DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!!Firstly, they only want your application money and do NOT keep their word. It was a total NIGHTMARE dealing with these people. They are unprofessional and straight deceiving individuals! We were told since APRIL 2021 that there will be available apartments between the months of May-July and that we were the first ones on the list. Let me explain with my FRUSTRATION that till this exact day 08/24/2021 they apparently still do not have any availability. And this was confirmed TODAY by the phone call received by Ashley.I had to pay 2x$500 for movers plus a storage unit only because they were not honest and truthful which also put us in a bad situation of not being able to extend out lease month by month since they continued to misguide us by assuring that our apartment was coming SOON! Every month that passed we were PROMISED “the following month”. Even a gentleman that works at their front office stated there is no waiting list and that we are being misinformed. These people are fraudulent! All they want is YOUR MONEY. Save your time and go else where before the same exact thing happens to you !

This is a great community to live in, decent community staff although with covid the residential experience is a bit tainted. Half of the time the office seems like a secret agent office that everyone has very limited access too but for the most part staff is always friendly and helpful over the phone. Also maintenance calls are fixed a day or two after which is always appreciated.I dont like that I cant request for maintenance to only walk in for repairs when Im home. They walk in after 2 knocks of no response which can be quite alarming if youre in the shower, sleeping, or didnt hear them.Getting into this community initially was quite tricky and a hassle. As many have mentioned in the reviews pretty much the only helpful person in the office is Ashley. Shes s probably the only one that follows up with phone calls. It should not be this difficult to get into a community. Income restricted or not. I wouldnt say dont apply but I will say proceed with caution and for sure have a backup plan on hand in case this community doesnt fall through.

Manual was amazingly helpful with our application and process of moving in this apartment. He was very patient with us especially we’re deaf. We’re very pleased with this place and happily got the lake view! Thank you so much!

This apartment place is the worse. The leasing office is the worse. All the people minus 1 person named Ashley, have been horrible. They dont know what they are doing. They put you on hold, and you literally go through 2 to 3 different people until you speak to the manager, and even she doesnt know what shes talking about. They are picky about the most smallest things, but yet when maintenance comes to fix something, they break another thing, then dont even fix it. Talk about SLOPPY. I get this is income restricted, but we are still people. They are so picky when their stuff is so old and being reused from 1 apartment to the next. I just moved in, and I already want to move out.

I was very skeptical at first because move-in cost an arm and a leg. But it was almost effortless moving in and getting adjusted. The staff is great and punctual.

I scheduled an appointment with the office to do an application, and they waited until I got there (after a 40 minute drive) to tell me that they are no longer accepting applications so that I cannot apply. Do not waste your time.

This place is a JOKE ! online it says they have available apartments but If you call them, they say nothing is available. Then they try to make you apply for an apartment which they call the waiting list.We called and they said its not available and to be put on a waiting list and We have to pay to be on it. This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever experience.

Community is great. Staff is unprofessional and take forever to get anything done. Not helpful at all. Every time you speak into the front office they give you a different answer. It takes weeks to get anything done with them.

I have been living here for almost 5 years now, the office people are extremely helpful a don’t hesitate to help when needed. The Mainance crew is quite knowledgeable but best of all extremely friendly. Wenthworth is my mine and little ones home we have no complains.

Everyone here is nice. Someone is always available to help. Maintenance gets to service requests in a timely manner. Good amenities; pool, fitness center, car care, laundry, etc.

The maintenance team is corteous and take care of issues promptly.

I requested during early morning that I had a plumbing problem and I believed I would get it fixed in 24 hours as they state. But no, knock knock and there was maintenance. Professional, quality and fast responsive is what makes a good community. Thanks to there workers.

The only thing that I don’t like is, I been living in this apartments for over two years and the gates don’t work. For me is a little frustrating because during the night time if I go out when I return to my house there’s never a parking spot available. Other than that they are very quiet.

M experiences in the resistance has been great i havent lived here long but from what i cam tell the place is very clean and the stuff is helpful and very kind. The community is nice and quiet, The people that live here are quiet and kind. Lastly the maintenance is very helpful and they are always there when you nieed them. For right know those are my experiences in this resistance in the few months that i have lived here.

