One star is too generous. Norwegian Airlines has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I travel around the world often and have experienced bad flights from many airlines, but Norwegian is the first and only airline that I refuse to fly ever again. I had to deal with their customer service team via email and received the poorest level of service I could possibly imagine. They refuse to take responsibility or address any of my concerns and their level of response is worse than childish. They seriously behave like bully toddlers and do not deserve to have the business of humans. Do not give this airline a minute of your time or a penny of your money. They dont care about their customers and it shows.

Excellent comfort on board the Boeing 787 Dreamliner: lower cabin altitude, humidified air, larger windows, latest generation lights on board, etc.
