So I asked for no-chip French tips and regular pedi! I got 4 fingers cut! I was bleeding, under the white tip there was blood and excessive gel powder, and it was hurting and burning like crazy!The lady put 2 tips on top of each other bc I said the first one is crooked she couldn’t take it off because she put soo much glue that my finger got stuck to hers! I could see the 2 tips on top of each other and the bottom one was still crooked.The pedicure was so unclean! French nails not even, filing not even, so thick and smooshed!When I told her Why 2 tips she said because one of ur thumbs is bigger than the other! And this is the only way to fix it!Literally trash! Paid 80$ and left. They didn’t care if I wasn’t satisfied, but guess what called my bank for a dispute bc they don’t deserve a penny!

My no chip manicure separated off the next day. No joke! The nail technician recommended that I put thin layer of acrylic just over my nail tip because they where not strong enough. So I went for it and the next day it started separating off my natural nail. I don’t recommend this nail salon.

Accepted me as a walk-in when everywhere else was full. Great pedi, great mani, and amazing eyebrows! Will go again!

I went for a pedicure today I have very dry heels they charged me extra because they say it’s too much work . They cut my toe nails uneven they didn’t clean under my toe nails, they had no kind of soap in the water, the massage for my legs was quick and non soothing. When I got home I had to re file my toe nails and I had to shave off a lot of leftover dry skin that they didn’t do even though I paid extra . I won’t be back not great quality work at all !!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would do 0 stars if I could. Went there with my own beautiful nails and left with thinned out, strange shaped, different length nails. Polish was applied sloppy and 1 eyebrow is completely shorter to the other. When I mentioned my nails completely bend in half after she filed them down to nothing and then she started applying powder and when I said I dont want that she shoved my finger in the powder. Only did that with 1 nail. I literally cried when I got in my car. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Cindy the owner is very nice and funny. Tiffany my technician does an exceptional job and is very conscientious. She strives to do a perfect job every time for both my nails and pedicures. She is so pleasant and funny. Gets the whole place laughing. I love the camoradarie after a long day at work and need a little TLC. Their prices are not any higher than other salons based on the quality of work and products she carries and uses. I have been to MANY salons since moving to Orland Park and in my personal experience this place is better than most. They have new and fresh polishes as well which the others used to water down theirs with nail polish remover and my no chip would peel within a couple days of having my nails done. I recommend and have other friends who now call this salon home.

1/16/19 asked if they could do my nails like a picture I showed. Most places turn me away at the door if they don’t specialize in what I’m asking for. The lady the lady said she could do them. Simple white powder and one metallic nail with rhinestones at the bottom like the picture I showed. My nails came out crooked. My actual nail bed was still exposed on the sides of my nails. She threw threw the rhinestones on my nails in any old way. It was close to closing and I’m not a problematic person. But that’s not what I intended on paying for at all. It didn’t say no refunds on the receipt or anywhere in the store. I sat there and waited for an hour to finally get my money back because she blamed the terrible nail job on my choice of white powder vs a no chip. And she didn’t even fully cover my 2 nails in the metallic dust.

This salon has great service I usually go during the week and they get you in and out. Customer service is great, the manager is helpful and the workers conversate with the clients which makes time go by. Theres always a good laugh in between time. Good people good vibes!

Most of the nail techs are really friendly. Ive been going here for 5 years and really like it.

It literally pains me to do this, because I have been going to this salon for soo long and I sincerely like the people here, but, things have changed. The massages are shorter, the work is not as prestine as it once was, and some have a deaf ear and do what they want. I have not been happy coming here for quite a while now but I keep going back for the simple fact that its been my place for so long and I keep saying to myself that Im going to give them one more chance. The last pedicure I got was absolutely nothing short of horrendous. It was a girl I never had before so forgive me for not knowing her name, but she did not listen to 1 thing I wanted. She did her own thing and completely ignored my requests, and on top of that, buffed and burned the skin on 2 of my toes with the nail buffer. Im sure she clearly saw what she did, as they were red and stinging the rest of pedicure, but offered no apology. I had abrasions on 2 of my toes for a week. If you do happen to go, Amy and Lynn are the best at pedicures, so I would ask for one of them. Cindy is a wonderful woman but I cant keep paying (and tipping) for services I am no longer happy with : (

I come here a lot but this time he dug in my big toe, wouldnt stop hurting for over a week.

I went in today for a full set and pedicure me and a friend, the owner of the shop refuse to service me and my friend. But as soon as more people came in she took them frirst and told us to come back later. The people explain to her we dont have a appt she still took them first. Their was discrimnation right in our face I felt really bad but this isnt the first this hapoen I blew it off but now I see it is getting worst. This must be told.

Now I try to stay optimistic it seems like every nail shop I go to nowadays are overcharging you or $5 extra dollars for this or that ....pro nails in orland park is a rip off. upon walking in everyone seemed nice of course to know that you being getting overcharged is ridiculous and on top getting overcharged the work that tgey do is sloppy i got bows on the right that looked like a bow but on the left hand all five bows were so sloppy, wjen i brung it to her attention she acted like she could not see how sloppy it was not complaining and then getting sloppy designs is unacceptable this is outrageous and ridiculous i hate this place dont waste your time...dont pay for something you dont like or want .if you going to a restaurant and order a medium rare steak but they bring you a well done steak dont sit there and eat it ..do not waste your time at Pro nails theyre getting over on us

This place is terrible DO NOT ENTER! FIrst off its filthy! 2nd it took the girl over 2 and half hours to do a pedicure and a No chip polish change. My nails came out horrible! Polish still left in my cuticles looks like I did it myself, when I told the owner I was not happy with my nails she told me to come back and she will clean them up for me ? I told her I dont feel I should pay for something I am unhappy with, and that I didnt have time (Since I was already in there for over 2 hours!) and she still made me pay for something I was clearly unhappy with, small, dirty, tacky, and dont do a good job.

I went for a pedicure today and they put my feet in the bowl but had me waiting for more than 20 minutes😡 the water was cold and the person who did my feet RUSHED THE JOB😡 then I waited he said my feet was dry I put on my shoes when I got home took my shoes off my toes are all smudged up I’m so upset I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN 😡😡😡
