I get a moment to get a haircut.Every time I’ve been able to squeeze in a cut Tricoci Orland makes it happen!Becky has consistently given me awesome hair cuts. I have enough hair for two people. I expressed frustrations or needs- she heard. Solutions are achieved and I can wash and dry my hair and it looks like she cut it!!!Becky is positive, professional and an enjoyable experience, and she doesn’t need to take two hours to make it happen. Kami cut my hair in April. She did a great job. I was a little scared because I was trying to grow it out but had some layering going on that I wanted evened out and she did a great job. I am now growing it out and it looks good a few months later. Thats how you know its a good haircut. I dont have to blow dry it or style it

I’m talking, HAIR-GICIAN (hair magician). I booked a last minute appointment after receiving highlights from a different salon the day before. I’m talking streaky yellow mess. I’m talking…wear-a-baseball-cap-to-my-appointment kind of disaster. She saved the day!! Also, shout out to ANNIE - who did my blowout! She was fantastic as well! I walked in looking like a hot mess and walked out just looking hot! I will be back without any hesitation for these 2 individuals specifically. Thanks again!!

I booked an appointment at 12:30 once there I waited almost 30min before someone finally washed my hair and then I waited 10 more minutes for Natasa to cute my hair. I asked for a straight bob cut. After my hair was pulled and my scalped burned with the hairdryer I ended up with a Dora the explorer cut. I made it very clear to Natasa that I did not want a Dora haircut and instead thats what I ended with. For the $65 I paid I could have gotten the same cut for less at Supercuts.

Look at what they did to a brides nails days before her wedding! Not to mention they made her pay $120 for it. Do NOT come here.

Its OK. I used to go here in the early 2000s and the spa was superb. Now, its just ok. The massage techs are average. One I had just seemed to stare at me when I answered her questions. I also dont like them using my hair as a towel for their hands to wipe off excess lotion. Weird.

I had booked a 80min massage the other day and for the price I paid of $192.00 with tip, It was terrible. I very frequently get massages as I am in the dental field and always have tension in my back and neck and I’ve never had a technician massage like this. She barely used her hands. 95% of the time she was using her forearm and just rolling it up and down everywhere. I could of done that myself at home with a foam roller. I even specified where my tension was and not to worry about my legs or arms and most of the time was spent on my legs. I feel like it was a lazy executed massage. I did not feel I was actually massaged at all. I did let the front desk know when asked how my massage was. Extremely disappointed.

Orland Park location. the first day Dylan trimmed my hair and blew dry my hair ($65) I was happy, she did a good job.Giselle tested my hair for coloring and called me the next day. I did show her photos of the style and the color I wanted, she did a very BAD JOB very incompetent technician needs lots of training. I’m really disappointed, charged me more than $200 and wasted three hours of my time to end up buying a $7 box of hair dye from Walmart and dyed my hair at home on the same day to cover the mess I was in. I do not recommend Giselle she still needs tons of training to do before touching your hair

This was my final straw with this place!! I have came here many times for eyebrow waxes and getting my hair dyed. They have NEVER been on time and the workers always seem so uninterested and rushed. Today half of my eyebrow got ripped off after about a years worth of growing them out. I was very clear about how I wanted them done and i’m so frustrated for trusting this place after they have prove to be very unprofessional. IM DONE!!!!

I would give this zero stars if I could. In my 60 years the absolutely worst haircut I ever had. The girl I usually go to was unavailable and I needed the cut before an event this weekend. I booked with Lorely. I told her is wanted a trim and very wispy and usually the stylist does some trimming with a razor to get it wispy. Told her my hair is fine, etc. You thought she just got out of school yesterday. I had to tell her again that I like wispy, that I use a curling iron (especially when my hair was standing straight up). She was afraid to put product in my hair. Never trimmed my neck, never asked how I part my hair, never gave me a mirror to see the back of my hair. Could not get out of there fast enough for me try to fix this myself at home and have a family member trim my neck. If you cannot cut and style fine hair admit it in the beginning and get another stylist. Kathy Rubino

I love this location. Ive been here a few times. The front desk staff are all really nice and its really clean inside. Kami did my cut last time and was amazing. Savanah has done my highlights twice now and Ill always go back to her. Love this place!

I just had my first Tricoci experience and if you’re looking for a new hair salon LOOK NO FURTHER! The building, inside and out, is immaculate! I was a new client of Taylor’s, and I can’t express enough how professional and AMAZING she was! I’ve never left a salon feeling so great! Her personality, attention to detail and her overall coloring skills has completely sold me to never go to another salon! I highly recommend her if you’re looking for an evenly blended balayage that is maintenance free!!

