The first couple times I came the nails were perfect but in the past year she stopped paying attention to when she was doing my nails. She filed one hand and then was playing on her phone for a good 10 minutes. I understand if she wants to talk on the phone with her headphones on but it’s a different thing when she stops in the middle to play on it. I had to ask her multiple times to finish it because I don’t have all day. When she would finally do my nails it was super rushed and as you can see from the pictures around the cuticles it’s super uneven. When she was filing down my nails she was looking at her phone to the point it burnt.Honestly for the price you can go somewhere else and get a better and cheaper I paid $70 for acrylics. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind paying for good nails if they’re going to last me at least three weeks but they are so uneven and the nail polish is bumpy I had to go back to a different salon after three days to get it fixed because it started chipping.

This was my first time to visit. I read reviews first. I was amazed! It was relaxing with very friendly service from everyone I spoke too. They were welcoming, detailed, didnt make me wait, and probably one of the best places I been to. I got a dip set and pedicure and the gel on my toes matched my nails perfectly!

Had Classical Manicure done here yesterday and i really loved it. They are very nice and work very professionally. My pedicure service was awesome. My nails completed are very beautiful as well, all my friends liked it .

I got exactly what I wanted which is such a rarity in the rest of the nail salons I’ve visited. Great customer service, they are so fast and efficient in what they’re doing that I’m definitely going back. Thank you!

I have been going to Annabelle for a couple years now. It’s a relaxing environment and I am always in and out with quality work in my no chip manicure and pedicure. Would definitely recommend stopping in!

I used to go to annabelle all the time but I had an issue with breaking nails, so I stopped going. The salon is near my job so I went the other morning before work and let’s just say wow I am so unhappy with the job she did. She was watching the stock market day trades and thats okay but she did not pay attention to my nails or detail. She over filled my nail because she put it on side ways then asked if it was fine to leave it I said no she added a little acrylic but it did not make it any better. I will probably never go back. I wish I could post a picture.

Very clean place and relaxing atmosphere. Friendly, good service, and gentle. Great selection of colors.Update: about a week in and my nail lifted from the back. About 10 days now and it happened again. Disappointed never had this happen before unless I let my nails go super long between a fill in.

I have been here several times and really loved it but this last time was just awful. The guy was so rough, didnt soak my feet for more than about 2 minutes and cut the hell out of my nails. Seriously, I was bleeding. A sweet young lady took over and finished the Polish and she was very gentle. If I go back, Ill just request her. I really dont want to go somewhere else, hoping it was just an off day.
