This was my first time going to Crystal Nails. A friend recommended it to me, and this place is amazing! I had May and she did terrific job, and I am soo happy with how my nails turned out. I wanted Disney nails for my trip, and she put nails stickers on that I brought. I will definitely be going back to May!!

I really wanted to like this place but knowing they allow their customers to walk out with nails that look like this, I will not return or recommend. A basic paint job gone wrong. I had to point out the obvious and ask to fix or make it better.I should have read the reviews & not been sold off the detail work on IG. They over charge you for services you did not receive and they do an unprofessional job. I’m not going to speak on all of them because I did not experience all the nail techs. But the one that I had, I’m sorry she obviously did not care or know what she was doing.Never have I paid $81 for basic nails that look like this. A waste of time and a waste of money. Save your self the trip & expectations.

Clean and elegant place. Staff courteous and friendly. Jaylo took me in without appt and did an excellent job with my nails/toes. Even helped me with my selection once she knew what I wanted. I would go again for sure.

Nail tech was rude and gave poor service. Then turn around and text me a message because she cant speak English . About how many year she been doing nail . Ive been going here for years and I have never treated like this ever. I will not be going back. Id I pay top money I deserve great service. Mind u I only got a simple manicure . Clear nails and color on toes

First time getting my nails done, and had a great experience he did them just like I wanted them . My 5 year old daughter also got her nails done and she also got a pedicure, the lady who attended her was super careful with her and patient. Definitely going back

For the last three visits, they have overcharged me for things I DID NOT ASK FOR. I specifically asked for powder, but they gave me gel anyway. They charged $65 for a full set which was even more than it advertised on the price wall. I truly think they just make up prices on the spot. Not to mention that the full set was rushed, and poor quality. I will say that the manager is extremely nice and welcoming.

Super clean place, they do a great job and theyre super fast the only problem is when I asked for a design they did not use no chip and my design came out after a week.

First and LAST time I will be visiting this establishment. Decided to give it a shot after seeing their page on Instagram and I regret it. I was overcharged for my services and they couldn’t even explain to me what I was being charged for after asking multiple times. They just gave me a final price. On top of that, the nails weren’t even done the way I asked. The tech just began to do whatever she wanted to with zero regard to me. The nails were messy anyways. Extremely upset with my experience here and won’t be returning.

I arrived and it was very very busy ... I did have an appointment so that was good. For the money the pedicure was ok not bad not the best . I will say I did love the color . My no chip that I got for my hands peeled by evening. I had gotten my hands done because I was going on vacation...i Are you serious!!!!I don’t have time to go back to get it repaired. My toe also started to peel . I took my elderly mom and the girl that did her did do a good job 👍🏻 and was pretty nice to her. But i paid $63 for a pedicure and a no chip manicure and it peeled the same night . Sorry but that’s unacceptable.

I do not EVER leave reviews but I am soo dissatisfied with the service I’m receiving today at a nail salon I once really liked. I am a firm believer that if you ONLY specialize in one service or one shape, say that and be clear! The manager himself was very rude and non compromising after messing up my whole set. I specifically told him I wanted to keep my set square. He completely filed and shaped my right hand a whole different way from my left. After I addressed it AND showed him the difference and took pictures of both hands, he began to say my shape was already previously messed up (mind you, I previously had gotten my nails done HERE at the same place). Then on top of that I made an appointment and I will had to wait to get my nails done. Now I’m sitting here waiting and he has the audacity to say that my nails was already messed up when I initially got my nails done here in the first place. But my shape look messed up after he messed my nails up when he filed it.

Very bad service the manager and the staff very mean and rud they don’t care about the customer satisfaction I don’t recommend them at all I leave with my nail not done and they don’t care all they care is the moneyAnd they did the fulling very bad different colour I will attach a pic

My wife and I have been here several times for specialty pedicures as well as regular pedicures and it’s a shame that we have to ask the pedicure tech to clean underneath the toenails! This is the 1st thing taught in school to become a nail technician so I’m very confused that they don’t seem to understand cleaning underneath toenails is part of a “pedicure”. My wife had to actually explain to the tech how to clean underneath the toenail and that it needs to be done to all 10 toes!!

