This place is the absolute worst place to live. I would not recommend signing a leasing . My car was stolen six months after moving in and the downstairs neighbor has been allowed to move in with TWO pit bulls. There is always barking at all times of the night since the dogs are kept on the balcony. The office staff is so rude when I have an issue. I can not stress this enough stay away from this place. It’s expensive and the apartments look nice on the outside but they are very run down on the inside.

Its a decent living it just the water here sucks