I went there for the haircut. My hair came out so disappointed. The hairdresser that worked on my hair did not do a good job. I have to go some where esle to fix it. $45 for the haircut is not worth it.

I booked online for a “manicure AND pedicure” but after I got my pedicure they pointed me out the door. I called back and talked to the manager Meredith and she said the booking meant “manicure OR pedicure” which makes absolutely no sense. I literally clicked on a $69 service that read in the description manicure and pedicure. She was rude on the phone too which I don’t appreciate. I’ll make sure to leave reviews and spread the word to friends and family.

I scheduled an appointment for today at 2 pm which consisted of single process, face framing highlights and repair / renew deep conditioning treatment. I never received the deep conditioning treatment and before I could say anything, my time was done and I was told to go to the blow-dry bar. My stylist never came to check on me, thank me or even see how my hair looked. Had she done so, she would have noticed me trying to remove the dye from my cheeks, the uneven colors in my highlights and that it was very brassy in which I specifically said I did not want or like brassy tones! I could not even find her afterwards and when I went back to her station to get my purse, she was at a different station working on someone else. This salon needs to train their stylists better. I will never get my hair done here again. Now I need to find somewhere else to go this week to tone the orange brassiness. This is my first time getting my hair colored since January and not the experience I thought I would get from a so called high end salon. Also, I had to take my mask off because it was full of dye which was getting on my face, so when I went to pay, the front desk clerk immediately asked, Do you not have a mask? Instead of how was your experience? At that point I wanted to get out of that place as fast as I could. I am a good tipper and this is the first time I do not tip a stylist. Horrible service.

I called a few days prior to book a prenatal massage, they demand I had a doc note. Got my note and called again for booking and the women laughed at me that I was getting a prenatal massage at 38 weeks. She thought it was the craziest thing ever. I get to the Orland location and not once did they ask for my doc note.Paulina was great and made me feel very comfortable. The only thing I really hated was the spa waiting area. It was to wait before and relax after your spa treatment.. I wanted to enjoy a cup of tea after my massage and Paulina made me a cup and had me sit in the waiting area to relax. I was the only person in the massage robe, everyone was waiting for their treatments and people had their children with them jumping around. Not to mention there are only 6 seats and they were all full. I felt so uncomfortable. I just set my tea down and left.3 stars for Paulina and assuring I was comfortable during my massage but I will probably not recommend or return.

I’m really not one to leave bad reviews but after seeing a few bad reviews on the hair coloring they got I thought I shared my experience. It was after when salons were starting to open up I decided to get my hair done after months of not doing anything. I requested for a balayage but didn’t have any stylist in mind so I chose one who “more experience” and who costs more. Trusting that I’m paying way more for her services I came in excited to get my hair done. Upon arriving for my appointment and sitting down in the chair I knew things weren’t going to be good. First the stylist was very unwelcoming and I felt like I was annoying her for requesting a balayage. She didn’t even ask for pictures or what I wanted, I had to be the one telling her want I wanted. Even by telling her she would say “Sorry your hair can’t be that color” or “No it wouldn’t turn out like that”, I understand with balayage and going lighter it takes different sessions, but her attitude made it feel she didn’t want to do anything I wanted. So she ended up doing a partial balayage and “color correction”. The color came out just not great, I felt what I paid of $$$ for it wasn’t worth it. I ended leaving with bad highlights all over my head that turned yellow and three weird colors from my roots, middle, and ends. I had to call and request to get it fixed by another stylist who helped by toning it down. A little tip I would suggest is request for their insta account or anything that showcases that stylist work. The one I got had no accounts with any pictures and went with it due to paying more for her “experience”

My family and I are 10- year clients. Yesterday, I was not informed of $22 to add two dabs of hair color to my eyebrows. Never would I have agreed had I been told. I raised my surprise at check out but was ignored, And my colorist said the app I used to book was incorrect and her rate is $25 more than I was quoted. Nor was the hair color used close to what we discussed. And nor did the colorist ever check back on progress or result once the color once applied. Times like these are impressionable. What a waste of $173.

I am in love with my new hair style. First time here today and it was absolutely amazing. Mia and Tami did a fabulous job with my hair. I was nervous at first because I had never done anything to my hair but they did a great job. I am supper glad I picked this salon. Although the girls at the front desk that greet you could be a little more friendly and smile more. Overall it’s a very nice, clean and amazing hair salon. Thank you again to Mia and Tami! You ladies are amazing!!!!!