Don’t waste time or your money they are rude!!!! They deserve to be closed permanently

I got a pedicure and the first time, he missed a spot on my big toe. I went back to get it fixed and they did with no problem, but literally after 15 minutes at the drying station and still being careful for 3 hours after that, with the lightest scrape the nail polish came off. Makes no sense, but makes me thing they use cheap nail polish.

The pedicure was not great at all. The lady rushed through a $45.00 pedicure and she cut my skin and broke a toenaiil after clipping it and filing it. She did a half job on my polish. She filed my skin and the nails are not evenly shaped. My first and last time visiting this location. She also tried to burn me with the paraffin wax that was too hot.

This place was great! My pedicure was spectacular and so was Allison. Very courteous and kind.

Visited for the 1st time today, my daughter & myself both had pedicures, everything was super clean & new sealed loofahs & files for each customer.

Great relaxing pedicure! My nail technician was very good and also nice. The salon was very clean too. All safety precautions were being upheld. Reasonable prices too!

I have been coming to this shop well over a year now and I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed. Lynn always does such an awesome job and her hand painted flowers are just beautiful. I have been wearing my nails very long for over 25 years and its hard to find a good tech that is consistent or that sticks around in a shop longer than a few years..

I went for the first time with my friend I didnt got what I asked for. Disk #5 The tech (May) was rude and disrespectful I was trying to tell her what to do she havent answered me, I had to told the manager guy to fix and change the tech he said NO change take it off. I dont recommend this place, the manager and his staff.

My friends and I got pedicures here yesterday and were pretty disappointed. The coffee pedicure is Definitely not worth the money. The massage was so short. The woman didnt use the callus remover on my friends feet. Very rushed and nothing special.

I’ve been to this establishment twice. Once I went alone, the second time I brought along my mother and my daughter. We great customer service both times. There was an issue with one of the nails I had done and the shop didn’t get upset, or give me the run around they offered to fix it, no questions asked. Everyone I’ve encountered was always nice and friendly. I’ve had both Lynn and Sue service me.

I went to this place two hours before they closed. After washing my hands several times after leaving and my feet completely dried they were a mess. I called and spoke to the unprofessional manager Lynn the next morning and she was very defensive about the poor service I received and hung the phone up on me. Paul did my nails and lee did my feet. They don’t care about the quality of work only our money. These people come over here and we support their business and look at the services we receive from them.

Pedicure was rushed. She had a timer going and when it went off she tried to not even finish with top coat on my nails. When I asked for top oat she tried to tell me I didn’t need it. When I said would like it done she just rolled her eyes and did it.I had a dipped manicure done as well. The next day, one nail chipped. Now two days later five nails are chipped.Overall environment just felt dirty to me. The lady doing my mani/pedi was rude. The girl at the front desk also seemed to have bit of an attitude. Definitely will not be returning.

They did such a bad job on my nails. I had asked if they knew how to do a design and they didn’t know how to do it. The lady messed up and then they had me wait to get it fixed. I decided to do something else but the other lady didn’t know how to do it either or she just did a bad job because she wanted to leave already. I had asked for a discount and they only said $5 after I wasted over $100 there. I also asked if I could just go tomorrow to get it fixed and they said yeah but I would have to pay. Ridiculous and money hungry. They don’t have any sense of constumer service. They thought I didn’t want to pay & that wasn’t the case. I just wanted my nails fixed. I shouldn’t have paid though. The paneer Steven told me “fuck you” on the way out.

I have been going to Crystal Nails for over 6 years now and they always do an amazing job! Their customer service is the best. Ask for Steve if you want amazing designs on your nails. He did this one a few months ago! I highly recommend Crystal Nails and would never go anywhere else.

Update: another nail has came off.Ok so this place is really friendly and their customer service is great! The dip powder nails are initially really nice, but after a few days they start to crack. The lady put 2 coats when usually 3 is better. I have never had my dip nails crack even after they’ve been on for 3 weeks. It happened with my index finger on the right and I went and they fixed it for free, but now the left one has the same problem. I don’t have time to go every 3 days to get it fixed. I came here because it was more convenient than going to my usually place, but I just might need to go back.

