I’ve been living here for 5 months already and it has been a great experience. This is the only community I’ve seen where the photos online matched the actual apartment and community. Maintenance and management have always been quick and responsive when I’ve needed it. I’ve received compliments from friends and family when they come to visit, saying how nice the apartment is. I do wish pricing was a little more negotiable but honestly, I’ve never been happier so I gladly pay. This has been my favorite apartment community to live in.

I have moved in this apartment less then 48 hours and killed a total of 5 roaches 🪳. This is so unacceptable . I refuse to unpack anymore of my belongings until this get resolved. I’ll be going to the apartment manger tomorrow morning. Also when I was touring the apartment to look at the amenities I asked if there were fans in all the rooms because I was only shown a 1 bedroom apartment complex. The touring employee, Andre Washington said yes. Of course when I move in there’s only fans in the living room and the master bedroom, not in the other bedrooms. This apartment complex is becoming more and more of an inconvenience by the day.I’ll keep posting pictures of these roaches 🪳 until they give a solution of this catastrophe.

There are no words for how quick, easy, pleasant and efficient my leasing experience was. I walked in on a Sunday to view two apartments and signed for one the very same day. I am relocating from Tampa, so the process for finding a home in Orlando while also working a full-time teaching job has been anything but easy. I have had SIX homes fall through consecutively. Every time I felt like I had secured a location, something unsightly revealed itself and that door quickly closed.But from the moment I called and visited Camden Lago Vista, I felt at PEACE. I just KNEW this would be my home. Miss Olga, the leasing agent that helped us, is such a warm, kind-hearted soul. Talking with her felt like talking with my own mother. She knows what the balance between compassion and professionalism looks like and models it well. She even wrote down the name of a school that I should apply for here in Orlando since I will be relocating! Tell me, what leasing agent would actually take the time to do that? I was touched that she actually listened to my story and cared.If you want a prime, reasonably-priced and SAFE home, look no further than Camden Lago Vista! You will be taken care of from START to FINISH!

Andre is the best, he was super nice and made everything easy for us. We lease at the same day, houses looks same with the pictures, clean peaceful place to live. We are so happy to move here.

I have been living at Camden for 5 years I have no complaints at all. Camden is always clean thank you to the maintenance worker and the staff for keeping it well kept. This area is the safest to me in Orlando. Maintenance comes on time and fix any issues we have in our apartment. For the 5 years I been living at Camden Olga is our go to person she is very sweet and very professional, if we have any questions or concerns she addresses them all. Thank you Olga for the 5 years and many more to come. All the staff is wonderful and will help with any questions or concerns we have. I love Camden and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Andre who works at this property is so professional and courteous! He was knowledgeable on the tour and made me feel as though he had my best interests at heart! If you’re looking for a new home please go see Andre, he will get you all the way together!

We just moved to camden and we definitely have to mention how good is been our experience so far, the staff is very welcoming and quick to respond to any request.As we moved in we requested some things to be checked and we must say Enrique from the maintenance team is awesome he is very efficient, patient and friendly is very good to know we can count on people like him thanks Enrique Estevez 😎

Cheryl in the leasing office was very helpful and made my experience very relaxing and safe. They take COVID very seriously and in the end I felt comfortable with my decision to sign a lease here!

I really enjoy living here. Ive only been living here for about a month and only have good things to say. The apartments are very nice on the inside, the best Ive lived in ever. Clean, quiet, safe, and well lit neighborhood with a dog park. Trash pick up is convenient. Javier from maintenance quickly arrives shortly after I submit a service order and is very knowledgeable. The ladies in the leasing office are wonderful, especially Gaelle Cenord! She was so helpful and comforting with the entire process. I am so happy with my experience. My only small issue is parking which is full around my building late at night, I find great parking anytime before 8pm, but I dont mind walking home further than usual sometimes. I worry some late nights I may not find a parking spot at all.

My partner and I were looking for our first new home in a couple of places before encountering Angel. We came to Camdem Lago Vista after visiting Camdem Lee Vista and both experiences were amazingly great. Thanks to this two experiences, we had a bit of trouble choosing between both options at Camdem. Even tho we didn’t choose Camdem Lago Vista (which was a close call from Camdem Lee Vista) I have to say that since minute one we felt like home thanks to the excellent customer service we received.We’re happy to experience our first home at Camdem, and was all thanks to the excellent and very thoughtful service we received from Angel (and also Ellie). We’re excited to be part of it, and keep creating moments in such a thoughtful community.

