The salon was cute and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. My stylist Jordan gave me a great haircut that I absolutely love. And they have online appointments through the app to boot! Will definitely be back.

Ive been going to Lisa Thomas salon for over 20 years! I used to see the same person each time but she left. So Ive had different hairstylists each time after and all have been fantastic! Both my daughters now get their hair done here as well. Top Notch salon with top notch stylists! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Highly Recommend⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😊

This place is awesome for young girls in terms of price, I brought my 10 year old daughter here for a new style she wanted. For 23 bucks she got a wash, a cut and a style. Thats only like 10 bucks more then a great clips. The stylists do a great job, take thier time, and are very friendly.

This place is the best. Everyone working here makes you feel at home. Leah is an excellent stylist and does excellent pedicures and manicures.

Stylist Laura is the best!She listens to what style you have in mind. She will suggest, if need, why it might be beneficial to trim a bit more for a healthy hair look.Laura has created beautiful updos for my daughter and awesome cuts and styles for myself.Laura works at both the Orland Park and Tinley Park locations. Laura was sure to share with me how conscious the salon is about the wellness of their clients through COVID.

I went about a month ago for the second time in almost a month . I asked for balayage and after two sessions and spending $400 I didn’t like my hair either time . I also learned that with balayage you do not use foil and sorry I wrote the review under my sons name because I logged into his account last time . I’m very disappointed to spend that much money and not have my hair done the way I asked . I went from black hair to asking for a blonde balayage with dark roots all I’ve gotten is red- warming hair and we definitely should ofGotten some where the second time . I see no blonde at all. And if you don’t know how to do the hair or don’t care you should just tell the person and refer them to someone who can . Because I work hard for the money I earn . And paying $400 I should walk out how I paid for it . And the hair stylist damaged a piece in hair in the front and I look like I have bangs . :/ and that’s really frustrating.

Michelle, Riley and Bianca are all amazing. Im sure everyone else is great too but these three ladies nail it every time! These ladies listen and are conscientious of making sure they do it right the first time. They are all extremely good at what they do and want to make sure you look your best. Ive done both cut and color here and have been over the moon with the end results every time. Michelle is my absolute favorite but I am more than happy to sit in Riley or Biancas chairs when she isnt available.

I got my hair colored 2 times in the last 4 weeks . Spent about $400 and it is not how I asked for it to be ! And if your customers spend that much please do what we ask!

I was stubborn in my want of extensions and styling last minute before a wedding reception that same day. The stylist was very understanding and I was able to get an appointment last minute, 5 hours before the event. I dont have much hair to work with due to balding (something beyond my control), but yet the stylist was very willing to help me see what could be done with what I got. 1.5hr later, I left the salon with something I felt confident and content in! They were awesome in my time of desperation! Thank you guys so much!

Hair was chopped and way too short. Called to explain that I was not happy and that nothing could be done. Told to come in and they would see what they could do There is so little hair left-it just has to grow out about 6 weeks. They called again to say what could do. I went into the store and stated my case and was told I could have coupons. AND that I should have told my beauticain about my hair. I said it was a mans hair cut and I was not happy and that it would have to grow. i stated this while I was in her chair before I left. Almost all patrons have longer hair and lots of coloing going on. If you have short hair beware. Beware and make sure you tell them no chopping. If I could give no stars I would, but the shop is clean and stylish and friendly if you are a happy camper- if not oh well too bad- soo sad.

Used to love this place. Went there for 4+ years. After a while, Long-standing customer...didnt matter to them. Last straw was when the receptionist wanted to book me with 2 diff. people . Youd think after a year of not going theyd care... NOT..Havent even gotten a where are you card lol. Business must be good...for now.

Im giving two stars. My haircut was okay but I wanted more dramatic layering to be done. So my hair still looked kind of boring even after styling. This was my first time at this salon and my biggest problem was my stylist. She was relatively unfriendly. It seems like she wanted to do the bare minimum of friendly banter. Most of the time when she said something it was to try and get me to buy some hair product. This wouldnt have been a huge deal if she were more friendly in general, but without that, her efforts to sell products were very off-putting. Lisa Thomas is also not the cheapest place so I was expecting a higher level of customer service, but they do a better job at super cuts. Probably will not be coming back.

There isnt anything I would change about my experience at Lisa Thomas Salon. The customer service I received when scheduling my appointment and upon entering the salon was excellent. I was greeted immediately. Everyone was smiling and overall pleasant. It was a very welcoming environment.I had my eyebrows waxed and my hair cut by Annie. I felt like she really took the time to listen and understand what I was asking for. She was very informative of different services and products the salon had to offer. I appreciated her relevant suggestions and that she didnt assume I knew what was out there.My hair and eyebrows look amazing. I cant imagine going anywhere else for my next hair appointmen!

I would like to thank Lisa Thomas and the entire team for the wonderful service. Me and my friend enjoyed our first visit to this cool place. Great place... Great peoples... Great customer service... I recommend it!

I love Lisa Thomas! When ever I go I ask for Myla, she is so skilled and friendly! When ever I’m unsure about what to do with my hair she takes the time to make sure I walk out with a do that I LOVE! She has quickly become my sole stylist.

I dont live in Chicago. I live 6 plus hours away. I have been to Lisa Thomas twice now and had Riley cut and style my hair both times. First time was a long hair cut. The second was a cute and sassy short cut. Riley is fantastic and so patient, as I know how picky I can be. I wish there was a Lisa Thomas in the Twin Cities!

I go to this place for all my hair styling and when I leave I always feel beautiful. They have very great hair styles. I refuse to go anywhere else!

Went for a hair cut, touch up and highlights March 1st. $162 for all. Looked very nice when I left the salon. Was going on vacation the next day to Mexico. My hair frizzed up and started breaking off. Thought maybe it was from the hot sun in Mexico. Got home a week later and my hair continue to break off in gobs. Washed it and put a deep conditioner on it and while it was wet I noticed that the left side of my head the hair was longer and on the top of my head on the right side there was a section that was chopped shorter than the rest. Drove out to where I used to live in Indiana this past Saturday and had my old girl fix/cut it. Called Lisa Thomas and told them what happened. Asked if I could come back in for a touch up with someone else and that I was going to give them another try. I have an appointment this Friday night, so hopefully the new stylist can do a nice touch up. Hopefully it turns out ok. Hard to find a good stylist these days and dont want to have to drive all the way back out to Indiana. I may regret giving them another try, but well see.

Abbey is a great eyelash technician who works at both Tinley and Orland Park locations. She came highly recommended and she never disappoints!

The place looked really nice and everyone elses hair looked great. My personal experience was that I said I didnt want to look like a poodle and I look exactly like a poodle. I wanted loose curl or wave perm. Im too embarrassed to put my picture up. I style out the perm every time I wash it. The point was to not have to waste time styling. What a waste of money. The manager who was so quick to recommend someone wont answer my complaint. I was just trying to make my life easier.Later: the manager actually did call back but I couldnt access my voicemail at the time. She said the girl who did my hair can show me how to style it. I already know how to style it. I was getting my hair done so I wouldnt have to keep spending time on it. Now I spend more time. Good grief.12/1/2017: I didnt have time to style out the perm this morning so I wore it to work for the 1st time and Im already on my 4th compliment: I look younger, more energetic, etc. Also, my brutally honest father in law saw it earlier this week and said how nice my hair looked, so Im going to shut up and rock the perm! I upped from 2 to 3 stars. Im happy now, but I still feel they couldve worked harder at less of a poodle look and it shouldnt have cost so much.