Both the lady and young man doing my & my daughters nails seemed like they were in a hurry. Our nails are beautiful though.

I don’t write reviews but since I know how hard it is to find a good nail place this is why I’m doing a review. They gave me an appointment for the same day did exactly what I asked for and the honey and milk pedi was amazing I truly recommend this place. I usually never get my nails done because I always end up with badly done nails and getting cut, but that’s all about to change with the amazing job that was done with my nails I’m totally satisfied I will continue to go here for sure!

If Lynn ever leaves this place they will never see me again. I would have given them 5 stars just off Lynn alone, she is a great nail tech but john is a mess! I treated my mother to get her nails done here unfortunately john serviced her. He put two of her nails on crooked and the acrylic was too thick. Nails were too large for her fingers and even when she brought it to his attention he told her she can leave. who says that to a paying customer patronizing their establishment. People seem to forget that people don’t have to do business with you! it is a total compliment to your business when someone decides walk through your door to spend their money with you not the other way around.

Lillie is an awesome nail tech and pays attention to detail. Shes the main reason I keep going back. What I dont like about this Establishment is that some of the staff and especially the owner wont smile or greet you. It never hurts to say hello to your customers. There spending money in your business, could go anywhere else but I keep going there. The least you could say is hello and make your customers feel welcome

The pedicure was ok, sloppy paint job, but the lady was nice. The gentleman that works here was extremely rude. Proceeded to tear off my previous dip powder with the edge of a nail tip. After the first tear, I was in pain and immediately asked him to stop. I asked if he could soak them off (the proper way) and he smacked his lips and said it would take too long. Please dont come here! They dont care about your nail health, just about taking your money.

My friend and I were looking for a new place to try out to get a manicure and pedicure. We were not disappointed. It was clean and the staff were friendly. I am 9 months pregnant and the pedicure massage chairs were a wonderful treat. We will be going back!

First time writing a review for anything. Over priced!! ($37 for just a no chip) I got a fill in and she ended up filling them way to short. They are now all wonky and almost triangle shaped they look awful and nubby she then said it was the previous woman who did my nails fault! She was from the same nail salon. Then she said it would be 50 to make them right even know she made them too short in the first place and created the bad shape. The front desk then made some baloney excuse how it was my fault for them being this short when I have been getting my nails done for years and know how short to say when they are cutting them down. I am very frustrated and this was a total waste of money don’t bother here.

My first time at this salon was in Thursday July 2nd. I received a fill in and a pedicure. I went there because my sister stated they do great designs. I should have walked out upon initial issues but stuck it out.1. Another patron nearby had an argument with the nail tech because she didnt like how he started her nails. He got upset and left her sitting there. She asked if he was going to do her nails or not. He would laugh at her. Very unprofessional. He then sent her with another nail tech( story was longer but keeping it short)2. Getting my nails done by Lin and she kept answering phone calls and setting up appts and getting up to micro manage what was going on in the shop.3. Got an attitude after I chose a basic pedicure.4. Didnt realize my nail smudged as I was walking out, asked if they could fix it. Nail tech simply put nail polish over the smudge.5. Nails are chipping less than 24 hours after getting them done.6. Today my thumb nail chipped off.

Lynn is the absolute best. I will only go to her! Make sure to book a few days in advance because she’s usually booked

We got manicures and pedicures. Both were amazing. during the pedicures the chairs we sat in were massage chairs which enhanced the experience.

Went in based on there new Covid hours and was still turned away. I arrived at 6pm for a pedicure. I was told they were closed. The door and the website w Covid updates said they closed at 7. When I told them this he then said well today we are closing early due to Covid hours. I said but your door and website say different. He replies well we only to appointments on weekends. I replied but your door says walk ins welcome. He said well not on Saturdays. So I asked what are your hour. He says weekdays we are open until 8 and Sunday until 4:30. Saturday we are normally open until 7 but not today. The story just kept changing. Totally felt like I was just being refused service with whatever excuse he could come up with. As an attorney who believes in truthful advertisement, this truly felt discriminatory. I will never return and will never recommend.

