Great haircut service

Our first couple of visits here were great. Thought my sons and I had found our new haircut place.Then the troubles started. On 3 successive visits we experienced inordinately long wait times. The first time what was supposed to be 20 minutes turned in to 40 plus. The next time we were told, by the app, that it would be 40 minutes wait, it was more than 2 hours, including haircut time, and we only got one haircut instead of both getting done because we couldnt afford the time.So I went in a week later to get the cut I had to postpone because of the two hour haircut snafu, and it was a 90 minute wait and a terrible haircut.

Its five star, when Blanca is in. Otherwise, it goes downhill pretty fast. The other stylists have managed to wreck my husbands hair a few times. He tells them what he wants (which is what Blanca always achieves), and they nod and proceed to hack away like theyre hoeing weeds.Blanca is the best.

No line checked in, and got the senior discount. My 🐑 shearing done. Whats not to like.

Theres always a 1hr wait no matter when Ive tried. And today my 1 hour wait turned into almost two. After waiting an hour I had to leave without a haircut to not be late for work. The staff is great but they need more ppl or we will all find new places to go like I will from now on. This is twice my wait was double it should have been. Im done trying. Just find a place that got the right priorities in order. In hour wait is ridiculously high but almost 2 just to leave without a haircut is crazy.

Blanca is excellent, the atmosphere is good, ample parking. Shop is always clean, people are friendly, and the haircuts are great.If there were more stars they would get them.

When you walk in a 5pm on a Friday evening I can completely understand that a wait will be required. However, when there are 3 stylists working and 6 people in line, you should not expect a wait of over an hour. Easily the longest I have ever waited for a haircut in a mens barbershop.

Full disclosure: I got a coupon for a free haircut here, which is the reason I went in the first place.I got a great haircut from Mandi here. I dont care about the sport environment, so that didnt matter to me. But they offer a student discount and the service was very good. You can also upgrade your cut to get a shampoo, a steamed towel on your face, and a neck massage for $5 more. Unfortunately, the shop is in a TERRIBLE location, hidden on the side of a shopping center I dont visit often. There best barber shop in the NRV is still Cutz 2 Go downtown.

It can be really busy but I always get a great haircut. The price is a bit higher but I think its usually worth it. They should get rid of all the macho GUY cuts and sports crap.

I have tried several times with different girls here and always end up with a screwed up hair cut... Uneven lengths, assymetrical, etc., etc. If youre even mildly picky about your hair do not go here.

Not happy with my hair cut. Waited for almost an hour, then the lady rushed the job. I had pointed out some things she missed. Then it was time to pay, wow! 18 dollars for less than 5 minutes work.
