Service seemed to be going really well; they showed me the cabin filter as most places do. And I was excited for the car wash being included. However, once I entered the vehicle I noticed my tire sensor was STILL on. Second thing I found while putting my daughter in her car seat, was sand all in the backseats still. Upon arriving home, the entire trunk space was still dirty. So Im hoping after I verify all the fluids that they are truly topped off.. I will edit this post after my findings / if necessary.

Awesome job on my ride! Supreme Wash, hand wax, interior detailing, floor mats, and headlight restoration turned my car into brand new again! I have been coming here for years - always a great place, but used to be better when Raul owned it. Today I came and the main worker (who is here all the time) and the owner were not wearing a mask. Before he got into my car, I nicely asked him where his mask was- and he said he is fully vaccinated. He continued to get into my car without his mask on. I regret not taking my keys back and going somewhere else. They have lost a long time lemon grove client. I am truly disappointed in them.

Took about an hour to do a smog test with a free car wash at 10am on a Friday. I was very happy with their complimentary basic wash and hand dry.

Never had a good experience they always forget to do something that I payed for. The last time I was there some how a brand new screw ended up in my tire I notice it right away while getting in my car it was put there by one of the workers from the position of it I will not be going back ever again.

Will not be returning! I have been going here to get my car washed for almost a year now, have even told friends about it, and decided to give the mechanic side a shot. After today I will not be returning. Long story short I was paying for an Oil Change and Tire rotation, and they did not do the rotation. Luckily I know about car maintenance, and noticed I didnt hear an impact gun once while my car was being serviced. I saw that they were doing something with the oil (Questionable now) and then washed my car. The gentleman handed me my keys once they were done, so I of course said what about my tire rotation? I was told by the first gentleman that I didnt pay for a rotation, then told by a second that it was already done, then finally by the manager (of the car wash side) that it hadnt been done but that it would get done immediately. Yes they offered to do it after the fact, but its the principal, they were about to let me leave with my tires not rotated and still charging me. I just asked to have the rotation removed from my bill and left. So for those that come here please make sure to double check when youre getting your car serviced to make sure you get what you paid for done. Car wash side is good, but anything more than the 15.99 deal isnt worth it.

Im hoping it comes back around, but theyre not doing as good a job on the windshield, which is important to me, theyre not paying as much attention to making sure your car is actually clean when theyre done, and theyre trying to charge extra for everything. Extra charge to clean the driver door armrest? Really?

Got my older car detailed here. They seemed happy because it was Memorial Day and probably because it had recently rained, nobody was here. I got the best Auto detail and wax. The car was ready right before they closed but everything was extremely wet. Maybe this is normal, out maybe it was because it was too close to closing time? I placed a fan in the car and ran it overnight. Before that we also left the doors open and the hatch open. It was still pretty wet, hence the fan. Would hate for it to be wet and then smell like mildew.

Id give them 5 stars BUT I didnt notice they gave me a ratty old floor mat, one of them, instead of my newer ones. Prices are also slowly but surely going up a lil to high for me! They do nice job with the basic vacuum & wash, they dry it & do windows, they work hard, tipping is very much appreciated.

Im accustomed to paying $6.99-$8.99 for a wash, but I get that level of service too. Here I paid $11.99 for a basic wash (no, I dont want extra attention/cost on the wheels/tires, thank you) and that included cleaning windows inside and out. You dont get that with a $6.99-$8.99 wash. I appreciate the inside window cleaning, especially the front windshield, because its hard to get a good angle to properly clean that window. After the car wash, 4 guys simultaneously worked quickly drying it and washing the windows. I was pleased with the results for the price. Id return if I lived here.

Not very happy with the 250.00 detail. I could have did the same or better. I pointed out some things I found and they were more than willing to fix and wanted me to return but I left my car there all day. Ive been talking both my cars there for years for washing and service. Sorry to say I will find somewhere else to go.

I used to get my oil changes here all the time, then I had some shady things happen and finally, I found another place to go. First, I had a coupon, the man outside said if you need more then 5 qts. of oil you cant use that. When I went in to pay, the lady seemed to have to no problem with the coupon, but then the man came in and told her not to honor the coupon because of the oil and so she didnt. I have a 4 cylinder equinox, Im pretty sure I didnt exceed the max allowed oil! I was also asked if Id like the differential fluid changed, he can do it right now for $150 cash, I declined. Then he offered to do it for less cash, by the time left he would have done it for $50 cash. I think it was sold or at some point, maybe the new owner/manager is ok with that, I know Im not! Car wash is decent though, so 2 stars for them!

Great service, ask for Peter. He gave me a great deal on the SMOG for my new truck and he threw in a car wash. This is my second time here in the last two years and you can tell they appreciate their customers.

I live on a dirt road so needless to say my car gets dirty very fast. It makes no sense to have the rims detailed or a special service because one trip up the road its a done deal. The guy tried to up sell a service but i told him about my dirt road he didnt bother me anymore about it. The car wasnt that clean when they were done but better than what it was

I love this car wash. I co.e here alot. But I have o e complaint. The car wash is 22.99 and when they give change they always keep the penny. I know that it is only a penny, but when you add a penny times the number of customers, it can add up. It should be up to me if I choose to leave a penny.

The guy asking what car wash you would like says the trucks are $5 dollars more but i can give you a special for 19.99... the sign clearly says the basic wash includes trucks... false advertising and money hungry place. If your going to charge 5 more then take the sign off that cleary states trucks included!

This is the place where miracles happen. I raise chickens. I train them to do tricks and take them on trips. The interior of my car was......uh.......a shitstorm. (They took pictures) An older car, it was dusty, stained and gross. I drove out of there in a car that looked and smelled new. 😁
