to one of the supervisors through email and never did respond back.

I want to share my experience living in axis west. I have 3 months living here and I do not regret it at all. It is a beautiful complex, clean, very well maintained and with excellent areas of fun. the pool is amazing and the staff that works is very friendly and they are always available to help me with my doubts. I love live here.

This is a great community to live in. Not only are the grounds and amenities amazing, but the staff and the events are great. Sandra, Leo, Jonathan, and Joshua are all courteous and willing to make living here more comfortable. The maintenance team is on top of and requests submitted. Housekeeping is also on point keeping the hallways smelling fresh.

There are plenty of great apartments in Orlando, and this property is truly gorgeous, however you will not find a better STAFF than the staff at Axis West Apartments! You are not treated as an apartment number but as a part of the Axis West community! Leo and Sandra, along with the rest of the team go above and beyond in their duties to make sure Axis West remains a great community!

Very nice complex. Havent lived here, but toured today with someone looking for a place. Tee and the property director were so great to meet and work with. Id definitely recommend people to check them out. The energy was infectious and I wanted to move myself.

New management is HORRIBLE at communicating. It took me 3 weeks to get a reply to an email or phone message regarding a simple question. Bell has placed new management at this location and they have really dropped the ball on communicating with residents. For example: today I attempted to check my mail and everything was locked at 6pm. Are amenities closing at 6pm now? We have no idea because nothing is communicated! Why would a club house close at 6pm? If I cannot enjoy amenities past 6pm what am I paying for?!Update 12/10/19: Community continues to close basic amenities at 6pm. However, they now send emails stating that package pickup lockers are full and items will be shipped back to sender if not picked up within a couple days. Sent feedback to community manager that it is difficult to access package locker room after the clubhouse closes at 6pm since parking is limited by the mail room and residents have to walk out of their way to access packages. My email was ignored with no resolution. It’s sad that I pay for these amenities that I can’t enjoy after work. Bell promises hassle free living and this is definitely a hassle. Stay tuned folks!

The property manager and office staff are very nice.

I had a few light bulbs out and a problem with my dish washer and sink. I put in a maitnance request and it was resolved really fast. Rene came out and fixed everything and even gave us a few tips and tricks to make sure we dont have issues with our dish washer again. While he was here he went above and beyond and checked our AC filter. I wasnt even aware this needed to be changed. So he took care of that aswell. The office staff and Maitnance crew always do an amazing Job at making sure things are convinent for you and it really makes a diffrence. Thank you Rene!!!

Worst Property Manager EVER! We have been forced to live in a unit where our neighbor contently smokes weed on his porch, so bad that we have actually been able to smell it in our unit with all the windows and doors closed. The office staff has done NOTHING to help us. My roommate spoke to Karla the property manager, who was too busy worried about repaving of the parking lot to pay attention to his concerns. He expressed our frustration of paying for an outdoor space we cant use and she replied with Paying less wont solve your problems. I just want to be able to sit on my patio without being forced out by my inconsiderate neighbor. I pay to live in the main building with a view of the pool. Karla is so impersonal and unprofessional. Other concerns are noise from every neighbor due to the thin walls and hard wood on every floor. The complex is overrun with Air BnB who trash the pool area and are at the pool late at night being loud. When we called the courtesy officer to complain at 2am, he responded the next day saying I am out of town. Although the complex is visually appealing, it is NOT worth the money being spent.

Great place to live, beautiful apartments, great amenities, no complaints about other tenants or management. Definitely take a look at this apartment, we didn’t look at another after viewing this one.

I have been living here since 2017 and have gone through numerous management changes. I prefer the first management that was here when I first moved in. Its near impossible to get ahold of anyone at the office or management. They lack communication. When I call the office I have to call about 6-8 times to get ahold of anyone. If you leave a voicemail/or send an email they dont even reach back to you. They started closing amenities about 6 months ago. You cannot even go into the clubhouse unless the office is open. So when you work a 9-5 job and have a commute you wont even get a chance to use your amenities. Which is ridiculous. You pay all this money to not even be allowed to use the amenities its just there for show.

Rene is extremely efficient and nice. Not to mention fast.

