On flight 1635. Why are people allowed to bring 2-3Bags that barely fit in overhead compartment on flight.. also airbus 319, is dirty, not very sanitary... should follow rules and check them...been my 8th flight like this... I will book with a different airline next time

I am not sure why same human being can become so rude to the customer. I never had good experience at the Air Canada counter in Orlando Airport. If Air Canada is out sourcing staff at MCO they need to reconsider to use other company because many staffs are just too ignorant on their job.
