She’s very personable and not pushy making the tour feel like a welcoming rather than a showing. By far the best walkthrough experience I had, setting Knightsbridge apart from neighboring communities. I will definitely be moving forward with the application process!

We were a little hesitant of touring here since it is a little ways off from our current part of town but we are sure glad we went. We toured the apartment complex this past weekend and we loved what we saw. The complex and unit we toured are updated, clean and had lots of natural light. Marlie was our tour guide, she was friendly and answered all of our questions and gave us lots of options so we could choose which was best for us.

I was recently emailed to review the complex for the tour I had over the weekend. Unfortunately, the tour never even happened because the leasing agent on staff decided to take a walk-in client over my appointment, so I left. I called the day before to set up the appointment and confirmed the appointment the morning of as well with the leasing agent. I was 5 minutes early to my scheduled appointment tour and when I walked up to the clubhouse, the leasing agent had another family with her and said “they kind of just walked up here and wanted a tour so I locked up the office and I’ll be back shortly you can wait in your car.” I was pretty frustrated but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I waited 20 mins when she finally came back to the clubhouse. I sat on the couch for another 5 mins when she told me “oh I’ll only be a bit longer with them, feel free to grab refreshments.” I should not have to wait 25 mins past my scheduled appointment. I had another tour scheduled, so I let her know and left. They asked to reschedule and I declined because of this inconvenience.

After touring the apartment complex today I have to say I was blown away. The complex is nice and clean with greenery everywhere. If considering the complex I would ask for Marlie as your tour guide. From the moment we enter the building she was welcoming. Every question we asked Marlie was able to give us an answer that will help in our decision making.

The place is nice and quiet. The neighbors are respectful. The staff is fine. I like to believe they try their best. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. I dont mind the place to much. However, the area does have a wasp/bug problem. Besides that its fine. We have wasp that swarm or are nesting at our front door area. Looks like they are nesting in the roof ducts. Hoping it gets handled will update as needed. Fingers crossed we dont get stung.

We had checked out other apartments in the area, but as soon as we met with her, we knew we would be moving into Knightsbridge. She was welcoming, very friendly and certainly helpful. Let me first start with the fact that this community is huge, in a spacious way. It is very hard for me often time to do all of my deliveries as I’d like and plan. Also aside from the fact that it is well kept by the staff and responsiveness of each individual, I want to truly thank everyone involve. I really enjoy coming to this specific location. For what I do which is delivery, knowledge and finding ways to get myself around is always key and efficient. For that I have to give it to one of the personnel there, who I see probably more than I see than rainy days here in FL. His name is Alfredo, this literally has a blueprint of the property plan his brain. He knows the ins and out of how to move around within the premises and will tell you with such kindness how to. One time he could not take me to where I needed to go, so he took a piece of paper from his golf cart and drew the exact location for me. If that is not great teamwork, and service I don’t know what is. It was great in my opinion. I thank him for that greatly. This place has really turn the corner, with what in my opinion is above and beyond service, understanding and innovative ways to make a difference.

Ms.Charlene was PHENOMENAL! Very thorough and helpful throughout the entire move in process. She maintained excellent communication, and always make sure to answer any questions I may have have had.

I recently visited Knights at Stoneybrook and truthfully everything was great. It’s super nice, very spacious in the 2 bedroom loft, quiet, and safe! It’s was just perfect for my family. Thank you Genesis for helping my family with everything! You explained everything so well and gave us everything we need! Hopefully soon Knights at Stoneybrook will be my family home.

I have lived at Knightsbridge since 2016. The staff has always been responsive, professional, nice, and helpful. Genesis has always been very helpful and professional. All of the different service men that have come to the apartment have been friendly and able to fix any issues.I also love the wildlife in the area, deer, river otter, different bird species. My current apartment faces the woods, so I see them all at different times.The things I like about the apartments are the large windows and high ceilings. I have not felt like I was living in a cave like other apartments I have rented. There is a lot of natural light in all the rooms.My overall experience has been excellent through all the years I have been here.