First of all she was late. I got there a half hour early. She took me 15 minutes late. I got there early so I might sit in the steam room and have a cup of tea. They never offered either. Only water. When I made the appointment they told me it was $90. When I checked out, they told me $100. She was going to get a $20 tip. Instead she eat the $10 they over charged. Last time I go there. There are much better places in town especially if youre looking for a good massage and not the ambience .

Bad highlights

Just paid one hundred dollars for a mediocre hot stone massage. Also the receptionist was cold and rude. When I presented my spa finder gift cards. She rather rudely stated we dont take spa finders. I know that they did previously, as I had had services there several times previously. So I ask, didnt you accept them before? Ms.rude replied we stopped the first of the year. Lesson to Ms. Rude. . a much better response when I first presented the gift certificate would have been something like the following: Im sorry we no longer accept spa finders. Lastly Ms Rude seemed shocked when I still left a 20% gratuity in spite of the less than great massage I just had, and her rude behavior. Lesson to Ms. Rude...black people are classy and tip rather well. However this one will not be returning to this location! I will much rather give my money to those who appreciate the support.

I really tried to give this place a chance but if you are not a white woman then do NOT go here. The hairstylists do not know how to work with curly/natural hair. They messed up my hair on two separate occasions and are horribly overpriced.

I was welcomed so warmly by the front desk staff, and Paris took me from a bob to the cutest pixie haircut I have had in decades. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she listened very closely, and took her time asking me my preferences/opinion as she went. She also asked a colorist to come over and Susie came and gave me a corrective color consultation and was very helpful. I left being more pleased and satisfied than I have with any salon in a very long time.

You did awesome with my daughter but I came there because I really needed a day off from everything and after your awesome hair stylest colored my hair your LAZY person who litwrally cut my hair for 5 minutes and put product in it when I specifically said I wear it straight more than curly, took my cap off and tganksed me as I watched the girl working on my daughter take 45 more minutes to do what we paid for. I spent over $450.00 and your girls attitude was to get me done so she could hang out wuth another stylest arriving as i was being removed from her station. Last year i spent over $1000 at your salon. I dont live in Illinois anymore but fly out to treat myself. I wont be returning.

Never, never again....I am a senior...73, but not look or act like it, went in for make up and trim and style.... I do a better job with make up..it was my 50th wedding anniversary....and everyone thought I was sick my face had no color, sorry...but it is what it is....my hair had no style, still damp when I left....trim was good...style was no style.....my first time, my last time...not a good way to remember my important day.

Always will love Mario Tricoci. I have my fave stylists of course Amarilys and Faith but everyone here will help you as needed. Have not been to the spa on a long time. Namaste.

I have received so many compliments on my hair. Bella is able to perfectly capture what you are looking for by asking the right questions. A+++ service.

Had a wedding trial here and was super disappointed. Spent four hours with hair and I left with hair I hated twice. The First Lady marge simpsoned me and told me pretty much there was nothing else that could be done with all the hair I have. I spent the first half hour trying to pull conversation out of her before resigning myself to staring at the wall for the rest of the visit and trying Not to make eye contact. The second one was so nice and unsure of herself that I felt guilty and tired enough to say it was awesome. But if big hair was my problem, maybe backcombing wasn’t the way to start that trial. My mascara only looked done on one side of my face and it only took an hour for it to melt under my eyes. My face was darker than my chest, and was absolutely overdone. The eyeliner was not even. And I hugged my husband to find my face on his t shirt. I am so glad I did my own makeup for the wedding. I can’t believe such bad style came out of a supposedly chic and well known salon.

I answered an ad on facebook. It was a great experience and one of the best haircuts I have ever gotten. it really held up. The people here were nice and would definitely go back

I was so nervous getting the blonde highlights that I wanted originally just a few days after already getting a color but she took care of my hair and toned it so well. She was also very professional & kind. Also Cami did a wonderful job with my blow dry. I’m so happy with my hair I feel beautiful as I should and feel what I paid is well worth the results. I’ve been here multiple times to get my haircut and they always do a great job. It is very easy to make an appointment with them via phone call.

I had an appointment today on Sunday 9 a.m. and when i looked on the website for directions it said it wasnt opening until 10 a.m., so I thought I made a mistake when I put 9 s.m. down. I got to the Orland Park location at 10a.m. and they stated my appointment was at 9 a.m. I was able to get my manicure bit wasnt able to get my pedicure done. So I paid for my daughter massage a my manicure and left a good tip. Im very disappointed that the website had the wrong time you open a I missed my appointment for 9 a.m. I really wanted my hour pedicure. I will come back in the future.

