Horrible experience. Once bought tickets from Orlando, FL to Pakistan, customer service has been horrible. Even after tickets fully paid, web site says that i have confirmed seats but tickets are not bought. I could not manage the booking and wait periods on the phones are > 1 hour each time. I bought option for confirmed seats but can not manage. Very disappointed by the airline service.

Orlando to Dubai to Manila. Food was pretty decent for an airline but unfortunately most of the attendants aren’t the nicest. I didn’t feel comfortable asking for anything, a lot of them give off a rude attitude when you talk to them and you can tell they don’t enjoy their job at all. For being a pricier airline, I wish there was better hospitality- especially for being on the planes for almost 24 hours.

If anyone thinks that EMIRATES is a great airline, I’d like to tell you you’re wrong. They do not respect their customers at all !!!!!!First of all they lost my baggage and took them more than 2 weeks to send it back to me. Every time I try to call them they give me hard time.. really messed up customer service and even when I had to buy some clothes to wear instead of those were in the bags they won’t send me this money back although I’ve sent them all receipts via emails and filled up the complaint over the website!!!! They never communicate back with any future compensations..! I really cannot recommend this company to anyone specially most of my friends told me the had the same issue with them too....!!!!!

It is not what they show in the web site. On our flight to Greece everything was pretty much ok, the odyssey start in our way back home. Be aware that if you are women traveling along (no male companion) when you are in the line for check in luggage and boarding pass a random person (in our case a woman) will start interrogating you, I UNDERSTAND the questions while you are already in front of an immigration officer BUT NOT when you are in the line for check-in your luggage and getting boarding pass. Once in the plane and after the food is served, be prepared to wait at least 30-45 min for the crew to collect the empty containers. Very inconvenient to leave your seat to use the toilets with all trays without being collected. For the price they charge the service should be better. Highly disappointed.

Just flew Emirates from Dubai. The service has deteriorated from 2 years ago despite the fact that the fares are astronomical! The food was horrible no more mid-meal snacks just water! This on the A380 to boot! Now as far as the connecting flight with Jet Blue please do not do it. My baggage took an entire day to arrive so I missed all my other connecting flights ended up spending an unplanned night in Orlando. Overall I am very disappointed. Emirates Should do better because the fares they charge are not reflective of the service they provide. Very poor customer service no longer impressed.

We used to travel in Emirates many times, but unfortunately last time we had bad experience.Very arrogant employees, bad food choices & won’t even give any alcoholic beverages.Won’t use Emirates anymore, even though we love to visit Dubai.

Despite the fact that emirates is said to be one of the best airlines in the world, their customer service sucks. I emailed them abt my frustrations with my parents experience and no one had gotten back w me. My parents had a layover in dubai and when they checked in for the next flight, my dad was asked to check in his carry on luggage because he was 3kgs over. Check in luggage was going to cost him 200usd. Now let’s be reasonable emirates! Then my mom was given opened food during the flight. That’s bad customer service. She ended up not eating it. You can do better than that emirates.

Just typical corporate GREED. No respect for their customers or even employees. They are going down the sink