Absolutely adore the leasing and maintenance staff here at Axis West. Very friendly and hospitable. The community overall is very well taken care of with very minimum flaws. A beautiful pool and grill area which we take food advantage of. And out favorite part is the 24/7 community center with free Starbucks and a pool table, perfect for residents who work early mornings/ late nights. Tee, one of the leasing managers is phenomenal in everything she does, a huge reason why we chose this community amongst others. Maintenance staff is always on top of everything as far as the minimum repairs that have been done, coming within two hours max. I would recommend this complex to any of my friends and family and I have had many people compliment me on how luxurious it feels to live here.

It has been an absolute pleasure to live here. It is 15 minutes from Disney and Universal, and literally two blocks away from Seaworld and Discovery Cove. The complex also has TWO means of security measure, the first being a gate to get in, and the second being a key-encoded door to each of the buildings, ensuring that the maximum possible safety has been implemented. There are always fun resident activities and events to do, and theres even a rotating schedule of fitness classes. The best compliment I can pay has to do with the staff. Mallory, Orlando and Ashley made our move-in experience flawless, and continue to be available and supportive seemingly 24/7. It is VERY rare to find a staff that is this dedicated, and they bring the entire experience to a tee. Very happy with this place.

This community was great for the first year. The second year was a nightmare. They stopped repairing everything on the property. The elevators are always broken. The Fire and rescue team had to come and carry an elderly disabled lady down the stairs on several occasions when the elevators were broken; the entrance gates are always broken and unsecured, the entry doors to building 1 is always broken and unsecured. You never need a key fob to enter. Anyone could just walk right in, and they did. Go over there now. You can walk right into any building without a key fob. The only thing kept secured on the property are the amenities you arent allowed to use. They stopped maintaining the landscaping. There is mulch and mud puddles covering the sidewalks. There is a cess pool at the entrance of the playground. Your kids will love that! Many months prior to the Covid 19 Pandemic they started closing all the amenities at 6pm to include the computer room, the club house, the massage room. They even locked up the inside access to the mail room. So you have to go outside in the dark, heat and or rain to get your mail. They have all these luxurious amenities that you arent allowed to use. This place is a joke and is not worth the cost. Its far from luxury and far from hassle free!! Do yourself a huge favor and keep it moving!! Do not rent here!!!!! You will be sorry. I am!!!!! They never answer the phone!! Good luck getting a call back. Theyre the worst office staff ever!

This is one of the best places that we ever stayed on a vacation. Place was clean and it felt clean and had a newness to it. Really good atmosphere and the host were really nice.

My best friend and I fell in love with this place. Ashley, the leasing agent was outstanding. She was so welcoming and professional. She gave us a tour of the complex and showed us all the floorplans we had showed interest in with no hesitation. She answered all our questions and made sure we had all the information we needed. It was such a pleasant visit, we felt welcomes and she was so enthusiastic about helping us find exactly what we wanted. This place definitely stood out from all the other places we had visited. All the other places used luxury in their description but this was one of the few places that truly fit that description.

I live here for at least 1 year and the guys Jonathan, sandra was my best experience in customer service really nice guys and then general manager Leonardo was very helpfully with us nice place to live people thank you for all guys amazing experience

I truly regret choosing Axis West as my home. I am very unhappy here. Between Bigfoot above who sounds like they are playing football and all the hiccups that come with the apartment from the day i moved in. I would never recommend this place.

This has been the absolute dream living here, I couldn’t have hand picked a better location and a more gorgeous apartment, I hand picked where on property I got to be and I love the location of not only my community but my apartment too. With that being said the community has a superb office staff, I go in there just to say hi sometimes, they are always friendly and welcoming. They did away with any problems that Has plagued this gorgeous community. I can’t believe the hard work these people put in. It is my most sincere of pleasure to recommend this place to any friends or family reading this. On top of that I am literally 5 min from my job so my location couldn’t be anymore perfect. T has been here since my first lease signing and I absolutely adore her she is amazing the others have joined the team and hit the ground running and surpassed any expectations I had for this community. Karla, Luis and Justin do such a great job up there I never have a worry about anything here. It literally feels like I live on a resort. Congrats guys I tip my hat to you I have been in your shoes and done what you guys do just not as gracefully, you guys set the standard for how a community should be run in my opinion.

