I went here because I had a last minute event to go to and my regular nail salon was booked. I got a pedicure, no chip manicure, and my eyebrows waxed. They told me it would be a 10 minute wait so I picked out my color and waited. The tech I had, Tammy, did a great job on my nails and was super friendly. However, after she got done with her client and sat me in her chair I watched her go to the sink and rinse off the tools she used on the previous client and then brought them back to use on me. The tools werent cleaned or sanitized, which can cause A LOT of issues. I decided that I wasnt going to make a huge deal about that because time was running out and I had somewhere to be. It did feel a little rushed but Im ok with that; Im not one of those people that likes to sit there for a couple of hours. The pedicure went fine and my eyebrows looked great, until I got home and saw that huge portions of my eyebrows werent even waxed. I ended up plucking what wasnt done. The bill was much higher than what I was expecting from the prices on their website. Turns out, they charge for EVERYTHING. They charged me for taking off 2.5 nails that still had no chip polish on them from 2 weeks prior, as well as cutting down my nails. Now, I dont have long nails at all so the fact that I got charged for a cut down was ridiculous. All the other nail salons Ive been to dont charge for things like that, unless the nails are acrylic and long. I also woke up today with a ton of red and white pimple like rashes on my eyebrow area. I have never experienced anything like this before and tomorrow is my birthday so Im hoping they go away.I gave 2 stars simply because Tammy was really friendly but as far as cleanliness and overcharging thats a big fat 0. The décor and atmosphere in this salon is nice and relaxing but thats about it. I wouldnt recommend this place or ever go here again. I never put a review, good or bad, online about a place but I felt I had to with this salon. Please save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else. It really isnt worth it.

Honestly it was a horrible experience. I took my daughter in for an appointment yesterday and they said 7 pm is fine. When we arrived, they asked if we can come tomorrow at noon and we did. We arrived 10 minutes early and waited a whole 40 minutes and nothing. I said, how can you tell us to come in at noon but not see us for God knows how long. At 12:30 it became clear that they were not going to see us anytime soon. I said that we had two engagements to go to and they didnt care, say a word or apologize. Very unprofessional if you ask me. Will never be returning or recommending to another soul. I get things happen and you are busy, trying to get people into your salon but at the very least be apologetic and most will understand. Two days gone and a teenage girl crying. Thanks!

This nail salon provides horrible, horrible service. Impatient, disrespectful, inconsiderate, and lack luster service. They don’t speak or understand the English language well. Because the nail tech couldn’t understand what I was asking,she got up and went to the back. after about 20 minutes of waiting,, never saying anything to me. I went to the back to ask about the hold up and was told that I didn’t know what I wanted so she said I could wait and figure it out. What did she understand about peach no chip. Since they don’t do nail art…. Do not come to this location. I have been waiting for 45 minutes, while they take other customers that came in after me!! It is ridiculous!!!!!!

A week prior to my wife’s birthday I made an appointment for pedicures for the two of us for 3:00 pm on the 23rd of May as, we had couples massages and dinner scheduled afterwards. We arrived at 2:35. There were customers and nail technicians there but no one at the front desk. After 10 minutes an employee came from the rear of the salon and without even inquiring if we had a reservation told us to come back tomorrow. We explained that we had reservations and even after supposedly discussing it with her manager the employee told us she could only do us one at a time. This was rude, unprofessional and unacceptable. This salon had even had the temerity to have had called me earlier in the week to confirm my reservation. To paraphrase Seinfeld, “they know how to make reservation but not how to hold the reservation “.

Had the worst nail dip Ive ever had. Techs station was messy and dirty. My nails look terrible. Filed way to short. Color is not even on covered all the way on some nails. Will not go back.

Easy to make an appointment for yours convenient. Polite service, clean environment. They have absolutely wonderful manicurist.

Made an appointment for 2 pedicures at 6:30. Didn’t get seated until 7:15 then waited another 10 minutes in the seat. We got up to leave because it was taking too long but the manager was pushy and insisted we stay. We ended up being there for another half hour. They were short staffed and took way more customers than they could handle.

I got a no chip and the chip started coming off the next day. This picture is four days in. Very disappointed since it costs so much for no chip. I will not be coming back here and I suggest everyone who is thinking of coming here find another nail shop.

