My car was towed from my neighborhood (my own fault). They were open still and allowed me to pick up my car at 2am. It costs $240 to get your vehicle out or $243 if paying by card. Once you pay, you go in and drive your car out by yourself. For 2am, the lady was nice.

As far as a storage lot goes. Not as bad as some! Get there early to avoid the crowd! Got my car towed because my parking permit was not completely visible .see photo the vulture got me. Karma with come to him.

Its great! if you love waiting on hold for 40 minutes just for them to close down while youre on hold.

The people working there are very nice the tow truck driver was a vulture he had my car hooked up before the cop even told him to hook it up therefore my friends couldnt take it for me. Which discouraged me from ever liking these people.

Even though my truck got towed they helped me get it out with no fuss or issues and even discounted the fee a bit since my truck wasnt impounded for long.

Property was taken out of the vehicle after picked with no explanation. Very unprofessional.

Terrible. Company vehicle was towed here after a wreck. So I tried to contact them to get company property out of vehicle. No website to get information. Never answer phone, just put you on hold (tried 3 times over two days). So you have to drive down there to find out how to access a vehicle. Everybody understands there have to be rules to allow people in, but GET A WEBSITE or ANSWER THE PHONE so people know.

Terrible service. This place towed my boyfriend’s car at an apartment complex where we were visiting friends. We weren’t even there for more than 6 hours. The place closes at 5pm and we were towed after their closing hours. We called multiple times and the phone was never answered. We had to get a ride there to find out if they even had the car!! The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. We still had to pay $240 even though they had the car for less than an hour.

This storage company shredded my serpentine belt. Ive been trying to get in contact with them to fix it and its literally just me playing phone tag. Make sure when you get your cars back that youre looking under your hood for any damages. They probably wont fix it.

My car was towed here after an accident. They told my insurance company to have me sign a release. I go there, and I see my car being towed. I wait for a half hour in line. I get to window. Ask who they gave my car to. They said it was Farmers insurance. I have Allstate. I contacted the agent on the form. She hasnt done this type of work in five years. I ended up reporting my car stolen.

The man at the window lets you stand there for awhile. I waited for him to acknowledge us and you cant hear through the glass good thing I brought my insurance card cause they didnt say I needed it, to release my vehicle.

Need to get information on towed vehicles for lien holders. The wait times are in excess of thirty minutes to speak with somebody. They are the worst tow company I have to deal with in the state of Texas.

I never write reviews but this place was beyond attrocious. The front service lady had a bad attitude and spent an hour there while she was clearly on her phone doing paperwork. Another sales representative had came and talked to me about the car and she made physical gestures implying he leaves. He was calm and collected but she started to yell and lose her temper. Completely unprofessional. They are crooks feeding off government protection for their own gain. They then proceeded to talk infuriatingly about the sales representative that had left. I have never had such horrible service in my life and I pray to Lord himself that he reserves a spot in hell for them.

Obviously not where you want to be at 3 am because they towed your car here. Watch where you park at an apartment complex you dont know well enough. They will snipe your ride real quick lol

Very rude and in it to steal your money. They towed a guys car while he was at the vehicle and are not allowed to do so according to their guidelines. Not understandable and the manager is very rude. She will not talk to you about options and displays horrible customer service. I can see why their reviews are so terrible. Definitely in need of new management. In addition, the employees that work at the front desk are very kind but this does not make up for how awful the management is. I can understand why people accuse her of being racist, rude, and lacks costumer service. Don’t talk about anything, don’t chat, just walk up and pay the fee provided to you, or she will raise the price.

This is the worst service I ever. Had I gave 1 star because I cant give less than 1. I came to get my after it was towed I they made me wait an hour even though it was only 4 cars she had to type of paperwork. I cant believe how is this legal. It in justice that they dont let you take your own car if you paying them. They just want money and give you a hard time for everything.

Got my rental car towed from my residence last night. It didnt have the property approved sticker on it. I had to spend $240 to get the rental car back. Plus I had to spend $25 on a taxi cab to get to this storage yard. I had to walk through a muddy ragged yard with no order to the physical storage system there. I had to walk around in the mud for a while to find the car. No attendant was there to assist with this portion of the automotive recovery process. The cashiers customer service was adequate for a tow service storage yard. Easy to notice from the street in normal traffic. Minimal wheelchair accessible parking lot structure and entrances.Well, more than a year later and it happened again...only, this time it was my brothers car. I took pictures of the vehicle and license plate number and sent them to the property management beforehand. Yet it still got towed and ended up in the same auto storage yard. Resulting in another unnecessary $240 fee!I just woke up and witnessed NESW towing as being responsible for the handy work as I watch them skillfully scratch off at 3:33am, 01/14/2021 Thursday w/the neighbors grey GMC.

A legal Ripoff trash service

The front service lady, has a very bad attitude. Nevertheless gave us more options to obtaining the car back.. had to sit out for an Hour to get the car back while she “type” information. They are making money a very crooked way. I wish nothing but the worse to this kind of businesses and those who are running it.

When I learned that I had to go to Houston Central Auto Storage to physically sign to have my car released, no doubt that I was not in the best mood with the lady on the phone. When I got there, they could not have been nicer. They offered to let me drive in to find my vehicle, and warned me about the mud. The ladies who work here have a tough job dealing with unhappy people, and they treat people well in spite of it.

The WORST place ever...the older man at night is RUDE and NOT helpful at all!!! If I could give a MINUS star I would.

These people are Crooks they prey on people while theyre sleeping they come to your apartments and steal your car at 1:30 am to 4:30 am these guys charge $305.00 per car. The 6 victims including myself in the apts (CABO SAN LUCAS APTS IN HOUSTON TX are Filling a LAW SUIT they are towing cars that should have never been towed. All cars that were towed had our parking stickers on our vehicle. COWARDS NEED I SAY MORE apt manager would not comment they get a kickback also SCAM!!!!!!!!.

Excellent, they take good care of your car, for the minimum cost of 240 I recommend them lol. They only broke the lid of my truck and they kept what little value there was inside until 24 sodas. Poor people were thirsty.
