I only went here for an oil change but Im going to look at the rest of their services too. It was probably the most enjoyable oil change Ive ever had. Fast, affordable and professional. They dont try to scam you like other places. It was nice to stay in my car during the oil change too. I may have just become a regular!

Without a doubt this is the best vehicle maintenance place I’ve ever used. The service is prompt, efficient, and well done. The team members are all super friendly and do a great job keeping you informed every step of the way. And you can stay in your car the whole time.

Service is generally good but during hot weather they could use an extented awning for customers waiting in their vehicles. Waited almost 40 minutes for a vehicle emissions test BEFORE I got inyo one of the bays.

Ive been here several times, and these guys always exceed expectations. Once youve gone once, they just scan your VIN and pull up what you did last time so its really really easy if youre a repeat customer. Plus theyre always sending out discounts on their emailing list, so definitely take advantage of that. Even on their website you can usually find something. Great service, good value, nice and quick, and the whole thing where you dont even need an appointment is super nice! I was in and out within 15 minutes the last time I went. They also check fluid levels and wheels/tires and stuff, so honestly I just think its so worth it. Im taking my sisters car there next week too, I cant see any reason why I would ever need to go anywhere else for an oil change, this place has it covered. Definitely recommend!

I have come to this location multiple times in the past and have always had a good experience. Today the team impressed me even more than usual so I felt inclined to make sure I left a review! Katelyn was extremely helpful!! First of all, I love that this is a drive in experience where you dont have to get out of your vehicle. Makes life so much easier with kids! Second, I left feeling very educated about my car. I got to be involved with reseting the engine light, checking the lights, filter, etc. When I asked Katelyn for advice, I felt she was really honest and was not a pushy salesman telling me to change everything and pay more! This Valvoline location is phenomenal! When they say “instant oil change” they mean it. They are always super nice, fast, and provide a quality service. It’s the only place I’ll get my trucks oil changed.

What a wonderful experience this was. I really hate the car registration experience, but today was completely different. Respectful, friendly technicians that were experienced. This was such a positive experience that I will never go to another place if I can help it. I will get my family coming here too. I typically do my own oil, but if I were to quit doing that I would totally come here to accomplish this as well.

Worst ExperienceHad them change my headlight. Charged me $50 for a $10 product. All they had to do is plug it in. No special tools were needed. They had a grunt put it in while others were doing the oil change. As soon as I drove off I noticed it was the not stationary. I could watch it wobble as I drove down the street at night and in the reflection of the car in front of me. They dismissed me as it being my fault my car had a short. BYE! I hate being treated with such disrespect. So now that $10 part is going to send me to the dealership to be charged to fix VALVOLINE’s mistake.Was at the shop for an HOUR AND FORTY-FIVE mins for an oil change.

Both Travis and Ben provided some of the best customer service experience, Ben even taught me stuff about how things work in the engine! So kind, sweet, and thorough. Very quick, very professional, and offered to replace my wipers for free if I purchased them somewhere else. Amazing.

The only problem was that I had a coupon for 15 dollars that I told the mechanic about, but the job took so long that both of us forgot about it.

Took almost 2 hours for an oil change. Have always gone to Valvoline in another state to keep my truck in tip top shape and never took more than 20 minutes. Techs did not seem experienced. I will not be returning. It is worth going out of state other than returning.

I’m a first timer at Valvoline here in Orem. I went in for an oil change and an air filter replacement. They got me taken cared of and leaving as a satisfied customer in no time. Although, they’re a bit pricey, it’s good to know that they’re trustworthy and that they thoroughly talk you through what’s being done. I look forward to visiting them more often, I recommend them.

I used to visit this shop back when I had older vehicles that needed routine maintenance or oil changes. The service that they provide here is rather impressive. They do their absolute best to ensure that the work they do is quick, accurate and of good quality. And while youre waiting for the team to finish up on your vehicle, they have very comfortable seating with complementary beverages and popcorn available (plus a 7-Eleven and Maverik next door). They also give you a free car wash with their full service oil change. Their pricing is very reasonable and for the exceptional service that you get, extremely fair :)

We recieved Great customer service by Tyler and Kaitlyn. Professional, friendly, and quick, when tyler noticed that I was repeating everything to my dad in Spanish he offered to speak in spanish to him as well!! unlike most shops they showed us the condition of our air filter instead of just telling it to us and at the end of they oil change they showed us that the oil level was in fact full of anyone deserves a raise during these hard time its certainly them

You know I usually really like this place because you can bring in your own oil and filter and they will do the whole job for just over $30 on my Benz. What disappointed me is they got my oil out of the trunk where on top of it was the bottom cover for the underneath of the car. Now I should of requested they put it back on but any regular job they would have routinely taken it off and back on. Just went here for the first time today and I am so impressed!! Their pricing is fair but their customer service is beyond anywhere else! We usually do our oil changes at home but the convenience of just driving right on thru and having so much more checked too is amazing. I would highly recommend!!!

