They are very good but only issue they are always full everytime I go so I just decided to go somewhere else but its a good thing because they are good

Used to come here all the time and they were great recently came back and they were not so great. My nails are different sizes chipping and failing off. I will not be returning unfortunately. I hope nobody has this experience.

Kim does my nails....I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER SKILL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received a dip powder set and pedicure. My nails were neat and clean and my feet were soft and neatly polished.

The reason Im giving 5 stars is because Kim is absolutely amazing. I walk out of there smiling at my nails because of her every time. Shes super gentle, and always makes sure my nails are straight and perfectly shaped, which if you get your nails shaped (mine are almond), you know how important that is.I will say, today (11/27/19) I had my first pedicure done there, it was done by Tu (I believe this was her name) and she was also very sweet and gentle. She did an amazing job on my toes.I also had my nails done today, but unfortunately was not able to get Kim this time as they were super busy. I ended up with a lady named Jackie. She did a great job, I walked out of there happy with them as usual, however I dont know if it was because it was crazy busy in there, but it felt very rushed and she ended up cutting two of my fingers with one of the tools, it definitely could have been a lot more gentle. I hope it was just because she felt rushed.Overall, this place is amazing. Ive been coming here for about 6 months now, and as long as Kim is there I will continue going there. 😊

I loved coming here until my most recent experience. This is the best salon I’ve been to that does the best shaping and offers a variety of colors and add ons. Rose does an awesome job and I’ve always been more than satisfied, which is why I make a 30 minute drive to this salon. Recently however; I came in for an acrylic fill in that was partly done by Jack and partly done by a different technician. They asked me to pick out my color when I arrived and I told them I just wanted a black color. I wasn’t asked if I wanted gel polish on top of the acrylic at any point during my fill in and didn’t assume anything else. At checkout, my total was more than what their price for fill in was so when I inquired about the difference and was told I was charged extra for gel polish on top of the acrylic, I simply stated that I didn’t ask for gel and didn’t know that’s what I was receiving. I stated I only told them a color when they first started. I didn’t say I wasn’t willing to pay but Jack proceeded to get very angry very quickly and started yelling about how I’m going to “get away with this” and that I knew exactly what I was doing. I was really embarrassed that I received this sort of treatment for a simple misunderstanding even though I am a repeat customer. Based on my this experience, I do not plan to return here.

Theyre my favorite nail salon in Jax. Theyre friendly, courteous and professional. The salon is clean and well kept. Kim and Cindy always do amazing on my nails. The first nail techs to be able to shape my nails exactly the way I want. They listen to you and pay very close attention to detail. I love their pedicures and they have many different options. This is the only place I go to get my nails done. Highly recommend.

I had a great visit! This was the first time I got my nails done at nail avenue and it was amazing! Rose did an amazing job and let me know that it was going to be a wait and to come back and she will be able to do my nails. I came back and she did an amazing job! Im absolutely in love! Will be back in 2 weeks for my follow up!

Always great service from techs who understand me. All I have to do is ask for my nails to be done a certain way. Thicker? Thinner? Square? Oval? Pointed? No problem. Whenever I get a new set of nails I always ask for fresh tips after my nails have been cut back. They last much longer and look cleaner and they soak off the old acrylic just like I like - no picking and prying. Prices are very affordable and the products they use produce great results.Love this salon!

Dont make your eyebrows there, My favorite place is closed due to covid-19. I wanted to give that place a chance and this woman ruined my eyebrow. Totally mess up.

This the best nail salon that I have been to yet. Very clean and the staff are courteous. Had the Herbal Pedicure and Manicure with gel polish. It was the best. If I could give more stars i would. Definitely coming back again.

Prices are average, service is average, but the manager/owner never smiles, or makes an attempt to be overtly welcoming. She also looks like she doesnt trust woman around her husband God forbid you greet him like a normal person. Shell sit there with a steel face on, shooting daggers out of the corners of her eyes. He did my pedicure once, which was decent, but I was cringing the whole time because she obviously wanted to choke him, and me out. Why have him there?!?!? The last time I visited she started my manicure, and then passed it off to Kim, thank God, because at least Kim smiles slightly. But not before telling me it wasnt because of my diabetes that I shouldnt get acrylic/gel nails its because my nails are sensitive....Well, Dr. What are you doing here at a nail salon? We need you at the clinic. NS Sherlock, why do you think my nails are sensitive? Diabetes.... Yeah. And, if youre going to step away from a manicure mid-stream to challenge your phone/cable bill please do it in the back office. I even know your account # now.

Rose used a grinder on my nails and it started to burn. Ground all my nail off leaving just a little skin. Both Rose and her husband did my nails so they didnt look or feel the same. Wish they would stick with one person either Rose or her husband to do nails. Pedicures were really good.

The lady who did my nails (rose i think her name was) was beyond rude and disrespectful . We made an appointment for 11 am and they told us that they would be able to fit us in. When we walked in they were clearly too busy and it took at solid 20 minutes before they even started on my nails. The nail tech was very rough doing my nails and filed them very erratically. Will never be coming back

I absolutely LOOOVE this place! All the staff is so nice and professional, they try to give you exactly what you want and need. The store is very clean and well-kempt. It’s easier and more convenient to book an appointment rather than to just walk in because they are a very popular nail salon considering how well they do nails so they are almost always busy; but it is definitely worth the wait!

