Great place to work! Great team!

I thought it was going to be better if I transfer home but nothing changed. Management is not as great as you think it is. The work is stressful and can be tiring. I’m almost 22 years old and I’ve been working for this company since I was 19 years old and still have nothing. When I say nothing, I mean you don’t make enough money to at least live on your own (still living with parents), can’t afford to get my own vehicle, and sometimes can’t afford to buy food. It’s hard to succeed with this company cause it seems like you have to know fluent Spanish to be promoted anywhere, and you have to be very close to management. During my time here I had to teach one of the companies new bagroom leads on how to do his job. When I say I had to teach him, I meant he did not know anything about what he was supposed to do. Everyday I have to go behind the lead to make sure he’s doing his job correctly. They don’t care about how much you know, they go by who you are. Whenever I find a not so stressful job with better pay I will be leaving this company for good and never looking back.

Im certain theres a labor law violation taking place here. However, the union in place there surely protects them from violation fees and reprimand.
