I do not trust Smile Time Dental, their staff has defrauded me of close to $1000 billed to my credit card. Six months later I am still trying to get a response from their billing department, and cant get through. 18 emails, voice mails, certified letters later, I still havent received any accounting of these funds, or reimbursement. How can anyone trust their dental health care needs to a staff that is so dishonest?The only ones smiling are the staff of Smile Time Dental. Think twice.

Was my first visit today and Dr Monica was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. All the staff was very nice and professional. Didnt have to wait too long to be seen and was in and out within a hour. BUT, they are charging a $12 PPE for each treatment which my insurance company per their contract cant charge and they charge a $50 up front appointment fee per appointment even if you have more than one appt the same day they still charge each. They arent able to help me with taking care of my partials and none of their offices offer this service. So, since I have called them out on the fees I received a letter in the mail today and they are asking me not to come back. This is terrible service. If you go to this office check with your insurance and make sure what they are charging you is correct. They were going to charge me 7 $12 fees.

I have been struggling with Dentists for years. This place is absolutely fantastic. Tay, the dental hygienist is amazing! They are professional, knowledgeable and they really do care about your dental health! I am so grateful to have found them. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you have had bad dental experiences in the past. They are wonderful!

They were very patient and kind. Not a long waiting time. Afterwards they helped us schedule other appointments needed! Very helpful.

After paying to receive a copy of medical records, their website for signing documents was broken, so they were unable to complete their services. Still no phone call received on status.Their consultation is 1 hr long; but you have to schedule ANOTHER appointment to have any work done.

I had a deep cleaning and Andrea was great!

This office was amazing!! They were so willing to help me when another dentist office would not. This is just proof that they really care for their patients. They have a new client in me for sure and i am so thankful I found them!!!

From the beginning they have been extremely helpful. Their team is very professional and they take very good care of their patients. i will DEFINITELY be bringing my business back to this incredible dental office, and i also will be recommending this company to my friends, family and colleges. I loved everyone there kind and funny. Gentle great cleaning and checkup. It was fast but thorough. They really take care of everything and are very professional. Loved them I would recommend them to everyone.

I am so thankful to have found Smile Time! From the ease of electronic paperwork to the bright smile and hugs from Brittney at the front, to the cheerful staff and Doctor, it is actually a pleasure to go to the dentist for once. Whether you have standard insurance or MediCal dental, they treat you exactly the same, with care, compassion and a dose of good humor. They are only in Rocklin once a week, but several other locations are open all week long so you have options for appointments. Glad to have a new dental family and looking forward to future visits.

I made my first appointment over the phone for a couple months out. When I arrived at my appointment, they had no appointment for me in their system. I wouldn’t have put a random appointment in my calendar, so I highly doubt it was an error on my part. They squeezed me in and even gave me an electric toothbrush as an apology to make it right. I appreciated the effort and because I did like the dentist I went back a second time. For my third appointment, again I show up and there is no appointment for me in their system. I scheduled this appointment at my last visit and there is no way I would put an appointment in my calendar unless we actually did schedule something. I could have gotten the date wrong, but no, they had no appointments at all for me. This is insanely frustrating and I do not have time to be given the run around all the time. Once, okay mistakes happen, but twice, not cool! I’ll never go back which is a shame because I did like the dentist, when they could figure out how to schedule.

Dr. Marquez was very sweet and helpful. She was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I have officially changed my dentist to her. 😇

I am So so grateful to have found Smile Time. They are so good with my children. They are 4 and 6, and everyone there helps to make them feel comfortable and make the whole experience a good one. This is the place to go if you have denti-cal or anything else. My girls are finally not afraid of the dentist!!!

All the staff are so friendly and patient. They take their time and the office is very laid back and relaxed. They don’t have a live person as a receptionis so it feels a little impersonal, they have computers you sign into, so don’t let that detour you, it’s a great office. They are very good about calling and sending messages to remind you of your appointment.

Every time i come in the employees are very nice and professional. One of the big issues i have is that i have a tight schedule, i work full time and go to school full time and they are very flexible on scheduling. They are happy to answer any and all of my questions and i never feel rushed.

This place is amazing! Very kid friendly even for your most nervous and anxious little ones.Cassandra and Vicky are some of the friendly familiar faces that are always welcoming us each visit. Love these guys! Plus flat screen tvs playing movies on the ceiling for every patient in the chair.The environment is open, bright colors and cheerful! Just an over all great place to be when your littles need dental work!!!

I have been bringing my children to Smile Time Dental in Rocklin for a few years now. The dentist and his dental assistants are so gentle and caring. The atmosphere in the office is a big deal also. Very clean, professional and up to date. The respect and quality of care my children experienced here, went above all other offices we have been to in the past.The way the doctor & his assistants handled any dental work on the kids was amazing. My son, after an extraction got up out of the chair, looked at me with a straight face and asked, mom, when do i get the shot? LOL ! As he watched the TV screen on the ceiling, the staff quickly and swiftly did what needed to be done during our office visit.

With medi-cal we had to switch dental offices. We were a bit concerned because our kids, 2 and 7, had been visiting their old dentist since they were 6 months old.The staff was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with the kids. The dentist was thorough with the examination and made the kids feel comfortable. The office was clean, kid friendly, and had televisions above each exam chair to keep the kids occupied. Our kids LOVED it ... especially leaving with all the wonderful treats they were given.My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the high level of service we received and the overall experience. The fact that they welcome medi-cal clients is a plus. When we transition back to private insurance we will stay with this office!

With medicare I had to switch from my old dentist. I was first directed to some place in folsom that told me i needed periodontal cleaning which has big out of pocket costs. The place gave me the creeps and I hadnt had any trouble with gums or teeth, so I opted for another opinion. Landed at Smile Time with the dentist Jack Gorman and couldnt be happier! Great staff! Great dentist! And all I need is a regular cleaning! Hmmmm... super happy
