Excellent company, I highly highly recommend them. We called 24 Hr Air Conditioning Service after coming home from the hospital on a Friday night, speaking to Angela. She took our adress and said she had a tech that was wrapping up another job and she would send him to us. I was so happy, I was so emotional because my mom had just gotten out of the hospital and we had no air in the house. Angela was so considerate and compassionate, I truly appreciated that. When the technician Cheman showed up, I was so happy; Cheman showed up at 9:30 pm at night and he was ready to work, he did a fabulous job. I cannot say enough about that man. He was so knowlegable, so professional, but friendly at the same time, it was just what I needed, so refreshing. Cheman had our Air Conditioner repaired and blowing by 10:00 pm; it needed a part and Cheman had that part on him. I cannot say how pleased and how pleasantly surprised I was at the same time. To have an air conditioning repair company actually take your call and for that same company to actually also have a technician in line for you and for that technician to actually show up to your house late on a Friday night, I still cannot believe it and I still am so appreciative. I just had to do this review; a positive review that I hope helps 24 Hr Air Conditioning Service Inc. (and Angela) who took our call, more business coming their way, and the tech Cheman, the recognition that they deserve. I rarely do reviews, this is a company definitely worthy of mine. I cannot say enough really but what I can say is, if you call 24 Hr Air, you will receive excellent service from them!!! You will recieve service, the 24 Hr company name is actually the service that they offer; real 24 Hr Air conditioning service!!! This is one of those precious finds that everyone hopes for when they really need help, this is one of those companies you can really rely on, 24 Hr Air.

My ac went out randomly, I was searching around and called maybe 4 company at midnight ! Because it’s 1 million degrees in my house. A friendly voice came on the phone, gave me all their pricing ensured me that they will get my house cool in no time. Before we got off the phone, the lady told me 30 mins he will be there. Less then 30 mins, the HVAC guy pulls up greets himself I showed him where everything is, he found the problem in no time and my house is cooling down again!I will absolutely use this company again and again. Thank you guys very much !

I called this company at 7pm on a Friday. The trip charge was $79.99, which I was completely ok with. They sent a guy out who inspected my unit and told me that the coils where frozen over and he needed to inspect my unit for a leak. I advised him I had an 8pm dinner and could not do a leak detection. He asked me if I wanted freon in the unit. I said it if it was low, to fill it up. He told me it was low 2lbs. By this time it was 7:45PM. Between 7:45pm he and 8pm when he left (15Min) he claimed to have filled my unit 2lbs and to my shock / billed me $426.30 . Of course the next day the AC is broke again. Im over this company because of how much they billed me. I called another company who came and said NOBODY has put any freon in the unit. That to even put freon in the unit it would take 30min+. I called 24 Hour back and said please keep the $79.99 trip charge but refund the rest - as you did not do the work. The owner cursed me out on the phone / hung up on me. I would never use this company! Again.

We had water coming into our hallway from the a/c. I made a phone call and they came out within 2 hours; very professional from start to finish.

I was able to call and get 2 service techs at my house in less than an hour on a Friday and arguably one of the hottest days this summer. They had the diagnosis and repair done in less than an hour and upon comparing parts and labor prices for the capacitor replacement online they gave a very fair quote. Their service fee is a little higher than some at $75 but with the speed and effectiveness of their service I gladly paid a slight premium for that. I will definitely be calling these guys again if I have any problems with my AC.

The technician has been out 4 times and still hasn’t got it working right. It is 85 in the house. The technician is always late and doesn’t seem to know what he is doing! Very frustrated!

This is the best a/c I have ever came across in a while. My A/C went out on a Saturday night and I called 24 Hr. Air Service which states open “24 Hour” they picked up the phone at 12:00 AM in the morning and was able to help me because I could not sleep without this A/C I would have to booked into an hotel. In Florida when it is hot I do not think anyone can sleep without A/C in their home. Anyway cut a long story short they scheduled my service and gave me a service charge of $79 at that time of the morning which is awesome and in no time the service tech rang my door bell which I could not believe they would showed up so fast. The technician introduced himself and ask me what is the problem I am having with my air con. I told him and quickly he checked it and came back told me the problem I am having and he asked me to authorized the amount he told me so he could get me up and running pretty fast. To my surprise I heard my air con kicked in and started cooling. Even if it cost me a $1000 I would have to pay because I cannot function without it. The tech Mike is a great guy. After he finished he ask me to sign off his completion of the repairs and explained everything he has done. He also wore a bootie on my carpet which I think was pretty cool. Very knowledgeable guy. I really have to give him a tip for coming out so early in the morning. I would recommend this company. Keep up the good work 24 Hr Air. I saw other reviews about your company where people complaining but that did not stop me from calling but thanks goodness I experienced it for myself. My Air Con is cooling again. Great job very reasonable.

