Fast and clean wash times. Attendant on duty was very helpful when we had problems. Would visit again if washer or dryer at home goes out.

Very clean and the lady in charge, that was there today, was extremely helpful. My son usually would go for me, but he passed away 12/10/2020... so it was my first time there and I am very impressed.

They have a frequent customer discount card . Great service and people, machines always available. They also have dry cleaning and drop off service available.

I am currently using this laundromat because I don’t have a washer and Dryer. It’s super clean, the machines are very large, and they have a variety of different options. From $2.50 and up for washers. They have great vending machine choices. It’s not too busy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They accept cards which is a plus. Only - the machines hold $14 per swipe (that includes the cost of the run), which will usually fall off the next day. But the attendant can run the card and give you cash back. There’s no charge for the cash back either. I love this place!

Love essence laundromat located the corner of Walmart South Redford boulevard Murfreesboro Tennessee. The employees are always friendly and helpful the laundromat is always spotless and easy to use with a very clean open concept sitting area that has free TV and free Wi-Fi. It makes laundry day so much more fun.

Very Very clean. The attendant was very nice and sweet. He helped us in and out with our clothes. We had a lot! S&S had lots of different washers with prices for everyone. The dryers were small and big. The cleanest laundromat I have ever seen. Comfortable seats in the lobby with a TV. Snack machines and drinks. Small table for kids! Highly recommend!

This is the first laundromat that I have been to in some time. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was and to find out it is always staffed when they are open. They have Wi-Fi and a seating ate with comfortable chairs and a TV. The equipment is well maintained and clean. Will use them again.

SUPER clean. The place never stinks like the other places, they have machines that take card, and everyone is super friendly over there. Love the fact that it smells clean in there.

Very clean, friendly staff, very comfortable waiting are with a t.v. a snack machine, and spotless bathrooms. I felt very safe here.

This is the best laundromat in Murfreesboro. I have been to a few different ones and most are dirty with several machines not in operation. S&S is always clean with plenty of machines available with different prices to choose. The attendants are the nicest people, always looking to help if needed.

Close to home a little expensive but nice and clean

Very cool place. They had 2 attendants working and both where super nice. They have a little TV area by itself then 3 other smaller TV’s. I’ve been to a few laundromat’s in Murfreesboro since I’ve lived here for 47 years and they where not clean or had hospitable employees. This place will get many return visits from me. Thanks for making laundry cool to do with out the hassle.

This is the cleanest laundry room in the boro. An awesome attendant is always on duty and 99 %of the machines work great.

After our washer broke, we came here to do laundry. The machines are moderately priced with a great selection of sizes. The building was extremely clean and very lively. There were two workers the whole time, and they were absolutely wonderful! The female worker held the door for my family several times, had a big smile on her face, and was constantly working on folding clothes. The male worker was cleaning and fixing the machines, and he came up to my sister and me and gave us the Wifi password! Machines are pretty new looking and work just fine--very fast too! Lovely staff, great atmosphere, decent prices, and clean establishment. Definitely recommend!

This laundromat is very clean attendant was very helpful I had a couple of questions and she was glad to help me. She even suggested which washer and dryer I should use for my queen size comforter. I noticed she stayed cleaning and she even opened the door for me when I left. I have been to several other laundromats and NEVER once have Ive felt so helped. I will be spending my money here at this laundromat for sure!

I had a nice experience at this laundromat clean facility, and by the way some employees were nice and helpful. I have been there certain times of the days and I really liked the attendant who worked there she was nice, helpful, and even offered to open the door for me. I was glad she had good customer service not like night times when i did laundry there and the guy attendant just sits around and doesnt offer to help. Other than that I recommend it during the day and I will be going back during the midday!

Best place to do laundry.

This is a nice clean place. You have the option to at least use a credit card as well as cash. All in all, its nice and warm in here while its cold outside.