Went in without an appointment the day after Christmas. I received a gel manicure that lasted a month. First time ever! It was wonderful! The pedicure lasted as long. I hope to become a regular at this business.

I have been going to this place for over a year now. I stopped going for a few months because I was doing a lot of outside work, and even though I wore gloves, it still wreaked havoc on my nails. Just recently, I started going back. When Kim (I believe that’s her name) does my nails, I am more than happy every time I walk out. Unfortunately, this last time, the person who walked in before me at opening was seated with Kim, and a newer tech was tasked with taking care of my SNS Natural set and toe polish change. It took me several attempts to explain to her that I only wanted an SNS Natural set. No color. Unfortunately, she tore my cuticles up with the ceramic drill bit. It caused me pain on every single nail, because she was literally digging into my cuticles. But then, she finally cut into the cuticle of my thumb so far that it bled. She either didn’t notice, or just didn’t want to acknowledge it. The owners have been very sweet to me in all the time I’ve gone there, and any time I’ve had an issue, but I’ve been cut multiple times by multiple techs at this location. I’ll be moving to Lake City in a couple of weeks, so I won’t be coming back to Nail Avenue most likely, but I wish all of the techs were more gentle with their clients, like Kim is.

Went there to celebrate my sisters birthday. Everyone was very friendly. Jackie did a great job on my pedicure (w/ hot stones massage!!!!) and gelish french manicure on natural nalis. Rose was Awesome with my sister in law fill in and the young lady that did her feet was amazing!!! We will be back!!!

This is the best place in the city of Orange Park to get your nails done. The owners are marvelous and the nails are exquisite. Thinnest, acyrlic nails Ive ever had. I have never had a break. Pedicures are die for. I would suggest the royal.

I had scheduled an appointment with Cindy Four days ago after she did my gel polish. I really liked it so I scheduled appointments for my daughters. Saturday arrived the day of my daughter appointment and we were turned around in disbelief because the owner and her spouse said that Cindy was busy with another client. They did not even offer me another tech. She was so rude and told me that I could go to the mall if that’s what I want to do. I missed my nail tech that moved out of state. She was Awesome. That was the only reason for my visit to nail Avenue because I need a new place for my nails. No return for me these 2 owners have no problem ganging up on their clients which was me in front of my daughter, I made the appointment and they did not acknowledge it for the tech it was with.

So many nail colors to choose from. Makes it very hard to choose one color. Great service and very knowledgeable staff

I noticed a woman w/the prettiest French polish I have ever seen or had. I asked her where she had her nails done & she said, Nail Avenue on Kingsley Road in Orange Park/Clay County. I told her the above 1st sentence & she said,This French Manicure is called SNS. Its a powder, not liquid. I was totally fascinated by the process & Ive had never heard of or offered a SNS French Manicure. I couldnt get it off my mind, so I stopped by to ask

I went to this salon because my first experience with them was very positive, but when I went there last night it was truly one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I came in around 6:30. Not a single person said hello or asked how I was. They ushered me back to a woman named Kim who was going to do my manicure. I had recently gotten married and had gel french manicure that needed to be removed. Kim argued with me about whether or not they were gel, which they were. She continued to argue about it for 30 minutes and laughed at me about it. After saying out loud that I was very uncomfortable and that this was a bad experience, STILL not a single person asked how I was. Rather, the man who was working came over and asked his employee if she was okay.....even after I verbally said I was uncomfortable multiple times. I asked for a water, they ignored me. I specifically asked a woman (who was ignoring me and on her phone instead) if I could have a water, and she still would not even look up. Finally the man came over and gave me one. Mind you, they are still arguing about the gel nails and laughing at me. To top it off, two more customers come in and they say hello AND even ask how they are doing... which they wouldnt even do for me. Then, what really upset me was that as soon as Kim was done....she left for the evening. She didnt even wait until my nails were done drying. Im sorry, but if I was at a restaurant...I would not think it was okay for my server to leave before I did. My nails were done horribly.... its been a day and theyve already broken. Needless to say I will never be back and I really hope that no one else gets treated this way. I left truly upset and even verbalized this on multiple occasions and they didnt even care.

Came here after a co-worker recommended it and it was wonderful. I had the herbal pedi and regular mani and it was amazing. The chairs are new and very comfortable and the staff were so kind and courteous! Will definitely be there again!

Absolutely horrible!! Was trying a different location as my nail tech has moved out of state. I went on a Sunday to get my nails done (acrylic overlay) (sandy did them) first of all I had to repeatedly ask that she polish spots she missed on the side and by my cuticle because she polished so far away it looked like I needed a fill in after just getting them done. Secondly my nails starting lifting day 4, so I went back to shop to advise and all they did was put glue under my nails (7 of them lifted). The didnt use any care when doing this. I had glue on my skin and under my nail caked up and also my design was messed up as the glue ran from tip of my finger down my nail design while she was putting glue on. I will not be returning to this nail place and recommend nail addict (ann) which is one block down from them!
