Excellent customer service. Appointments only no walk in customers accepted. Very professional and clean establishment. I have gone 3 times within the past few months and the nail techs did an awesome job!!! I normally get the Cucumber Fresca Pedicure. They also have every color you can think of and more for pedicures and manicures. 👌🙂💫

I have been an a valued custom of this establishment for over 5 years. On more than one occasion I have called and made an appointment with the nail tech I prefer to see and when I get there she has another appointment in the slot that I have scheduled and they are shocked to see that I have an appointment. Since I have enjoyed coming to the establishment I have just let it go but today I am not doing it! On Saturday June 26, 2021 I called to schedule an appointment. Spoke with a gentleman who took my appointment for today at 5:30pm stating this was the only day the nail tech I prefer is in. I took that appointment which mean I would have to reschedule another appointment I had scheduled for that time. (No biggie). I arrived at my appointment at approximately 5:25 PM. Once again my appointment disappeared and instead of attempting to accommodate me I was told. “I can’t help you, I don’t see an appointment”. I was dismissed like I haven’t been a valued customer for years. Upset I left. I called back to submit a formal complaint. The guy who I believe is management once again said I can’t help you and it’s not our fault we can’t see an appointment for you. I referenced my call log (see picture) and he said that didn’t mean anything. So does this mean I called on Saturday and spoke to someone for 1 minute but didn’t make an appointment? 🤔🤔. Make it make sense! This is horrible customer service. This place does not value its customers. I do not recommend.

I went to get a no chip manicure . Little did i know they charge 12$ just to remove the old dip polish. The technician was rushed and my polish chipped 2 days after I left the spa. I spent almost 60.00 for poor quality work.I will not be back

Had a lovely experience. Everything was neat and clean and my nails looked fabulous when I left. I went in for a full set but after talking with my technician, went with dip powder.....it was the perfect choice. Thank you - I will definitely be back!

Do you ever just want to relax having a day to yourself no kids, no work stress? This is the place to go. I requested a full set and pedicure spa. The tech was thorough, despite being rushed by the owner; not sure why, but my experience with her was amazing! She did everything to make me feel calm and relaxed I nearly fell asleep on the chair! The atmosphere was zen-like, no pop music blaring, no loud gossip chatter, just you and the experience. They don’t rush the service making you feel anxious like in many other nail salons. My nails and toes looked beautiful. :) The staff are friendly and keep up with cdc guidelines.

The pedicure was perfect. I paid for the higher price pedicure and no chip manicure. I felt like the technician was rushing through my no chip, but I didn’t complain. Two days later the polish wore off my nails. I called to complain and to have them redone. I was told no problem but I had to make an appointment. I explained that I was out of town and working. Again man stated that it would be no problem just come in. I came in six days after the phone call and a different man told me that it had been too long and he would not honor the previous promise. He stated he could only give me $5 off. That was unacceptable considering I had spent $90 for the services and given a $10 tip. This was not my first time here. My Mom and I had been going there for years. The man dismissed me as if I was lying and would not even look me in the face. I wish I could give them a half star.

Just an amazing experience every time I come! The people who get pedicures will go to the back of the salon while the manicures are taken care of up front! They are social distancing, clean, polite, and the staff is always willing to help out with any concerns! You can always ask for water also.They do take walk-ins, but booking an appointment was super easy! All the technicians are amazing! Try all of them and find the one that suits you the best!!!

Trash service, was rushed and told multiple times that they were tired even though we had appointments made ahead of time and gave a deposit. My nails came out to all be different sizes and we had a bride in the group and her nails were completely ruined for the wedding. Horrible place don’t recommend at all!!

Tee is an awesome nail tech! I’ve been coming here since I moved to Orland Park 2 years ago. Staff is always very friendly. Clean & tidy place. Tee does a fantastic job & you can tell she really cares about her work & clients. Always get no chip fill in & pedi. Pedis are more expensive than around the area, but Tee is fantastic for the few extra $’s!

Went for a mani/pedi. My only issue is that they’re charging $20 for a regular manicure and my nails are all chipped 3 days later....the pedicure was worth the $20 but not the mani. Prices should be adjusted due to covid especially for a mani!

So nice! They turn down the lights during your pedi so you can really relax and enjoy the fountain sounds. Tee was my lady she was great! I had the pumpkin pedicure loved it.

Came to this salon for the first time for their seasonal spa pedicure! It was the peppermint hot chocolate spa pedicure. All I can say was it was amazing! They are super polite and they are social distancing with plexiglass. They have a small room for you if you are nervous and it is your first time. Will come again!!

I went on a friday so I 1000% recommend making an appointment since I did wait an hour + . I chose to get a full set which included an amazing neck and shoulder massage and wine ! 👍 Robin was very polite. Unfortunately, my nails did chip while I was waiting for them to dry after Robin had left and the manager quickly offered to fix them for me. I love the results.

