Its not often you come across a business that impresses you enough to be a customer for life. A Auto Repair is that place for my family and I going forward. I was extremely impressed with their quality of work, service, and communication throughout the transaction. They were professional and helpful in explaining what work needed to be done on my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand. When friends and family ask me who I go to for my car to get worked on, I wont hesitate to refer them here.

Very frustrating experience. Took car in three times, they had the car for over a month just to fix an oil leak. Ended up not even fixing it and leaving things more messed up than they started. Had to take my car to the dealership to fix and pay to re-do the work they had done at A Auto. Don’t waste your time and money. Go somewhere else where they know what they’re doing and have more mechanical knowledge.

Wes is one of the most professional mechanics Ive ever met (most of them just jack up the prices & hours). They have taken care of a few of my vehicles over the years -- no problems at all. They beat all others prices and took care of me. I highly recommend them for your general repairs, tires, etc.

I own a 2001 BMW M3 E46 convertible that is my baby. Wesley, the Owner at A Auto is pretty much the only person Ill let work on my car. Hes a true enthusiast and knows BMWs and other specialized sports cars like the back of his hand. Hes also built race cars, and has some real muscle car knowledge if youre looking to soup up your car. I had a glitch with my car and he even offered to make a house call. Thats service you dont find just anywhere. His crew is great too and they are very reasonable and will look for good prices on specialized parts etc.

Left truck there Sunday nite.. was told he was short on help so couldn’t get to truck till following Wednesday.. I called Thursday to see what was going on.. nothing had been done... went down Friday.. truck unmoved from where I towed it to.. called Monday ( now 8 days later.. was promised’ it was next to be looked at)Called Wednesday ( now 10 days if truck just sitting).. was told it was complicated and All wires needed to be cked out, and was told best case it would be $1000 & worst case would be $2000.Towed it to EP auto Thursday ( 11 days later)Ep called Friday, just less than 1 day, cost $128I’ll let you draw your own conclusions.

Took my car in to A Auto yesterday to get my timing belt replaced. The new owner Wesley greeted me quickly and listen to my needs. The quoting process was quick and the price beat everyone around by at least $100. He quickly got my car in the shop and got to work. The sitting area had a nice clean feel and atmosphere. It was also nice to see some toys for kids to play with. After only waiting a little bit, Wesley came out to show me the timing belt and how worn it was. He said I was very lucky to come in when I did, it would have probably broken within the month and the repair bill would have been a lot more. He educated on when to have the timing serviced again and finish the job. I appreciated seeing the part in question, because most shops just give the car back and you are curious is work was eve done. I finally popped the hood tonight to look at the area Wesley worked on and he had totally clean the timing cover there is no great or dirt at all, that is great service. I would recommend A Auto to everyone!

He even discounted his labor rate a bit for us as first time customers and went out of his way to call a place to find a cheaper price for the part then the one that was showing up easily on his system. There is also a 2 year 24000 mile warranty on his repair! I’ve never heard of such a good warranty anywhere!! This place is awesome!!

Ive known Wes for quite a while. Ive interacted with him in two of the shops he worked in and now that he owns his own. Hes a good guy that pays attention to detail and wants things done the right way. A-Auto repair shop came highly recommended so I decided to let them replace the leaking radiator in my 2001 Toyota Tundra. They had it back to me that afternoon! I was impressed with their work, their speed, and their price.My 2001 Toyota Avalon had 80,000 + miles on it, and I knew it needed springs and struts so I decided to let A-Auto install 4 new “loaded struts” (new struts with new springs, & parts) on my car. Of course I needed to have an alignment after all that work. A reliable alignment shop told me one of my lower control arms on my Avalon was bent and would need to be replaced before it could be properly aligned. I talked with Wes and his team about it, and decided to replace both control arms. The new control arms came with new ball joints and bushings and were high quality very reasonably priced parts.And after a trip to Mesquite Nevada and back the 01 Avalon drives and handles like a new car. I could not be happier with A- Auto’s work or the quality of the parts Wes and his team used. They were well informed and easy to talk to about what I needed.

A auto rebuilt my 2004 bmw 325xi. They were super friendly every time I called, and they did a great job explaining to me what was being done on my car. My car now has a rebuilt motor, and it runs and drives great. The price to repair the vehicle was very fair as well.

