Do not go here. Front desk is less than helpful. Was told 15 min wait, was close to 45. Worst manicure ever, place was filthy.

First off, I called the salon before going in to ask for the waiting period for a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. The lady said I may have to wait 10 minutes when I arrive however I waited an hour so by the time I was being serviced there was only 45 minutes left before the salon closes. They were in such a rush they were prepping my nails as I was getting my pedicure and it was very uncomfortable. The man doing my toes did not roll up my pants to massage my legs and only massaged my feet for 1 minute when 8 minutes is promised. The guy doing my nails did not even clean my cuticles properly. He was very lousy about it and used that shaving tool to remove them. When I was all done I realized there was nail polish all over my finger tips and palm. I knew it was not from me because a no chip does not require any drying time. I went back in and showed the lady that usually is at the reception desk and she completely failed to acknowledge me. I was shocked to see that she would not even look at me as I was talking especially after I had been very patient with the lousy service and waiting 1 hour after promised 10. At first I was understanding because I knew the workers wanted to go home but the nail polish not even applied neatly on to my hands is when I drew the line. I called the next day and the manager never gave me a call back like I was told. Worst $63 I ever spent. Definitely won’t be ever going back. Poor customer service👎🏻👎🏻

This salon was very nice inside and there was nothing wrong with my nails but the service was horrendous. The first time I went to this salon, the man doing my nails was constantly pulling my hands in a very aggressive way. Not to mention, he made me bleed on 4 different fingers. I spoke to the manager and they did nothing about it. I went back a second time just thinking it was just a bad day for that salon and the woman at the front desk was completely rude. We wanted to remove our pedicures off of our appointment and just get our nails done and she told us that she would have to make us wait longer just because we didn’t want a pedicure. We sat in the salon 20 minutes past our appointment time.I do not recommend this salon.

When we got there I get to the front desk and say I have an appointment the lady at the front desk was still really rude and said I didn’t call for acrylic nails when I did and I made it CLEAR over the phone that I did say acrylic but the lady refused that. Anyway I’m picking out my colors and every time the front desk lady has to get out of her chair and get my colors she rolls her eyes. So fast forward I’m getting my nails done and the lady doing my nails is going really fast and not taking her time at all and she wasn’t getting my shape or size right for my acrylic nails. As she is filing my nails she is being really harsh and then she cuts me pretty bad so I told her to take my nails off because at that point I didn’t want the cut to get infected and she wasn’t even doing them right anyways so when I told her to take them off it was clear that she was taking badly about me in Chinese cuz she was rolling her eyes and laughing to her partner and she didn’t even say SORRY no one did there. I forgot to mention that the workers started getting angry with me just cuz I wanted them off 😐 anyways that’s my experience never going there again and that place will not be getting my service or any of my family or friends service EVER AGAIN and if I can give them 0 stars I totally would but if ur looking to get ur nails done at a much much better place I totally recommend Lisa Thomas!

I usually don’t go here cause I’ve had a bad experience before. But I gave them another chance today and got a nail tech named Jason. I felt kind of bad because he did not know any English so he could not understand what I wanted what so ever. It should not take 2 1/2 hours just to get dip done. I asked for soft coffin and they ended up being square shape and very bumpy and bulky which I disliked. He also cut me And I started bleeding and he continued to irritate it after I told him to stop. The owner/manager ended up telling him to go take care of another customer, and she had to fix my entire set of nails because of how terrible they were. Overall not the greatest service and poor quality of Nails.

Wonderful nail salon. Owners and staff are very nice. Very clean and sanitary. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend. Tony does a great pedicure.

Two of the three times I went here for mani/pedi it was exceptional. I was impressed, great service, and an amazing spa pedicure- lasted forever too. Today I dropped my daughter and her friend off, unfortunately they did not receive the same service, they were rushing and did not remove the salt scrub from their calves - sloppy color. Disappointed.

