Do not go to this nail salon!! I needed a pedicure so I would be looking fresh for my trip to California and I got chipped/cheap looking nails instead. I paid $35 total which I expected, but what I did not expect was having all of the polish chip off 2 days later! Not even exaggerating. Also, my water was cold and the nail tech doing my nails was the owner I think and she kept going back and forth doing my feet and another lady that was sitting next to me. It was bizarreTo add to this, my sisters manicure looked really good but a full set with gel polish was posted on the board as $48 and when we went up to pay she was told it was an additional $10 because of the long length…I’m sorry but I have never been to a salon where they charge you extra for length, maybe for shape. Which she got square shape and they weren’t even long length. She told the nail tech short-medium. Whenever I asked the owner to clarify why we were paying the additional money she didn’t explain clearly and was honestly just rude.I’m highly disappointed!

The girl who did my pedicure did a great job. She was fast, friendly and professional. But the lady who rang us up, seemed as tho she was the owner or manager, completely overcharged. I paid double. I paid as much as I would have going to a high end salon. Not a salon in the mall. I do not recommend going there simply based on cost alone.

Veronica did my nails. $40 for a full set. My fingers were covered in glue afterwards and also my nails weren’t entirely smooth; you can still feel the slight grainyness from the acrylic powder. But they were symmetrical and she was very sweet.

My friend and I arrived to get pedicures, and there was one other customer there and one employee. I assumed there were other employees in the back, but no. It was just the one employee. She said she could do both of our pedicures. She took about 25 min to finish the other customer, and then finally came to help us. She went back and forth between me and my friend’s pedicures. She clipped my nails super short without asking and was really rough with my cuticles. My feet hurt and I’m afraid I have and infection because the foot baths didn’t seem sanitary. :/ I won’t go back. Hopefully I don’t have an infection. The pedicure also doesn’t look professional.

Feeling festive so I went with the holiday design. A bit pricey compared to other salons, pricey for no apparent reason. No special polish, pampering or pleasantries. 😕

We stopped in on our 43rd Anniversary to have a pedicure together. I asked if they could do 2 pedicures (to my fault assuming there would be some additional techs if she said yes). (Victoria) told us to sit at the pedicure bathes, and she was finishing up a pedicure. I not knowing found out she already had two customers waiting for her to do nails.There goal is to get all the money they can -rather than let us come back.she first froze then burnt our feet trying to adjust the water while she was working on nails. She came and ramed my cuticles back ( very painful). Didn’t use a bath liner for the foot bath and then went to do my husbands the same way. She then went back to working on nails. I am in a fixed income and can’t afford this very often. She charged me $66 - Never filed, cut, or buffed, and the polish was a mess. So very sad experienceThis was to be a very special occasion and a well needed service for me -

Veronica was so nice and friendly. My nails were pretty damaged but she did an amazing job shaping all of them to an even length. She was sure to double check with me that I liked the shape of my nails, that she had the exact color I want, etc.

We got a FOOT FUNGUS from this place.. I went here with a friend and sister in law. The owner worked on me and my friend at the same time moving back and forth and using the same tools on both of us. Once she cleaned our feet she then left us and went and worked on another lady for 40 min. We day with our feet out of water not being worked on then she came back not clean and wanted to massage our feet. Then they took my sister and put her a foot bowl that they had just used didn’t clean it and put her feet in a unclean bowl and jets. She also used in sanitized tools on her. I was worried about foot FUNGUS and sure enough my sister got foot fungus and toe nails fell off. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SElF!!!

When you look at them a little far away they look perfect, but if you look closely they’re not so good, and I’m giving it a 4 because even tho the lady burned a little my finger, it was a great service, she spent around 2 hours making sure everything will be good, I ruined the polish a lot of times and she fixed it, she really has patience, and I really liked her, I would come back but make sure to make and early appointment so you can make sure you really like them and have time to fix anything you don’t like

The most expensive & worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. $50 for maybe a 15 minute pedicure. Cut my nails too short, it’s the next day & my big toe is infected. Girl cut my cuticles so short they were bleeding & hurt. Was having problems with my venmo payment cause my service was bad in the store & she ran all the way to my car & started banging on the window asking for her money. Not worth the money, go somewhere else.

So we came here and we asked cuz they had a special $20 for the pedicure but we asked how much would it be for a gelish and the sugar rub and they said 33 total and the ladies were amazing they were super nice to my wife and they did an excellent job the only reason Im giving it a one star is because the owner came in later and charged us $50 and I told her about what we talked about already because of the special and she ignored us even though I told her that they told us and we asked specifically and they told us 33 its okay we paid but even though the people that worked there were great we would never come back again we dont like greedy people

Amazing treat for girls night. Able to walk right in and they did an amazing job. The massage chairs and sugar scrub pedicure are a MUST for tired aching feet.