I was greeted very generously by all three hardworking ladies by the names of Rose, Angel and Tammy. I moved into the apartments next door and was extremely excited but nervous about trying a new spot since i usually stick to the same nail salons. They were on point and sweet about my indecisiveness ways. I appreciated and loved the outcome of my nails!! I recommend and will forever come back. Thankyou !!! ♡♡

Made and appointment for four people with specific people a week before a wedding. When I got there one was not there the other refused to work on my nails and we didn’t have enough people to work on our nails so after our pedicures we walked out and didn’t get our nails done. Use to love lynn but will never go back after that treatment

Come here if you want horrible quality, pain and bleeding, staff that talks poorly about clients, yells at kids when they simply asked for the different lengths/bubbled polish/ misshaped bottoms and different top shapes to be fixed. My daughter was so upset she called me and I told her to go back in and ask for them to be corrected while I was on the phone, the several staff member that were yelling at her should be ashamed of theirselves.

Manager is pushy and impatient. And they charge your card before you get services done or even arrive to the nail salon. They give you a small kit with a small Emory board and toe separater in it. If you dont bring the desposable items back with you the next time they charge you $5. Poor quality customer service. Go somewhere else too get you Mani and pedi!

First time was great i was a walk on not from the areaI forgot the address and was looking for a place close I called and got a cheap quote when I arrived I was told they were booked I said I would wait the 2 hours when I came back in I was told that it was too late to get the service I called ahead to have done. Wasted 2 hours will not go back that was business that they will not be getting back can’t leave no star so one is what I can do

First impressions are everything, my first time here I had red gel nails and I was getting a fill in with white no chip polish. Even after the tech ensuring me that she would make sure the red polish was gone after I continuously showed my concern for red polish still being on my nails she finish my nails, white nails, with old red polish specs in them, not letting that turn me off this place I gave it another try, my niece on a different occasion getting her nails done by that same tech did another sloppy paint job. Today politely to avoid another sloppy paint job we requested a different tech to do our nails that appear to be an issue as we started to recieve a cold shoulder from Rose specifically when speaking with her as she painted her own nails not only was her tone different she would not even look at me. I gave the stars I gave because all of the techs dont have this same demeanor.

I always get a pedi and it was the worst experience ever. They cut my toe nail so short and they made it bleed its hard to walk or even sleep. When you first walk in they dont greet you nor give you a menu of what you want. The pedi was so quick I last longer then the pedi. The place looks a bit sketchy.

My daughter was sat in a chair at 4:45 for a full set. It is currently 6:35 and the lady is STILL filing her nails?! This has to be the SLOWEST nail salon in history!! Definitely do not recommend!!!!!

I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU 0 STARS!! I came in for a Fullset, and I asked for the same color I came in with. They removed my old polish and told me they didn’t have the color I requested. No one offered any alternative colors, Then charged me for a manicure. Every time I try this place, they are very unprofessional. Please go else where!!!

I have been coming to this place on and off for the past 6 years. I’ve been patient and loyal through being rushed and the place being crowded and even having to wait more than 10 minutes although I’ve made an appointment. Today I went there and arrived at 2:35 at 3:50 they come and tell me they can’t do my ombré nails because the nail tech has to take someone at 4. So they had me wait almost an hour and a half just to tell me they couldn’t do my nails. DO NOT COME HERE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! AT ALL PERIOD

My daughter was serviced by a requested nail techician while she was soaking her nails to redo her No Chip. However, the next thing happens where the owner removed her nail tech by placing her to do pedicure for another customer. This was unacceptable. Especially when I called to request a particular nail techician for my daughter.

Was really upsetting here. Just walked in and instantly was directed to nail colors.... which is fine. But then they rushed to get us in the chairs when I didn’t even have a color yet. Then my friend wanted red and blue lines on her toes and the lady made it seem like a huge inconvenience. She asked for “wisps” and the lady said i will do lines. Just hard to explain or even ask for anything. She was rough on her feet and would grab hard to move them where she wanted. For my foot massage the lady did both legs at the same time so really didn’t get much of a massage at all. Lastly, there were no menus offered. We didn’t get a choice in what kind of pedicure we wanted or what was offered. Just not a very customer service orientated experience. I probably would of just painted my own toes at home if I knew this was the service here.