Came here during COVID a few days ago and everything was clean and safe according to guidelines. I got a spa pedicure and it was amazing. Plus the technicians were really nice!

Came in today for special pedicure. No hot water. No hot towels, No hot stones, No oil, and no hot neck message pillow. All those are listed in pamphlet. So why did nt. Both owners were presented. But didnt care I mentioned it. Just not worth the money

I have been a long time customer since at least 2014. They know me by name and because I get something extra every time I am spending at least $40 every 2 weeks. You would think they would treat their loyal customers with respect, they don’t. Today I had an appointment and I had to wait a half hour. They called me and had me come an hour earlier just to have me sit a half hour with someone coming by periodically to say she’ll by right with you. I just ended up leaving without my nails being done. I DEFINITELY will not be back if I can help it. You don’t treat loyal customers like that and you don’t treat people like that who had a standing appointment

While I was getting my feet and nails done at this Classy Nails and Spa shop today, a gel nail ultraviolet machine fell on my foot and smeared my nail polish. I, then, asked the nail technician if they were willing to give me a discount on my bill for my inconvenience (I had just got my feet pedicured). She told me to talk to the manager about this matter.Upon checking out, I talked to the manager and through his hesitancy, he told me they would give me $5 dollars off the bill but he DOESNT WANT ME TO COME BACK TO THIS NAIL SHOP AGAIN BECAUSE HE FELT IT WAS MISTAKE that machine fell on my foot. He took NO responsibility for this negligence.After spending $79 dollars, I just could not believe that this manager had the unmitigated gall to talk to me like this. When he gave me my change back from the bill, he laid the change on the counter. I insisted and told him to pick my money up off the counter and put it in my hand. Just absolutely despicable. So, I’m glad to never go back to this shop. If I were you I would not go. This shop is not worth giving your MONEY!!!!!

Horrible. Worst place I’ve ever been. Price was terrible especially for the service and execution. If I could I would give this salon, one star. Woman was horribly rude and my nails turned out terrible. I get the dip powder and it has been one day and they are already almost all chipped and cracked. Such a waste of time and money. Place was filthy and awful. Do not go. The best salon in the area is Signature Nail Salon by the Party City on LaGrange.

Watered down polish and overcharged. Pedicure chipped and a nail came off both within the next day. Charged $52 for a fill-in. The lady at the desk wouldn’t explain why. My mother was with me so didn’t want to make big scene.

I have been going to this nail salon since they have opened and was even going to their old location before this one opened. They truly do an amazing job and are worth the price. Rubi is my favorite nail tech and she truly takes her time and makes sure you are very satisfied with your nails. She never rushes and is one of the best nail techs ever. I refuse to let anyone else touch my nails.

I am beyond elated by the service, quality and product from this salon.I had a pedicure, gel dipped stiletto nails and eyebrow waxing done and all 3 exceeded my expectations by a million.I will try and post a picture of all 3 but DANNGGGG... Lulu is the best! She did my Pedi & dip Mani perfectly. My nails look natural, not too thick. Not to mention very clean environment. Everything they use for pedicures is straight from a disposable package.

They are very friendly and offered water. They have a nice selection of colors. And plenty of staff so I didnt wait but 5 min. Everything was very clean too!!!

GAO does a phenomenal job! They are extremely clean which is extremely important to me. My nails always look great. They make sure you are happy while they work. I make it a point to come to this location.

I’ve had 2 great experiences there when I got dip nails. Both times they didn’t chip and looked amazing until they grew out. Very nice people working there. Always asked if I wanted water. I was a walk in the first time so I had to wait. Clean nail salon and a lot of colors to choose from for dip (that’s all I looked at).

About two years ago I came here with a friend to get my first manicure and pedicure ever! I was excited for prom and they did a wonderful job. Today I had another great experience. Fey was very kind and worked diligently on my nails. She made me feel great because she told me that my nails were already healthy and that I really didnt even need to wear fake nails. I left with beautiful nails and a smile. Definitely coming back.

I also didn’t realize until I left that my nails aren’t the same length AT ALL and the filing is sloppy. Thanks Susan. Won’t be coming back.

Too many new people doing nails, the job isn’t neat, and the dip chips right away. Then, you go back and they are mad at you. Well? I’m not going to pay $80 to them and then $80 to fix their mistakes. Waste of money.

I went to lee nails for years and 1 day after all my years there they would not squeeze me in so I tried classy nails in lake view plaza and havent gone anywhere else ever. The people there treat you like family.. With any service over $28 you receive complementary refreshments, neck warmer, hand massage with lotion and hot towels, and a back massage.. I had never been to such a nice place . the environment is so peaceful with soothing sounds quietly in the background real waterfalls. I have not had a pedicure yet in the 3 years I have been coming here Im just not that into pedis however i have been in the backroom where they do them separate from the other nail services . it is a quiet dimly lit area with comfy chairs and waterfalls and a holder for your phone. Most of all I like how friendly the staff and owner are. Not your typical nail salon the staff talks to you not about you to each other in a foreign language. They are so good here you get more then your moneys worth!!