Moved in here a week ago. Charlene in the front office was great and very helpful answering any questions we had. While there were some small things wrong with the apartment upon move-in it was nothing major. Robert on the maintenance staff has been very timely on fixing the issues and is very friendly.

Me and my boyfriend visited Knights at Stoneybrook and absolutely fell in love with the place! Everything was just perfect and beautiful! It was so nice and quiet, very clean and made my family feel very safe. Genesis was such a great help as well! She explained everything so perfect and made sure we got everything we needed. My family just applied so hopefully we get to move in soon🤗

Ive been living here for a month and I love it so far. It is a very quiet and peaceful community. Since the first moment I arrived at the leasing center they treated me kindly and Marlie provided me with all the information and help I needed. Then I had a little mishap with something in my kitchen and they quickly sent a maintenance staff to help me. Alex was very helpful and kind as well.I feel happy here and it is exactly what I was looking for.

We booked a tour for the apartment and our expectations were exceeded! The property is extremely well kept and looked exactly like the pictures! The surrounding area is BEAUTIFUL and has a very good security system. Overall, I am excited to apply for a future of living at Knightsbridge at Stoneybrook! I also want to mention that Genesis has been amazing and really helpful throughout this whole process! She has helped with updating quotes, answering questions, and even giving us the apartment tour! All in all, Knightsbridge at Stoneybrook is an amazing complex and I am excited about applying!

My wife and I traveled out of town to see the apartments this past week. My company is relocating an entire department by June of 2021 or sooner. They were not able to show us the property due to the fact that they were fully booked for that day. We received a call from Veronica from the office who apologized and assured us that we would be taken care of on the next visit. She was courteous and professional. Looking forward to seeing this community on our next visit.

Moving out of student housing for the first time I had SO many questions. I searched far and wide for an apartment complex that was beautiful, renovated, safe, a good price, and had great staff. Luckily, I stumbled upon Knightsbridge at Stoneybrook and Genesis was there to answer all of my questions without making me feel like a dumb college kid. She has been super responsive and helpful in finding a unit with the features I like, as well as with the price I could afford. The complex is beautiful with more amenities than I would even need for such a fair price. Literally you could not find a better staff or a better price for what you get in this area. I’ve been living here for about 3 months now and so far it’s been amazing! The maintenance is very convenient (such as Jose, he is super professional and efficient in his job, along with his peers.) The neighborhood is always clean, trash is very well organized, neighborhood is very safe and well gated, parking is never an issue, and we had no problems moving into our apartment. Only downside I would say is that as a college student it is a bit further from campus but not by much (around 15-20 minutes... which is expected for an off campus apartment.) All in all, this is a great community and definitely one to look into if you’re moving to this area!

The place is amazing, safe and beautiful. All the staff are extra friendly, helpful and always smile. My apartment is spacious, neighbors are great and views are beautiful. This is the best place Ive live in and the best 4 years of my life. What i love the most is that when i have any questions i go see Marlie and she solve it right away. Can’t ask for more .

Peaceful community with abundant wildlife. No appreciation for long term tenants. After 3 years there is going to be some normal wear and tear however you need to pay for all of it still. Only the new tenants get all the new carpet fresh coat of paint and stuff. My unit flooded once and some items got ruined. My a/c stop working at 6pm on a Friday and I had to wait until next day for someone to take a look at it. I would not recommend if you are planning to live there for more than one year.

Beautiful apartments and a wonderful staff always going above beyond to help out. Alex came today he stepped up to resolve my maintenance issue he was nice and kept me informed with what he was doing. Great place to live. I give this complex not a 5 star but a 10 star

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. My family and I really love living in this community. We wanted a clean and safe area and that’s exactly what we got. The entire staff has been great since the beginning of the renting process. Marley is amazing. She always returned my phone calls in a timely manner, and never became frustrated with my many questions. We recently had an issue with our dryer and placed a request. Ive lived here a year now and have been able to really experience Knightsbridge. I honestly dont have any complaints besides one thing. This may be odd but the speed bump when you actually enter the community is horrible. I wish they wouldve changed it like they did the exit speed bump. I appreciate the idea behind speed bumps I just wish it was fixed. Its a big community but you dont feel it at all. Its super quiet and youll see your occasional deer walking around which are so cute. Charlene from the office is super nice and had such positive energy when helping me with my lease. Jose from the maintenance team was so nice and helpful. Theres also another maintenance person who is always so friendly and has even rushed over when he saw me having trouble with my car to help. I think this is a great place to live, everything in this area is priced high so i definitely think its a great value.