Impressive service! Compare this to what happened to me earlier today. I got a quote just minutes before from Firestone across the street but it took some pushing to even get the quote. The Firestone guys reluctantly went outside to see what was the matter, were reluctant to give a price, and were reluctant to say how long it would take. I asked several times for a quote and they said well it just depends. I know I replied, but how about a range. Well I would have to take a look at the car first they said. OK, so can you take a look at it....They seemed so annoyed!! They seemed to just want my car and for me to ask questions once the work was already done and I had to accept whatever it was. No thanks! By the way the quote was for around $150.THEN I went to A Auto Repair and the gentleman that greeted me was more than willing to take a look at my car. He suggested a repair of the part instead of a replacement. Then he said since it would only take a few minutes he wouldnt charge me! This is what we need in the auto repair industry!! Im not saying to get everything free, but to be helpful, upfront, and not try to milk every penny out of people that dont generally know how to take care of it themselves. A Auto Repair has earned my business!

They fixed our lumina, I cant even remember what was wrong with it but I remember it being not very expensive and saving our lives because we would have had to dump that car and didnt have money for a new one. Then we took it to get our battery cables replaced but he was able to clean up the ones on there and just replace the terminal ports. Though it was kind of a hassle for him to fix it that way, it was cheaper for us and he gave us some great advice on a couple other things we could fix ourselves. Patrick is a great human being. Their TV in the waiting room is always playing good shows too, so theres that.

I give A Auto Repair 5 stars. The price is good and the service is great. They are fast and honest. The shop has a tv and stuff for kids which is very nice for parents that have to bring their kids a long. My son had a great time there. Thanks for the great service.

After getting quoted upwards of $90 just for a diagnostic, these guys did a free diagnostic. They found that the only problem was a loose spark plug wire and reconnected it at no cost. I have since been in several times and got excellent service for a reasonable cost. They have earned my trust

Went in with a strange computer issue on my car, they diagnosed it in half an hour free of charge even though I would have to take it to a dealer for the repair (the problem required a special machine thats dealer-specific). Then I called them from the dealership to ask if the dealer was giving a fair price and they were more than happy to advise, despite never getting a dime out of me. Definitely going to them with all issues from now ow.

I was having trouble with my car and my sister recommended A Auto Repair. I took my car there and Shawn was able to identify the problem quickly was able to fix it while I waited. I appreciated the way Shawn explained the problem to me, and what it would take to fix it. The waiting room was clean and I felt comfortable staying there while they did the repair. I came across A Auto about 1 year ago. My wife and I are from California and after moving up here we knew we were gonna need a reliable mechanic. Pat has been my go to mechanic ever since. He has a real passion for mechanical work and is extremely knowledgeable within his trade.What I like most about A Auto is that if the technician encounters an issue that he is unsure about, they have tons of references of places you can go for specific problems (they dont fiddle around and make things worse!!!) I would recommend A Auto to anyone. Fair prices and family owned.

I met Wesley a few years ago. I had a electrical problem that two other shops could not fix. I spent over 1000.00 for a car that still had the same problem. Wes found the problem in minutes. Ive used him for everything ever sense I found out about him. He has always been really honest with me. I will never take my car to anyone else. There has never been a problem Wes could not fix it. True story:I called a Wesley about an oil leak my car was having, and he told me to swing by and he will check it out. So, I did. The moment I pulled up, he greeted me and asked me to pop the hood of my Camry. He looked around, crawled underneath, looked around, ran into the shop and grabbed a wrench, came back out, tightened something and said, Youre good to go!I tried to pay him and he said something like, No charge... Just come back when you have a bigger problem!These guys are honest and professional! I have since had them do a couple of major repairs, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations.Worth giving them your trust.

Ive had two or three experiences where either I or a family member have had oil changes etc. with A Auto Repair and they have done a great job, been courteous and fair. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for good honest repair work and maintenance.

Today was my second time coming here and it definitely wont be my last. In and out in 15 minutes, end of story! The first time I went in, I needed more time intensive work done on my car. Patrick took the time to drive me back to my house several miles away then pick me back up when my car was ready. Thats what I call outstanding customer service!