This place is the most elegant and beautiful nail salon Ive ever been in. They got me and very quickly they did my nails amazingly. The staff was so nice so friendly they actually had a conversation with me which I love because when I get my nails done I like to talk. I recommend this salon to everybody. Theyre shellac colors that they have are so beautiful and there acrylic that they do is strong my nails havent lifted or chipped at all Im just very very impressed with them. If youre looking for a nail salon and youre sick and tired of trying the whole bunch of different places go to this place you will be amazed by how beautiful it is and how kind the staff is. Had to pay $5 for a broken nail that I had got done there 2 days go, and the painting was horrible, I have dents on the paint. I have never went to a nail place and have to pay for a nail to be fixed that I had got done a few days prior! I didnt pay $5 for acrylic no chip just to have it be chipped again in less than half an hour, I am so frusterated and upset right now.

I used to go here all the time for no chip manicures, pedicures, and acrylic. I moved to the city and occasionally come back here before a vacation. In the summer, I received dip polish. It chipped a week later. 3 days ago, I received dip and it is already chipping. I get dip on the regular. They do not use a base, sand down with the machine, or a top layer. I do not recommend this location for dip powered. They have no idea what they’re doing. Stick to regular manicures.

Rose and her staff are the best. Not only is their work impeccable whether getting manicures or pedicures...but Rose keeps her establishment 100% spotless. All her operatives are highly skilled and polished...pun intended

I went in for no chips nails right before I left for Italy with 2 other friends of mine..right when I walked in the door we were rushed. We got there around 6:30..they close at 8 that’s plenty of time to get just a manicure. 3 days into having these nails they began chipping..by the end of my trip of only 8 days they were entirely off..I went back and got them redone for free..to only end up getting my no chip nails chipped..again..just a couple days later..normally I do not write bad reports, but they will no longer get business from me nor the people around me.

I really enjoyed the pedicure that I received at this spa! I upgraded to the Honey Pedicure and it was fantastic! Pete was my technician and he was very friendly and professional. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing - I love the private pedicure area and the awesome massage chairs. I also appreciate the fact that it was very clean. I highly recommend Classy Nails and Spa in Orland and will definitely go back!

Went to this salon for the first time and was appalled at how slow the service was. No one told me how long I would wait to be seen. I explained I wanted a gel nail that was colored, not nail polish and was handed a color ring with nail polishes on it. The girl who did my nails was nice, I cant say she was not. My issue is that my gel nails are just coming off on their own and I have never experienced that in my life and Ive been getting gel nails for 10 years now. Go elsewhere its not worth the frustration of stopping here.

Being a man I was hesitant on going for a pedicure but I was talked into it! Boy what a great experience I had ! The staff was very friendly, professional and nice! The place was very clean and they used liners in the pedicure bowl! They took off a lot of dried skin from my feet! It was relaxing to let my feet soak in the hot water. My feet feel fresh like they can breath again! I tried the paraffin wax and boy did it feel good! I think people don’t treat there feet properly! Your feet do a lot of work! They deserve to be pampered !I WILL BE BACK! Loved it!

Worst service ever...I asked for a manicure and a polish change on my toes. They did my toes first and I swear this man I had never painted nails before in his life! He kept pulling my ankle closer to him like I was moving which I wasn’t! Polish was on my skin and not even on the nail evenly. My manicure was okay...I had a different man. He barely even put a dot of lotion on each hand, and then did not give a hand massage. I complained and I was still charged $30 for both services. I will never go back to this salon!

I was very rushed. Hurried to my chair. The guy that took care of me rushed through the massage. Actually closing his eyes while massaging my feet. I was done at least 20 minutes before the person who came in with me at the same time. For the same service. When I tried to use my gift card I was told they were different than the other classy nails and wouldn’t let me use it. I will never return here and will let people know of the shabby services. It is nothing like the classy nails on 157 Lagrange which I usually go to This place here is very poorly run. One of the staff was actually wearing short shorts and a halter top!!