Attention to detail in resident services is exceptional! Tonight Leo from maintenance came out to replace a chirping smoke alarm / battery. He is a great addition to the Camden community!

***posted this on the sister apartment complex***I had been waiting to write my short review BUT I just put in a service ticket for an AC unit that stumped pumping air and wanted to send my kudos.About two hours after I placed it, a maintenance technician named Enrique Estevez greeted me at my door with a big smile.In about 5 minutes, he quickly fixed the unit.I guess it was some weird outlet that had become dislodged?Anyways... Just wanted to give him my thank you again for his great work and awesome manners.I love my unit and the community. Ive been here for months and have zero complaints!

Ive been living here for roughly 2 years and I can honestly say it has been a great experience so far. The rent has been consistent, the front office is extremely responsive, and maintenance is very effective. This past month I have had an internal pipe leak and had to also replace my thermostat, both of which were handled quickly and efficiently by the maintenance team. I would also like to commend Enrique in maintenance for being so professional and outstanding in his work.Keep up the phenomenal job, Camden Lago Vista!

I had a great interaction today (8/7) with the ladies of Camden! They were absolutely phenomenal at answering our questions and helping us out with our application process and rental needs. The property is well maintained, the residents we encountered were friendly, and the employees are so nice. I am so elated to be moving into this complex soon & look forward to being here.

I usually don’t post reviews of apartments until I move out, but I feel like I’ve had enough experience that I can adequately and honestly share my thoughts. Living here has been fine. The apartment itself is nice and the grounds are well maintained. The office staff is nice and helpful enough, but often send emails about rules with no follow through. For example, people will park on the curbs, in fire lanes, or in handicapped spots with no real consequences. It seems like the office is only interested in following through if they can fine someone for the offense, like leaving your trash can out past 9 am. The walls are also paper thin. I can hear my neighbors even if they are just talking at a regular volume, and I hear the kids around me every day. I’m aware of every time someone closes a door. I’m sure my neighbors hear us as well, especially when our dogs bark. This is something I wish I had known before I moved in, and if you’re expecting a quiet apartment, please know that this probably isn’t it.The real reason I’m writing this right now is because sometimes communication from the office staff leaves a bit to be desired. On Friday my washing machine broke around 5 pm, so I called the office to see if someone could come fix it that night. The woman at the office told me that they couldn’t be there Friday, but someone would be there Saturday. So all day on Saturday I’m waiting for someone to come fix my washer, but nobody ever came. I called the office in the afternoon to see if I could still expect them to come and was told that the office would reach out to maintenance. I waited a few hours before calling again to be informed that maintenance was only there until noon and was doing emergency maintenance at that point, and that maybe someone could come on Sunday. Due to COVID I’m working from home, and due to the nature of my job I can’t have people inside the apartment at the same time I’m working. This means my washer will be full of dirty water from Friday until at least Monday afternoon (when maintenance will be working a full day) and I have no way to wash my clothes. I wish I hadn’t been left under the impression that someone would be coming to service my apartment on Saturday so my husband and I could have enjoyed our day off.Like I said, this is a fine place to live. The community is conveniently located, the amenities are nice, and the rent is reasonable. The staff in the office is generally nice and helpful, and maintenance is usually fairly quick to respond. The after hours Camden team is great as well. My husband and I will probably continue to live here past our current lease as long as rent doesn’t increase too much, but these are things I wish I was aware of before I began living here so I hope this review helps someone.

Great place and great location, very quiet and peaceful, the lake is beautiful and the amenities well maintained. Also the staff is very responsive and professional.

I had a few issues in my fourth month of living here with the dryer heating far past a safe working temperature. I put in a request and it was effectively handled by Enrique. Not only did he fix the issue incredibly fast, he was also extremely kind and knowledgeable. Overall I was happy with how the request was completed and glad Enrique was there to help.

We moved here from Indiana so my son could go to college. The first apartment did not work out for us but they promptly got us changed over to another one and we moved in right away and love it. I’ve been renting on this complex for 4 years, the best location ever, and it’s been an awesome experience. The staff is helpful and friendly. My experience with Luis, Sabrina, Olga, etc, has been top notch. Service requests are done promptly and with professional and efficient personnel. I give thanks specially to Enrique Estevez for always giving your best until the problem is solved.

