Super bad experience with the billing over charged my account multiple times. For this reason I would not recommend this clinic

I was grateful to have Kyle Reids insights into addiction and boundary setting to understand and improve relationships with siblings. Ive heard from several others that his help was remarkable in their marriage counseling. He is respectful, insightful, and skilled at managing difficult emotionally charged conversations.

This office is outstanding at all levels...both in counseling and in billing. They will sit with you and go over any questions you have and work with you if there is ever any kind of problem.I have been with this practice for 16 months, and the Connections Team is truly amazing at healing individuals and empowering those individuals to be their best selves.It is truly an honor to be a client at this office and to be cared for by the kind and loving therapists who want so much to help you get back on your feet and find the hope and healing that you need.Thank You Kyle, and the Connections Team.

Both the therapists weve met with at Connections have been great. This has been a life saver for our marriage, and now we work so much better together than we ever did before. Ive professionally met all the therapists at Connections Counseling and can recommend any of them without reservation. I work as a Nurse Practitioner at Bristol Health and frequently referred my patients to the counselors at Connections.

I have had many problems with billing with this office. Two other friends I know that see therapists here have had problems as well. They didnt bill my insurance for months and then out of the blue told me that I owed more than $300, then made me pay the backpay due to their mistake. I would not recommend this office due to billing issues.