Just having left Im positive Ill never go back. I received a pedicure with hot stones. Customer service was very poor. I felt like I was on an assembly line & not a valued customer. My nail technician filed multiple toenails unevenly and my nail polish has a lot of air bubbles. Im extremely disappointed because I have to redo my pedicure in order to not have uneven nails, plus I have to file them even lower when I get home. She also just left the pedicure area when she was finished without a word, never to be seen again. It reinforced the idea that I wasnt truly valued as a customer. Save your time and money, and just go someplace else.

I had a had been going her for over 2 years...with excellent results most of the time...about a year ago I had an issue when a tech cut one of my nails down (my nails not tips) because he thought they were tips even though I kept saying they were not. This week it happened again...and the tech is a different one who Ive been seeing for over a year. She cut down ALL my nails before I could stop her. Why wouldnt a higher end salon like this keep cards on their clients like hair salons do? If you go here make sure you are very clear about what you want - they dont listen well...

I have always gone here to get my pedicures and fill ins never had a problem. I got the dip done from another nail shop and lasted a month. Decided to try this place out and they were chipping the first night. I was away for the weekend and 5 of 10 were chipped away. I went in for a refund and they told me that it was them it was me. I tried to explain to them this wasnt my first one i know how long they last at other places. They said i should of came back after they chipped and i told them i was out of town. Never again they said they would redo them but going back every 2 days to get them fixed? Is it worth it?

Needed to get my nails done and this was the closest place to where I was running errands. I had dip color on. The guy taking my dip off was talking to a guy next to him and when he finished my one hand he grabbed it and pushed it to the side very rudely. Then I got another person to actually do my nails, she didnt know how to take the dip off, she used the drill and it felt like my fingers were in fire trying to take it off. She then used a file to take the rest off and my nail bed was hurting me. It hurt so much that I had to leave before get nail polish on. No way I will ever be coming back to this place.

Wont go back. I waited to be seen over ten minutes while employees were in the back talking. And the customer service is horrible. They make fun of their customers and didnt realize I knew they were. They should be more careful. My nails look bad

Worst nail salon I have ever been to! I went there in September the night before my rehearsal dinner/2 days before my wedding, and they messed up both my nails and one of my bridesmaids (my sister) nails. She asked for white tips and they gave her regular acrylics and asked her to pick out a color- then they put white tips on mine and I asked for full set of gels with a nude-pink nail polish color (which I already gave to the guy when I sat down). When I realized he put the white tips on my nails I told him thats not what I asked for, so he started painting the nail bed part pink with the white tips showing and I told him absolutely not!! Then he just grabbed my hand and started clipping them off without discussing a solution to the problem with me which resulted in my nail splitting down the middle and me BLEEDING!!! AND THEN STARTED LAUGHING!!!!!! Not only was I now upset, but also in PAIN and STRESSED! 2 days before my wedding! Only after causing a scene did the man in charge had to soak all of my nails in acetone and grind ALL of the nails off and completely redo them and then expected me to pay for this!!! Thankfully my family was there to support me and told them I was not paying. WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!!

Went in for a no chip fill bc my regular salon was backed up and I hadnt booked an appointment. all black. coffin shape. my nails looked ok-ish. service was fine when I was in there, but the next day all of a sudden 3 of my FRESH NAILS broke which if you get no chip sets you know that does not happen at all. I got them redone for free, but I still went back to my original salon a week later because I couldnt bear to look at my hands. definitely not going back.

This is a very nice place... my nails look wonderful and Denise did a great job! Not a single ounce of pain like other places that cut up your cuticle area! I will be going back in two weeks to get my fill-in!

So here’s the thing. A friend and I went to get a massage at Hand & Stone and wanted to get pedicures after. Out of convenience, Classy Nails was next door. We chose to ignore the 2.9 star rating and give this place a try. Walking in, the salon is very appealing to the eye. We were seated and told to wait until our foot tubs were filled and then they would bring us back. We waited for about 10 minutes, and noticed a urine smell. Once again we chose to ignore it. Once the nail tech brought us back to our chairs she had us sit down and wait....again. Out tubs we empty and one of the tubs had the plastic lining with all the utensils used from the previous customer in it. The towel on the foot rest had someone’s else’s foot shaving on it. We asked the tech if we could get a new towel because that one was used and she grabs a nasty looking towel from the back of her chair and placed it on the foot rest. At that point we decided that getting an infection was not on the agenda today. We didn’t want to embarrass the nail salon (there was a lot of people on there) and told them that we had something come up. You could tell in the nail techs eyes that she knew that we were leaving because of the filth left there. Im always willing to give a business the benefit of the doubt. The customer is not always right and once they don’t get what they want, they write a ridiculous review. I have gone to places with less stars and have had the best experience. However, I wish I would have saved my time and picked a high rated salon. I really hope that this place can pull it together and do better because Small business are having a hard time right now and I’d hate to see another one go out of business.

