The administrative assistants are friendly and personable. They understand how important a personal phone call can be when someone is struggling. I have ADHD. It is easy to get in to see someone at the Utah Family Institute. Long wait times for appointments, endless forms and tedious procedures literally kept me from getting help for years before I found this team. They are a small office without some of the latest bells and whistles other service providers advertise. However, unlike other service providers they seemed like they cared for me even though I didnt match their target client model. They will be there for you when you need them just give them a call.