We have not move to any apartment complex yet but we are almost moving. I still looking for the best option out of a big list in consideration. So far, my wife and I are looking forward to this beautiful place with awesome reviews( hard to find in other apartments reviews) . The only situation is that i have tried to contact the management through the different phone numbers and i can not reach them by phone. It sounds like the phone numbers are not working. If someone from the office can contact us or give us the accurate contact info will be more than great. We will really appreciate it! Thanks!!!!!!!

Great place to live! Walking into the office the staff is so nice and welcoming. The manager Cheryl was the one who helped us and she made it feel like home from the start. She was very attentive to every detail. The apartments are beautiful & spacious with great layouts. A+!!!

I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Camden Apartments for their assistance when my keys were stolen while I was visiting family in Myrtle Beach. When I called the Corporate headquarters, I spoke to a very nice Customer Service Specialist and I explained the situation that my apartment/car keys were stolen. She sent an E-mail to the staff of Camden Lago and I got a call from Cheryl Conrad who is the Community Property Manager. She waived the Fees and made arrangements for me to pick up the keys upon my return. The apartment complex in Washington DC would have charged $175 for the lost keys and FOB. I have also talked to other residents who live in the Camden and they have express gratitude on how the property management assisted them in rental payments when they lost their jobs. Most other places would have charge late fees and interest on overdue accounts. I am very impress with the staff/Management team for their overwhelming assistance since I became a resident. I would highly encourage future residence to consider renting at the Camden Lago. It is very difficult to find an excellent level of customer service anywhere else.

The apartment community is great. The grounds are very well maintained. Top notch in my books. The amenities and the area are upscale and feel very luxurious. It’s a very safe and convenient location. The staff is also very friendly and willing to go the extra mile for their tenants. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a new home. Keep up the good work!

After reading several reviews about apartment walls are paper thin,,,ect.. I will like to comment on that, this is apartment living and if you want quiet you should live in a single family home.These apartments are not paper thin at all, yes you can hear at a low level your neighbors closing the doors or walking upstairs but it’s not a big deal. I have lived in paper thin apartments where you Dan listen to everything and even though Camden are build with wood structures the sound proof was done well. So ranging from 1(loud) to 10, (quiet) I give Camden a 8.0 in neighbor noise. Again folks we are living in a apartment and there will be some level of noises when sharing walls...... so let’s be kind to our neighbors 💐.Honestly the cleanest property. That’s one thing that I look into a property. Also the friendly and awesome leasing staff “Olga, Gaelle, Pilar” plus marvelous Property Manager Cheryl were extremely attentive and responsive to any of my questions. I don’t want to leave out the hard working maintenance crew which from my first move in day they were quick to response at any concerns.The community is more far nice people, friendly and extremely peaceful.I am happy with the property, I love the apartment and beautiful lake view. I haven’t found one bug in the apartment. I love the high ceilings, huge bedrooms, wide bath tube, comfortable kitchen, a beautiful balcony to enjoy the lake view & overall just a comfortable layout.Couldn’t had chosen a better place to live.ITS SO ZEN ✌️

Had some issues with our dishwasher, Enrique was prompt in taking the time to find the root cause of the issue and fix it. He was well suited (even wearing shoe covers to not track dirt inside) and made sure the dishwasher was back to working condition.Keep up the good work!

I loved it here! I called my apartment “my treehouse “ from my terrace I enjoyed the view of the lake and it’s simply divine! Neighbors were very pleasant and people in general were kind. Stay safe. Love it! This place is close to my job at the airport. Great walking distance to local shopping. My dogs love the dog park and my apartment bedroom fits my king-size bed!That’s hard to find in Orlando. This community is definitely one of a kind.

From the time you walk in the door, someone is there to welcome you to the community and offer assistance. The Manager, Cheryl, I have worked within this industry for years and has the highest level of customer service and dedication. Her goal is to make her community a home you will not want to leave. This is a great place to live. Its like living in a 5 star resort. :) Management and staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond. It’s been weeks since put in a maintenance request and went talk to them several times saying they’ll be over for them to never show up. Now they told us to go directly to maintenance manager to tell them. What’s the point of having a request on the website if I have to go directly to the maintenance team to get anything done. This is so unprofessional and ridiculous.