UNSTERILE****Going on day 2 of a painful infection in my big toe, conveniently right before the holiday weekend and a vacation. Mid pedicure I gasped and pulled my foot back and noticed a CHUNK of skin on my technicians tool. She proceeded to blame me for cutting my nails too short? The next day at work I noticed my toe was bloody and oozing puss. So....unfortunately will not be back to this nail salon. Clearly they have unsterile tools and unskilled nail technicians.

This place was fantastic!!! It was my first time but they took very good care of me on this Tuesday afternoon. I got a gel overlay with no chip and a pedicure. I fell asleep during the pedicure and that has never happened to me! Very neat polish and friendly staff. Their prices are higher than what Im accustomed to paying but I throughly enjoyed my visit! I definitely recommend trying Classy Nails!

Love that there is not an acrylic smell. Fast work. However, for natural nails, they dont understand that you cant file hard nor saw back and forth on natural nails as with artificial nails.

Customer service is horrible. Brian specifically has a terrible attitude. A hour before closing they couldn’t take me. Even though I called prior to coming and was told to come. Not accommodating at all for loyal clients. They work on their own time. Lynn is a great nail tech, however isn’t accommodating either.

I love taking my wife and daughter here for mani-pedis, they treat us really well, the place is very clean and comfortable.

The technician filed one of my nails so much that he made me bleed. He used too much nail glue & got it all over my fingers. He also missed several spots on my nails (on the edges) when he painted them. Then the owner tried to charge me more than what I was quoted. I will definitely NOT be returning to this place!! I will also NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!!

This nail salon usually does great work, especially their no chip manicures. However if your gonna go here, I would really only get a no chip. The staff is quiet, sometimes not the friendliest, but regular manicures just end up too thick and chips off within 2 days, or doesnt dry at all. Also not very great at artsy sort of nails. We did complain, and not even an apology. Only go here if you plan on getting a no chip manicure, those always end up nice.

Service was quick but the lady doing my nails was rushing and she didnt listen. I wanted the nails sport cut and colored tips. She kept them longer and painted the whole nail.

Absolutely horrible experience! The tech I had looked like a child and he ended up cutting my toe and not even acknowledging it!!! He just kept trying to put a towel over it or his hand anytime someone would walk by. He was obviously in training because a woman kept coming to check on him. Now I get accidents happen and that’s totally okay...but what’s not okay is the fact that you didn’t even apologize! He also forgot to even give a foot massage, which working on my feet is something I look forward to. Not to mention when I first came in, the kit was already opened, unsure if it was sterile and the water was HORRIFICALLY hot. Then I was told in a rude manner that my giftcard wouldn’t work here and given a marker to sign for my receipt. Shame that this person was left unsupervised and not properly trained. Never will go here again. The staff is rude, unattentive and untrained.

Definitely valued for money experience! The service there was amazing, very good hygiene practices:) Loved the service and attentiveness. Will visit again.

The only reason Im giving this place a one star rating is because theres no option for no stars. Until today, I came to this place religiously. I have never in my life witnessed such horrible customer service.Last week, about nine day ago, I brought my sister (who is wheelchair bound) to get her nails done. She decided to go with the no chip manicure, because lets face it no chip is the way to go. Since then about 8/10 of her nails have chipped or started peeling. Mind you, she is in a wheelchair and does not use her hands for anything that would cause chipping on a regular manicure, let alone a no chip.I brought her back today and the woman there was horrible. Insisted she remembered us being there more that two weeks ago and asked all of the employees there if they remember, each of them answered back in Vietnamese, so I have no idea what they even said. She then went on to tell us they would fix them no charge and then quickly changed that to her charging us. When my sister said no thanks, Ill just take them off then she tried to charge her for that too. In the ten minutes weve been home she has very easily peeled every single one off, any of you who have had no chip manicures know that it is not supposed to be that easy and you have to literally soak them in pure acetone to get them off.As I mentioned, I used to come here every other week and always brought friends/family. When I mentioned that to her she said yes, I remember you. I told her that I will not be coming back she wouldnt even look at me and nastily said ok.After looking at a girl in a wheelchair and being told that she does not use her hands enough for this to happen she still was not sympathetic. Being a business owner myself I know this is not the way customers are meant to be treated, let alone loyal customers.Needless to say, I will not be back and I will be warning all of my friends and family about the poor customer service at this establishment.