I recently acquired 24 hour air service for my home and the technician was approximately on time, very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Not only was the technicians work great, but they have an outstanding customer service and the prices are reasonable. This was the first time I have used 24 air hour and I believe they are the best in the area with satisfying workmanship. I highly recommend their service and looking forward to a long term relationship with the company.

I live out of state with a rental property in FL, and 24 Hr Air Service has been servicing my AC for many years. They have done repairs and new installation and I have come to depend on them for their technical expertise, reliability, and reasonable prices.Before I started using their service, I did not have any AC service company for more than one job. I was nervous when I needed service because my job was either not urgent enough to warrant a timely visit, not properly diagnosed, and or too expensive.When you are a landlord and especially an absentee landlord, you want dependable, reasonable priced service, done right the first time. That is what I have found with 24 Hr Air Service.

When I called the company the technician was at my door within approximately an hour waiting time. He fixed the problem, gave me advice and recommendations, and explained thoroughly the process of how he fixed the problem and how to maintain it. Thank you.

I am disabled and my a/c went out at night, I google to find a a/c company and saw 24 Hr. Air Service Air Conditioning and I called the phone number and got a live person who told me they can get a technician out within an hour. Well to my surprise the technician came out in about 25 minutes. It was about 89 degrees in my house and I could not breathe, I was so happy they came out so fast. The first thing he did was introduce himself, advise me of the service charge, I signed off on it and he went straight to the unit. I guess he diagnose it and found a bad capacitor and told me the price before repairing my unit and I gave him the go ahead. The price did not matter to me, all I want is to get the unit working. In about an hour my unit started blowing out cold air.The technician came inside and make sure the a/c is blowing cold air. Thanks goodness 24 Hr. Air Service save my life. The technician was very professional and even show me that I need to change my filter and gave me the correct sizing which no other technician has ever mentioned when they last check my unit. So many times I google a/c company and saw so many bad reviews, but this time I just have to praised this company for coming out to my house at night and came so fast. I am recommending this company to all my friends and family. When I was searching google I called many other companies that said 24 Hour but only get a voicemail. Literally a life saver. It was so hard to find after hr service but they came right away! Super fast service, the technician was amazing. the best part it was actually affordable especially for being an emergency after hrs.

I want to take time to say how good Mike the service tech handled all aspects of my new A/C installation. He was clean, courteous and respectful. He was also very knowledgeable about A/Cs in general and could relate to me in laymans terms. Mike coordinated all the work needed with a tech helping him so as to make the installation go smoothly. I came home last night to a hot house on a summer night in Florida. I called 24 Hour Service after 10 oclock the dispatcher was very polite and very helpful. She told me she would try to have someone come out that night but if not first thing in the morning. She called me about an hour later and said a technician was on his way. Carlton arrived soon after that. He was very nice and fixed our problem. It wasnt a very cheap fix but for him to come out late on a Friday night so my family could get a good nights sleep it was well worth it. Thanks Carlton. And thanks to the dispatcher. I was very pleased with the quality of service given by 24HR Air conditioning service INC. The customer service was phenomenal. They dealt with my questions professionally, took the time to listen, and made me feel comfortable doing business with them.The technicians who installed my system were quite relstional and very versed in the installation of the system. I will certainly recommend this company to any person or business without any hesitation.

Our air conditioning went out at 8 AM on a Sunday morning and of course it was predicted to be a scorcher; mid to high 90s. I called all the companies I could find who offered 7 day a week service and was able to get 24 Hour Air to come out. The technician, Mike, was super knowledgeable and courteous and did a terrific job. We had cold air by noon and I could not have been more pleased with the service.

