Kevin as well as another man (don’t remember his name) did a wonderful job on my nails! I’ve gone to many nail salons in the area but this place really impressed me!My new go to nail salon! Love it here!!

Everyone was nice. I found this place on Google and figured I would give it a try since my usual nail tech was booked up. I got a no chip and it chipped within a day. I had 3 nails chip total the same day. Overall they did a good job I liked the thinner layers but at least 1 or 2 more layers shouldve been added as I can see through the polish and cured longer. I would go back if I ever needed to. He got my nails perfectly square and was attentive to get everything even my cuticles cleaned up.

So I made an appointment with me and my coworker at 6:15 place closes at 7. I showed Kevin what I wanted I got something COMPLETELY different. He was pretty ignorant in my opinion I kept showing him the shape and and he brushed it off so he can finish quicker. Yes they are cheap but they don’t listen to what you want. Plus he kept stopping to take payment, and answer the phone. Will not be a returning customer

I just got an acrylic full set done here & had the regular nail polish. There were bubbles formed on three of the fingers & one of my fingers the nail polish had creases. I told the man doing my nails about the bubbles & creases & he dismissed what I said & said “you can barely even see it”. I usually have a decent experience here but this will be my last time .

Best nails salon in town. My friend and I came in for fullset and pedicure. The services were nice, price is competitive. They are very professional and patient with my nails since I like a specific designs. Nails came out exactly how I wanted it. Pedicure was relaxed, we picked the one with parafin wax though. Be noticed, they are usually busy. Call ahead is recommended as we did.

I had an older gentleman who did an amazing job. Definitely will be returning for my services. He took his time and made sure everything was clean and first time didn’t have a crooked nail. I was a bit upset that there was no lotion applied or hand massage for paying for the full service but over all price was decent and quality was unexpected.

First time manacure and pedacure. Would go back in a minute. Very nice people and Very clean.

Just went for the first time and I am in love with my nails! I got a full set of gel nails and my nail techs name was Thu. He was very detailed and I didnt feel rushed even when I had to make a later appt because I work until 5. Very professional, and friendly employees Would recommend to anyone!

Stopped by today for a fill in and pedicure. Perfectly done. My nails shaped perfectly, and my pedicure was nice and relaxed by the lady. She even got my ingrow toe nails. Yay!. I will come back for sure.

I barely write any review but this nail place I have to. it is a gem guys and gals. My fullest is just perfectly shaped. the guy who did my nail was very nice and professional. They have a lot of quality color as well. My color lasted 3 weeks.

Kevin and the young lady sitting next to him do a wonderful job in fake nails. However any other tech make them uneven, pedicures are too quick and uneven as well, and my no chip chipped within four days.

Best nails place in the area. Very nice people. Ive got a lot of compliments for my nails done here. Ive come here couple months ago and couldnt go everywhere else since everybody here does good job. Be aware, they do get busy sometimes, so it is better to call ahead.

I got a Pedicure done here with Cindy. It is the most relaxed pedicure I ever had. She took her time to take care of my toes which have ingrown. The price is very competitive and the service is exceptional great. The color on my toes last for 3 weeks now.

I absolutely LOVE this salon! Each worker is wonderful and so hard working! They all take their time and leave me feeling pampered and well taken care of.

First time here today for my Full set and Pedicure. People here are really nice and know what they do best. Pedicure part was nice and relaxed. For the nails part, I showed them a picture of what I liked, they did a wonderful nails just like the picture. The guy shaped my nails perfectly. Ive gone to a lot of nails shop around Orland Park, Tinley Park and nearby areas, and Cutie Nails has by far done a excellent job on the shapes and nails.I rarely write any review but it gives me a eyesore when someone gives a negative review when they are not even got a service done here. Just like a lady saying she saw a guys next to her just put layer of acrylic on top of the nails. Come on, get it done and judge!!!

I love kevin he always do awesome job. But no chip polish always chipped after 2 days. There is a concern regarding the quality and date of the polish they use.

This place is wonderful. I came in last week for a Nochip Manicure. They have a lot of colors to choose from. I meant A LOT. The service was super professional, the tech was very friendly. And MORE important, my nails are still shiny and good as new.

Place was empty with no one waiting & 3 nail techs working. Was told there was a 40 minute wait?Will not return.

Poor quality nail product, and poor service. The technician was nice. I went to get my nails done last week and a day later my gel coat starting peeling off. I went to get it fixed and they still charged me for their own mistake! Waste of money! Save your money and go somewhere where your time and money is appreciated. They really need to buy better quality products ! You are losing customers by being cheap with your products.

So for mine and my girlfriends anniversary, I wanted to pamper us both - myself with a pedicure, and and the full mani/pedi for her. We chose Cutie Nails simply due to the high reviews, and the reviews definitely loved up to expectation. I am so incredibly relaxed, and my girlfriend said this was the first time in years she left without bleeding anywhere. Highly recommend.

Wonderful services here. My mom and I came for 2 pedicures and nochips. The wait was a bit long since it was during holidays, but the services were exceptionally good. Staffs are very friendly.They have several options for pedicures. The basic one does not include Calluses remover, so do not expect that for the basic price. We went for the $30 and $40 ones, and they worth every penny.