I lived here for approximately a year. The complex has had some shortcomings but all in all, I had a great experience. It is conveniently located (close to work, close to the I4, close to I drive). The tenants are helpful and considerate for the most part.There was an Airbnb fiasco which is actively being resolved by new management, Bell Partners.I would like to extend a special thank you to Ezekiel, who has been nothing short of amazing in facilitating my move out process. I would of stayed at this complex longer but I am moving to a more permanent location.4/5 stars

Karla is an amazing person to work with! She listens to your needs and is very attentive to helping you find what you need. Overall the community is gorgeous and the units are awesome!

Management is terrible, not safe - police hired to be in community on weekends, gates, garages, elevators constantly broken. Management doesn’t care about anything but rent & is going to keep your security deposit. Maintenance is 1 guy with no formal training / skills.** Response to management - there are much cheaper options than a fully armed deputy sheriff. The Maintenance supervisor & maintenance tech are the same person, I’ve called for maintenance to no avail... the gates / elevator not being “broken for some time,” that measurement is in days obviously.... I resolved all of my issues, I moved out, thanks.

I used to love this apartment complex, but with the Air BnBers living upstairs partying all hours of the night, it’s sometimes hard to sleep. We have neighbors down the hall that let their kids scream constantly and run races up and down the hallways. The pool also remains padlocked shut even during regular office hours. Don’t even try going to the pool before 1pm on Sundays because the entire area will be padlocked shut. I have tried calling the office on 7 separate occasions with no callbacks. The mailroom is also getting out of control. There is an entire room filled with packages that should be put into the Luxor locked system. And you would think they would call the residents and let them know they have their package. No. You have to try and figure it all out on your own with no help from management. It’s all ridiculous and sad because the property is so nice.

I have loved living here! the apartments are gorgeous, amenities on point and staff great. Especially want to say thank you to Johana for all you do! True hospitality :)

The manager Leonardo Caminero has bent over backwards to help me get situated in a new place, the team here at axis west has been so amazing. i have been a resident here going on three years and the staff that you currently have here rocks this place!! Sandra and Jonathen have just been a pleasure to work with. i can not stop saying enough about this staff. Leonardo really takes pride in getting to know the residents and their needs, they really do make this place feel like home and family! After a month living here, I hardly remember a night that I could sleep without any disturbance.This place is full of dogs barking most of the night, with loud people moving around, some of them tourists that a booking your same apartment through Expedia.Also, youll be promised to receive a $500 gift card that youll never see.

The first administration, the manager Mallory and his team were excellent, I was the second to move into building 2, it was clean, beautiful, the runners with carpet and vacuumed every month, the gardens in order, everything was perfect, and it was not allowed be until 10 p.m. m. in the area of ​​the pool and the barbecue, now is not so good, the new administration is not good, the assistant is rude, the manager is soft but inefficient, in short, they do not aspire, the removals have damaged the access doors buildings, scratched, insurance sometimes do not work. I mean, the apartments are nice but with so many problems, a lot of Airbnb for rent, there is no filter in the new tenants, it comes in if you pay, a group of Hispanics every day with noise, loud music and leaves the area disgusting, nobody says anything, there was a watchman and a week, I did not see him again, the entrance doors to the condominium, the safety poles break them daily, they put new ones and they break them again, (they are made of wood) bad administration, what a shame for the condominium, they have very nice things, its beautiful, the view of the lake is my apartment, I think that in 1 more year this becomes popular low category, I hope Im wrong, but Im leaving here. Apologies for my English, Im Italian and I still have mistakes.

Overall, great location/place to live, but definitely the most expensive leasing apartments in the area. Also, the management is so horrific especially the two ladies. Theyre so rude its unbelievable. Also, expect extremely slow elevators with messed up entrance gates (it catches up to you after a few months). Maintenance will finish your request in several days, even if its urgent lol. Lastly, for some reason it always smells like weed around the buildings. At one time I even saw people smoking around the dog park.Update: as you can see below they’ve responded in such a friendly way, I guarantee you that is not how it is in person lol. Good luck.

Initially gave this place a 5 star until new management took over. The amount of tourist I see around the property and pool area is unbelievable and when you complain about it, management says theyre contracted through another company and that the contract will be ended soon. The front gates never used to open before, now with the new management, they leave the gates open all the time as well as the gates to the buildings are unlocked. There is a fee charged to us when you leave the trash outside the door earlier than usual time, but sometimes trash isnt picked up until 11pm at night (and theyre supposed to pick it up by 9pm). When I complained about few other things to the sales rep, I was told Ill be receiving an e-mail from the property manager...its been two weeks now with no e-mail and not to mention the rude new assistant manager.