Went in an was told pedicure would take about an hour and the double would take a little longer. It was a special day with my daughter so we did it.. big mistake. 28 minutes from start to finish. Someone else came in and so the lady doing my pedicure rushed to finish. No base coat 1 color coat top coat and done. She massaged one leg but not the other. Then when I go to pay the $80 she all but insisted on cash. I told her I did not have that much cash. Then found out they charge a 3.5% additional fee for using a credit card. THEY ARE ONLY IN IT FOR THE $$$$$$$

I came from out of state. I broke 2 nails during the trip. She fixed them and polished all of my nails for a good price. The 2 she fixed were the strongest out of all of them. Next time I visit- I will definitely come here to get my nails done.

The place itself, looks wonderful. Very inviting and all. But just no.As for talent it’s a no go for me. APPARENTLY the lady that did my nails, had been doing nails for THIRTY YEARS.Yeah right😂😂😂My acrylics lasted literally a week before one snapped off and that alone makes me upset.Would not recommend.My acrylics normally last me almost three weeks.I am not a nail biter, so they had lots of actual nail for them to work with.For fifty dollars I do not recommend this the place to go.

Didnt tell me price was $33 if used card. Pedicure was very uncomfortable, cut my toenails way to short, terrible polish job. Nail tech didn’t seem very experienced, felt like I was at a school. I dont usually leave negative reviews, but this was bad 🙁

Just came in to get my toes done, not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. It ended up being the highlight of my day. My artist, Be, was just the sweetest, and she did such a good job on my toes. I will definitely be back again.

I went in for a gel manicure and left very unsatisfied. I chose a purple color that supposedly changes to blue - but once my nails dried it stayed blue. The nail technician didn’t even cut or shape my nails at all. I tried to ask her to even them out with a file or nail clippers but she didnt understand what I was asking. The gel was painted very uneven, making some nails darker than others. I left two stars because one felt mean. They were so nice and friendly, but didnt understand what I wanted them to fix. I will not go back.

I love it!! I came with my aunt and we both love Veronica!! I move to Utah from California and didn’t know where to go get my nails done, my friend told abt this place and YES! She did it like I wanted.

Nail polish was dry and old. At one point they added acetone to A bottle of polish. The man doing my pedicure didn’t massage my calves or use hot towels. The pedicure I received was very basic, but the same pricing as nicer salons... I brought my 4 year old in with me as well to have her nails painted. She is very well behaved and quiet and respectful. Imagine taking a friend with you to have your nails done, not a child. She was doing her best sitting in the chair and at one point the Vietnamese woman snapped at her loudly to hold still. Not in a nice way at all! My daughter was hardly moving either. I was watching as it happened. My daughter (she’s very well spoken) kept trying to chat with the lady that was doing her nails and eventually asked her “Are you speaking Spanish?” Because the lady kept ignoring my sweet daughter and talking with the other workers in their naive tongue. She ignored that question as well until I asked her louder in a tone she couldn’t ignore and she replied she is Vietnamese. I was really disappointed. Having your nails done is supposed to be fun and relaxing. This was neither. I will not return.

I was not pleased with the refill and got charged more then what I originally paid for a fresh new set. I also had a small crack on one acrylic nail and after repeatedly telling the nail tech she never fixed it and here I am now with a broken nail. Never going back.

This place was horrible!! So many health code violations! First of all, my friend and I took our daughters for their first ever pedicures we came as a group of 4 and they lady doing my Friend and her daughters was tally rushing through it and kept stopping to go do full sets of nails! She came back and rubbed a little lotion on their calves super fast. They started mine and my daughters way later and the lady doing ours was nice but I asked for a flower painted on our big toes and she messed it up so she removed the polish and repainted my big toes after which she asked me to pick a sticker. They “cleaned the pedicure tubs with a nasty old sponge from the bottom of the drawer with no cleaner at all!” All while my friend was still in the pedicure chair! Then when we left about two hours later the stickers I paid $6 for came off. My toes look terrible now and it was $65 for my and my daughter. Never go here! I use Europe nails in Lehi all the time! They are amazing!

I love going here. Veronica and the other ladies do such an amazing job and they always leave my nails looking pretty. My experience here is beyond amazing I truly enjoy going here and getting my nails done.

A good paint job, but the rest of the pedicure was subpar. There was no foot and leg massage, which is the best part of a pedicure! They told me a pedicure was $28, however I ended up paying $50 after all the extras, which they never said cost extra. Bad business, in my opinion.

