Great experience with Will, after going to steel house and being told I wasn’t going to be allowed to live there or anywhere downtown because of a charge that was dropped I was feeling a bit discouraged. I contacted Will at Urbanista and he did some research and came back and told me that it wasn’t true. Brandon is the best.I was 110% sure that I had done all of my research and knew exactly what buildings I wanted to live in, however Brandon ultimately led me to choosing a high rise that I hadnt even known existed. Seeing place after place is exhausting for the renter, let alone the realtor who is just tagging along and has probably seen every property thousands of times, however Brandon was very patient while each property manager went over the details and gave the tours of every property that we saw. Additionally, Brandon was instrumental in asking good questions that didnt come to my mind, that every renter should think about (such as which units face construction, which buildings allow guess parking, etc.). Not only that, but Brandon also seemed to have the scoop on all the best restaurants, bars and markets in the vicinity and so far hes been spot on.I dont think Id be quite as happy with the decision that I made if it werent for Brandon. So big thanks to Urbanista and Brandon and I highly recommend the service to anyone considering moving downtown.

Paul was a consummate professional in the face of more than several setbacks none on his or my part but on the other parties representatives and their lack of professionalism in doing their part or completing their end in a timely manner, Paul was instrumental in getting the ball consistently rolling, keeping on top of them by phone and email to ensure that all parties would complete on time.This the second time I have contracted Paul and would use him again in the future!

If you are looking for unprofessional realtors this is your place. When on a tour of apartments they are always on the phone as if you arent even with them. They care more about volume than quality. They like to pretend that you need to use them or wont get a certain deal with a complex when in reality you dont. Dont be fool by the tricks they pull. Save your time as your doing the work on your own anyways. Find a better company to use.

I had the pleasure of being able to work directly with two of Urbanistas team members. This review is for both Paul and Jeremy. Both of them were always very prompt and courteous with any request I had. They made my search process very easy and were personable throughout it all. I had requested to see the same property a few times and they didnt hesitate to meet me at my desired times. I contacted Lianna after seeing her listing on Craigslist. If you are searching for a downtown orlando rental on CL it is hard to miss Urbanistas posts. They are all over it! Lianna was amazing. She was always reachable, at all hours. I preferred to communicate over text/email and I could tell she didnt mind that either. She showed me every unit I wanted to see. Even ones where she obviously would get less commission since it was a property that wasnt managed by them. I found a place, submitted my app through them and when I had a last minute change at 10pm at night, she immediately replied and let me know of any potential issues. I ended up moving into the building I had originally wanted (unit opened up). She was super helpful the whole way. Always had a great attitude and made me feel like she wasnt in it for the money, seemed to actually care about providing excellent customer service. I have had many experiences with realtors downtown and was really hesitant to work with another one. I had my own ways to look up rentals via MLS and knew I could always contact the listing agent on my own. After working with Lianna she eased my skepticism and I will definitely be asking her to help me sell my home!Thanks Lianna!