I have called, a couple of times and get no one to call me back. When i call, im told that i have to make an appointment, to speak to manager, or assistant manager. Well i have no responce. We have lived in Wentworth for 13 years, and service has gone down hill. One maintenance personal is very rude. And acts like hes the manager of all who live here. THERE WAS A FIRE IN ONE OF THE APARTMENTS NEXT DOOR. AND NO ONE NOTIFIED US OF IT. I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT IT UNTILL WATER STARTED FLOODING THE BATHROOM. CALL OFFICE TO TELL THEM OF WATER COMING IN, AND STILL NOTHING WAS SAID OF INCIDENT. INSTEAD I WAS TOLD ILL MAKE A SERVICE REQUEST FOR TOMORROW. I THEN SAID OK ILL JUST FIRE DEPARTMENT, 2 MINUTES LATER 2 MAINTENANCE MEN KNOCKED ON MY DOOR TO CHECK WATER DAMAGE, THEN I WAS INFORMED WHERE THE WATER WAS COMING FROM.

I have lived at this complex for about 3 years and have had some issues with office staff from time to time. However, I cant complain too much but wish that they would update the kitchens and bathrooms. When I initially moved in I was in a desperate situation and this met my needs. Now if they would take care of the landscaping and actually complete what they started in regards to that it would be nice. I cant say that I have had any issues as of late but people in the office need to remember that no one is living here for free.

My experience with the Maintenance Dept has been excellent. They are prompt, efficient, courteous, while friendly at the same time. The Leasing Office is also great. Their customer service is unexcelled and always try to see that our needs are met right away. In the almost two years I have lived here, I have been so happy that Im planning to renew when the time comes.

Get await of this place. Some office employees are very rude. If they truly did their job well they need to educated better the associate. Its not worth wasting time looking for the information they ask if they dont accepted it later. Other than that the building stairs are disgusting and littered with cigarette butts.

The people at the office are going to be the laziest people you meet. Unresponsive and dont care attitude. A series of car break ins occurred and they have yet to do anything about it. They also make you pay $50 for each gate key even though the gate is broken 99% of the time. So anyone can come inside the community. And they have barely lit areas through out. So if you have kids be careful. And good luck trying to actually implement any safety measures because the owners are so unresponsive. Truly a joke. Stay away from here

If you go on their website and see what apartments are available, they are lying. If you text them you only get a robot. If you call them, they say nothing is available. Then they try to make you apply for an apartment which they call the waiting list to not be guaranteed a certain floor plan. Online it said they had a two bedroom available August 9th. We call and they say its not available and to be put on a waiting list. We have to pay to be on it. Then she says that we have to be available from July to September to be put on the waiting list. We need somewhere to live by August. Hence why we called about the one on their website that said AVAILABLE IN AUGUST. Why even mention available floor plans on your website if none of them are available?

All i can say WentWorth is an amazing place to live. I live here About a year with my 3 kids, and it has been so far the best apartments I’ve lived in. The office staff are super friendly and very understanding. Maintenance are really good when it come to anything in your place... Amazing place to live in..I LIVE IT HERE 🥰

Rent is low. Property Manager needs to get out of her office and see what going on the property and make a list of things that need attention. She just wants to look pretty and stay in the office.

Living here has the basic luxuries that keep you happy. Ample parking, maintenance, pool. The gym should be open all day based on a key or keycard so folks who get off work after 6pm can still work out.

I just left the apartment last week,was renting for 3 years and the good thing about leaving there was saving money to get my own house.Rent is good and the apartment condition is decent.All apartment has Roches but if you, your self keep fumigating the apartment with venom they go away. management people need more training but other than that they nice.

I have lived here approx 3 years i love my apartment i just wish the staff/company would follow through on what they say - i have grandchildren and understand they will jump and run and if this was done at a reasonable hour i would not mind but the child upstairs has been doing this for over a year between 730 pm and 4 am every day i do not blame the child i blame the parents at this time a child that age should be in bed but also Wentworth has done nothing after reporting it more than a dozen times. i truly love my apartment it is situated in a great area close to so many things -just wish it would look like the first day i moved in or at least close to it- this place is a really nice place just that the staff/company seem not to care about the tenants peace of mind - oh by the way its suppose to be a gated community the gate has worked approx 2 weeks in 4 years

Ive been here 7yrs and things are now nice, clean, no maintenance issues, thoughtful neighbors, etc. Ive wanted to move out since 1st month, now I dont.

I want to give a huge thank you to Delia for being so helpful during this process. The staff is also really nice and polite. The apartment is too cute and I love it! I can’t wait to make this our home!

Office and Maintenance have been good to me and my family, great location since we are fairly close to the highway and Waterford Lakes. Maintenance always say Hi when passing by, for a Large apt community it is really kept up pretty good. If these people below me are not really happy and not grateful for the price of these units especially since apts in the Orlando area are high now a days then they should just get a house then.