My regular place to get nails done. I love that the people working there engage you in conversations. I hate going to salon where the people talk Chinese and never talk to you,,,,,just among themselves. This place doesnt do that at all. The prices are pretty much the same as other shops.

Today I stop by to get a pedicure and i had my daughter with me, she is 15 I was the only one getting my nails done because she had a spa day with her grandmother the day before. Anyway I asked the person if she could come back with me and he said yes. We go back and the woman working back there starts yelling she cant sit back here with out getting service. I asked can she sit here and if someone comes she can move. The place wasnt busy at all. She yelled again no no no so at that point I was over being yelled at when Im here to spend my money. I decided Id go somewhere else. We walk to the front and the guy at the front desk asks my daughter Oh was there no open seats back there? I said the lady back there said she couldnt sit there, he looked puzzled. And to my surprise guess who is walking behind us yelling again saying no no she cant sit back there without service. Now, if when i asked in the beginning and they told me no she couldnt sit back there i would have respected the rules but 2 ppl said yes and then to be yelled at I will never return and I will also be posting this review on my Facebook page!!!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service that I received from the nail tech that did my nails earlier this evening. Unfortunately I could not catch her name since she wasn’t wearing a name tag, but she was an older woman trained to do the dip powder. Everything was going okay until she started to roll her eyes and yell at me out of nowhere for not relaxing my hand enough for her and threatened to not do my nails anymore if I wasn’t cooperating. Humiliated, I quickly apologized but she just got more frustrated with me and continued to scold me. At the end, I was hoping the nice manager that I met earlier would be the one to ring me up so that I could explain how disgusted I was with how this woman treated me, but unfortunately she was the one that I had to pay. After I had to ask for my copy of the receipt, she tossed it at me and held out her hand as if she was expecting a tip! HA! I walked away disappointed and will NOT be coming back and will be sharing this review on social media due to the lack of respect and unprofessionalism. On the bright side, I had a very nice pedicure from a very pleasant, friendly young woman. Since this was the closest nail salon to my house, I thought I would come back since I had a nice pedicure last month, but I’d much rather drive to Wonder Nails in Evergreen Park where I’m treated with respect ✌🏻

Have been to this place before. Came in for my bachelorette party! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Let my bridesmaid bring her baby in, which the Tinley location did not. They did an awesome job at making sure the bridesmaids nails matched and stayed with the theme. I am not giving 5 stars because my nail tech who gave me my pedicure left to get me color swatches and never came back. She started nails and I was left without being told anything. The nail tech who did my nails did an average job on my gel fake nails and used gel polish instead of normal polish like I had wanted.

Ive been going to this nail salon since it opened. I moved further away so I visit occasionally now. I came in last second with my 3yr old daughter and noticed they were super busy. My first question to the greeter was, I noticed your busy can you take us as walk-ins? He said yes. He told me to pick a color for my daughters manicure. He told me I would sit with Fay. We began to walk over to Fay, who was ON HER PHONE. She looked us up and down and said No! Im busy. Everyone in the salon was busy besides Fay. I turned and walked out. I understand you may not want to deal with children but Ive never been treated this way before and neither has my daughter. Im sorry to say I will not be going back to this place.

Ive gone here several times. Sometimes its amazing sometimes its all right. I recommend going in the first hour theyre open. They do always treat you respectfully but sometimes the work isnt 100%. Love the days when it is. Do not recommend any fake nails here. Regular mani/pedi is wonderful. Especially the milk and honey.

I have been here many times. Always u have had a beautiful relaxing experience. The perso who had a skin disability should have called ahead and explained her situation. They would have made accommodations in sure. My daughter and I go here frequently and cant say enough good things about this place. Its very clean peaceful and the workers are very nice.

Initially went in as a walk-in with my 2 year old. There was a 45 min wait but I decided to wait it out and hopefully keep my 2 year old entertained til I was up. As I was waiting I glanced over a sign that read “no children, strollers were allowed” I didnt say anything but was hesitant to stay. My name was called and I was greeted by “TEE” and she walked me to the back for my pedi. She politely helped me with my daughter and even made her feel comfortable with her toys she had brought. Tee was very attentive and sweet. She didn’t give a side eye or made us feel unwanted. After my pedi I then went to a desk to get a full set. I was there for about 2 hours and I appreciate the hospitality and patience she had. I am completely satisfied with the customer service and how well my nails and pedicure came out.