I used 24 Hour Air several times to service my old AC, and once for the installation of a mini-split system. On each occaison, the price was fair and the service excellent. The staff and techs worked with me to provide any info I asked for, fair evaluations of problems and options, and accurate estimates on all work. Both systems are still working great!

My experience left something to be desired. Their diagnosis was to clean the AC coils.Pros:-They always answer the phone-Very friendly over the phone and they call you to follow up-The work that was performed was excellent and the coils looked amazingly cleaned afterwards-They took a before and after picture to show the difference after the clean-Trip fee lower than others even after hours and over the weekend-The only company of the many we contacted that was able to service us on a SundayCons:-They showed up 1 hour and 45 minutes late to the appointment-The first technician failed to mentioned it was a window time appointment from 4 to 5pm, not exactly at 4pm. Regardless, on the day of repairs, the second technician still showed up at 6:45pm. They would have been 2 hours and 45 minutes late if it wasnt for the secret time 4 to 5pm window. The tech spent 15 of those minutes outside my house by the street dealing with another technician in her company truck. For them to arrive to my house, I had to call them 3 or 4 times to ask them when was the technician going to arrive. I was told 30 to 40 minutes every time, but an hour would go by and I would have to call again.-The first technicians attitude was very unenthusiastic, and not very well presented attire, with his pants falling down his ass; not very professional in my opinion.-Both the second technician and the phone person had very difficult to understand accents in some instances, making communication difficult at times.-After the work was done, they overcharged my credit card before I had even signed the receipt, then I had to explain and talk to them so that I would be charged the amount that was agreed on. They had to credit my credit card, then charge it with the correct amount.-They refused to make it right when I asked for compensation since they wasted 1 hour and 45 minutes of my work day by being late.

I had my AC system replaced less than a year ago by another company, but they do not offer emergency repair service. Since the unit was replaced I have been having trouble finding out the reason the house continues to get hot. I had called out my previous company twice now and they couldnt find the issue.Finally on the day I needed an emergency repair the house climbed about 10 degrees in about 45 mins. They had someone out here in about an hour after I called. Not only did she completely inspect the new AC unit, she did what my previous AC company didnt do. She actually went into the attic to take a look at the duct work and found there was a large leak in my duct work. My previous AC company never even bothered to check the ducts after they installed my new system.Since she did the repair my AC unit has actually been keeping my house the correct temperature. I am very thankful to them for doing such good work.

Read some interesting reviews on here for these guys, but I really have only good things to say. Came home Saturday evening to find our house was about 83 degrees and the air wasnt running. I tried to figure it out, but to no avail. We called 24 Hour Air Service. A technician was over to the house within the hour and was able to diagnose the problem. He said he could be back in the morning with the new blower motor. My only complaint was he showed up a couple hours after he initially said, but when he got there the AC was back up and running very quickly. The technician was a nice guy who explained everything well for me and got the job done quickly.

The first thing I asked when I called on a Sunday morning was if they charged extra for weekends. I was told several times no they did not. I was then told someone would be there within the hour. Total bait and switch it took over five hours for them to arrive. It was simply a matter of changing a fuse which took about 5 to 10 minutes and I was charged $75 for the trip and then it was going to be an up charge for that weekend. The technician was very nice and when I complained he called his supervisor and they did charge me the weekday rate. To replace a fuse it still came to $347. They were not truthful in the amount of time it would take to get someone there, and they were not truthful about the rates. Jason the technician was a nice young man however that still did not overcome the price and The fact it took them to get five hours here not be there in an hour

This is a really honest company. They came out and got the job done. The technician was very nice and clean. I rather to go without a meal than my A/C unit. Good job 24 HR. AIR SERVICE

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! We had FOUR different techs come twice a day for about 4 hours each visit and still don’t have a working unit. They never returned a phone call, they never followed up with the parts that we needed, and when we inquired they gave us multiple options because they obviously don’t know how to fix the system..

