Visited this salon for the first time on Wednesday. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff are all polite and friendly. You can tell they truly care about their customers and their satisfaction. I cant say enough positives about Aaron the manager. He treats the customers and staff with the utmost respect, courtesy and kindness. He even walked me to my car through the back of the building because it was late and dark. The customers are called by name and are thanked for coming in. Give them a try, I promise you will be not be disappointed!! So glad I did!!

Only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because my pedicure was good. My toes came out pretty and my lady did a really good job on my feet. The lady that did my acrylic nails on the other hand.... my acrylics are so thick, messy and uneven, she was very careless, It was my first and last time going.

Very poor service. Filed down my nail bed to paper thin removing my previous gel. Quickly painted on my nail color without looking to see many flaws. Filed my nail shape to wonky shapes. Basically want you in and out. I’m mad at myself for even tipping for such a bad manicure with gel polish. Will not return.

I had to go in for a later appointment they stayed open for me and she didnt rush it just to get out she did an awesome job and was very friendly! Love that its open later then most salons!Photo is two weeks later, they still look great!

What has happened to Tu Nails? Waited 15 minutes for a pedicure with Mai, then received a 15 minute pedicure from Mai for full price. When I questioned 15 minutes she mumbled because I did not get color.BS. Been there done it,. Not having color, please. They were overbooked, 5 people waiting when I left and not enough techs for all waiting. Whats the saying? I would at least like a kiss after being ………

Best place ever. I went in there with my infant thinking she would sleep through my mothers day present of pampering myself. I was very wrong... She woke up and the staff was so accommodating while still getting through my manicure!!!! He even strolled her around while my nails dryed. Will recommend to everyone I know!!!!

Was in town and in need of pedicure. Cell phone wasn’t working so had to walk in. No problem. Was immediately welcomed in and seated. The service was top notch. It’s obvious that they care about your well being and made sure to provide a thorough nail service. Extras for me was the fact that they took care to clean and prep small scratch on my ankle, and also when noticed my finger nails still had left over polish he cleaned and buffed my nails quickly to make it presentable. But the one thing I liked most was when I couldn’t decide which of two colors i preferred he pulled both and painted on my fingers so I can better decide. Yup, that’s top notch. Last thing, if you like hurt-so-good leg massage ask for Mindy (I think), it was just the icing on the cake for me (I love massages that work your muscles, not the ones that give you soft touch therapy!).

They are ensuring it is a very clean and safe experience for all customers, which I appreciate. Danny did an amazing job on my 4th of July nails and I couldn’t be happier. I found a fun design on Pinterest and didn’t know if they’d be able to do. Danny outdid himself and they turned out even better than the picture I showed him.

I never been satisfied going their with a great friend of mine .They did a fantastic job going back over their again.

My aunt and I made appt for 2 pedicures.. Sat by each other and got different things done for same basic pedicure. Have serous doubts about how hygienic the tools used were, and about the foot tub. Website lists price as $28 for basic pedicure. They charged $30.00. When I stated the website price, was told it was wrong. Ever hear of false advertising and fines you can get?I was not pleased with my technician and her responses to my needs.. I needed more of her listening and less of her cocky responses. My aunt was not happy either with how hygienic her pedicure was..Will try different place next time.

I have been going to this establishment for 13 years, even got my first pedicure ever here. I have always gotten great service, even without an appointment and they were busy. The management and employees here are so sweet and considerate of us whenever we come in. I have been to other establishments before, but the quality is never the same as Tus! In my opinion this is the best place for me and my friends!

They got me in quick. My pedicure was wonderful and my toes were transformed. My technician was very friendly and professional. Will definitely return on a regular basis.

My pedicure was $38 today instead of the $28 I thought it was in addition the lady doing my toes never asked about my water and it was like less than Luke warm and gross the entire time,while she asked another couple how their water was and went to fix it. In addition they didn’t have my color which wasn’t a huge deal. Lastly her and the our technician made fun of my feet in front of me.

First and last time here. Won’t go into detail, just very quality work and not sanitary. Witnessed the same tool being used between two different clients. Only reason I gave 2 stars because the lady I had was polite. Not happy with my experience at all. Went home and fixed my nails. ..or at least tried to.

Go here and ask for Danny. He is the most meticulous and kind nail artist I have had. He spends a lot of time shaping and double checking the length and straightness of each nail. His polish skills are on point (although I usually only do single color gel mani/pedi’s). Go and ask for Danny - you won’t regret it. *Tips are cash only*

The only reason they didn’t get 1 is because the gentleman on the phone was amazing! Otherwise it hurt, she dug her nails into my fingers and squeezed my fingers so hard they turned red and she was very rough!!! It was anything but relaxing! I was in pain 98% of the time and it was a bit more than I wanted to spend......not sure I will be coming back!

Only reason I’m rating it 3 stars, the nails were cute. However the man that was doing my nails wasn’t in such a good mood. It was my first time here, and honesty I don’t think I’ll come back. I guess I was asking to many questions. Tried to tip him also and he declined saying “naw we good, 35 is fine”.

I have been going here for over 6 months now, and love it! I have had my nails done at a few other places, but have never liked the way they were done. A friend said I should try Tu Nails and I am so happy I did!!!! I always have some crazy color idea and my favorite nail tech is always willing to give it a try💜 Ill never go anywhere else to have my nails done😊

I do not go to any Nail Salon except Tu Nails. The staff is so friendly. I always get compliments on my nails! It is a salon that is managed well and the owners are so nice! Experience staff,excellent services, very clean, best in town!

