Great place to have general repairs on your car. I have had them do brakes, shock, struts, ball joints, and many more repairs to my various cars. Good work no games. I have never had to worry about them trying to up sell me on a repair I didnt need. Great repair shoo.

Took my car here and not only did my car get body damage but they took it upon themselves to fix something I didnt ask for . I ended up paying double than what I was quoted. Also now I am hearing a clacking noise on my rear brakes which I never told them to fix. I would not recommend this place to any one..

I went to this location based off the reviews. Let me just say I was NOT disappointed and have since returned for a regular oil change. I initially needed brakes and Dennis was AMAZING!! I had such a good experience today at this Break Masters (Hesperia)! Working full-time an hour away from my house, full-time graduate student, and being single mom of 2... you can imagine how I tend to put off maintenance on my Prius, but thank God for this place! I had literally been driving with my high beams on for 2 months while toting around the bulb in my purse because I never had someone to help me. They went above and beyond with the service, fixing 2 other issues with my car that I didnt even go in for-- properly attaching my dangling license plate and popping in my front fender that had somehow came out a bit. The relief I felt after leaving this place, it could have been instantly noticed on my face. My Prius drives beautifully and my mind is at ease because of the excellent all-around service I received. Thank you Brake Masters and Dennis! Although I live in a different city, I will make it my mission to return to this location!

My wife took our lancer in to have the front brakes checked and fixed due to a grinding sound, they called my wife and gave a price to do the front and back but only replace the back, after calling and talking to them they said that they didnt replace anything on the front because they look to be 100% and the grinding is just because we used autozone pads. They did say that they could replace them for an additional $180. Ugh why cant people just do their job correct the first time.

The best shop I’ve ever been too, and that says a lot considering I don’t have the best of luck with cars. My husband and I had our car worked on today and while we waited with our 6 month old the owner was as nice as can be. He really goes out of his way to treat you like family and is up front and honest. Even though this is his business he does everything he can to help you out with prices. I could not have thanked him enough for helping us out. My family and I are new life time customers!

I was referred to Brake Masters by Mike at Americas Tires. The tires on my truck were wearing out unevenly which indicated an alignment issue. I called Brake Masters and Dennis was able to fit me in that same day. I had a road trip planned for that same week, so this worked out great for me. Once I was there Dennis gave me their discount price on the alignment. He was very professional, courteous and helpful. I will definitely recommend Brake Masters to friends and family.

We had just installed struts, a rack and pinion and purchased brand new tires so we were needing to get it aligned BAD. We walked in without scheduling an appointment. They informed us of how busy they were and couldnt accept anymore appointments that day. With pricey tires, I didnt want to have to drive up and down Main street for another day with my steering wheel at 90°. They squeezed us it, adjusted the steering and did the alignment for less than other companies I called. Danielle was wonderful and without her we probably would still be driving on wonky steering. Came in to have them install brakes as recommended by the Honda dealership. Upon inspection, the manager advised that the brakes still had a lot of life left in them so I didnt need to have them installed. Just recommended I come back in a year to have them reevaluated. I went online to make the appointment for Brake Masters to have my front brakes done and when I went in for my appointment the online system does not coordinate with this store. So there was no record of my appointment and I wasted my time going to this place. The manager then said I could do a walk-in appointment which really was not an appointment it was just a walk-in. And it was going to require about 4 hours of my time that I did not have. So I took my car to Jiffy Lube up on Bear Valley that was operated by John. My front brakes were done. And not only were they done they were done very quickly.

Referred to this store by Americas tires to get our alignment done on both of our cars, Danielle at the front was VERY helpful and even though one of our vehicles was not able to be aligned they gave us a list of things to fix first for no charge. Highly recommended, ask for danielle.

I came here after getting new tires because they said I needed a lug nut removed. After removing it they checked the brakes and said I needed new pads and possibly rotors. The owner said they would give me a FREE estimate so I agreed to wait. During that time I called my grandpa to let him know. He said he MIGHT be able to do the work himself (hes 79 years old), but if not, to get the estimate. I let the owner Dennis know and he immediately yelled at the guy who was doing the estimate to stop. I told him he MIGHT be able to fix it, but probably not. This guy is very RUDE to new customers. Of course my grandpa couldnt do the brakes himself and we had to take the car somewhere else. If Dennis would have just given me the estimate we would have most likely returned and had the work done there. So he lost out on a $400-$500 job just because he refused to give me an estimate, really smart dude!

Went in to get brakes and rotors; quoted over the phone $288. Waited called in told them what was quoted, he said hed honor the quote. Unfortunately, after looking at the problem he found the calipers were blown & others things. Ended up costing $807😞. But Dennis Rogers, was so sincere & apologetic. He made a heart attack ( after hearing the price), feel like taking an aspirin regiment will prevent sudden death. Very friendly walks you through, always searching for discounts. We sat for a while letting the price settle and the whole time watching & listening to him handle customers. Treated everyone the same, respectful, appreciative & continuously thankful for their business. Enough time to look online for the prices he was quoting. Dennis was honest and understanding. Would ve gave 5stars but.....$800, Im still feeling dizzy. But got the work done and feeling comfortable about it.

I use this place as often as I need them. They have always been extremely friendly to me. The prices are about average; I noticed a lot of reviews complaing about the prices but believe me, they are on the lower side of average. I have been through many shops and finally found one I am happy to return to. Remember: good work isnt cheap and cheap work isnt good.

Place got taken over by new management and is being redone. Ive taken my car here before and got like an mediocre job. But ever since they got new management, the new owner really is a cool guy and gives it to you straight. If I didnt move to Vegas and wanted to start trusting a mechanic, it would definitely be this place.

Took my toyota solara here to get a alignmentAfter getting a coupon from American tireand payed 70 for a alignment these guys did the alignment but when I got in my car and started to drive it the car started pulling hard left. I asked them to check it again than they said they couldnt figure it out. Dennis told his peer that I was eating away at their cost so I asked him what was wrong he told me he didnt know, what an expert. Dennis was totally worthless and didnt bother to really help me after he got paid. I wish they would have did his job right and inspected it like a professional but after explaining that they only had him and another guy there working at all times I understand how they dont have the capacity to do their job right. Thanks for taking my money Dennis. If Dennis would have took three seconds to look at the bottom when they had it left it he would’ve caught that my rack and pinion were broke and I could’ve payed him to fix that but I figured it out as soon as I lifted it and looked myself without help from the pros there.