I wish I could give this company -1 star because this is by far THE WORST service I have ever received! Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT hire this company for anything! Unfortunately, Ive had this company come out too many times for the same issue that still is NOT FIXED. Let me list the reasons why you should not hire this so called company:1. The scheduling is absolute garbage. They tell you that they will be there within a time frame and/or a specific hour and they either do not show or arrive hours (2+) late. No courtesy calls from dispatch or the technician on their ETA.2. Dispatch/operators seems to have no clue what they are doing or how to do their job when you call. When you call to see what is going on or to get a status, the dispatchers are rude and have attitude.3. When I was clearly upset with them for not showing on time without a courtesy call, after them rescheduling for running behind, I requested to speak with a manager. I then had to call back 3 times after that to get the manager to call me back. Two and a half hours after the tech was supposed to be there (not a typo), the manager finally calls me back. After going off on her for their terrible customer service, I asked when the tech was coming, she said he wouldnt be able to come out that night. Thanks for making me waste 3 hours for nothing.4. Even their techs have no idea what they were doing. The main issue with my air conditioning was a coolant leak. They came out multiple times, stating that they found and fixed the leak. Obviously that did not happen. On one occasion, they were supposed to send out a tech with the proper equipment to run a leak check. When the tech arrived, 2 hours late, he came without the equipment to run the check. I asked him, so you came out here for nothing?. He said, pretty much.To sum up this horrible experience, the issue is still not fixed after spending over $2,000 in replaced equipment. We had to hire another company that is replacing everything that 24 Hour Air Service supposedly replaced/fixed. I kid you not that these are all actual events. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO WATCH PAINT DRY!

Fast, friendly, and honest! Just came out to fox my broken compressor in less than an hour! Chemer was my tech. He gave us lots of good information about how to keep our AC running smoothly!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Our A/C unit (located on the 2nd floor) was leaking water through the floor and it was dripping from the ceiling of our first floor bathroom. Did a quick google search for a 24 hour A/C service since this started happening on a Sunday. Really regretting not checking the reviews of this HORRENDOUS company first.Called them around 11:30 AM and they gave us a 2:30-3:30 window for the tech to arrive. 3:30 goes by, 3:45, 4:00 and I finally call them back to see where this tech is. She gives me some story about how this tech wasnt actually supposed to work today but they keep extending his day. Ok...not my problem, what time will he be here. She couldnt give me a time but said he was finishing up at his current job. 5pm rolls around and still no tech, no call, nothing. I call them back 3 times and no one picks up. I had my wife call from her cell phone and they picked up RIGHT AWAY. She tells my wife that he is still at his other appointment and she cant give a time he will arrive because she doesnt want to be wrong. At 6pm we called again and got someone else, we believe they started to have the phone number forwarded to someone on a cell phone. He was much more helpful and had the tech call us. He said he was 21 minutes away.THE TECH FINALLY SHOWED UP AT 6:37 - our original window was 2:30-3:30.He takes a look at the unit and thinks it may be a crack in a certain part. But to diagnose it/take apart the machine, it would cost $300. Fine. After he takes apart everything, he confirms that HE DOESNT HAVE THE PART TO FIX IT. So instead of saying I think the problem is x but if it is, I dont have the part, he made sure he got to charge me first.So he says he will come back tomorrow between 11-12.Basically went through the same issues the next day. They did call and say he would be late, but couldnt say how late. After 4 calls from me with no time frame given, we told them to forget it. I got another company out within the hour.DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

I Called 24h air service one evening when my A/C suddenly stopped working. They responded quickly on the phone and told me someone would show up in about 1h. A little over an hour later, the technician, Chemen, came in and identified quickly what was wrong and fixed the problem within 20 min. Service was great but pricey thats why I docked one star. However, I did not know anyone else who would respond to my issue the same night and fix it.

Let me begin by mentioning that I was referred to this company from my employer management group who strongly suggested to use this company especially for the long run due to their company commitment to their customers. I realized when I first contacted this company over the phone how understanding they are and how compelling they were to work with me and around my schedule. I researched this company and their fully certified by all government affiliated agencies. Their workers are very professional and eager to work on any level of difficulty situations. Once I spoke with the office representative, an on-call AC Technician Specialist reached out to me to confirm their appointment. The Technician arrived to my home a little earlier than expected but he did let me know where and how long it would of taken him to arrive. Once he arrived he treated me with an unparalleled level of respect and confidence towards situation. While the Technician was beginning to gather his equipment in order to proceeded with his diagnostic testing towards my AC unit, I keenly took notice to how he kept his work van and equipment all in order and in-tack to present a organizational skillset within himself, yet alone the company he represented. He was very kind, knowledgable about his calculations and respectful while in and out of my home particularly for cleaning his shoes before entering my home. That is a big deal for me whenever I seek service representatives to enter my home. I was very satisfied with his level of respect towards my home. Finally, once the Technician was finished he presented me with the bill which was fully detailed to each service that was performed at my home that day. Along with any prominent recommendations I could consider. I did not have one single issue or any plausible concerns with the service the Technician provided to me for my AC unit, yet alone I did not experience any negative concerns or issues from within the AC company he represented too. THIS company has supplied me with the highest level of confidence when seeking AC care. I WILL continue doing business with this company and I WILL recommend this company to as much people/businesses as much as possible. Their prices are very reasonable, their full of respect and knowledable expertise and their service times are unbeatable. Thank you 24 Hour Air Service for your good job.

SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS THEIVES!! They are NOT 24 hours, that a bunch of B.S. AND they have rating of F by the BBB!! I hired these idiot company to help with my A/C in my home. They sent a tech over ONCE who did NOT fix the problem. They CLAIM they have a 30 day warranty on their work for which they didnt honor. EVERY TIME I called I called rude staff members who said no one was available and claimed that they problem was something else without anyone even coming out to check the issue. my 2 year old son and I were left in 94 degree temps indoor with 110 degree heat index outside and they did nothing to fix the problem, but hang up, give unprofessional attitudes and took attempted to take money out of my account that was NOT authorized! They should not continue to be in business and seeking hire authorities by the State Dept to file a formal complaint. Due to their negligence and shady business services, I had to change my account number and NEVER got my A/C fixed for which we had to move because the conditions in our home were simply unlivable. I had dispatchers yelling at me and telling me denying any wrong doing, even after having two techs out, THREE TIMES and never fixed problem and NEVER were available after 6pm. they are garbage company only seeking $$. dont let the silly auto message full you, when you speak to real person, prepared to be disrespected, and have NOT have your problem fixed while they try to take more of your money and authorize payments when not permitted. DISGUSTING. Know what who you are dealing with. A TRASH COMPANY FULL OF LIES. They left me and 2 year old son in stifling heat and could care less after their techs screwed up and the 30 day warranty is a JOKE. they are theives, liars and unprofessional second hand staff that are hired that do not honor any of the B.S. service claims they make online. BE WARNED!!!

I was very satisfied with this service that the company have to offer my ac went out and it was 98 degree in the house I have 2 children that are still babies in the house when I call to request for service in no time the technician was there to save the day he was quick fast and friendly I would definitely recommend this company for you

Got a phone call from Emily stating they had an invoice for $75 from 18 months ago that wasnt paid. She stated she had taken over the accounting MESS and was trying to straighten it out and that my account was unpaid. I told her she was incorrect, but to go ahead and send me the documents to review. 2 hours later they went ahead and charged my card which had been kept on file since the original appointment WITHOUT my authorization. Not even sure this is legal. Had to cancel card and have credit card fight them. Shady business practices!!!

Love this company my wife and I went out of town for the week and when we came back our air was completely gone we made a service out to 24 hour air service they came and save the day they was professional and friendly good customer service very please I would recommend this company

What a horrible company BEWARE!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had to edit this to show the true HORROR we have endured. Please please take the time to read this. About 3 weeks ago our home was struck by lightning and took out our AC. We paid this company to come and look to see what was wrong. They fixed our system and Im being generous here. Come to find out today they didnt even bother to look and see that our duct system had a huge hole in it so after all this time and an enormous electric bill a real company figured this out. Heres a timeline of the despicable service we have received since then (we called them after 3 weeks because the system wasnt working again).-Tuesday night I heard funny noises so we placed a service call. They said they would be there Wednesday after 11am.-Wednesday- After numerous phone calls ALL day long, they kept on promising us that they were on the way. They showed up at 8:30 pm while I sat waiting in the 90 degree house all day. The tech didnt have the parts so.... they said to call the next morning to schedule.-Thursday- A service call was placed and they gave a window between 10am-1:30pm. 2 comes around and I call and it was excuses. They said they would be on the way. This kept on happening until they finally showed up at 9:30pm while I sat waiting in a 90 degree house all day again. The tech who came out was not certified to even do the job. My pets were suffering and around 1am I had to leave and go to a hotel. They promised that they would be there the next day between 8am-9am.-Friday- They call and say the tech slept in because of the late night and was going to be late. They showed up at 11am and finally fixed the system.-Saturday (today)- the house is reading 80 degrees and the AC is on. I call this company again and they pretend that I called the wrong number because they didnt want to deal with me anymore. We finally had a reputable AC company come (with in an hour) and they explained everything that this company did wrong and didnt even bother to look at!! Who does this?? They should have their license taken away.The customer service is horrible. All they do is defend, fight, and argue. They also blame the customers and blamed me for it and I dont even know why, I dont fix AC units. When I asked the rep if they read the reviews online and seen how bad they are, I was advised that customers lie. I have all of these conversations recorded to prove their unethical business practices. I hope this helps 1 person from suffering the misery that this company will give to you if you are a customer.