They do the best no chip manicures and lavender pedicures in the Tinley/Orland park area. Casey is fantastic and the manager Danny is wonderful. Definitely my favorite place to go!

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. First visit I went to get a full set of acrylics. The decor and atmosphere of the place is very relaxing. There are at least 15 nail stations in the front and a private pedicure room in the back with about 12 chairs. My nail tech was very nice and easy to understand. My nails turned out perfect and I was even given a short hand and arm massage with a hot towel afterwards. My second visit I took my sister and we got pedicures. We chose the lavender one. It was amazing! First they have massage chairs to make you completely comfortable. Next you are treated to the usual pedicure...but you get a lavender scrub on your feet and legs as well as a second lavender lotion massage at the end of the pedicure. Now my sister lives 45 minutes away and when we were done she said she would be driving out by me to continue coming to this salon! The service was wonderful, the owner friendly and offers coffee or bottled water, as well as always coming over to check and see if you are happy. I give this place five stars and will continue to go to this great place!!

Got in quickly but that was the only good thing about this place. They were too rough on the pedicures. The one that was doing my bfs was horribly rude. Will never go again.

Worst gel mani ever. Chipped the same day. Staff were rude. Environment had a very cold/sterile feel. Spent $38 on a gel mani (not including tip) for nails that were messed up same day. I’ll never go back and I wouldn’t recommend it. What’s a girl gotta do to get a good mani/pedi around here?!

Absolutely the worst nail place place in Orland. I hav3 had nothing but terrible experiences. I had not gone there in over a year when a tech threw his gum and face mask in my foot bath. Very unprofessional. But I thought I would try it today. The woman who seated to me seemed to engrossed in seating* other guests, try to soak my hands is scolding water when I said it was too hot, she rep,ied she knew. She then was not paying attention and was using the wrong side of the cuticle pusher and not even looking at my hands.she then kept pushing my hands into th3 still hot water after I pulled them out. I stoped there service immediately and left. I went to Cutie nails in Orland which was cleaner, professional and friendly.

Prices are high. It says you can walk in but you wait and wait. There are much better places.

I wouldnt even rate this place with one star but in order to post my review I had to rate it. Look at these nails... a joke right? I wish. My sisters and I came and paid so much for leaving with just so much disapointment rather than satisfication. I complained after they were done just for them to ignore me then I even called and complained and whoever was talking (a guy) asked how old I was and said I was disrespectful because I called and complained, HA. Anyways, I do not recommend this place at all. My 9 year old sister does better nails than these! I honestly could have done them my self and saved the $100 my sisters and I paid. This nail experience was my worst, its just so terrible. Our nails couldnt even look cute for the rest of the day, how disappointing.

If only I could give 0 stars. Ive been going to classy nails for 5 years. My mom and I usually go together every other week and get no chip manicures and pedicures (spending roughly $80 each). There have been a few times I have felt unsatisified with the customer service/professionalism and quality of work, but not to the extent that I would never go back. Well today that changed. I called to see how busy they were, and Rosie answered and said come in now, I can do it now. I get there and surprise, she says someone else is going to do my no chip and pedicure (that was frustrating because Rosie seems to be the only person who can cut my ingrown toenail, Im a RN on my feet for 14 hours a day and I basically only get pedicures to relieve the hurting in the corner of my big toe) I said that was fine and asked if she would atleast do my ingrown and she said he could do it. Well he tried...and he just wasnt getting it. I asked rosie if she would do it and she looks at me and says no not today, I have other customers. I was speechless...seriously, Im paying $48 dollars for a pedicure and Im not getting the results I want. Honestly the pedicure was great other than that, the guy kept saying he was sorry she was so rude. I felt bad for him. Most people would have refused to pay, of course I didnt do that, I paid my $78 bill and I left the guy $10. I was really hurt that after being a steady customer for 5 years, she couldnt be bothered with me.