Would not recommend this place. Was charged $8 for a color change after I expressed more than once to the tech that I didn’t like the color. Complained to the manager AFTER tipping her that I wanted to change the color! Unbelievable!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever endured in my life. When I called back to confront the owner/manager about my issue, I was lied to about who I was speaking with, was told I couldn’t get a name of the manager or owner and then hung up on. Biggest attitude and completely hostile over the phone, and this is supposed to be the management? That’s horrific. When I told them I was going to leave a review on how horrible their customer service is the lady that was either the manager/or owner replied saying “go ahead” and then hung up on me. Very, bad look. Well hope that was worth it! All because the management couldn’t own up. How embarrassing. 0/5 stars!I believe I spoke with manager Nina ?

Great place. Reasonable price

Today was my first experience there although I love my nails the process was gruesome. I did not like that the nail tech got so frustrated. She seemed to not know how to talk to people and just order them around. And might I add she was a hand yanker. The boss stepped in and gave me exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t not being difficult I just think that if a customer comes in and they want something done one way and they say they can do it they should be able to execute it with no problem

Excellent technician the first time but my nails chipped one week after my NO CHIP manicure..never had them chip that early on. Called to complain, manager was not pleasant about my experience but offered to have me come back. I did and the manager that day seemed frustrated that I wanted my nails fixed like I was complaining for no reason. The technician was very annoyed and they kept conversing in their own language with no professional communication with me. Disappointing.

Let me first say I enjoyed visiting this nail salon. One of the more convenient and nicer places in Orland for getting my nails done. However, the receptionist or desk lady Rebecca, is absolutely rude. Its usually a simple process with payment but it seems as if every time I visit, she has a terrible attitude. I don’t know how she fits in with such nice coworkers.

I forgot my wallet & have been there a bunch of times. She called the police on me after telling her I would leave my phone there too at her. I will never to do business there again I feel bad for her employees!

I have been going here for years (since they opened) but latley this place has gone way down hill. Nail techs Hannah and Minnie are absolutely unprofessional, not greeting or speaking to customers once. They have both, on many occasions, rushed through my over $40 service which has resulted in my nails looking horribly bumpy, not shiny, and thick. Once you get to the front to pay, the young receptionist will most likely be extremely rude to you. If anything is consistent here, it is the lack of professionalism. The deals arent worth it anymore

I absolutely love my clear no chip!! Nancy did an amazing job! This place was professional, clean, and had 15% off. I will definitely be coming back.

First off, the technician I got was Hannah. She was doing everything in a rush like she had to be somewhere. She made my nails different sizes, too wide, and very thick for my acrylic nails. There was a spot on one of my nails and she simply decided to fix it by taking it off and messed up the nail polish, then decided to fix that by painting over. Knowing she had to repaint it, she got mad and was talking in her language angrily. She fixed the nail but the nail polish job was horrible as well. Also, she asked me to pay before painting which I didn’t mind since it’s easier, but she did ask for a tip when she knew she did not do a good job or satisfy me from my facial expressions. The place is nice, but if you want to go there, stay away from Hannah.

I went here because my nail salon was not open yet, I was terribly disappointed over twice the cost and in less than a week polish was coming off nails and toes. I used their opi color and was so embarrassed I was goi g away for a few days and they looked terrible, I would never recommend this place!!

I normally don’t rate or comment when I go to new places unless it’s a really amazing experience or a bad one. This was my first time here and I should have paid attention to the comments under the review. I am a firm believer in giving places a chance even with bad reviews. I will state the negatives first. I did not appreciate my nail shape being one way when I came in and having to have the shape remade because of poor/over filing. Even though I may not speak the native language I also don’t appreciate the nonverbal communication when I was upset with the issue of my nail shape. In looking at my nails I can see where there isn’t consistency in nail polish application which isn’t ok either. Now the positive, I appreciate what I believe was the manager coming over to correct the issue of my nail shape. I also appreciate that the manager made sure that even though I chose a color nail design that couldn’t be seen because of similar colors I appreciated that she tried correcting it. I am big on customer service and honestly if it wasn’t for the manager I would not be back. I will however make sure to not go back to that specific nail technician. The atmosphere is calming and beautiful overall.

