Really nice, but need to beorganized a little bit more on checking baggage
My luggage was lost and I was in the airport for 4 hrs waiting for them to give it back to me after they showed me a picture of it. They gave me a broken luggage in several places without wheels and name tag. I complaint and what I got was a voucher with $100 discount to fly again with them. I dont think I wat to use this airline anymore. Very disappointed how my matter was handled by their staff.
Flight was canceled but the team here too great care of me and were very helpful.
Allowed me to change flights 2 x (both necessary) w no charge. Very helpful desk agents helped me fill forms, as my glasses were broken.Thats why we all fly COPA!

Awful experience, they (not I) cancelled my flight and refuse to refund my money. DOT regulations clearly state that if any airline touches American soil and is cancelled by the airline carrier a full refund is due. It’s been 8 months and they are still giving me the runaround.
They changed our flight and did not inform us of the change until we were checking in at the airport. This happened to multiple other people too. We tried to call Copa the day before the flight, however we could not get someone on the phone. Im just not sure what we could have done to avoid this type of situation. An airline should inform their customers of changes to their flight.
Finding good prices and a good service flying is not easy. Copa has both but lately with the covid 19 requirements to flight international is really became a game of patience and responsibility, do your homework and complete all the requirements to enter a different country and you will save time and a horrible headache at the airport.
This is the worst airline I have ever been to. They don’t stop cancelling my flights. I’m very disappointed with the Copas Airline. I wouldn’t recommend to no one.
Copy airlinesOn the 11th of October I purchased a 2 way trip to Brazil for two people for 1,271 dollars. Recently we got an email saying to contact them immediately for there may be possible changes to our trip. As soon as we got this email we tried calling them at the number that was on the email immediately but we can not get a hold of them.Then the company Justfly informed me November 26th that there was no flight for that date. So I went to back to the Justfly website to double check if they did not have the trip for the 12th of December. To my surprise there was except for almost triple the price.On the Justfly website right now a 2 way trip fro one person is 1,600 dollars. The company is lying to us saying that the trip we have already paid for over a month ago is not available because they have raised the price since we bought it. That is simply unacceptable I paid for this trip with my money ad we have already made arrangements around these dates and I refuse to let my trip be changed just because the company wants more money.The exact reason we bought the trip so early is because it was cheaper. I want this problem rectified as soon as possible. Not to mentioning I have tried calling them numerous times and they have not answered once. I accept nothing less than the trip I paid for on the day I paid for it which is not an abnormal request all I want is what I paid for when I paid for it.The Justfly booking number is: 187-776-352

Cristian Sotomayor made a great difference today for me. They should have more of him. I flight frequently by myself but never with my parents. They are older and my sister that is handicap. I was overwhelmed. He made the whole transaction so easy and pleasant. He went beyond his duty to makes us so confortable. The should be more Cristians out there. Tnank you again. Buena atención, rápidas conexiones en mi caso, precios módicos, aviones unos nuevos otros no tanto. 1 hora para conexión es apenas y corriendo un poco por que cambian los Gates de salidas que estaban en el boucher del pasabordo y se debe leer los tableros de salidas para no perder tiempo. Deberían tener algunos vuelos directos.

Airline well more or less saw? The counter service is terrible, bad-tempered employees, they dont look us in the face, not that I care about sympathy, but with the least kindness. I made a connection in Panama and there they are even worse in service, apart from that the airport still only gives you 30 min of free wifi rs. The departure lounge of the World Cup at least has room to charge the phone. Inside the aircraft the service was much better, good drink options but the food I found very ruinzinha, on the way they had a breakfast with bread, butter, some fruits like papaya and grape, then came a pale noodles with shredded chicken in the middle, In the aircraft exchange in Panama to Orlando came a snack with cookies (it was the worst), I was on the wing, despite the beautiful view that this picture brings I had a lot of noise from the turbine, did not even hear the movies, even with headphones by ear, it was suffering. They gave headphones on all the connections. The movie chart is small but sufficient, it has movies, series, music, the ability to see the flight map, documentaries, td divided by genre, neither too young nor too old, but this option is only for the longest part. From the trip from Brazil to Panama and vice versa because Panama to Orlando spent 12 women and a secret on the collective TV and did not even connect the phone to listen, so it was pretty much, glad that this was the smallest. On the way back came rice with meat was a little better. I had no problem with the bags, although they lost one of my tags, but its the least. The space is very small, I did not find it very comfortable and to go to the bathroom, I was in the window was kind of difficult, especially with the front chairs lowered. The bathroom was very clean and the stability very good. Flight instructions and pilot compliance are spoken in two languages, Spanish and English but the crew speaks Spanish only. Honestly would not choose this company again.

I dont travel with them even for free! Not even if they pay me! The system is inoperable, the counter service is terrible, badly educated, arrogant and arrogant employees, especially in the United States, I went so far as to call the police to see that they are not responsible for the law, I will still sue them in court here in Brazil because of the embarrassment that they put me through, me and my family. I was still flying in business class, I spent over 4 thousand dollars to be poorly attended and humiliated! TERRIBLE !!! WILL PAY EXPENSIVE FOR THAT !!!

I had a wonderful experience with the World Cup in Orlando. The flight was delayed by 2 hours. The night before they sent me an email saying that the flight would be delayed. I was worried about the connection that I would lose in Panama but they automatically put us on another flight. In addition they gave us a ticket to have breakfast at any restaurant in the airport! Congratulations Copa for the excellent service!