Crystal nails and spa is a very clean and bright nail spa! The staff was very friendly and did exactly what I asked! I got a full acrylic set and I love how it turned out. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great manicure!

I visited this place twice. The first visit they seem to be unorganized slow. On the second visit, I didnt like their customer service. They are not friendly. A guy name Steven did my nails and he was a bit rude. I told him to be careful with one of my nails and he gave me the nastiest look. I asked his name twice in case I come back and want him to help me. For some reason, he wouldnt tell me. I tipped him and he wasnt thankful at all. He didnt even say thank you. I will not be going back.

I came here because my usual spot was closed and it was the day before Thanksgiving. I usually get the dipping powder and I, keyword HAD naturally long nails. Well by Friday of the same week of getting my nails done. My nails started chipping. I went back and told them they fixed that nail. Then others started chipping. My by the end my the week my naturally long nails were no longer long. NEVER GOING BACK. The worse place.

This is my first time at this salon and definitely my last. I got my nails done June 9th and today June 17th I have 5 chipped nails and 1 completely peeled off. I got a no-chip mani pedi and paid $93 I was expecting at least 2 weeks out of almost $100. The people were very kind and I didn’t mind the wait due to the limited staff but the quality of this work was not worth $93.

Customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE. Thank you Li-Li for the amazing job done on my nails after everything else (the only reason I could give any stars). The biggest waste of $200 ever spent. Big disappointment of my life.

After a much needed mani after finals, I went and got my nails done at Crystal Nails! Great and kind staff staff, clean environment, and definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.

I have never felt so discriminated against in my life! I walk in at 9:30 for my scheduled appointment with Steven Tran, and didnt get seated until 9:45. All of the ladies working in there kept walking past me, and I didnt get service until I asked someone what was going on. Steven walked over, didnt greet me at all and proceeded to do my nails. I didnt care for his demeanor, but I just asked him was he having a bad day, but of course he told me he wasnt. He says he doesnt talk to clients too much, he focuses on his work... right! So he got all pissed with me because he didnt tell me what he was doing to my nails, and when I asked him the price of what he was doing I told him I didnt want that. I guess he felt like I wasted his time, yet, it was his own fault that he didnt state what services he does or the salon offered because its not posted anywhere. But anyways, more happened and I left aggravated and unsatisfied. I WILL SAY THIS THOUGH, THEY WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY TO THEIR WHITE PATRONS, BUT HEY ITS THEIR LOSS! MY BLACK FACE HAD PLENTY OF GREEN MONEY TO SPEND, AND I WILL NEVER GRACE THEIR FUNKY ASS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN! They dont want black customers in their establishment!

Crystal’s nail salon is a dream come true. It all starts with Maggie, the receptionist. She is really friendly, helpful and professional. Lisa did an awesome job with my pedicure. I couldn’t ask for more when get serviced here. To top it off they have a rewards program😍. I have been getting my nails done for 16 years and I have never heard of a shop with a rewards program. I am so sad that I am just finding this nail salon but overjoyed that I did. Keep up the good work

First time visiting and will be my last. Went in for a pedicure and full gel set. I looked them up online and full gel set is 35.00 except when it was time to pay was told it was 45.00. I asked why when the web site says 35.00 I get told oh it’s not updated. Like it’s my fault your website is not updated the gentleman was rude about it. Most definitely will not be going back on the hunt for a new nail shop. Highly disappointed in this one.😡😡😡😡

This is my review before getting my nails done. I will make one after my nails are completed.The reason why I am given this place a one star is because of how I was treated when I walked through the door. They let a white young lady who walked in after me be seen before me(unacceptable) in which I did mention to them. The Chinese guy who came to the front- he wears glasses stated that he only did natural nails. The girl had on fake nails that were chipped.Additionally, there was a black young lady who had made an appointment and was seen afterward as well. The receptionist told her that it could have been a mistake why her name wasn’t put down. I’ve been seated for about 30 minutes now and have seen 14 people come in with appointments (all white) and there was no mistake as far as their appointment goes.I really hate to make posts like these, and I am truly not racist. But this place needed this review. HEADS UP!