I have been at Camden for over a year now & love it here... I want to say Enrique is the BEST!!! I have had a few issues & he goes above & beyond every time to fix them. I have to say this has been one of the best tours I have been on. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with friendly smiles. The vibe in the office was amazing. Professional, welcoming and warm. I never felt something like this at the other 4 communities I visited. Luis was the person who helped me when I came in. His knowledge, professionalisms and personality was impeccable. He gave me so much information about the area, community and even goggled how far my office would be from the community. He made sure he listened to everything I said and wanted. He was very honest when answering my questions. My biggest concern was about parking and he did say there is parking in the community but sometimes it could be tight depending on the location due to 3 bedrooms can usually have 6 adults and they could all have a car. But after his response I didn’t mind hearing that because he was honest and that’s what you want. I loved the apartment and the amenities. I will be making my final decision in a few days and as of now Camden Lago Vista is #1. Thank you to the leasing staff for asking if I wanted anything to drink and for giving me awesome advice.

I love Camden so much. Everything time I go into the leasing office I’m always greeted by 2 friendly faces that make my day every time I see them. Luis and Michelle are so awesome. They always make me feel like I’m part of the family not just a resident with an apartment number. I’m transferring into an apartment within the community and I have been working with Michelle. She was off the weekend I came in to ask like 100 questions and Luis took it upon himself and answered each one with a smile on this face. He got everything done we needed and he even found our dream apartment after we reserved a 1 bedroom. We really wanted a 2 bedroom and he took it upon himself to give me a call right when it came open. His customer services and beautiful heart is very appreciated. He’s the reason why I’m still with Camden. Where he goes, I will follow. Thank you Luis for being the great person you are and for making us happy. You ROCK!

I was very pleased to have come across the Camden community. We are relocating to Orlando in a month and as soon as we stepped foot into the main office, Sabrina treated us with such care and respect. She gave us a tour of their model apartment and answered all of our questions very knowledgeably. I am very thankful to have found Sabrina and the Camden community and cannot wait to be a part of it.

They claim they “want you to stay”, but raise the rent by almost $100 with no added upgrades or incentives. To pay $1500 a month for a small 2/1 fully carpeted apartment seems ridiculous (and that’s just the price if we renew in two weeks of the notice). At least with the rent hikes at lee vista, they are remodeling the apartments.This place is great because it’s quiet, safe and any problems we’ve had have been dealt with quickly. However, I don’t think they really care about retaining residents.

All of the office staff are incredibly pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Every time I have walked in I’ve been greeted kindly and all of my questions answered. The staff works promptly and is very communicative via their social media platform for residents. It’s almost too real to be true to have such an amazing staff working there. Having watched friends and loved ones move into apartments and watching conversations with no transparency it’s almost saddening Camden doesn’t own every complex. Going forward I’ll always choose a Camden complex because of this experience here. It feels like an extension to my family, especially when you’re far from your real family. I recommend Camden complex’s to everyone I talk to.

No parking when we first moved in. People were given decals but they never checked. Office staff does what they want. They do not answer emails but whne you try to go to the office they say call. Packages always stolen. Thin walls, they will just paint over issue in your apartment. They hire staff that done have business cards so I didnt even know who was coming into my home.

Great place to live in. Maintenance is great too. I put a work order the night before and they came in first thing in the morning. Enrique Estévez did a great job and very helpful

I’ve been living at Camden Lago Vista for over a year now (renewing my lease for another year) and I love everything about it! Everyone from the community manger to the service team is absolutely amazing. They truly care about their residents and act promptly on any requests. I am so grateful to the community manager Cheryl for making this place safe and welcoming to us!

**UPDATE** We have not recieved a phone call and the issue has not been resolved. We have been calling and speaking with the office staff in person about this issue for well over 6 months. We have told them multiple times where the noise is coming from. The frequency of the vibration was so high the night of 04/05 we could feel/hear the vibration even with ear plugs in! Its very clear to us the office staff simply doesnt care. Thankful our lease will be up in a few months anyway. We ended up moving our bed into our living room so that we can make it bearable for the last 3 months.Its a beautiful property but the walls are paper-thin, especially in the bedroom. Most nights its hard for us to get a good nights sleep, and our quality of life is suffering for it. Almost every night we can hear someone playing video games at variable times throughout the night and the bass causes our bedroom walls to shake. Usually it happens between 1am-5am. We have a sound machine and even this isnt enough to mask the noise/vibration. We can hear everything our neighbors do in their bedroom through our bedroom wall, including snoring. The office says that unless they receive multiple complaints from other residents, there is nothing they can do. We both work, and must be able to sleep in our home. Were so desperate for sleep, were considering moving our bed into the living room, away from the shared wall, and using the bedroom as our living room. Weve even had to book a hotel room before an important work event to ensure we got a decent night sleep. For a place that charges over $1400/month for a 1-bedroom apartment, we would at least expect to have a place we can sleep at night. We will not be renewing.