Tsai and Carol were really nice and did a good job. Tsai massage the hell out my sister legs and feet. I will be asking for her next time. And there will be a next time!!!

I have been there four times and each time I look to see if they bring clean instruments for mani and for the pedi and No. They use what ever they have on table. Twice I have asked the guy doing my pedi to put at least alcohol before cutting my ingrown toe nail. This lack of cleanliness can cause a serious infection. HOPEFULLY they will disinfect the instruments! Before they get sued.

So disappointing. I received a recommendation from a family friend to see Rose at Classy Nails. They were very busy, and Rose (the owner) was very nervous while doing my no chip (gel) nails, because it was getting very busy. She turned no customers away, though some with appointments waited over 1/2 hour. She over-cut my cuticles (they are now infected), poorly painted my nails (they have pools of gel at the cuticles and were coming loose after 1 day!) and charged $38 for un-cured polish (the polish is still soft after three days). Rose was very rough, multiple cuticles still bleeding, and was not kind. Worst manicure ever - regular or gel. Rose gushed when return customers arrived, so you probably are okay - regulars. But new customers, dont do it. After 4 days, my cuticles are infected and sore, polish looks like a 4th grader applied, and money was poorly spent. Unable to see how poorly the job was done (without my glasses) I even over-tipped. Worst manicure EVER.Update: these nails were chipping and ripping in less than a week. Had to get a new manicure in less than a week. My cuticles are still healing after the bleeding. Worst, most expensive manicure ever.

If I could give ZERO stars I would, went in for a pedicure and basically got a toe nail trim and polish, I was done and out in 20 min for $28 pedicure!! Nope !!! Never have I had a pedicure so rushed through 😡

I just received a pedicure here, and it was the most horrible experience. I should have walked out because I don’t even know if the instruments were sanitized. I will be taking off nail polish and putting alcohol on my nails and taking a shower. Ewww😫

Horrible customer service. Some workers have no idea how to do acrylic or gel nails but still do them. Got a no chip and it chipped within a day went back had it redone only for it to chip again. Went back to give them another chance took 2 hours to do my nails and they tried overcharging me. Do not go here.

I always visit a business at least twice before giving a bad review. In this case, this was my third visit. This salon has failed to keep appointment times with me twice. Most recently on this past Saturday. My daughter and I had appointments for fill-ins, we called hours ahead to make a set time. We arrived 5 mins before our appointment and were told to pick a color. We did thinking that we would then start having our nails done. Well, we waited, and waited. After 20 mins they started my daughters nails, she was about to conclude and paid her bill and I still was not called, after 45 minutes. This is unprofessional for a salon that does mediocre work. I have visited there two other times and had my cuticles cut by the drill and over zealous workers on one occaision and both of those other times they pry nails off in order to charge you for another nail. I encourage you to speak up and not allow that. Everytime I have went there they charge a different price. This salon seems to be focusing on the wrong things and really need a lesson on American Customer Service. I will not returning there, ever and will share my opinion with friends and family.

Went there to get a pedicure and the girl cut my foot with the one of the tools. Now I have a permanent scar. Wont ever go back. Avoid this place.

This wouldve been my first time coming here the atmosphere is decent but i have never heard of no children being in the nail salon. Im upset at the fact that they told me i gad to leave bc i had my son with me. I never heard of that but whatever they wont be getting my service at all! They acting like i brung in a dog or something. Smh

This would be the only place I would go to ! Very nice people, such a great service and unlike other places they dont talk about customers in a language they cant understand. The owners are such wonderful people and always know how to keep their customers happy .

Pretty fast but not to good with the dipping polish

I live so close to this place, could actually ride my bike or walk, BUT I WOULD RATHER GET IN MY CAR AND DRIVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION. The service here is HORRIBLE, the people are RUDE. I would never go here again.

I was there last nite owner is very nice she did quote me a different price then what I paid she did a good job on my nails but the guy who did my feet did a terrible job only gave me one coat of polish and clear coat not happy !!!

Love this place.. It can get a bit more pricy than most places though.

I like it because it is nice and close to me.