We called them to come out and fix our a/c because it was not cooling. The gentleman that came out (Chemen) said it needed to be cleaned. After an hour he said there was a part that was bent that needed to be repaired and $600+ later we had to call another a/c company who stated that the work the gentleman said was needed was not required.DO NOT USE THEM... EXPENSIVE and they dont return your call after theyve burned you for $$$.

TOTAL RIP-OFFFFFF !!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! The technician lied to me that my AC needs freon and that the thermostat needed to be changed. None of these were the issues with my unit. Instead my unit needed nothing but a clean up. They charged me $700 for freon, they put a temporary thermostat and they said they will come and put the correct one. Guess what? THEY NEVER CAME BACK. I call them and they are no help. Once I knew I am calling to complain, they leave me on hold. Absolutely DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.... A TOTAL RIPPPP OOFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!

Paid them to install a new unit which was improperly installed and it leaked 3 weeks after install. They come back out which should be under warranty and charged me another $400 to add freon, a service call etc. 3 weeks after that leaks again so I called someone else who said they should have never tried to solder new copper to old copper. Everyone that comes out wants $800 to do a leak test plus service call, drain freon, repair. All estimates at around $1500 plus. A/c still not working. Only afterwards did I find out, 24 air has an F rating so not like all of us are lying. They should be ashamed of themselves.

THE WORST!!!! 5 hours on site, proclaimed to be finished twice yet the unit was leaking water and still not working. Demanded payment before leaving property despite neither diagnosing the problem nor fixing it. Adding insult to injury threatened to have police accompany their technician to my property to remove parts from my AC AFTER I offered - in writing - to pay for the precious parts ($21). Despicable. Stay away!!!!!

Over price and no communication dispatchers are rude and rip you off charged me 400 to move a wire over 2 spots

24 Hr came out again the 2nd time for the night and found a burnt wire, thank God they never charge me again. 24 Hr Air Service Air Conditioning is the company to call for fast service.

As usual our 14 year old a/c went out without warning at about 6pm. My wife has regular hot flashes and was not looking forward to surgical recovery in a hot house. We called 3 dealers, and only 24 hour called back. The tech Chemeu came at midnight and left at 2. Found a blown fuse in air handler i would never have found. Price was very fair with no upcharge for late call. Thanks.

I would give this company negative stars if I could. The Dispatch operators are very unprofessional and dont know what their doing. They never give you times as when the technicians will show up. I had my whole AC unit replaced which took two days and its now broken before I have even made my first payment. UNPROFESSIONAL and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE every step of the way

Absolutely terrible. The worse customer service I have ever received. I had a personal guarenteed 3 times by their employees for a return call on a service with set times. Not once did I receive a call back from them. I reached out 2 times a day for an update just to get more excuses and another guarentee of a call that never came.

The guy show up late. Keep talking and text on the phone. For 30 minutes of clean coils. He give me invoice for $541. Unreasonable service charge.

Left me and my family with a non working system after trying to fix it for days.. Terrible service!

It was the most horrible service they charged me $800.00 for a sensor that cost 30.00 and they were in my house for only 30 min. This company is a rip off they will take advantage of you, they’re not even Americans. Unprofessional very rude and hardly spoke English

Stay away rip off prices and rude customer services was charged 630.00 for a service that anywhere else would charge 150.00 max for the same job only to be told it was my fault because I called after hours and have no basic knowledge of a home a.c. unit they couldnt tell me what was done that would justify the price and continued to avoid my calls thats why they are ranked F with the BBB