I came by for a tour and I was absolutely blown away with the service and customer experience I received from the nice gentleman. He’s welcoming smile and professionalisms was beyond any other. I’m looking for December time frame and just wanted to see what they had to offer. I will definitely be back.

If I could give a 0 star, that is what I’d give. If you’re able to move ANYWHERE else, strongly consider it. You’re forced to pay for internet/cable packages that are constantly failing and lagging. You’re also forced to pay for valet trash that isn’t always picked up from your door. Not to mention if the trash”feels” to heavy you’re subjected to fines. Also learned that the folks picking up the trash are usually on work release from prison. Gated community that leaves gates open often times. Had a vehicle stolen from the property which is a result of the ease of entry I’m sure. Just please look into other options. This is an onion wrapped in rose petals. The one positive is that the staff are usually very pleasant when you go in although reaching them by phone is like hitting the lottery.

Went in recently with my wife to look for a two bed room apartment. Unfortunately something very personal to our family happened and we are not able to rent at the moment, yet I still recommend renting from them. They have a wonderful staff. As soon as you walk in everyone greets you and are super friendly. Stephanie took care of us and was very energetic and positive. She told us she was new, but you could not tell. She answered all of our questions.

The Staff is very friendly and always eager to help. I have been living here on and off for a couple of years now and can honestly say its always a pleasure. In Orlando it is my favorite area to live because its near everything right in the middle of highway, airport . And i am happy that a community like Camden is around to offer me tranquility and a convenient Location to live.

My sink was leaking and wanted fix right away. Sent a service call online and they came right away. This is what you call awesome service from this company. Thank you so much Camden keep the good work. Special thanks to Enrique Estevez.

Friendly community with wide range of demographics: young professionals, families, retired folks. The management and staff continuously strive to meet or exceed expectations. Grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. Lots of open green space and sidewalks. The assistant manager Luis is always there to help. Every time I walk in, he has a smile on his face. On my move in day. I was stressed out with the move from the community I was moving out of (which was a nightmare). Once I walked into the office. Luis greeted me with a huge Good Morning and a smile. He had everything ready to go and made sure he went over everything slow and detailed. He knew I was overwhelmed with everything. Luis stopped what he was doing grabbed me a bottle water and said take a deep breath and try not to stress, everything will be fine, and you are in great hands. I am here to make this move in experience a great one”. He apologized for everything I had gone through in my last apartment community (which I’m very happy I moved out of) and he made sure that I left the office with a smile and with a positive attitude. My friends don’t even go out of there way to say things like this and Luis did. I loved Luis from the day he toured me. He was very professional and funny. He made me laugh during the tour and the application process. This is something I have never experience before when apartment shopping/applying. I wish I wouldve ran into Camden Lago Vista and Luis a long time ago. I have been living here for a few months and I LOVE it. Luis makes my morning every day when he gets to work. While Im heading out to work, Luis is coming in and he always makes sure he keeps an eye out to make sure he sees me and say Good Morning. Now thats great customer service. Camden you have one great employee. Thank you, Luis, for everything you have done. You are truly a blessing.

Ive lived at Camden Lago Vista for about 6 years. I moved out of Central Florida and choose to return to the community when I moved back. Ive always found the office and maintenance staff to be helpful and responsive, concerns and issues have been addressed promptly and thoroughly. Any community with a lot of people living in a small space is going to lead to inconveniences and complaints, but for the most part these seem to be acknowledged and addressed by the local and corporate Camden associates, which is really the best you can hope for.

I recently graduated and was moving to Orlando for work. I had been apartment hunting for weeks until I encountered Gloria at another Camden location. She recommended Lago Vista due to the proximity to my job. Funny enough, the day I visited the Lago Vista location, she was there. The community is very friendly and well-maintained and the staff are very helpful. After touring, there was no doubt in my mind about living there. Great experience, thank you Gloria!