I booked a 50 min deep tissue massage 2 months ago and got a 15 min. Massage because they were running late. That girl was terrible and unprofessional. I complained and got a free massage. The woman today Coral- was amazing. Go to her.

Showed up today to confirm my appintment for tomorrow because nobody was answering their phone. When I showed up there were 10 people waiting outside. The store had been closed and nobody notified the clients to tell them the store had closed due to rioters. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Ended up going to another salon today because they failed to notify clients they were closing.

Just ok anymore. I used to love coming here for pedicures, but they dont do as good of a job as they used to. They do get top marks from me on cleanliness of their station and sanitary tools.

They should communicate better when it comes to their service! No one asked me if I wanted hair cut done orI walked out with no haircut and wet hair .Even though they have stuff and product for you to dry your hair is not the same I’m not the professional that’s why I came here duh.

Very disappointed by the customer service these ladies provided. I booked a reservation online for a color and a cut, wanted to go a shade darker and throw tints of a darker cherry red. My appointment itinerary stated that I was going to be here til about closing time. I live about 50 mins from Orland and I get there and they sit me down and ask me what I have planned and I show them a picture and they tell me that’s not what I reserved and that no one at the salon had time for me tonight. Didn’t try to even be sincere or apologetic in any way. You can clearly tell that they were in a rush to leave work on a Friday night. I’ve never been to a salon where they literally tell you they don’t have time for something especially when I’ve made a prior reservation.

I got full gel set nails done on Sunday by Monday one nail came off I called and told them, they said come back in and we will fix it. I went back and had it fixed Star did a great job at fixing it yet here it is Friday and another came off. I’m sorry but for all the money it’s cost to get it done then return and get one repaired just to have another one come off this place is not worth the hassle. I would not recommend this place to anyone I would most definitely not be returning. Highly disappointed.

I got my gel nails done April 10th and the gel is already chipping and lifting up. I AM VERY UPSET THAT I USED MY BIRTHDAY GIFT CARD FOR THIS SERVICE. I RECOMMEND YOU KEEP DRIVING AND NEVER STOP TO RECEIVE ANY AND I MEAN ANY SERVICES AT THIS LOCATION!

We came in with three of us to get a pedicure. They set up the tubs right away and introduced themselves to each of us. Their warm neck pillow smell nice and are a nice touch ! They had plenty of colors and scrubs to choose from. I chose Moroccan oil, and my feet have never been so smooth. All three of the women were funny and casual talking to us all. It was comfortable. A little more expensive, but you get what you pay for !

I usually do not review but Im very disappointed with balayage I received. My hairstylist made my hair extremely dark despite the pictures I showed her and after I pointed it out while I was drying my hair, all she did was remove some of the toner and send me on my way. Another girl was in tears at the drying station with the exact same problem - her hair stylist also made her hair extremely dark despite the picture she showed (which was almost identical to mine) and did not know what to do. She was so frustrated she told me she was just going to leave. The toner made my hair look exactly like it was before I came to my appointment - its exactly like I had nothing done. I spent close to $200 dollars for absolutely no change. Would definitely not recommend to anyone looking for good service and their desired results.

Pairiss was fantastic! Today was my first visit to the salon and I am so happy with my cut. My hair was overgrown and needed a good cut, she put in the most beautiful layers in my hair. She was quick, informative about products without being too “salesman” like and explained everything that she used in my hair. Style was quick and looks great. I have a lot of hair and it usually takes a long time to dry and style but she knocked it! 10/10 my hair looks the best it has in years. Thanks Pairiss I will be back ✔️

I took my bridal party here and paid crazy high prices only to have to re-do all our hair not an hour later. My maid of honor was told she would not look good in the hairstyle she was told she wanted and none of us were allowed to sit together. Whats the point pf booking a PARTY and paying way more money only to literally get the same thing as if we were just a walk in? I am so upset. I went there thinking that they were the experts and would know how to make hair stay for my wedding day, but am said to say in the end I did my own hair. I will be calling and asking for my money back when they open today.

I have been coming here for a couple years now.Its a hit or miss on the kind of service you will be getting.After sitting waiting for my makeup appointment I observed a lot of the hair stylists and everyone looked miserable.Sadie has been doing my makeup for about 2-3years and she does an amazing job.She takes her time and makes sure I am walking out looking amazing especially with makeup trends that change ALOT.The days I come in to do my makeup and Sadie is not there I am never completely satisfied and I have to tell the makeup artist what is missing on my face.