Community looks nice, well maintained, response to maintenance is quick and effective, personnel is very professional. A little security would come a long way though, there sometimes are unsavory characters around the property and packages have been stolen

--discriminating against the not so wealthy--I have lived here for over 2 years (not because i like because i am saving money to move the hell out) this company has changed management companies and since that has happened it has gone down hill.Maintenance is horrendous they are never ever on time they say it will be taken care of in 48 hours-what a load of crap-i have had the same problem for as long as i have been here. Dont get me wrong the rent is great but it seems to me that because of the government help the community is under they think we are less important or even less HUMAN than everybody else-talk about discriminating against the not so wealthy

This place is very unprofessional! I went to the front office and spoke to 2 different people who told me the same thing which was an associate and the manager. I wanted to get a 1 bedroom apartment. The manager at the time told me not to fill out an application because it was going to expire by the time I actually wanted to move in. She told me to wait 2 to 3 weeks to do it (okay no problem) and I listened to her because I would rather pay 1 application fee than 2. So I called back 2 weeks and spoke with an associate just to make sure we were on the same page (at the time the manager wasnt there so I had to speak with an associate). The associate told me it basically would be a waste of time for me to do the application because at the time they had a long waiting list. I informed the associate of the conversation I had with her manager and she said they had anticipated that more people were going to move out when they really didnt. So because of that they had a long waiting list because they had been telling people the same thing they told me. So even if I filled out an application I most likely wasnt going to get an apartment by the time I needed it. Because of this I had to rush and look for a last minute apartment with my leasing ending in 3 weeks. Never again Wentworth never again.

The only reason you should ever consider living here is for the price. If not AVOID IT! they are always having inspections but never fixing anything! Just checking if your apartment is clean. Our dishwasher hasnt worked for 4 months and all they have said is they need to order parts. Well when are the parts arriving??? Today they are fixing the asphalt so they towed about 20 cars this morning. Wentworth is terrible and does not care about their residents.

As of Aug 6, 2019 I was notified this situation in my post is resolved. I will update this review in 3 months. I hope to give a better review because this apartment complex has great potential.I go there to visit family. I myself wouldnt live there even if the apartment is free. Most of her neighbors are horrible and have no consideration. Management has given her poor excuses to move her to the 1st floor which she obviously needs to to her limited mobility due to her health.Why in the world would I live there. Thank God I dont but I feel sorry for my family who does live there.

The only good thing about this place is the price of the rent. Apartments are old and everything in it is old too...Ive been having issues with my dryer, washer, my kitchen has been flooded 3 times already..., had to pay $50 to get my door lock changed because someone broke into my place twice...no parking after 9pm (besides handicapped), complex security door is always open, cabinets are so old that they are deformed and falling apart like if they had termites inside...not willing to improve apts and help residents if it involves $$$ even though residents are paying their rent.

The employees at the office are useless. You go in and theyre too pompous to even greet you. One of the maintenance guys is rude as all hell and makes rude accusations. One time he threatened to call an animal control unit on my pet because he visited (several days LATE, mind you) my apartment. I got him together REAL QUICK and he since has stopped visiting. I pay rent, I expect to be treated like a human. If you dont like your job, quit. Simple.

Went to fill out an application, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. All staff made it sound nearly impossible to get an apartment here, not helpful and completely negative. I understand its income restricted but I get treated better any where else I have gone. And if this is now, imagine how it would be living here, no thank you. Manager should work on customer service with staff.

So the apartments are good but they keep shutting down our power because the unit below us didnt pay their bill and they have our unit number switched with the one below us. So when they would turn off their power it would actually turn off our power and we would be without it for around 10-24 hours. This has happened multiple times and lets just say that the complex as a whole is pretty mediocre to say the most.

Signed a second year because I didnt have time to find another place.There a bugs and roaches everywhere. And I clean the entire apartment every week.The KITCHEN NEEDS an UPGRADE!!!The dishwasher was falling out of place and mold was growing inside of it.I opened the microwave door and the entire handle came off.The carpets were not cleaned properly when we moved in.The first time I opened my windows there were mold and all kind of bugs.There was a leak from another apartment flowing into my bathroom and closet.The staff always has an attitude.The ENTIRE APARTMENT COMPLEX NEEDS AN UPGRADE!!!!

Like 50% of there tenants are Spanish Speakers, most of them elderly with limited English Proficiency. There is not Staff empathy with them in communicating in Spanish. Limited Bilingual Personel

The staff and maintenance are rude and bias. They all live in the complex and they’re very nosey and all in people’s business. They are very rude and they don’t care about their residents. They have “inspections” and will walk right into your house without knocking or anything. There was a leak in my bathroom due to them fixing the apartment above me yet they didn’t come to check it until the next day and that was only because I showed up in person demanding someone to come fix what they messed up. The leak expanded to my closet and destroyed all of my clothes. These people have no empathy or compassion. They want to fine people for every little thing with no proof. They take their jobs personally since they live here and they are not professional at all. They are not respectful of your space or privacy. They go around taking pictures of your windows and that’s invasive to me. Like I said they walk in without knocking for “inspections”, which I don’t like because my household is all girls. We requested and paid to get a washer and dryer since we moved in two years ago yet they never followed up. Terrible environment to live in. I feel like I have to look over my shoulder all the time even though I don’t do anything, it’s just these people will find anything to report you or fine you. For 3 years I lived here and I just feel harassed and picked on by these people. It’s that bad so don’t live here they’re terrible.