This community has been my home for a very long time and or will continue to be my home. I had nothing but a positive, beautiful, welcoming and most important caring staff. I recommend this community if your looking for a great experience and LOVEABLE staff.

I just had a service request fulfilled by Enrique Estevez. He was very kind and even put little booties over his shoes when coming into my home. He was able to address my problem by being well prepared with the tools and parts. Thanks for the great service Enrique.

We had a leak in our closet. They took forever to fix it and painted over it at first. Packages stolen all the time and they did not care. Cars were broken into and they said it was residents faults for not locking cars. I moved out and my mail did not get forawrded after they asked for my forawrding address and they would not let me check the mail box or check it themselves.

So far we’ve been here for about a month. I can say so far I’m impressed! I feel safe here and I love that I’m on the 3rd floor. Everything is clean and well maintained, my neighbors are nice and he office staff is on it. They’re all so kind and accommodating. Shout to my boy Andre in the office though. He’s the real MVP.

Camden Lago Vista has been my home for the past 3 years and I LOVE it. From day 1 Luis Martinez has helped me so much to find my perfect apartment home. He would call me every day and keep me posted on what was coming up. After a few days, he found the perfect one. He was so excited when he called me to let me know. I came in to apply and Luis made the process so easy. What really sold me here was customer service that I received from Luis. His willing to help, his smile and his personality. I have visited all the communities on Bent Pine and Luis won be over. I recently found out that Luis got promoted and that me my day. I told him from day one that he will be prompted soon. I just wanted everyone to know that he is the reason why I’m here. The apartments are beautiful and everyone I come across in the office is always willing to help. Thank you Luis and Camden Lago Vista for all you do. Keep up the great work.

This is not only a great place to live but its gorgeous. Gloria has been very helpful and professional while helping us learn more about the apartment. We can’t wait to see the apartments in person!

Excellent property well quiet I love the work group excellent

Love it here at the Camden especially the wonderful staff. They made my first year in Florida effortless. If an issue arises, they are on it. Sabrina was the first person to welcome me as I was moving in. She has been my go to ever since. The only downfall I would have to say is that people’s packages get taken from time to time. No matter how secure the community is. There’s unfortunately dishonest people out there.

Ive been living at Camden Lago Vista for 3 years and it is hands down the best apartment complex I have had the pleasure of staying in. I move around a lot but Ive found myself so in love with my apartment that I decided to stay for the duration of my time in Orlando. Here at Camden if you have any problem Luis the assistant manager handles it quickly and efficiently while also making you feel like you as an individual matters. Thats important in a living community. Personally it helped me trust in the staff and be at ease. I havent had a negative experience here. Any issue I had be it maintenance or locking myself out has always been handled in a swift and professional manner. I love my apartment. I always wanted to live in my own single apartment and I havent been disappointed. The balcony is the true MVP. During a nice day ill sit stand on my balcony and watch the sunset. When I first arrived it was more of a perk but now I find myself spending my evenings outside reading and writing. My apartment feels like home. Thank you Luis for always making me feel important and part of the Camden Lago Vista family. You are truly an MVP.

We love living at Camden Lago Vista. We have great neighbors and enjoy taking walks along the lake. The maintenance team are also top notch. We have had a couple of maintenance items and they were fixed quickly. You have to expect that things will break, what matters is how well they are repaired and this is where the Lago Vista team rocks!

I have lived at Camden Lago Vista and I have had the best experience EVER. The Assistant Manager was the BEST from move in all the way through my living experience. Anytime I need any assistance she will always be there to help me out. From directions to the nearest meat market. Michelle and Luis are the BEST!

Camden Lago Vista is a great community. The scenery here is amazing with a beautiful lake and a breathtaking dog park. I love taking my dogs to play out there, also they have a great pool with a gas grill that is complimentary. Gym has all the machines and free weights you could ever want. Apartment is pretty fairly priced, and its in amazing condition when you get it too. Office staff is awesome and helped me have a smooth moving process. The only thing is that if you come home late at night you may not find parking right in front of your building. I was expecting to have pros and cons to write about but everything has just been great since I moved in. I love it.

Just signed the lease and so far i like what I see, the apartment was beautiful everything was new. The complex is really nice, beautiful pool, decent gym, i went to visit a few properties but what spells me was Andre Washington’s hospitality and attention to detail during the rental process.I am looking forward to moving in at the end of September.

