Does very good work if they cant they wont even try call day or two ahead for appointment

I get a dip every 2 weeks. Kevin is great.

We use them regularly and have never been disappointed, wonderful people and quality work.

Ginn and Michelle, did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. This is my first time in this nail salon I recommend it very clean place and safe especially now is pandemic… employee’s are friendly, for sure I will be back soon

I have been using this place for years the only one I allowed to touch my nails is Cindy she is absolutely amazing I have gone in there and asked her to do some crazy designs and she has done it every single time I love her I love how professional they all are theres a you know a couple different times that Cindy wasnt there that I allowed others to do them they came out perfectly fine everyone is so clean and attentive and just nice they sit there they talk to you its not like any other nail salon where they just let you sit there and silence and dont speak to you I love how professional they are Cindy again is amazing I will have to dig out some pictures I had to get a new phone so I have to look up some pictures of ones Ive had her do and I will definitely post Ive even trusted her to say all right Cindy its on you these are the colors I want design and I have walked out so happy that she is just amazing I will never use another place I had to use a place recently due to this place being closed down and within 2 days one of my nails completely popped off I literally had to go and buy nail glue to glue the nail back on so it didnt look stupid and for me to have to go and be late for work to try to find a nail place that could get me in and out quick enough and Ive had to nail glue my own nail back on that should not have popped off in two days on several different times it literally just popped off again Im done fighting with it I am going to see Cindy tomorrow morning soon as they open and have her fix me before I have to be at work cant wait to see what she comes up with design wise or but we can come up with together I normally just say colors and she does what she does I recommend Cindy to anyone and everyone I even recommend everybody else in the building even when it comes down to pedicures they are so soft they take the time out they dont rush you have certain things you want done they get them done eyebrows they do them so quickly so fast and they still look amazing I will definitely be there tomorrow and have pictures to post after cant wait to see you Cindy

I came with my young baby to get some much needed TLC and while he is very well behaved, they made extra efforts to comfort and accommodate us. The pedicure was phenomenal as well! Do recommend

I cant really review their services, since I never got that far, but their customer service leaves something to be desired. I signed in at 1:37 today (a Monday), and the last person to sign in before me was exactly an hour earlier. No one acknowledged me from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked back out, fifteen minutes later. I guess business must be really good if they can afford to ignore new clients. I hope so, because I wont be returning.

The nail techs take their time with your service. I like that fact that they dont rush even the place is jammed packed. Great service overall.

My second time here and I totally enjoyed both experience; besides doing an excellent job these people are very warm and welcoming; they are a perfect example of good customer service.

Pedicure with my bestie! Clean place, good service, reasonable prices. As we were leaving, another friend of mine and her mom came in, so other people also frequent this place.

Hands down the best nail place I went to. Aaron was soooo patient with me and I got ombré nails. He took his time and made sure I was happy with my new style. I felt so welcomed as he kept me company. I will be coming back for more !

First time coming in this place, was very clean and nice inside. was helped immediately (although there was no one in there at the time) and got a mani and pedi. the young lady who helped me was very sweet, attentive and understanding regarding an issue with my toenails i had. Ive been to a few places in the city and liked the atmosphere in this salon better than most. Highly recommended and prices were fair. I feel like this place deserved a review, people are always willing to complain but no one ever makes time to compliment and i enjoyed my experience so i decided to leave this.

I was visiting from out of town to attend a wedding. My nail broke off to the middle of my nail. They were able to fix my nails so they were beautiful for the wedding.

Cant really rate their service because I didnt get that far either.. walked in with 2 other people and I was turned away because they close at 7 mind you its 547.. so you turn me away bcuz two other people in front of me but you have 3 workers💁‍♀️ I feel like they turned me away bcuz I had my son with me.. he was sleep in his stroller but she took one look at him and started talking in another language 🙅‍♀️🙍‍♀️🙍‍♀️dont wanna work then turn off your open sign

I went for the first time today & I got a full set. The guy that did them was super rude(guessing he is the owner) I asked him twice if he could narrow them more because they were super wide! he said itll look better at the end and that he will fix it. At the end he said thats how my nails are(Ive gotten full sets before my nails arent wide at all) i was there with my coworkers and I asked him if he could fix this because I did not like them he said You tell me you want wide i told him no! I hate wide Ive never gotten them wide if anything I like them coffin style. He started yelling at me in front of all my coworkers and some other clients In there. He didnt fix them and kept talking a lot of bad things . DONT GO HERE IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Ive never had a horrible experience.

I used to go to all sorts of different nail salons depending on where I was located when I spontaneously wanted a mani or pedi. However, I now only go to this one. They seriously do not only their job, but a wonderful one. You dont need to have a favorite because they all do the best work. Not to sound weird but when I get a pedi I want it to be a true pedi and they will make sure your feet are at their prime and when you get an eyebrow waxing, its professionally done and they take their time. I also never had to wait more then 5 minutes so thats a plus!!