The location alone is very lovely. The apartments look nice and are reasonably affordable. Its not too far away from school locations. Its a very friendly place to live.The maintenance and office inquiries are pretty responsive. Our maintenance guy, Robert, has been working on our unit for a while and does a very good job.Overall, Im happy with this place

I love how responsive and nice they are! My AC unit stopped working today and made a maintenance request. Alfredo came and fixed it super quick. He was very respectful and trying his best to help me :).

We had a scheduled tour of the grounds yesterday. My husband and I were really impressed with Marlie, who helped straight from the get go when I tried to book a tour online but called the office to see if it was confirmed. Marlie made sure I was in the system and despite being busy, made sure that we could schedule a time the next day that worked for both of us. The grounds are beautiful and after viewing the property we decided to go ahead and apply. Marlie has been really great in answering our questions throughout the tour and helping us with the application process once we got home.EDIT:We are now a week and a half moved in and could not be happier. Robert from Maintenance has been incredibly helpful. He fixed our water filter quickly and answered some questions I had and gave some great advice when we first moved in. Robert then came back today to add an extension chord to our light and fan in our living room. Prompt response and friendly character! Makes moving into a new community a reassuring and warm quality!

I have lived here for just over a year. It is a very nice, large community. Genesis and Marley have both been great since we first moved in! Anytime we need anything they are quick to respond and help us out. The maintenance staff are excellent, as well. I have never dealt with a maintenance and office staff that is so responsive. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking in the area. I work downtown and my commute is very easy with quick access to the 408.

Ive lived here for 4 yrs. Management staff are friendly and available. Maintenance personell are 100%. Kudos to Alec and Robert. They are knowledgeable in their field of work, to include being friendly and courteous. They do excellent repair work. Ive been working with the management/leasing staff at Knightsbridge for many years. The person I work with the most is Genesis. Shes super easy to work with, quick to crack a joke, and get things done when she says she will. Knightsbridge is fortunate to have her! If all of my business contacts were as easy and fun to work with as Genesis and the rest of the staff at Knightsbridge my job would be much easier.

Genesis and the people of Stoneybrook were great in Character and answered all the questions and some about this awesome apartment. It was good that everything was explained upfront. I am really considering renting a lease from here.

Knightsbridge has been an amazing place to live. We lived in their two bedroom loft apartment which was beautifully renovated. The staff in the leasing office was extremely friendly and helpful with the move in process. Unfortunately we had one small maintenance issue with our A/c leaking. However via their online portal we were able to quickly submit the request and Alfredo was at our door within a couple of hours and was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny! Overall an amazing place for my family and I.

The condominium is wonderful, the nature around it is splendid; deer and birds of all species are seen daily. The office and maintenance teams are rated 1000. For the very few times I needed to call to ask questions front office members all seemed super nice and friendly. My wife and I have enjoyed living at Knightsbridge at Stoney Brook. It’s a safe and great environment to live in and the response to remedy our maintenance needs have been excellent. From Marley who introduced us and took the time to show us the property, to Jose from maintenance who was of great help in the beginning weeks when we first moved in to show us the ropes for requesting maintenance, to Robert and Alfredo who have been excellent as well when they’ve come to address any issue we’ve had in our place with friendliness and respect. We recommend this community for future residents for sure!

Genesis took great care of my in getting my lease up and running and when I had to move my move in date she kept me calm and I ended up with a much better situated apartment!! Love Genesis!! And most recently Charlene helped with some concerns I was experiencing and just went above and beyond to make things more comfortable for me. Cannot thank her enough for that. The maintenance team is spectacular and incredibly quick to respond to your requests. Robert has truly been a gem and you know you can trust that he will go beyond the call of duty to address any problems you are having and check back with you to make sure all is well. I have lived in a lot of apartments, this has been by far the most stellar experience I have had to date. You feel like family with the front office and maintenance team!