Just went in here to inquire. THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. The person working at the leasing office sat there on his phone and ignored me for 10 minutes. When he finally addressed me he didnt even look up from his phone. Ive been to Pinnacle properties before, and it wasnt this bad. Worst service ever. Pinnacle should really look into what kind of people they are hiring. Definitely doesnt align with their traditional customer service

Lived here for 2yrs broke 3rd year lease.Office staff is horrible, management company is even worse. Apartment isnt worth the price even though it is low and they raised the rent. Maintenance request take weeks to get done.. according to the office visitors and limited to 2 days only. Gates never work. Dont bother moving here it will be nothing. But a headache.

I always get a I will call you back when I know and I never get a call back! Why is that so hard to do? My A.C. brakes every month. There are roaches everywhere and I cant seem to get rid of them. I have requested pest control almost every week now! They could careless about the roaches, I have told management as well and they do nothing. Recently my dishwasher started leaking water everywhere. They said we have to order one, ok great. It has been over a month and I keep getting excuses as why it hasnt been installed yet. I was fine with this apartment complex in the beginning until new management took over. Now it is worse. Office staff needs to work on their customer service more and be more caring on the phone instead of sounding like its not their problem. I can not wait until I am gone from this place. I hope Wentworth gets their act together and starts actually caring about the people that live there.

Management tries to use threats and intimidation when you bring awareness to faulty maintenance work and ignored work orders. The staff will lie to cover their incompetence, lack of professionalism and disrespectful unlawful behavior. I was threatened with eviction after a maintenance worker lied on me and refused to perform his work duties, and my maintenance request from 2 months has still been ignored. I left a written, dated notice to property manager in response to her threat of eviction and she hasnt responded nor had the initial work order completed. I AM ADDING TO THIS REVIEW THAT THE SAME ISSUES ARE CONTINUING TO OCCUR. I HAVE RECORDED EVIDENCE OF THE HARASSMENT AND IGNORED WORK ORDER FOR AN ELECTRICAL ISSUES FROM SEPTEMBER. I HAVE FORWARDED MESSAGES TO CORPORATE OFFICE. AT THIS POINT I AM LEFT WITH NO OPTION BUT TO PASS MY FOOTAGE TO THE MEDIA AND AN ATTORNEY.

First they tell you they have 2 options for security deposit that you can take one or the other. Then turn around and charge you both. Washer, dryer and stove are Magic Chief. They stopped making these in the 80s. They back down often and it takes weeks for them to even come look at them and thats only if you call often. Your payments will disappear very often. It doesnt matter if you make the payment directly to them and have your receipts to avoid getting an eviction notice people end up paying double. You know something is up if payments have to be made thru a third party. Half the time maintenance are driving around in the golf cart on their phones. They charge a large deposit for animals but have no designated area to walk them. People dont pick up after their animals. There are stray cats all over the complex. The gates never close and if they do the intercom system doesnt work. The gyms are always closed and if they do open them there are always kids playing in them. Windows have mold and the carpets are never replaced. Double check before you move in if the previous tenants had pets, if so request new carpet install. Moved in and carpets smell like cat and dog pee and they never bothered to replace the carpet just sent for a shampooing and it still smells. Walls are super thin so you can hear when people walk up and down the stairs or are just hanging around talking. This complex is locked into Brighthouse Networks (spectrum) which is illegal per the FCC so you wont be able to get anyone else. They give you the contact information for their rep that offers you a promotion for a year and you get swapped out 3 months later and have no right to complain or leave. If you want something worth your money look somewhere else!!

It is great with alot of room

This place sucks. Its all about money for them. They dont know their ass from elbow either. None of the staff keep the same story on rules and regulations. Im sure theyll delete the comment. Walls are thin and every form Im given has errors be it the spelling or date. They act like they have it together but they really dont. Always triple check everything.

Ive never called an apartment complex so many time a day to just hear the voice mail. Your hours state 9am-6pm but i can call and the entire day nobody is in the office...nobody even works there!?! This has been the worst experience ever. Im trying to get a new place and i have no way of contacting these people so they can fax all the info that was supposed to be faxed an entire week ago!!
