After multiple attempts from different companies to diagnose and fix an intermittent A/C problem, we tried Professional A/C and Heating. They were very responsive and professional. They were able to identify and fix the issue within 2 days and were very communicative throughout the process. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Fred and Luis were awesome had my UV light and Maintenance done in under 1.5 hours. Scheduled the UV Light the day of, and they showed up in under an hour. They were very punctual and contacted me the day before and the day of. Excellent company, thanks for Maintenance!

I had an entire unit installed with another company July 1, 2019. July 10, 2020 my unit stopped working. Install company couldn’t come out for at least 24 hours. Called your company, same day service. Juan C. was prompt and showed me what needed to be done. He was thorough and found the issue right away and fixed it. Incorrect parts and poor wiring and loose fittings were the issue. He also advised me the best type of filter for my system which I hadn’t been told when the other company installed the unit. He is definitely an asset to your company. Thank you for your prompt service and reasonable cost. I also took a maintenance contract with you to avoid any issues down the road.

Fred was amazing this evening. I call with an emergency and he was here in a timely manor and had my house cooling with exceptional knowledge. My elderly father will be comfortable tonight thanks to Fred! I will be recommending Professional air to all of my friends and family.

They put a heatpumb for us over 2 months ago. The workers where fantastic. Follow up needs work. Cannot get them to inspect the unit an we have a airflow problem an cant get them to come back out. Also cant get the paperwork for the discount Duke electric offers. Made many calls an nothing.

The lady I spoke with on the phone really helped me on understand what was going to happen. She was very friendly and reassuring

Outstanding service all around! It was definitely time for me to get a new AC unit. I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Katrina who was able to get me a quote over the phone and financed within minutes! They really went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and I had my new AC the same day!

Called at 9:42am. Lady said he will be out in an hour. 3 hours went by. Call back. She said he is on his way. 2 :22pm. Still no one. Finally the tech calls me and says one more person was ahead of me. Here we are in a house reading 99 degrees. My kid is sick now and I’m crying. He then felt bad and tells me he’s coming to me next but says that he might not be able to charge it because he only has one kind in stock. I tell him the one needed and he says no we can’t fill that one. I’m crying, upset that this unprofessional lady made us wait in a house so hot it could kill us. I will be reporting her to BB. Don’t waste your time calling these people!!! Call above all A/C instead.

Called them on a Sunday, was told the diagnostic cost $110. They charged me for parts that are under manufacturer warranty. They put in a part that is not even needed. They charged for a starter and hard start $768. After the service call I called three other reputable AC companies and nobody charged more than $250. Plus they charged for parts that were under manufacturers warranty. Called them trying to resolve the issue, never returned a call.

I thought I was going to be without a.c. for a whole week until a friend told me to call this company. Amanda was able to answer all my questions and get someone out to my house within 2 hours. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area who needs their a.c. fixed.

Called to have a tenants AC issue fixed. Tech went out but first fix did not take, company was responsive in going back out to take a look, recommended another much more expensive fix. Receptionist who I spoke with was very rude and condescending, hence the one star rating (also because they charged me for the fix that didnt work.) Decided to go with a different company.

Dont waste your time.

I called someone to come out too look at our condensate pump. The service guy came in and asked what was wrong. I told him that the pump wouldnt shut off. Without looking at it he quoted $475 to replace it. On the phone we were told it was $55 on the phone to have someone come out and that it would be taken off of the total price of the repair. There was no indication that it would be over $400 to replace a $50 part. I ultimately paid $55 for nothing in return.

My a/c went out and when I called the Representative Amanda answer I was very worry not being able to have my a/c working especially with a 1yr Amanda resure me that they will have it working in not time..
