DONT WALK-IN! Whenever you walk-in the wait time is usually 15-30 minutes. They have great quality service, but often I wish they would tell you when you walk in that the wait time is long. I have waited 20 minutes today without them acknowledging me besides letting me choose a color. Schedule an appointment!!!

I went in for a detailed acrylic design and got something completely off and tacky. Although the staff was nice they did a poor job on my nails. If you are wanting fine detailed work on your nails I do not recommend this place. Also if you ask for almond nails you have to guide them as to HOW almond nails look, they think it’s the same as round nails.

I love this place. I go there everytime I get my nails done. Ive tried others and regret it instantly. No one does better nails than this place. Theres someone in particular I really like, but even when theyre unavailable, whoever does my nails, always gets it right. Theyre super patient and will work with you to get your nails done perfectly. 10/10 will always recommend.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WENT FOR A REFILL AND PAID 22 10 DAYS AFTER SAME SERVICE 35 DLLS....THE ACTITUDE OF THE PERSONS WORKING THERE IS ALSO THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

I love them! I went with my two little daughters 5 and 3. They gave us children prices for their nails and even drew a beautiful flower on their nails for them. I got a full set and they lasted for so long (longer than any other nails I have gotten in my 25 years of doing them). I highly higly recommend!

Love, love, love Ivy.. shes awesome at what she does. She takes her time, doesnt get mad when you change your mind about color or procedure.. Shes super sweet and courteous and makes sure you are satisfied if not she makes any changes needed. Super meticulous! If you visit ask for her, you will not regret it.

I originally left them 3 stars because its a bit pricey. However, after going to multiple other nail salons, I can honestly say this is the best. Their gel polish lasts forever, they are organized, it feels high end, although the prices are high, its worth paying. Ive gone to other nail salons and have always left disappointed. I live on the East side and drive all the way to the West side because they always do great.

That lady with the tattooed eyebrows was rude and she didnt want to fix her mistakes. Outrageous prices for mediocre service

I’ve been coming to Young Nails since it was Jenny’s Nails, and I can’t say enough about how much better it is since it became Young Nails. I’m picky when it comes to my nails, but I’m always satisfied here. The salon is clean, organized, open and airy. I use Andy, who always takes his time with me, even if I don’t have an appointment.

I was very pleased with the service today. I had a gel manicure, a pedicure, and lip wax by Tina. She was very polite and went over my nails, snipping extra bits of nail or cuticle off as needed. I highly recommend Young Nails. Im glad I scheduled an appointment because they were very busy. 5 stars from me!

I used to love this place and I would always ask for Linda. A couple of weeks ago when Linda was off Jennys brother was supposed to help me. Instead of soaking a nail that was coming off he decided to yank it off and my own finger nail came off with it. I bled for a while and was not able to get my fill to give my nail time to heal. I will not be going back again. They shouldnt have charged me. My nails still look horrible. Never let Lindas brother help you he is very rough.

Terrible serviceI called to make sure they were open only to show up and a woman says sorry were closed like what the heck I just called and she says maybe you call wrong salon uhm no I didnt and tried to show her my call log. She was so rude. Dont say your open if your just going to close before your actual closing time. Been there before and my time always feels rushed never relaxing. They do what they feel is best without taking your opinion into consideration and get rude when you try and correct it. Definitely go somewhere else if you want good work.

I been a frequent customer going every two/ three weeks for a year. My usual is dip nails and a pedi. I had no issues until recently! Yesterday 08/11/19 I gone in for my usual and woke up to my big toe hurting, swollen, and discharge coming out. I’m super upset about it. Now I have to go to my doctor to get this infection taken care of, which shouldn’t have happen if proper sterilization been preformed correctly. I never came across something like this until now. I was usually happy about the service provided and could overlook some things, but getting an infection a day after a service is disgusting! I won’t be coming back. I left a picture for everyone to see how infected my toe has gotten in one day! Unacceptable!UPDATE: young’s nails did contact me to say sorry and truly wanted to make things right. I appreciated that so much. I been looking all over El Paso for another nail salon and never been happy with any of the services. I told my husband that I miss young nails and I just want my usual. Everyone knows my dip nails and spa pedi the $35. I just want to relax and Just knowing it will be done right brings me to ease. Not one salon I gone to did my dip nails right. I ended up resorting to gel nails to have something done and I hate gel nails. I’m actually excited to go back and hopefully we can be more careful so it won’t happen again.