Best eyebrow wax ever!! Also they are so quick in doing your nails and they still come out great. I went in for a girls day and I have seriously never gotten so many compliments on my nail art and eyebrows. Sometimes there is a wait but its so worth it in the end!

I was disappointed to even pay for this appointment. When you get a pedicure, you expect your feet and everything to be nice and soft when you leave. They barely did anything for my feet and asked if I wanted to spend more money for some kind of scrub. When I used to go, about 10-12 years ago, they always massaged my feet and really took care of me. I won’t be going back.

WARNING. $20 advertised pedicure price was changed to $33 when I tried to pay and because of COVID I only had a credit card. No signs saying cash only the sign out front advertised $20 nothing on that sign said cash only.

They did a really good job, but the extra price for my metallic gel brought the price up to $50 plus tip. Way to expensive for a. Basic manicure!!

Garbage nails that ALL came off in a week. Their selection of nail polish is slim and the colors were not very attractive. I would not recommend them especially since they overcharged $12 what the sign price displayed.

They lady started to do my nails but the another lady came in and she started working on her instead of me, I was so mad but I already had the nails without anything on them. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! Words cannot describe how horrible this experience was. They had a special going on where it was $20 for a shellac manicure and $20 for regular polish pedicure. I walked in looking for a quick manicure and pedicure in a hurry. Their tools were unwashed, the staff spoke little english and they changed the prices as soon as I was ready to check out. I asked multiple times during the appointment to confirm the prices and as soon as I was ready to check out they insisted that I pay $75 for a manicure and pedicure. I argued for a moment but only to realize they are liars and will take advantage of people. I ended up paying the full amount .They will change their prices for each customer. Very frustrating. Save yourself and go somewhere that is better.

$51 for gel nail fill. (2 broken and 2 tiny hearts on my pinkies) I wanted a mancure so bad. Is why I actually went in. I was the only one in rhe salon and I felt like I was rushed. She really wanted me to pay cash. Offering me discounts if I did. I wasnt excepting $50 for a fill than $20 more for manicure. I think she was gonna pocket the cash. I didnt get the manicure because she was so weird about me paying in cash. I She actually did a nice job. I just Way over charged and I just felt she was dishonest. I would of tipped alot better had I got what I want. Will not be back

I love this place I took my Girlfriend to get her nails done here for her birthday and she loved it. They have great costumer service and there very friendly. I love how they always give you want you want and what you expect I highly recommend Le Nails.

We had called in beforehand and I waited FOREVER to have them paint for my toes. It was the most overpriced pedicure i have payed for. They didn’t do anything special, the water was cold in what they soaked our feet in and it was very rushed on what they did for me. I have never experience such poor service and they are so understaffed. They had turned away many customers because they just didn’t have time. I had to pay for my husband and i and they did barely anything for my husband and i still had to pay full price for him.

Very friendly and willing stay longer for an hour to pamper my mother and I. Highly recommend it. ❤️

Went to Le Nails for Christmas special. When I walked in I was greeted and asked if I want a drink. They have a cool Keurig K Cup machine and filtered water with teas for free. I had to wait a few minutes as they were busy so I made me a nice cup of Hot Cocoa. Perfect on a snowy Orem dayThey have a ton of core to choose from. Probably more than I have seen before in 1 shopStaff is nice and they have sterilizer blue jars right on the sinks and wash their equipment.Very happy will be back

Most expensive and worst pedicure Ive ever had. There was nothing wrong the day I got it done; I was annoyed with the price (and the fact that they insisted I pay through venmo) but that was it. I got a shellac pedicure; despite this, it started flaking off three days after I got it done (just long enough that their dissatisfied with your service clause had expired.) Its been less than a month and one toe is completely bare of polish. The others are well on their way. NOT WORTH IT!! theres so many other good nail salons around. Just go somewhere else.

My daughter and I got a gift card here for Christmas. We went at 8pm on a Monday night. We were there past the 9pm close time until 9:30 and she took great care to make sure our nails looked perfect. I am going on 4 weeks now and my nails still look amazing, but are in need of a fill;) Ill be driving all the way from Herriman just to have my nails done here again.

My experience at this location is always so great. If you go to this location Veronica is the girl to see shes amazing and does really great work. I always get a gel manicure cuz thats what I like we always used to do fun new exciting designs colors, and she does the best every single time!

This place DOES NOT even deserve a star at all! I my full set of gel acrylic nails looks absolutely horrible! I went back the next day requesting for them to fix my nails... which they did but later that same exact day the gel that he repainted on my nails started to peel off! There prices are highway robbery! They charge you double the prices for a full set and gel nails! $50 and I did nothing fancy at all!!! There are not enough words to explain how disappointed I am with this Nail Salon!!!!