I dread getting my oil changed, this place was amazing. I felt like they treated me well, listened to what I did and didn’t want and made sure I knew what was going on but didn’t pressure me into anything else... that is a huge deal for a woman. Just saying. Also, it was speedy quick and they were incredibly kind and professional with everything. Loved it.

I used to love this place. Have been going there for 20 years! They changed owners or managment. HORRIBLE service! The girl checking cars is more like a drill sergeant, so desperate to make a $1. Seems like an assembly line. Last time I took my car for just a routine check, the manager changed a rear light. When I left, my left blinker nor my brake lights were not working! I went back and the manager was so unprofessional! He tried to say that when i came in they were already broken! Guess what. I took it to another shop and manager broke the wires to the light. I had to replace the entire rear light unit costing me well over $500. I will be sending them the bill! To the owners: Its having unprofessional and dishonest employees like that, that makes good honest customers leave. I will never go back! I would give them less than one star if i could!

I am so happy that we found out about this place and that it is only down the street from our house. The service is great and the prices are wonderful too. The employees made sure that I was well aware with what service they provided and made me feel good with the information they gave. There are snacks and drinks while youre waiting for your car to be finished. Also, you will get a free car wash when you go. I highly recommend you give this Autocare place a try.

Straight forward simple car shop. I go here for almost all of my car work. Oil changes, transmission upkeep, safety inspection, you name it. I feel like the techs here are honest and just want to get you through, not so they can be done, but so you can go home!Theyre drive up, no appointment needed, and the lounge/waiting area they have is great. Comfortable couches, and light snacks to keep you held over till theyre done. Modest prices too.I keep going back, and I definitely recommend.

Ive really trusted Valvoline for a long time. They are usually so awesome. As a female college student, my family taught me to be sensitive to situations in which I feel like Im being taken advantage of (particularly when it comes to my car). I do a lot of minor repair work on my own for this reason, but I just dont have the resources to do my own oil changes. Seeing Kaitlyn there and being treated with such upbeat respect and transparency has been so great in the past! Super relieving.Last Saturday, I returned to Valvoline to have my emissions tested. After failing the test (which, full disclosure, was fair ruling because my check-engine light had just come on and I was hoping they could offer some insight on that with the OBD-II test), I was told that I needed to go to a mechanic for a tune-up. They handed me my receipt and my diagnostic and charged me $30 for the failed test. They said that if I came back within the next 15 days, I would get a free re-test. I felt it was a good deal and left satisfied.I spent the next few days driving around to countless auto shops and each said they couldnt help me for at least a week, but that my issue sounded like a coil problem. At that point, I took matters into my own hands, trekked around central Orem for the parts I needed, and went to work on replacing my ignition coils to (hopefully) solve the problem evident in my first failed emissions test attempt. As anyone would, I disconnected the battery to make sure all the work was safe. Once I was done with the easy repair, I put everything back in place, reconnected the negative terminal on my battery, reset my cars idle, and it ran like a charm. The check engine light was off. I could go get my emissions tested and renew my registration (yay)!Today (three days later), after waiting in line at the Valvoline for 40 minutes, it was my turn to be tested. My car was scanned, hooked up to the OBD-II, etc. Everything looked good. Then, the manager came over and asked me if Id recently disconnected my battery. I told him that Id disconnected it because Id been doing the repairs on my car that theyd told me to seek out. He then said that my disconnecting the battery had wiped my cars data and that Id need to drive around for a while and come back for another retest. He proceeded to charge me another $30 for coming in and told me that Id get a free retest if I came back in 15 days - same message as before. I was confused, but because this was a place I trusted, I paid the fee again. Now, Im not so sure that second charge was ethical at all.Emissions tests are required by the state. It feels unreasonable to me to be charged twice for a test thats legally required for me to drive my car. I mentioned the second charge to my father and he told me that Id likely just been scammed out of $30. It may not be a lot to some people, but it is to me. He told me auto places can have their licenses revoked for stuff like this.Im not sure if my father is right, but my trust in the company has been shaken. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. The fact that this feels shifty is enough to make me question my trust in these people, however. Its such a shame.

The best experiences Ive ever had a lube place. Very Very fast each and every time. I never have to worry about my wife going there by herself and being sold things she doesnt need. Ive been going there now for 4 years and I will continue to go there. I recommend this place to anyone that want honest service!