I called 5 different places to replace my rotors and pads, A Auto was the cheapest. I told them I needed it same day, and then showed up 3 hours later than I said, with a heavy duty truck needing all 4 wheels done instead of the car needing only two wheels like I had told them over the phone. But they dropped what they were doing, got me in and cranked it out quickly while still honoring their price.

Called A Auto last week for a oil leak. The new owner was great. He followed up with me like he said before he did any repairs. His price was within range of every shop I called. He called me 15 minutes before he said it would be done. And then he waited after his closing time for me to pick up the car. Wesley has customer service down. I am glad I found a shop I can trust.

As a woman I feel I fall victim to a lot of mechanics who are ready to prey on my obvious ignorance about my car issues. I went to three other mechanics who gave me ridiculously expensive quotes for a rough running engine. Pat, at A Auto, gave me a lower quote of about $250, which I agreed to. When I came to get my car HE ONLY CHARGED ME $45 because the problem turned out to be something cheap and simple. I LOVE HAVING AN HONEST MECHANIC!!!!!!Also, the old owner (with the poor reviews a few years ago) is gone. Pats awesome, and very transparent.

I took my van in to get the ac looked at and they discovered a leak in one of the hoses. rather then trying to get me to spend the money to fix the hose Shawn (knowing I have mechanical background) told me to go and get a new hose, replace it then come back. By doing it my self I saved alot of money. I recommend Shawns expertise and quality service anytime! Thanks Shawn.

This has been the best mechanic i have been to. he was very helpful and got everything taken care of quick and efficiently. after going up to idaho and needing some work on it by a mechanic i wasnt able to find any mechanic who was as honest and kind as him. i would highly recommend A Auto Repair to anyone. I should also point out that a lot of the poor reviews about this shop should be disregarded because not too long ago the shop was purchased by another mechanic who has always done a phenomenal job.

Took days for them to even look at my car, even though they said it would be done the same day. Then they wouldnt let me have my car back until I paid a $50 diagnostic fee which they never actually told me about. When I call Im immediately put on hold for 10-15 minutes. Never going here again.

These guys do a fair job: they give an honest assessment of what needs to be done and get it done. They changed my oil once and broke the seal of the filter on accident, I brought my car in and they quickly fixed it free of charge with an apology.

They were super helpful and even fixed my wiper fluid pump for free. Definitely coming back.

Well, our car was making some clunking noises, and Shawn said it was something to do with the brakes, and he took it in and fixed it -- free. Great, right? About two weeks later, there was a loud clunk and some major grinding noises that occurred every time the brakes were used. Upon inspection, one of the bolts holding the brake caliper on hadnt been tightened properly and had worked its way loose. I have lost confidence in this shop and would not trust them with anything very serious or important.

The mechanic was able to get me in the day I called and took a look at my car to attempt to diagnose the problem at no charge. I had to leave town that night before it could be fixed so he gave me advice on how to keep an eye on the problem until I could get to a shop.

DONT GO TO A AUTO!!!!I dont write reviews for places but had to make a 1 time exception.After paying thousands of dollars they let me take my car home withmy baby and toddler and it stalled on me just a few blocks away.I dont want anyone else to go through what I had to with them.They are very SKETCHY! Every time I would call they would raise theprice 200-300 what they had said before and even after thousands of dollars paidmy car still wasnt fixed!

They were really busy and fit us in anyway! We were from out of town and made us feel like family. Go to these guys!!!

I took my 2010 nissan titan in to get an estimate... they were super friendly and very nice (5 star)... they said they were busy and couldnt get to my truck that evening, though they didnt look busy at all. Anyway they called me in the morning telling me I had 2 broken front CV Axols. He said he would do it for 768... I said okay let me call around so I called around and got quoted 480 from DAVES CANYON AUTO... clearly a much better price... so I called Quinns auto back and told him I got a better price... he said he could knock off 50 dollars but that would only allow him to keep his doors open... logically I took the truck to Dave... after a very quick inspection he told me it was an issue with the support bar and he would charge me 200 to fix it... I said so its not the CV Axols at all? And he said no not at all the other people probably didnt even look at the truck and even if it was they were going to way over charge you. I came to A Auto with a funny noise my truck was making... i was so impressed with how shawn explained to me what happened, what can happen, and my different options of fixing it and the costs and outcomes.Its nice not to be upsold on things you really dont know much about.