Words can not describe what a horrible experience this was!!! Unprofessional Staff, filthy dirty, the employees do not wash their hands after giving pedicures, to other people!!! I had made an appointment, still took 20 minutes to be seen. The Manager was so rude. My shellac fingernails looked horrible, I really believe that the girl who did my nails had only done this a couple of times before. Couldnt get the color right, totally cheap polish, it came off 4 days later, they had a sign outside of the store saying $20 special, the owner tried to charge me $42. So dishonest. I wasnt happy with the way the nails turned out at all, they wanted to take the shellac off and start over, Id already been there for an hour and a half, I said no, just paint it whatever so I could leave, I still had to pay, even though they knew they looked horrible, and I was unhappy. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wanted to feel pampered and to feel pretty, after I left I cried and wanted the color off, I didnt want to remember that experience at all. If I had an option I would not even give them 1 star.

1 lady working the entire place. I called ahead to make an appointment and when I got there she said she was busy but since I had an apt she had my husband and I sit down in one of their old chairs that looks disgusting and barely massages (you can’t control the massage). We ended up leaving because it was going to take forever for her to even get to us and then manage to give us both pedicures. Ridiculous! This place won’t last

This was the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The woman that did my pedicure was rushing back and forth between myself and another client when they weren’t even busy. She didn’t put sanitizer in the water and was tending to my feet and the other clients fingernails without gloves. In her rushed frenzy, she clipped my left toenail short and round while leaving my right one square. Then she took the callus remover and did a few swift strokes on the bottoms of my feet which obviously did nothing to remove my calluses. She asked me if I wanted her to apply a $5 sugar scrub because I would be getting “double massage”. I foolishly agreed. Then, she proceeded to slather on what felt like gel (there was no scrub effect in it), and gave me a short, 10 second massage on both legs. She then proceeded to apply the nail polish without basecoat. After that she applied the top coat which was thick and gooey and should have been replaced long ago. As a result my nails are tacky and they still haven’t dried completely. It’s been a week. I am disappointed with this substandard service. I wish I had the courage to refuse to pay because it was not worth my hard earned $30.

I’ve been going here for years and have always been happy with the service. I typically get a pedicure and I feel like it’s definitely worth the $ you spend.

They feel off the week after and they costed more than the nails I got some where else and the other place stayed on for two months so this place I would not recommend

Horrible experience if there was an option to give them no stars I would do that, I walked in there there was only one gal working and she had a couple told me it would be 40 minutes and she told me to walk around the mall I gave her my name and when I came back she said she could not help me anymore because there were people in front of me even though I actually waited right in front of her nail salon sitting until she was done with the couple. I was so So frustrated that she made me wait 40 minutes that I went down to the other salon on the other side of the mall and even though they were super busy she saw how bummed I was and she told me to sit down right away that I would get my nails done. I would not recommend this place to anybody

If I could give less than a star I would have given a negative two stars. I was there with my mom, mother in law and maid of honor and we waited almost twice as long as it took for our nails to be done. The staff are really sweet! They just need to have better quality of work before they start providing services that are priced higher than most places. My maid of honors nails looked awful. Im pretty sure my eight year old brother could have done a little better. They had a small selection of nail polish that were all dry and clumpy. Will not be returning.

This place deserves no stars. My friends and I fell for the $20 pedicure sign, but it was not worth a penny! Literally, my 2 year old niece could have done a better job. It isnt just one technician, they are all horrible. The girls do not know what they are doing, and to make it worse, their nail polishes are all very old! My friend chose a nude color that later found out was almost out. The girl continued to paint her toe nails with about 10 coats, no joke. It looked hideous. I am surprised we did not get foot fungus from this place because they arent very sanitary. This place also does not accept cards, so you have to walk to the ATM to get cash out, and pay the ATM fee. We were tempted to walk to the ATM and not return, because it was so bad, but we still paid. DO NOT GO HERE!! I cannot believe they are still in business! Worst nail salon I have ever been to in my life!

You guys have to be careful going to this place. They will use their language barrier as an excuse to trick you into adding more fees by the end of your service. I clearly stated a specific service and even made sure that that itll be a certain price but in the end they charged me more. They will pretend that they have no idea what the heck youre talking about. At least if you go, record everything! Like no joke because they will rip you off.

Ridiculously overpriced. I paid over $90 for a simple mani pedi. I did not get any extras except for gel nails... Any other place is $60 and they do a much nicer job. Are you serious??
