Came her three times. The first time got me and my mom a pedicure, mine was gel and hers was no chip…The next two days, both mine and her nail paint were chipping. She did fix both mine and mom moms that week, and my moms nails only held up for about 3 days after before chipping again. I also got acrylic nails, the nail art (the brown nails) was not what I asked for (even though she told me that she was able to mimic the design I showed her) and we argued until she agreed to fix them and do a design much easier( the blue nails). I’ve had acrylic before, the nail wasn’t to my cuticles and I was cut on a few of my fingers during the appointment, I mentioned it to her and she couldn’t even apologize. She had an attitude the entire time she was fixing my nails. The service was not the best, very standoffish. All of my services were pretty expensive in my opinion as well. I will not be returning…

Used to love this place until recently. Quality has substantially declined. $65 for this plus a $10 tip, not even all the way to my cuticle and they are so thick and bumpy. Extremely unhappy. Will not be back

The staff at Caseys is friendly, professional and skilled workers. Excellent service from when I walked into the door to when I exited. Would definitely come back to my next mani-pedi

The service use to be excellent. Skimp on simple manicures, use cold water, no soap. No soap for pedicure unless you purchase up. Sad🙄

I stopped by for a quick fill in. The price is okay, the service is not. My no chip is chipped in next day, and my nail is crooked.

Was in from Florida needed one nail fixed, $30 later, I left and my nail stayed tacky, after I called for new appointment to fix it, they said I needed to wipe it with alcohol wipe. I’d think that would be part of the service for $30 for one nail. Also, very cold/rude.

Casey is very good with the no-chip manicure and she is focused doing a good job. Also, Tina is very good with my pedicure. Caseys a pleasure to talk with ....she can do both talk and work :):) Im always satisfied with my nails and feet....Nice upgrade to the shop !!!

I really love this place get my no- chips. This place is super clean and they are professional. All people are friendly in there. I got my nails done almost a month ago, but my nails still looking good.

This is the best nail salon i have went too “Fantastic Designs “, Each time I go there I am in LOVE with my nails, they are so professional, organized, super clean, cheerful and honest as their prices are so affordable too not over pricey like the rest of the nail salons especially in the area ofOrland Park and non stop good promotions too 😍. Over the years there have been many owners. The NEW Owner Casey is on it. Service was great it’s been a while. I’ve been going back and forward with this place for 15yrs. every time some others do me bad I go back to see what’s going on with Pro Nails. People check out Casey I give it a thumbs up!