I am new to the area and was kind of debating if I should go to a laundromat since I have had bad experiences before at several different ones. I came across this laundromat after running errands and I decided to give it a try. At first I thought it was going to be similar to all the other laundromats in town. So I walk towards the door and a young lady opens the door for me and greets me. Then I see different sized washers and dryers and I am kind of confused on which one I should use. The young lady there answered several questions for me and even helped pour the laundry detergent in the correct compartment for me. If it wasnt for her I could have poured the detergent in the wrong place resulting in rewashing and paying again. She asked me if I had ever been there before and I told her no. She then gave me a frequent card and told me that every time I come in to do laundry I get a hole punch on my card and on the 9th visit I can get 5 off doing laundry. She then went about cleaning and helping other customers. I am DEFINITELY going back! Goodness what other laundromats give you discounts!

Im usually there early Sunday mornings before the crowd hits. Its a very clean establishment and the bathrooms are clean.

S & S Laundromat is amazing! We use their services at Crestwood Suites of Murfreesboro and they take great care of their customers! The items we get serviced there are cleaned quickly and look and smell great. The owner goes out of his way to make pick up and drop off effortless. If you are in a business that requires you to use a laundromat DEFINITELY use S & S Laundromat!

Frozen pipes sent me to the laundry mat. Zoey met me at the door and greeted me politely. She even carried one of my baskets in the building! This place is spotless! The washers were spotless. I didn’t use the dryers but they looked clean too. Zoey offered me a cup to carry my quarters in which was very helpful. If I owned a business I’d want all my employees to be like Zoey. She stayed busy assisting patrons and folding laundry. I’m sure she ensures the place is so clean. When I need a laundry mat this place is mine! Great customer service, very clean, fair prices!

This place is kind of hit or miss. If you go on certain days and go early it is nice and quite. There is no free WiFi (it’s 2018, get with the times, most laundrymats have that feature), and only a few machines have card readers so you have to hope no one is using them if you have a card to use. He prices are reasonable on the machines. The attendants are usually pretty nice. The bad thing is many times I have visited and people are letting their kids run wild not even watching them, sometimes letting them crawl into the empty machines. It’s annoying. Also I went today and someone had their dog inside with them (not a service animal) and it was barking up a storm at strangers. That’s very gross to have your dog in a place where ppl are doing their laundry, plain common sense and a noise nuisance to the max. The attendant didn’t even say anything which is very unprofessional. The people that go there have a wide spectrum so be prepared, you never know what your going to get.

Clean amd well kept, the staff is as friendly as they are helpful. They really go above and beyond what I would expect of them. Not only getting doors for people but Ive also seen times when they assisted with special needs children so the mothers could get their wash done. Granted they dont stand by the door to open it for every single person and shouldnt but they are still truly exceptional employees!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I am new to Murfreesboro, and not young as I once was. Had a large bag of laundry. As I approached the door, a lady opened it and asked me if I needed any help. Jeesh, Im not even inside yet, and she;s asking if she could help me! Come to find out that this is Carol, one of the owners.I sorted my laundry and sat while it was washing. They have various size washers, from $2.00 to $8.00? and various size dryers. Dont have the coins, no problem Obviously they have coin dispensers, but some of the washers and dryers accept credit/debit cards.As my laundry was washing, I began observing Carol. She NEVER stopped cleaning. Constantly wiping and washing. This place is cleaner than my home. I can imagine that in her home, you can eat off the floor. I had to use the restroom, IMMACULATE. She made me feel so subconsciously uneasy about any dirt, that I began to go around and pick stuff up off the floor.As a side note, when I was in the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, one of my jobs was a health inspector, so I look for things like this. My mother once fired a housekeeper that she had known for years for once forgetting to clean the corners of the floors.While my clothes were drying (30 minutes is enough for a very large load) I began talking to Carol. She and her husband own the place. She is also a BIG Ohio State fan, as am I. Huge plus.On the general side, there is free wi-fi and additional parking behind the establishment. They also offer bundle service at $1.15/pound, washed, dried, and folded. She told me that is usually available the same day.Folks, I dont know if anyone will read this, or anyone outside of Murfreesboro will. But if you do, I would drive from Nashville to have my laundry done here.It is located in the Wal-Mart plaza on S. Rutherford Blvd. As you face Wal-Mart, it is in the extreme right-hane corner. They also have a frequent customer program. Get 9 punches, then 5.00 off your 10th visit. Dont forget, additional parking out back. Smoke free, obviously, but there is a smoking area outside.In conclusion, as a famous Army General once said, I SHALL RETURN
