This is the worst company I have ever come in contact with. They just take your money and provide no customer service. I was trying to make a change to my flight, I contacted one of their agents by email they never responded to my emails. Then I called the company on the phone number they provided with no answer. I called them 3 times with the same result. At least with other companies they talk through your inquiry with you and try to help if they can and talk you through other options, this company just went radio silence and let you waste your money. Of course they wouldnt let me giving them zero star!