Horrible nail polishThe lady who took care of me, I believe joyce was her name. Was rude, looked annoyed . She got annoyed when I asked her for another coat of nail polish (that I was gonna pay for) and blamed it on my nails for being the reason the nail polish streaks were uneven . I left and it took only 4 hours for the cheap nail polish to pick off my nails and chip off.Don’t get me wrong, beautiful classy appearance, but horrible horrible products and employees.Never going back.

So unhappy with the customer service here. Walked in and instantly got attitude from the nail tech that she can’t do an upgraded pedicure because she didn’t have time... Then she completely rushed my mom and I to pick out a color and gave attitude again when we asked if we could sit next to one another for our pedicure. Never coming back here again!

The girl who did my nails rush me in choosing a color, didnt shape up my nails before putting on acrylic nails, I wanted a French design but didnt get it I could have bought fake nails from Walmart and done a better job myself. I do not recommend going to this salon, and they state in their services a 3 minute hand and arm message its more like a rushed 30 seconds. All over just a bad experience.

Worst experience ever. me and a friend went out to get our nails done. the wait was over 2 hours. we got at the salon around 3:00 pm and then we just got done around 8:15. once again, worst service ever!! never coming back. i recommend this salon to anyone who wants to wait for a long period of time and get trashy results.

Use to come here all the time but lately they are doing rushed work and cut down to quickly and draw blood whenever they work on my nails. Its no longer a pleasant experience for me. Will start going somewhere else

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. First visit I went to get a full set of acrylics. The decor and atmosphere of the place is very relaxing. There are at least 15 nail stations in the front and a private pedicure room in the back with about 12 chairs. My nail tech was very nice and easy to understand. My nails turned out perfect and I was even given a short hand and arm massage with a hot towel afterwards. My second visit I took my sister and we got pedicures. We chose the lavender one. It was amazing! First they have massage chairs to make you completely comfortable. Next you are treated to the usual pedicure...but you get a lavender scrub on your feet and legs as well as a second lavender lotion massage at the end of the pedicure. Now my sister lives 45 minutes away and when we were done she said she would be driving out by me to continue coming to this salon every month! The service was wonderful, the owner friendly and offers coffee or bottled water, as well as always coming over to check and see if you are happy. I give this place five stars and will continue to go to this great place!!

I was treated to a mani/pedi here for my bday. The decor and service options are nicer than most nail salons in the area, and the customer service is alright. My manicurist could have been a bit more careful cutting the cuticles but my manicure turned out fine. I didnt get any extra designs or art so Im not sure how they do on that front.

Worst mani and pedi I have ever got. They gave me an infection on my big toe and ripped my whole cuticle off and it wouldnt stop bleeding the whole time I was having it done and after when it finally stopped bleeding the girl ripped it off again and did so for another three more times and every time I would scream and say ouch your hurting me. She would ignore me and continue to keep doing it. Also the manicure I got was gels put on and they are all different sizes and lengths and the polish is coming off and its only been two days since I got it done and she was face timing her mother in China the whole time she was working on me she wasnt looking what she was doing and hurt me badly when it came time for the massages on my arms and shoulders I have bruises from where she was squezzing so hard that it bruised my upper arms and shoulders. I would never treat a customer like that and I have been it customer service for about 15 years and when I went back to the place to demand my money back the manager jake brushed me off like he was so busy but there was no one in the salon to even help with and I would never recommend this place to anybody ever in my life. 4/18/17

I got a fill in and a polish change and my nail were popping off the same day that I got them done and they refused to fix them. I asked for the manager and he argued with me and told me that it was my fault that they were falling off. Poor management

Ok so i go in today5/5/15 to receive the worst service i could ever experience. i have hyperhydrosis and once in a while i like to treat myself to a manicure just to have the feelijg of being somewhat normal. My excessive sweating of my hands not only disgusted one employee but three. May i mind you I had a simple neon green nail polish nothing fancy to be done to my nails. Well my first manicurist got up and left me there and then the woman next to her left HER CLINT to work on me and yet only make me feel even more uncomfortable laughing at me and speaying disinfectant on her hand in front of me. This is the point of where i begin to cry. I have been bullyed all my life for this and this was the worst of it. then she left me lieaving my nails looking horribly done and smeared a male employee then had to finish my nails because she kept saying ew ehats wrong with you over and over. I then had to annouce I was born with it and its a medical condition. in fact none of those employees got no tip from me except treat your clints with respect and I annouced I will NEVER come here again. To anyone in the area that has hyperhydrosis and plans on having a nice manicure do not go here.

Omg i went behind this nail place and saw them drying towels they use on the public on the hood of a care .....that is gross !!!Update::::: they are at it again now the towels are on the dirty ground and are on a truck....Where is the health department ????

Every time I go here, my nails always chip within the first week. This time it has gotten bad to the point where I’m reconsidering coming back.