The apartment that I live in is very spacious. I love the fact that I have a loft. It is also conveniently located and love the fact that there is a social area where I can play ping-pong and foosball. Marlie is a great leasing consultant and has is very knowledgeable about the industry and the market.

Knightsbridge at StoneyBrook has been great to us. We have lived there for 3 years and it has been nothing but great things and peaceful living. Maintenance has been amazing but especially Alex, he always came when we needed him, we always felt confident that whatever we had to get fix was going to get fix. Genesis was phenomenal! Literally one of the kindest people i could have asked for to help me in finding an apartment. She was extremely thorough and explained everything to me as many times as i needed and was friendly about it each time! This place looks great. It is well-kept and quiet. The location is great too. However, there best asset is their staff, specially Genesis. From the first interaction we had, Genesis was patient, knowledgeable and very kind. I had to look at a unit that I was sure would go very quickly, but I was stuck at work. She rushed to send me a video of the entire place and I was able to make a decision right there and then. She then helped me throughout the entire application process. Her customer service is world-class.

I have to say that my husband and I really enjoy living here. Is is close to both our jobs and community amenities but also safe. The staff in the office is very friendly. What I do rave about is the service from the maintenance team! Alfredo, Juan and Robert are amazing! They respond to requests extremely fast and very attentive to detail. Alfredo recently went out of his way to clean our outside windows due to the build up of pollen. He didn’t need to do that for us but did it to go above and beyond. Living here has been a wonderful home to start our marriage in. We recommend them to many! Genesis in the office knows her stuff and is very friendly. She remembers us not only as residents but as a friendly face outside of the office. She responds to questions fast and is able to help with any issues! Thanks Knightsbridge team for an awesome place to live.Our only complaint is the gate issue. We wish there was a way to have better security for the apartments. Many people wait and sneak by to get through the gate with access from a resident. I wish the community had an arm gate so only one person was allowed in at once. Other that this issue, it is a great place to live.

I have lived in this community for 5 years it’s a great complex with the recent updates. But the best part of the community is Genesis she is one of the best team members she is always so sweet and positive. I have been going to Genesis for everything since she started working here. She is always very professional and is quick to respond when I need something or have a question, she has even responded to my emails after hours. Genesis has always gone above and beyond for me she definitely makes sure us residence are a priority. I’m so thankful the office has her.

Im very pleased with them. Place is always clean, nice. Service is excellent when it comes to maintenance. Alfredo been to my unit twice and he is excellent. Could not ask for more!

Affordable quiet community in a nice area. At one point I got double charged because they were having issues with the website. After a few days it was fixed but never received a refund for all the bank fees. Gates are broken 85% of the time. Very thin walls and floors, i was able to hear my neighbor’s tv on both sides. All amenities were shut down for almost a year (due to Covid which is understandable) but no rent adjustment was done. My son’s bike got stolen from the bike rack closer to the clubhouse. Super cheap cabinets that need to be fixed constantly, same with the bathrooms vanity. Me personally would not recommend but I know everyone’s experience is different.

I used to live here and loved the location. I recently came to visit a friend and stopped by the office. Ms. Veronica was very professional and excited to meet me. I was very impressed with the improvements in the clubhouse and especially the grounds and upgrades in the apartment. I enjoyed my visit and have referred a couple who now love their new home at Knightsbridge. Thank you Ms. Veronica for your warm welcome.

Our company has been performing the apartment renovations at Knightsbridge since January 2020. It has been an absolute pleasure working with the onsite team and we have built a strong working relationship with Veronica, the property manager and Adam, the maintenance supervisor. They are very accommodating and their pristine communication makes the renovation process run very smoothly. I want to share my experience with Mr. Alfredo who worked our service orders on Sept 17th. He was a complete professional, acted immediately to resolve our maintenance needs, he even went beyond our expectations, was courteous and well organized. I have lived at Knightsbridge since feb ‘19 and I absolutely love it here! The neighborhood is nice and kept up. The front office staff is friendly and always ready to assist, Marlee, Veronica, Genesis and Charlene are so nice and understanding! The maintenance staff is always so quick to respond and solves issues right away, Jose & Alex are very professional and do their best to fix any issues immediately!