Wow, Ive been getting acrylic and gel nails for a long time, and nobody has ever done my nail as good as here. The guy sit by the wall did my nail perfectly, sorry I forget his name already, maybe Trew or Two or sound like that.

For the great reviews this place did not impress me at all I get my nails done all the time at Crystal nails in Orland Park in this place just does not live up to the same standards.I walked in I was the only customer they had and then the second customer walked in and she seemed like a regular they treated her a whole lot differently than they treated me she got a whole neck pillow and was offered water whereas I I got no neck pillow and they didnt even offer me water until they asked her first. Demanded a very sloppy job on my nails. I ended up paying $70 for a no chip manicure and pedicure walked out with no chip nail polish all over my fingers. my clear coat he did not put it on evenly you could see the streaks on their I had to ask them to redo my polish. the woman next to me was getting a full set put on and her fingers just look terrible I usually get a full set and honestly it look like they were just piling up the acrylic on her nails I was so happy I did not get a full set there. Probably wont be back.

I came here with my sister for Pedicure and Fullset. The service was really awesome. Were very happy with our nails. They have a lot of colors to choose. People here are friendly.

Phil is really nice and does a very good job. I was a walkin and did not wait long before I was seated. It was very clean and service was quick but detailed. He listened to exactly what I wanted. I got stiletto shaped gel nails with no chip and he is by far the best person I have gone to so far. They are shaped beautifully. Would definitely recommend Cutie Nails to everyone.

Phil had a shop once by where I lived and I followed him to his new shop here in Orland. He knows his nails and he takes pride in his work. Phil has always been kind to his regulars, thanks for coming back! The new shop is great! Happy for you!

Id give it 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment to soak off my set at 4pm. Arrived at 3:50 and he started filling the pedicure chair. I did not have an appointment for a pedi, so I reassured him I needed a soak off and a no chip polish (if you dont know, you sit there for 45 minutes and let you nails soak off and the worker does not have to sit with you-bare minimum work on their end) he told me he did not have time. How does he not have time to fill a bowl with acetone WHEN I MADE AN APPOINTMENT 😑🤔 NEVER GOING BACK. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Let me start by saying that I was hesitant in going to a new nail salon but my current place was booked. However Im glad I came here, service was exceptional and the final outcome was better than Ive ever had. Ill definitely continue to come here from now on!

Came for 3pedicures. Terrible experience! None of the pedicures were done right.... got my feet cut up with the heel stone. Heels are rough, calluses weren’t removed and at the end when we were drying out toenails we were told that it is not going to dry that fast so we can leave cause it’s not that cold.... could have done better pedicure myself!

Terrible experience and extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. Amenities were subpar and staff was pushy and rude but I decided to be patient. I went in for a no chip manicure and halfway through the service I noticed that the polish color didn’t match its display and politely asked my nail tech if she could fix it or change the color. The nail tech offered to add a coat of a different color over the work she had done to fix it and I agreed. After adding the new color to only two nails, she says it looks “terrible” and decides to take it off with acetone. As I’m sitting with a half done, half chipped manicure, the nail tech explains that I will need to pay an ADDITIONAL $20 to fix the mess that she created. I politely refused to pay an additional fee to fix a problem she caused. She told me I could pay for and leave with the incomplete service and again I politely refused and told her that her actions were unprofessional. She then began to raise her voice with me and argue with me and proceeded to tell me to “shut up”. Left with an incomplete manicure - no apologies or offers to fix THEIR mistakes. I even asked for the polish to just be removed and was told that I would be charged for that as well. Needless to say I will not be returning here whatsoever. Entire staff lacked any proper communication with customers and any semblance of professionalism. Terrible establishment and would not recommend whatsoever. You’re better off going to any other of the many nail salons in the area.

Awesome place. I came by on July 3th to get a last minute pedicure and full set for my July 4th party. Even though they were packed with a lot of customers but somehow they managed to get me in with least waiting time. Most Important Thing is my pedicure was done nicely, and my fullset gel with no chip was just PERFECT. I love my nails and thanks Cutie Nails. You guys are rock!!!

Made two mani/pedi appointments to arrive on time, and they could only accommodate one of us at a time. We both ended up only getting a pedicure, and both of our nails chipped in 3 days. Poor quality nail product, and poor service. The technician was nice enough, but we will not be returning.

Its not the prettiest or plushest shop but absolutely fabulous service.

The worst service that I ever had. It was my first and last time there I did dip powder manicure that should last around 3 weeks and after 2 days it started peeling off. He put a top coat didnt dry it and he sad that is ready to go, it wasnt I rich my purse and started peeling off At the nail saloon alrady so i told him re do it so he put regulat top coat fod no chip but its not for this kinda manicure and now is peeling off already, The guy that did my manicure very unproffesional. He didnt know either how to do the almond shape.For this kinda service people should not pay. So bad that i cant give 0 stars to this saloon.

Terrible experience!!!!! The guy said 10 min wait, but I waited much longer. He kept walking away from me during my nail session, kept taking care of walk ins, answering the phone, and looking away instead of giving me the attention I deserved. He was VERY rough with my hands, my fingers were sore 3 days after. I needed to ask twice for him to please be more gentle. He kept doing the same thing over and over because he wasnt paying attention that hed done that step already. He even yelled at me for asking him to file my nails more after the 4th time he walked away. I had gone to This salon since 2003 through several owners but I will NEVER go back again!