Dont waste your money! The guy that did my pedicure was extremely rude, rushed through it, gave a 30 second massage, but of course charged me full price. Was not relaxing at all. In and out in 20 minutes, and they werent even busy. This place was much better when it was Jennys Nails.

The staff is rude and always speaks in their language about people. The staff really doesn’t talk much to clients . The lady that did my nails Kim was rude and tried to tell me how to get my nails after I explain to her what I wanted . They really need to work on customer service and maybe they can keep happy clients.

Ive been going here for about 5 years now. No other place gives me the manicure like Jenny does. Very careful, thorough and fast in her work!!!! I always get gel and lasts a long time. Large selection of brands and colors.

Omg where do I start. This place used to be Jenny’s and awesome when I lived here, so I came back while visiting to get a fill. I asked for ombré and they said they charge $10 extra so I’m already expecting to be impressed. She asked what I wanted and I said “maybe a pink into white” and she grabs the colors and starts without asking if it was okay with me or if I even liked the colors. The job was awful!!!!!! There’s bubbles and visisble streaks. I told her I didn’t like them and she said “I’ll give you $5 off but you’re too picky if you don’t like it go back to Houston. Everyone here would like that.” Honestly, this place is all kinds of awful, from the start. I’m so annoyed, I’m going to have to get them redone because of how messy and ugly they are. If I could give -1 stars I would. TERRIBLE

I’ve been coming to this nail salon since it was Jenny’s. When Andy took over, I stayed because I hate change and I liked my nail lady despite’s the fact that things sort of went down hill. He replaced all the chairs with uncomfortable ones (for me anyway because I’m a little short) and yet still refuses to replace the washcloths with which you dry your hands. They’re all dingy and worn and some are even torn. The whole place is covered in a layer of dust. All of that I could have forgiven, and did for the last few years, but honestly, I just can’t take the Fox News on the tv anymore. Today he even had the volume on so there was no ignoring it. Is it really too much to ask that the place you go to relax doesn’t have a news channel on for their entertainment? And when I called him on it, he was defensive and dismissive. So I’m finding a new place. Despite the fact that I really love Tina and hate change. She’s the best. So if you decide to go anyway, ask for her. She’s very detail oriented.

After requesting (with a picture explanation) a whole white acrylic nail, I got a french manicure. When in the middle of the work on my nails I pointed that its not what I wanted, I heard its too late now and I got an attitude with the whole store talking about it in their own language. When I asked if we can do what I showed on the picture, I only got no n mean look. I ended up with the french, which I hate. Not going back of lack of communication and a try to get me what I wanted before my wedding. Not recommending beacuse of attitude and body language of employees.

Had an appt for three people which assumes we would like to be together to visit. We were all separated. Not that big of a deal and I would never bring it up but the rest of the visit was awful so I thought I would include that fact too. The staff talks loudly among themselves over the customers. Very rude. The lady helping one in our group left to help another customer that came in and requested her. We had appts and the new customer should have had to wait until the person she wanted was available. Instead, the one in our group had to wait until someone else was free to finish her service. A second person in our group nail color all slide off her finger the same afternoon. A week after the service, I removed my bright pink polish only to discover all of my nails were stained bright pink. Who knows how long that will last. Overall, terrible service and terrible product.

I always have horrible experiences in this place. First, the customer service, but last week I had my toe nails done and they got infected because they dont clean their utensils. They do damage your nails a lot.

A friend recommended this place and I had the worst experience ever ! Customer service is horrible ! They are RUDE !! Be prepared to fight back because theyll do what They want not what you ask for ! And on top of everything theyll speak in their language so you wont be able to defend yourself ! (cowards !!) The nail tech cut me with the machine and somehow it was my fault !! My nails look like spoons ! But they are very sharp on charging 5 dollar more for every little thing ! . 5 dlls for the cuticle cut when she said it was a manicure and 5 dlls for taking my toe nail polish off before pedicure ! I dont mind the money But with good service !!! People Beware !!Will not ever go back or recommend them

Horrible service, dirty workspace (towel had stains and food crumbs) and really rough. The gentleman that helped me also used the wrong color for a simple gel manicure to top it off.Avoid this place at all costs.
