I do a lot of road trips, so I need oil changes more frequently than the average person. I’m not exaggerating when I say that this location gave me the best oil change experience I’ve ever had. They were courteous, quick, professional, and they didn’t treat me like I’ve never seen a car before (I can do a lot of the services myself, I’m just lazy). Overall, great experience!

They literally forgot about me! They sat me in the waiting room, after a long time waiting they completed the order for the two customers ahead of me, then immediately helped the two customers who arrived after me. When I spoke up, Excuse me, I was next. They just shrugged and said, Its busy.I only needed registration and emissions. I did not need to be late for work.In the past Ive had great experiences using their service, but this was awful.

I went to this location after having been treated horribly at the 91 location and all the employees here were so kind, apologetic, and patient. Seriously the guys that helped me were the best. I couldn’t even believe how awful I got treated at the last location so if you need a Jiffy Lube this is the place to go. I’m glad I didn’t judge all of Jiffy Lube based on my awful experience at the last place because these guys were great.

Super helpful and respectful! I came in right at the end of their work day, and despite that, they were helpful and quick! They changed my oil, and topped off all my other fluids. They read my codes for me, cleaned my windows, and vacuumed out my truck.

I go here for everything. They are always so nice and very understanding people. I feel comfortable going here and will continue going. Definitely #1 in my opinion.

It was a oil change. I was not disappointed or impressed by anything. I am a little annoyed and being pestered to leave a review. So 3 stars as its the middle option.

I have been to other jiffy lubes and with the line that I arrived to today I thought it would take easily an hour till my car would be serviced. It took 20 mins. Note there were 3 cars in front of me. I was pleasantly surprised and the crew there was polite.

I was able to stop by quick on my way home from work to get the emissions done on my car. They were quick and friendly.

The thing that I liked the most about this visit, there was a woman besides me in the lobby getting a oil change in her vehicle. A tech came and let her know that her car has synthetic oil, and that it was good for 2000 more miles. They could have totally taken advantage of this and yet they choose not to. Totally Cool. Ill go back.

Fast, efficient, and honest service. Come here every year for my emissions test/registration renewal and usually an oil change. After not driving hardly at all during the 2020 pandemic, my husband’s car had only gone 88 miles and the technician was honest about not needing an oil change. Highly recommend.

Wait time wasn’t bad, longer than I expected (45 minutes) but not horrible. Any other question I had was referred to a multicare location, which will cause me to go there first instead of this location.They changed the oil but did not reset the computer so I’m still being told by my truck that I need to get the oil changed.Also there were too many customers in the waiting room, not enough seats for distance so i ended up standing for over 1/2 of my 45 minute wait.

Great. No wait today. Had a couple of cars done in less than a half an hour. No issues.

Im always impressed by the service I receive. Ive never had a reason to go anywhere else in the 7 years Ive lived in Orem.

They have excellent customer service, open to answering any questions you have. Or they will at least steer you to the right people that can help you answer those questions. I went there for emissions and licensing. They were busy, but they got me done and out the door in no time at all. I also had the wheel bearings going out on my SUV. They recommended I go to a sister Jiffy Lube in Provo. This store was able to do the bearings for half the cost of what Pep Boys quoted me.Thank you Jiffy Lube! Keep this up and Ill be a lifetime customer.

My daughter went in for an oil change they never told her up front cost I’ve been here before and I normally pay a fair amount for an oil change but this time they over charged me! Unhappy with the customer service as well they weren’t helpful what so ever.

I had a service done for 7/6/21 for an oil change. They asked if I wanted a headlight, that was out, replaced and I said yes. They charged for both services but didn’t actually replace the headlight. Tried to go back in on 7/10/21 to have them provide the headlight but they told me it would be an hour and a half to get that done. Not happy with the service and the care of this location

They broke my tensioner pully when replacing my serpentine belt and said it was like that when I drove in. The car wont drive with a broken tensioner pully. I couldnt believe it

I went to Jiffy Lube yesterday to get my oil changed. I drive from Lehi to Orem because the service is outstanding. Eric is usually the person to help me get everything I need done. He is kind, knowledgeable, understanding, I would recommend anyone go get services from him at the Orem 8th North Location. Ask for Eric every time, he is amazing!

I’m not usually one to post reviews because only Karens do it, but I have to vent somewhere. I was in and out quick and they did everything I asked for a reasonable price but they shut off my check engine light. I have to get the sticker on my license plate replaced and that’s hard to do with a check engine light that won’t turn on because I have to get an emissions test. I hate cars. I hate them. The whole process of making sure your car is road worthy in the eyes of the law is incredibly dumb and time consuming and I wish there was an easier way of doing this stuff.

Couteous and helpful. Allowed me to use 3 discount coupon... oil, tires, battery.I was able to get service done right away by driving in, no appt. I had previously called my car dealer but they could not fit me in until late in the day or next day.

I went to jiffy lube on 800 north and state in Orem and had the best service! Needed my emissions/registration done and they got me in on a very busy day and saw me in a timely manner. I think Eric was the “mechanic” that helped me out. Very professional. Would recommend.

Only issue I saw was that on entering car registration for the state, I saw several credit card numbers that were saved on the computer. Saw several names attached to the cards. Like a Google pay or apple pay auto fill. I know you can save or forget those numbers so not sure as to why they were saved????

Great service! Very thorough on the check and advise process of the vehicle. Once my truck was in (which was very quick with how busy they were) it only took another 15 min or so to change oil and a break light that was out. Very happy with the service!

My car had a myriad of baby maintenance needed and they were efficient and communicated to me what it could use without pressuring me. We were treated with respect and a masked smile! The employees are friendly but the wait is far too long. They get the job you need done but you pay a premium for not doing it yourself. In general I would recommend you do basic things like changing your oil yourself or youll have to pay double to have them do it.

I was greeted by Greg in the office. He was an exceptional representative for Jiffy Lube! In fact, the whole team was quick, efficient, and skilled. Not only did they change the oil, but in that short time they also fixed a rock chip in the windshield AND polish my very hazy headlights- outstanding!!! Will definitely make this location my new oil change place!

Every time Ive gone theyve been very courteous and put me at ease. I dont know about cars, my husband just asks me to get the oil changed and its nice having somewhere close thats very clean and trustworthy. I also appreciated that they werent very pushy to get more things done on the vehicle since I just wanted an oil change.

Some of three best customer service out there and they go above and beyond then just a simple oil change. They make sure your car is in good shape and safe to drive. Would recommend this location to anyone.

I’ve been to a few Jiffy Lube’s around Utah county and this one on 800 north in Orem was by far my best experience. They were so kind and so professional even though they all seemed to be quite young. I’m sure it’s standard procedure but I really appreciated the vacuum out of my car and washing my windows, it’s such a nice touch! Very kind people in there.