I’m a vendor for the community and I have to say it is truly a pleasure every time I set foot on the property everyone is so very courteous and tentative to the needs and requests of their residents as well as their visitors and vendors. I’d like to give a special to shout out Veronica and Adam for always taking or making time to see me when I stop by the office or am onsite performing my various duties. I’ve been living here for 5 years now and every time I need maintenance I request Alex to come because his service is Top Notch 10/10! As for leasing and paper work Charlene is the best hands down! 5 years giving me the same excellent customer service.

I just wanted to give an update on my experience so far! If you are thinking about moving here I highly recommend doing so. The staff here is amazing, they have gone above and beyond for the residents here including myself during this crazy time. I have never experienced a complex that had everything! I will definitely be renewing when the time comes. Thank you Knightsbridge for being so good to us :)Genesis has gone above and beyond for me through this entire process of finding the right apartment for me! She has so much patience, especially since I switched units 2 times before even moving there. Some people would get frustrated with that but she never made me feel like I was a bother, she personally went to the unit I will be living in and took photos and videos so I would be able to get the tour experience. The community its self is beautiful, lots of trees and nature views and its close to a golf course as well. I am very excited to move in and start a new chapter! Thank you so much Genesis you are the best :)

From the moment I first called to check out this apartment complex, Genesis has been nothing but kind and helpful! I was so pleased to see how accommodating she had been and how prompt she was with the entire leasing process. I am comfortable and excited to officially live in this complex following the tour and great customer service I had with her. I definitely recommend getting in contact with genesis if you have any questions, she really took care of everything I needed even from living out of town.

We’ve been living here for about 4 months now and have loved it thus far. It is a nice, quiet, secure community. All of our maintenance requests have been completed quickly and all of the maintenance guys have been excellent, especially Jose! We definitely recommend this community.

My boyfriend has been staying at this complex for a year now & he loves it !! We are now expecting & the leasing office associate Charlene has been amazing!!Charlene has been so nice, pleasant to speak with & super quick. She has made the application process a breeze for both my fur baby Bendel & I !!!!!! Absolutely wonderful

I have lived here for 6 months and I must say I have had an overall good experience. Marlie made the move in process simple and easy. Staff at the leasing office are responsive and kind. Maintenance staff are super fast (even on Sundays) and take care of issues as fast as possible. The community is quiet and the wildlife are beautiful to watch...though the racoons can sometimes be intimidating. If youre going to go for walks on the golf cart trails BEWARE: Karens patrol the concrete and if theyre golfing they will shoo you away. Walk very early in the morning (before 7am) or in the evenings when golf is finished for the day. Per Stoneybrook the trails through the golf course are for golf carts ONLY (even if you live there, though you will see plenty of people walking/jogging/biking anyway) so just avoid golfing hours and you will be fine. This is not a mark against Knightsbridge, they are totally 5 stars!

Beautiful apartment complex, plenty of amenities, perfect for a family to live in! Marley gave me a tour, explained everything very well and was very professional, she showed me the exact apartment I applied to. Definitely a must see if you’re looking for an apartment in the East Orlando area!

Charlene L is an amazing manager. She is so kind, thoughtful and caring. She takes time to get to know you and makes your experience living here one you will never forget. The entire office staff Charlene, Genesis, Veronica and Marley have been my favorite staff ever in an apartment community. I’ve never lived at a community where the staff makes you feel like you are family. I was informed that one of my brothers was killed and the ladies at the office took their time to reach out to me and got me a card. That was the most kindest and thoughtful thing I’ve ever experienced. I will never forget these ladies. I love living here. Thank you for all you do. Keep it up. -Angie

My boyfriend and I went in for a last minute viewing right before the office closed. Genesis was amazing. Although the weather was terrible She took us on a tour of a beautiful apartment that we hope to soon call home.