When we looked at different communities to move in we choose Axis West...and asked about the AirBnB issue we seen in the reviews. We we told yes, there was an issue however they have gotten rid of them and will continue to do so when they discover new ones. Satisfied with that answer, we choose our unit and paid double rent at the old and new place just to secure the unit we wanted....everything was fine...THEN...we noticed tourist at the pool....then huge parties at the grills. Sure management puts out emails saying they are enforcing the Residents only at the polls and no longer then an hour at the grills. Now comes today, we have been at the pool for 3 hours, management giving tours while there are 2 parties hogging the grills up....1 of the parties appear to be a family reunion because there are 24 adults and 16 children.....somehow they get into the parking lot taking resident spots, the pool gate is left open....again, management has not been out to say 1 word...no so called courtesy officer...no nothing. People are allowed to do whatever they want here. Now, even though our apartment is gorgeous, we are starting to regret moving here...this after a month.

DON’T BE FOOLED! Don’t let the way the property looks blind you. I’ve lived here for about a year now and have witnessed this property TANK! It’s embarrassing to even have people over. There are units in the building listed as air bnbs, we have guests from all over the world visit and treat this property like a hotel. Countless times trash is being dumped in the halls, outside of our buildings, in the parking lot, etc. our building doors have been down and all buildings are accessible without a key fob! My building specifically was out of service for months, after new management came in (Bell partners) the issues was resolved a month later, however in total our building hadn’t been secured in 4 MONTHS! Now again we re-visit the same issue and all buildings currently do not lock! That is a major security issue! Why am I paying $1,500 a month to live here?!?!?!??!? The exit gate has had a broken wooden stick for days but don’t worry because the broken stick is resting by the gate not being fixed, and when it is fixed they will replace it with a small wooden stick that you can drive around once gate opens. main gate has been open on numerous occasions over night. Let’s also not forget to mention the gate stays open after you drive in, allowing 5-6 cars in behind you. I am so SICK AND TIRED of the noise and ignorance from these hotel guests. My hallway has smelt like marijuana on NUMEROUS occasions, every Friday and Saturday you can expect parties to occur due to these hotel people. The list of horrendous things that have been occurring here is beyond me. The only real help I’ve ever gotten was from the properties courtesy officer who is AMAZING, who always responds to calls right away and is always helping out. Other than that management is a JOKE. These issues have been occurring for monthssss and we’re still waiting on answers. We are now on our THIRD community director and I’ve seen two sets of staff in only a year. This property was taken over by Bell partners months ago and now the new community director Celle is no longer around (who was amazing), does anyone plan on informing me or the other residents if we have a new community director or who the new community director is?!? I’m truly disgusted by the lack of professionalism, this staff DOES NOT care about us residents safety nor the cleanliness in which we should be living. Having children I wish this was in bold print on the lease and explained upfront, I would of never signed a year ago. All the signs in the office and front of the complex that say “come experience hassle free living” is FRAUD! Living here has been nothing but a HASSLE. This place is no where close to luxury, the sign for that too should change. I am happily terminating my lease when it comes around to renewal time and taking my money down the road to new development. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY, you can get more for your money elsewhere.

The person on the last post snap a picture of my garbage.The garbage man didnt show up the day before, my garbage accumulated thanks garbage men! I pay for these service. when they decided not show up on garbage day, Ill refuse to take the garbage out!I will report you if I ever catch you snapping pictures of my garbage again!!!!I have a good quess who you are!Dont push me!!!!

Im moving into this area for work reasons and am staying at the residence inn. I tried stopping by here to tour the apartments as I was considering moving into them. I asked for a tour and was given an eye roll and asked to wait. Both agents were busy having casual chats with what seemed to be their buddies and left us waiting for a few long minutes. They were speaking Spanish and because I dont look Latin but am, they mustve assumed I couldnt understand their conversation. The agent who said hed be with us in a moment just took off his jacket, got up and walked away with his friend. I got up and walked out of there. If thats how they treat potential renters, I dont want to give this place my business. Looks like I dodged a bullet too since some units are being used as hotel rooms.

Two ladies in the front especially the girl name Tina is HORRIBLE. She acts as if she’s doing you a favor by living there