I’ve been to this nail salon plenty of times and even referred my mom. We like the vibe and the cleanliness. However, this last experience I had on April 24th was the worst and I will never return. I knew what color I wanted but couldn’t find it. When I came in they asked what services I’d be getting and then told me it would be a wait. I understood since I didn’t make an appointment this time. First the manager asked me to pick a color. I told him i couldn’t find it. A rep came to ask me what color. I told her what color I wanted and she pointed me to the area where I could pick. I asked for help. They told me they didn’t have time to help me pick a color. “They are over there”. Now that’s my first red flag.Come to find out, the color wasn’t even in the right area. The tech brought it from another side. HENCE WHY I COULDN’T FIND IT!!!! I’ve ALWAYS received help in choosing colors in nail salons if I needed it. Fast forward, my nail tech was fine. The work was good.Now it’s tome to leave. The manager acted as though he had an attitude. He went to ring me up and I told him to hold on because my husband was sending my money. (I think he thought I didn’t have any money - why you shouldn’t assume!!!) I stepped to the side so the next guest could pay. So I was finally ready and I told him we were good. He wouldn’t even look at me. He charged my card and put my receipt on the counter. No “thank you”, no acknowledgment, no customer service.There were other customers that had wrapped up at the same time. He offered them water. Patiently waited on them. Thanked them. Conversed with them. Basically providing the service that all customers deserve.So I asked him if he was the manager. He said he was. I told him the service was horrible. He didn’t even thank me for my payment or thank me for coming. He asked like he didn’t even want to service me. He looked at me as if “oh well”. I will NEVER be back! I’ve already sent my mother to a different nail salon. I used to think highly of this salon. I work too hard for my money to just give it to someone visibly ungrateful and rude.

I walked in for the first time Wednesday and the receptionist was very nice. The place looked clean and beautiful. I didn’t have a problem until my nails actually started getting done. I work two jobs and both of them are waitressing so I wanted acrylic nails that aren’t too long. Steven kept telling me that my nails would be too short and they won’t look nice. He proceeded and didn’t make the nail the size I wanted after telling him 3 times I need comfortable nails to work with since I have two jobs. He kept standing up and walking away at times while he was doing my nails which I find a little rude. The nails did turn out beautiful but at the end he told me my nails are too much work in a rude tone. I’m a polite person so I didn’t say anything mean to him. I’m not going to lie they were a little complicated but that’s why I paid 105 plus tip. And I do not leave cheap tips. I would have expected the manager to be a little nicer and give the customer what they want and not complain about it.

What great customer service. I arrived close to closing time. Without hesitation they stayed open extra late to accommodate my no chip mani and pedi. They did an amazing job. I have received many compliments. Great job, I will be back again.

We walked in with 6 people and they took us all right away without a wait. My 3 year old daughter got her first mani pedi and was smiling the entire time. 100% a good experience!

At first I didn’t feel rushed to pick a color but then once I made a decision they didn’t have it. I was then instructed to pick another and the color I chose was dark on the example nail but lighter on my finger which isn’t the end of the world but upsetting when I paid over $100 to be unsatisfied. I just felt uncomfortable after that moment and I won’t be back because when I questioned it I couldn’t even understand the girl doing my nails. Also they didn’t use the ultra light on my right hand as much as the left and my nails were somewhat damp when I left on the right hand causing a less shiny look from one hand versus the other.

Ill definitely return, great service I love my nails. They dont rush you out fullset in about 45mins instead of 20mins.

I took my daughter for a manicure and I got a full set. The place was clean. I disappointed in the fact they couldnt understand that my daughter wanted white stripes on her nails so they look like candy canes. I explained it many times. They just ignored what she wanted. I was going to try and explain it again but she was fed up so we paid & left.