I genuinely like this place some of the workers are very nice however the lady i had today was rude and kept adding ridiculous prices. I asked for coffin nails and she made them square. I asked her to fix it and she cut me off. When she did fix it she gave me attitude about it. She was doing my nails as if she was in a rush. Then wouldnt let me put my hand in the uv thingy. I specifically asked for gel nails but i wasnt about to argue with them people then had the nerve to ask for a tip when my nails are messed up already. Maybe if i had someone else it would be better because i have been there before and they did a good job.

My new go to for getting my nails done! They are very reasonably priced. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helped me pick my color they dont have a ton of color options, but i actually like that. Too many colors is overwhelming. They did a very good job on my nails I will be back for sure!

I had my nails done at Signature Nails on Saturday. The first nail chipped on Sunday. second on Monday. By Wednesday 5 nails chipped. When I returned, they told me I didnt have a no chip, asked me if I got my nails done at there salon, and wanted my receipt. We are regular customers, I would expect them to treat me with a little more respect. After digging in my purse and finding the receipt they begrudging said they would fix them. You wont see me back there.

I’ve been a customer here for over a year and the service has gone WAY down and today was the last straw. I usually get a regular gel manicure and today opted to try the dip nails for the first time. No one explained the difference to me or the process and they ended looking absolutely AWFUL! Not only are they ridiculously thick but they are super wide and the finish is horrendous. Not smooth at all and looks like a 5 year old did them. I said something to the receptionist as I was leaving and showed her the finish and she said that’s what they should look like. I wasn’t looking for anything because I chose to get this type of nail without knowing what I was getting into, but for the lady up front to basically tell me that they look great and that’s what it is without offering for me to get them redone or any type of discount or even an “I’m sorry” from her is ridiculous. You’ve just lost a loyal customer and I’ll be going to a different salon tomorrow to get them redone. On top of that - don’t get Jason if you go here. Not trying to be mean but he’s really shakey. Regardless don’t waste your time and money on a business that doesn’t care about its customers.

First time and loved my service from beginning to end. No wait, seated immediately for pedicure service. My new nail tech Nora got me right and loved how they offer a shoulder massage after service. Very impressed.

Fantastic place! Jasmines level of attention to detail was something ive never experienced before. She was so precise, went back over a few spots, made sure my nails were as close to perfect as possible.Also, the woman next to me brought her young child in and the employees were so nice to him and kept him preoccupied so mom could get her nails done!Easy to walk in, someone was available immediately. If I lived in the area, I wouldnt go anywhere else! Thanks for such a great experience!

I love this place! I come all the way from Homewood just for this treat of an experience. I dont get pedicures very often but when I do I dont want to waste my money on just an okay pedicure. (which I am sure everyone else would agree). You will not find that here; they take there time with the message, polite, and I never feel like I am rushed. Its also BYOB! So get your self a 2 buck chuck at Trader Joes and Treat Yo Self Gurl to a spa like treatment you deserve it!!!!

The facility was clean and nice. However I was not pleased with my pedicure. I have had pedicures at many other places. I asked for rounded shape to nails and she made two big toe nails rounded but all others straight across. Looks horrible and that’s not what I specifically asked for! To add to the poor job was that she also made big toenails different lengths. One foot much shorter than the other foot. When I tried to tell her that she said “I know”. And then filed a slight more. Still not same length!On top of that cuticles are not trimmed back! Very dissatisfied customer. I will not go back to this salonAnd will advise others avoid also.

Thieves! Tried to use a gift certificate that was given to me and was told that it was only good for half the value. When I asked why....no answer. Just bad attitude and argument. They are thieves...stole twice...once from my friend that bought it for me and then from me. Shame on you people! Horrible!!!!

Went in for a pink ombré and came out with the colors on the opposite side and when I pointed it out they said they couldn’t help unless I paid more money and that they can’t put bright colors on the tip that’s why they put it in the cuticle instead which looks ridiculous I’m very disappointed and never going back!

This is the only pace where my no chip or dip manicure lasts three weeks.