I toured today and the apartments and amenities are awesome. I love the feel of the place and what it has to offer. Stephanie in the office helped me and she is a sweetheart. Cheryl the manager introduced herself to me as well as the other ladies. Excellent customer service.

The apartment complex is amazing! The rooms and buildings are beautiful, the amenities are great, and the community is really nice. The staff are really friendly and helped me out with any problems from moving in to service issues. This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at!

This property is SO pretty and is in the greatest area. We are looking into it and the tour guide Stephanie was so thorough and answered our questions genuinely. I’m definitely looking into leasing here.

I will be sad the day I leave this Community, so far it has been the best I have ever lived in and God knows I am a picky person. From the Community Manager Lisa to the leasing Consultant Luis Perez who is Mr. WOW and the others leasing consultants as well as the maintenance team it has been so far an absolute pleasure the last two years. We have been researching apartments for the past 3 months and Stephanie made sure that we saw everything this community has to offer, along with patiently taking us on tours (for multiple days!) to help us find the right apartment floor plan.

Today is a bittersweet day for me. I turned in my key to my apartment that I loved so much! The only reason we are moving is because we bought our first house. I have lived here for a little over 4 years and loved every minute of it. CJ the Maintenance Supervisor has always been a pleasure to work with. he always have attended my issues in a quickly manner. My girls always loved seeing him out in the community. He always stopped and said hello. Luis the assistant manager is absolutely AWESOME. His beautiful smile and personality is everything to me. Every time I would need something he was there. Im super sad to say good bye. Was such an awesome experience... the service was excellent, apartment was clean when we moved in, tidy and spacious.... will definitely be recommending to friends here... thanks for the excellent experience. You guys are amazing.

I have worked with Camden Lavina and the staff for five years. Always professional and have pride in what they do. The community is in a great location also and the Grounds are maintained well above surrounding apartment communities.

Camden Lago Vista is a great place to live. It is a amazing community with truly professional employees who go out of their way to help residents with any issues.

One of my favorite Apt Complex that I’ve lived in thus far! Apartments and grounds are very well taken care of. Maintenance issues are resolved very quickly. The staff is very nice and friendly! My faves are Shantell, Stephanie, Gaelle, and Sabrina! If you need anything you can call on them! Only downfall is parking is a bit crowded, however they just introduced some reserved parking spots. So I’m happy! :)

The Staff here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They are always on top of their A game, and just when you think they have reached the top potential they out do themselves AGAIN! They truly set the bar for leasing professionals. Property is well kept and the attention for detail shows! Youre not just a rent payer here.... you are truly part of the Lago Vista family. Luis - there isnt enough that can be said about that man! Heart of gold and a true asset to Lago Vista!

I am moving into Camden Lago Vista in august and I am very excited to be apart of this community. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The leasing agent (Maria Suarez) has been very helpful and proactive in helping get me and my dog in the apartment that best fits our needs!

Its such a beautiful community, staff is amazing and always helpful. Lovely pool area and i love the bark park where my dog just runs and plays. I would recommend this place to anybody grate location mins away from airport

I wanna take time to compliment Enrrique Estevez one of the maintenance guy (this guy deserve employee of the year) I had on several time some issues with the apartment and he was always there going above and beyond, he is caring and he makes me feel part of this community. He even fallow up after the issue was fix. Always asking if everything is okay... The GM Miss Sherry Corand she is also caring and have been always there every time i need something. The only problem that i had was that in the main room the floor makes noises when i walk. Besides that this two individuals make this place worth it.

The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The property staff are kind and I feel that they truly care about the residents. We have had nothing but positive interactions at Camden Lago Vista.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would.Camden largo is not only beautiful and clean, the office staff is very kind and professional they make sure that you are attended and satisfy with the outcome. Maintance is taken care of within the following day of your request of service sometimes even the same day. So if your looking for that place to call home come to Camden Largo Vista.

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming every time you walk into the office. The community grounds are always clean and the community has a welcome home feeling!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We have been living in this complex for more than 10 years and that leaves a lot to say, we have changed apartments 4 times from the smallest to the largest, this location is centrally located from the supermarket to entertainment stores and schools excellent place to live. Thanks to Luis for his services, he is always available to solve any situation.
