This place is amazing!! I took my mom and grandma here for my mamas birthday and it was the best experience!! Everyone was very friendly and fun and Susan did an amazing job with the three of us!! I’ll definitely be going here again! :)

My friend and I came here for a little R&R a couple weeks ago and had a great experience. We got massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and lash lifts and tints.I am so in love with my lashes! It is nice to look somewhat put together without having to even put mascara on, and to not have to curl my lashes if I do decide to do my makeup. I will be coming here regularly for lash lifts.The massage and facial were also incredible. My skin looked and felt amazing afterwards.I wasnt overly impressed with the manicure and pedicure. Ive had better elsewhere. But Amber and Susan were both very attentive, friendly, and gentle while doing our nails. I just feel like Ive gotten a better deal (like a full gel pedicure with hot towels, stones, etc.) at a different salon for a comparable price.Overall, I would recommend.

I had a massage and a facial done by Susan, and let me just tell you! It was absolutely AMAZING!!! She is unbelievably talented! Her and her magic hands had me feeling the most relaxed Ive been since the womb.

I had an appointment set to go in to get an eyelash fill, when I got in they said my appointment was cancelled. The lady at the front desk said she called and got my voicemail. However, she didnt leave a voicemail letting me know my appointment was cancelled. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule and said she would try to get the eyelash tech in. What kind of business doesnt leave a voicemail when they call and can only try to get their employees in for scheduled appointments. I cancelled my appointment and will not be going back.

Lisa Dunn has been doing my permanent makeup at this salon and she is seriously the best Ive ever been to! She knows just how to pick the right color and work with the asymmetry of my lip line to make it look perfect!! If youre looking for somebody with a lot of experience, Lisa has been doing this for 20 plus years and I highly recommend her!

I LOVE this place! My husband made an appointment for a massage for myself and my friend on my birthday. I was super nervous because I had never had a massage before, plus i had never been there. But the second I walked in a felt better. The two ladies helping us were so nice, and made sure we were comfortable. They did an amazing job and Ive already booked my next appointment. (This time Im bringing my husband so he can see how great it is.)

Courtney has permed my hair several times over the past few years and she always does an amazing job! My hair always looks very natural and awesome!

I just had the European Facial, oh my goodness how wonderful! Susan did an amazing job. My skin looks radiant, and at my age thats saying something. I will definitely do the facial again. The neck massage alone is sooooo worth it. Fabulous!

We have been going to Courtney for mens cuts and womens cuts and color for many years and we always love the results. Serenity Salon and Day Spa is a lovely place to treat yourself to some TLC. Great ambiance and service.

LOVE this spa! Everyone is so nice and professional. They offer a wide variety of services and they do an amazing job!

Had the perfect lash service done. One of my eyes looks ok. The other side is completely over curled to the point where it curls back on itself. I asked the lady if it looked good and she told me, it looks fine at this angle. They are crimped and completely wonky. I would have told her to fix it, but I didnt notice how bad it was until I got home and tried putting mascara on. She left glue on my lashes and eye lids. I would not recommend this service or salon to anyone.