I wish this location offered more than just basic pedicure, the location in Woodbury has a menu. They did a decent job, just not as extensive as I wanted.Bring cash for a tip, they can’t do it on your card.

Me and my mother-in-law went in after receiving glowing reviews from the hair stylist next door. I have just moved here from Texas and a little nervous since I’ve had the same technician for 9 years. We went next door and was immediately acknowledged with a smile!!!My mother-in-law is super, super picky and to my OHGOSH surprise, she was happy the First time!!! The young woman who did my hands was remarkable. Before we started, I explained to her that I had really bad carpal tunnel, fibromyalgia and arthritis. She was patient as I needed to shake my hands often due to pain. She was super gentle! Did not hurt me once!My hands looked fabulous! You owe it to yourself to give them a try. Just wonderful!

Got dip nails here. Within a week all of my nails were peeling from underneath. Not chipped at all, but I can see all of my nails coming off underneath. It was also very obvious the girl doing the dip didn’t know what she was doing as she re-did them three times..

Worst nail experience I have ever had. Please take into consideration I am a licensed cosmetologist and I regularly do nails as part of my job. I called to make an appointment and when I arrived I had to wait over 40 minutes. Throughout my service she got up and walked away several times. To top it all off it looks like a 5 yr old polished my nails. I got to pay $40 for nails I have to go home and fix

Got my nails done by one of the ladies all, a week later I have 2 that fell off and the rest of them are chipping and breaking. First time there and I wont be back. They did a horrible job

I usually go to this place and they do a great job. However, some of the new people are not very good. The manicure was super patchy and bubbly and was way overpriced. Used to be 10$ but then it was 15$. Never going there again.

They have changed to NOT allowing you to tip using your cardSo I had to go to the ATM and get cash Amd come back to tip my technician! Why would the management not have the same card machine everyone else is the universe has where you can add tip? This is so weird and backwards. Management dont inconcience your customers and your workers with this! Nails were great only have 3 due to tip policy.

Really not impressed with this place. Ive never been to a nail that had me pay BEFORE I got my nails done. the girl was also trying to my nails and toes at the same time by having me sit in the chair, soaking my feet and having me hold my hand in the air while she worked on my nails. I asked her to fix a spot she missed and she just put clear coat over it instead. She also streaked the polish while shaping my nail so theres streaks of white throughout the clear coat and didnt fix it and the nail tips are crooked. not sure what the big rush was because she just sat on her phone when she was done. save your money and go to a quality place.

The owner and the staffs are very friendly and they never fail to satisfy me with the quality of their work, I would not recommend a specific person because they all do an excellent job.

I always had a good experience until my recent visit. They set us up in the pedicure chairs and made us wait over 45 minutes. I came home with more polish on my toes. In addition, I was charged $10 more than usual. So bummed that a special occasion was a disappointment.

These fools were laughing and talking about us in their language, luckily my friend understood Vietnamese. They burned my feet, did terrible on my gel and were always rushing, and totally over priced. 1/5 wouldnt waste another dime.

Fancy place, the technicians speak in their native tongue amongst themselves and its an awkward feeling.

I had both mani and pedis done at Tu Nails, and had been satisfied; however, my last pedi I remember the technician digging a little too deep on the side of my big toe, which caused blood. I stupidly ignored, and had gel applied. Due to my ignorance, I got a infection, which resulted in a staph infection. I have been on an antibiotic 4 x a day for 10 days, had my toenail removed and applying another antibiotic. This has been costly with doctor appointments. My toe is still sore, and I fear the infection is not clearing up. I had learned a big lesson: advocate what I will tolerate when the nail technician is working on my toes, be aware of the tools that they are using--make sure they are clean and steralized, and insist on having a plastic bag in the tub. I won t be going back, and I will research salons that have all necessary precautions to prevent infections.

Made an appt time. Waited a half hour beyond that. Left. Not one word from the staff. Bummer and a half customer service.

The place was clean and well updated which I like very much. I had a mani and pedi my pedicure was a success but when the guy did my manicure he was rushing he was so ruff it hurted my fingers so bad he literally had to tell me to relax about 5 times because of how scared I was. I was so scared he was going to make my fingers bleed, I couldnt wait to be done to get outta there and he kept looking up everytime someone walk by or even talk and he wasnt paying attention to what he was doing that grinding machine that they use to grind your nails down he was using that on my fingers when he decided to look up to see who was talking and he missed my nail and got the flesh on my finger like seriously youre supposed to keep your eyes on your client when using a tool like that. He had really long nails and he would sink his nails on the side of my nails so hard that I felt like he was ripping my finger nails off one by one. After I got up to pay I tipped him on my card and he said to me dont you have any cash to tip me with. Definitely not going back there.

Staff begs for cash in fact demanded I pay by check or cash. Will not go back as they dont allow you to tip on the card. If you dont want to pay taxes like every other US citizen, then youre not getting my money.

They did an ok job on my nails, they asked really really weird questions tho as in “where do you live” “how do you spell your name” “what school do you go to” and i was with my sister and her friend and he asked “so who’s driving” and he was asking too many personal questions so i just started lying and ignoring him i was on the phone with my friend and he asked if i was going to her house!! i don’t recommend this place it made me feel very uncomfortable and scared
