When I arrived at the salon I told the lady I had Gel on my toenails and was considering regular polish. I assumed she knew I wanted a pedicure like the other salons I visit who normally give you the card once in the seat to show different service options. I sat in the seat at some point asked the gentlemen performing service was he going to do the pedicure in a very calm and professional manner. His response was Very Polite. Then the lady who did my intake walks over and exchanged a few words next the manager walked over. In a very Rude and Nasty demeanor told me they cant read my mind, NOT TO TALK TO HIM needless to say they were all talking with their clients etc. Limited English and Lack of Communication frustrated her but I thank God for his son Jesus today. Because the manager pretended for a moment Oakleaf Plantation was had transition back to SLAVERY the fashion she tried to speak to me. Been coming here off and on half since 2009 the original staff has left and I can see why.

The manicure and pedicure here is so relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place. Soothing music and beautiful interior. Welcoming staff and calming environment.

The person who did my (male) was horrible. When he cut my cuticles it hurt. The massage on my legs hurt. Not relaxing at all.I didnt notice until after I left that he had cut off a portion of my toe nail on the corner and it looks terrible. The polish was decent, but then he said that he had to go...and someone else would be doing my manicure.I waited for 5 minutes with my hands soaking in warm water. Then I thought, this is super unprofessional. (Everyone was busy, and I was not told how long I would ultimately have to wait) I then removed my hands from the water bath, paid and then I left. I will not be back.

Pedicure was mediocre at best and looked nice but she made me bleed on two separate toes. She knew she was hurting me. Also, she barely took any dead skin off of my feet which was the main purpose of going. I would skip this place and go to the next

First time customer here..this place was recommended by a family friend. I had my nails done by Nini and she was very nice. Super professional, gentle, meticulous, and I walked away super happy!! I will definitely be back.

Arrived at 7:42pm with two 5 year olds to get their nails painted. We’ve done this service at multiple other salons…Takes maybe 10 minutes per child and we’ve paid anywhere between &12-15 + tip per child. It makes them so happy especially as a reward for being good. Sign says they close at 8 but immediately upon entering at 7:42 pm we were greeted with “We are closed…come back tomorrow”. That’s pretty unprofessional…I could’ve understood if I snuck in the door at 7:59 but a whole 18 mins before your advertised closing time and you refused to provide a service which would’ve taken at most 20 mins total (max 10 mins per child). I will definitely never be back.

Ive been going here for a year. The nail artists are always nice and get the job done well. They dont judge my nails, they just fix me up so Im looking boss. I get a pedi and a acrylic set with gel polish. Theresa is a true genius. She transports you to a relaxed realm. Thank you!

Nail So Happy is the WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to. They were extremely unprofessional. They over charge and they aren’t friendly. They don’t know how to properly shape nails and they are TERRIBLE at polishing. Their attitude is not welcoming at all. The place is dirty. They don’t clean their brushes. This is my first and last time going here. I will NEVER GO BACK. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The management isn’t friendly at all and not welcoming people their attitudes towards customer is unacceptable to have a building in such nice area I asked for a face mask and the lady stated they don’t have any but she didn’t know that I could see the mask right on the desk so I pointed to the mask and even stated I would buy one she went to talking in in another language to someone else then stated we don’t sale them separately but just a few days before they gave me one freely I wouldn’t recommend going to this nail salon they need to be shet down completely

Very inconsistent.My first visit my pedicure was beautiful. The second time I visited my pedicure was horrible! That evening my heals and bottom of feet felt like they were torn up. Scaly and very rough. She used what looked to be a potato grater. I wear sneakers most of the time so my feet are generally soft, not dry. My feet were better before I had the pedicure. The application of polish was amateur. My second visit was my last.

First time back since COVID. My normal place wasnt open so I tried this place. Wonderful service. They are taking precautions very seriously. Thank you for making my feet look wonderful again.

Nails so happy is a wonderful and professional nail salon. I absolutely love my nails. They are shaped and painted perfectly. He reshaped someone else’s work because my coffin nails didn’t look coffin at all. They were round on the ends and wide but now they are narrow and pointy square shaped on the ends. This is my new nail shop.

I decided to give him another chance recently and he filed my nails after he put polish on them, so i now have no polish on half my nail, and it was the messiest polish ever!! Good customer service I had a Manicure and a pedicure. Very clean. Offers different pedicure. But no clay treatment or moisturizer treatment for your hands but I still I only paid like 15 for the Mani and 25 for the Pedi.

This was my first time coming in and I felt like I was being rushed. The man was going too fast and was doing the opposite of what I told him I wanted. They didn’t greet me when I walked in I had to say something.

I went in today to get a pedicure because this has always been a pleasant experience. First, I waited with my feet in the water in pedicure chair for an hour before he got started. He soaks my pants up to my knees. Then, once he paints my toenails he has polish all around the skin around them. He tried to fix it and makes it worse. I then just told him to please remove the polish and I would do it myself at home. The quality at this nail salon has really gone downhill. Very sad. I will not be back..Another loyal customer gone.....

Incredibly unhappy with the service I received during my manicure today. The gentleman filed my nails before and after the manicure and took off a huge majority of the polish at the top of my nails. The manicure is full of bubbles and he cut too deep into my cuticles making multiple fingers bleed and filing my nail so deep into my finger that I had to yank it away as it was bleeding for him to stop. My sister even made a comment on the painful grimace I was trying to hold in while he was doing so. All of my nails are different shapes and my polish is less than presentable. Definitely will not be returning to this location. What should have been nice and relaxing turned into painful and disappointing.

Went in showed an exact photo of what I was looking for. They said they could, then just painted a plain color. When I left there were marks and chips and after being there an hour I didnt have time to have it corrected. Its been three weeks and the nails are coming off and the way they were glued is causing my whole nail to go with it. Ill never go back.

I used to frequent this place for the 6 years weve lived in oakleaf. (Not faithfully, but this was my go to place) I DID have a good review. I walked in tonight at 6:05 for a simple pedicure, I even brought my polish. I am aware they close at 6:30. The place was empty. There was maybe 1 or two clients there, everyone else sitting around. I was told they are closed. Last time I was here, specifically asked what is an acceptable time to come in? Like, do they stop taking ppl at a certain time or if you are in by 6:30, you are good? Because I DO respect peoples time. I was told come by 6:30 and Id be taken care of. Clearly not the case. Will never go back. Turn off your neon open sign if youre closed...or if youre open and want to be lazy. Dont tell people one thing and do another. Simple business principles.

I tried this place for the first time 2 weeks ago and Ill never go back. I had an older guy doing my nails. He was too rough and my nails looked like I did them myself. When you pay they have the nerve to ask if you want to tip. If I want to tip Ill say that I do.

Nails NOT so happy!!!! They ruined my first experience getting my nails done. I asked for gel overlay and gel polish with the coffin shape. They have each nail shaped differently, they used acrylic instead of gel overlay and regular polish. To make matters worse I explained their mistake and they did not care. He even made me pay in the middle of him shaping my nails for some reason and said it was, “in case he made a mistake.” Do not go here. Also you can not rely on the pricing online. They are $10 more in the salon than what it says on their website.

DO NOT GO HERE! I received a pedicure from this company on December 6th, and at the time the customer service was acceptable. I woke up that night with pain in both of my big toes from the pedicure. The next morning my left toe had healed, but the right big toe was swollen and very irritated and continued to worsen throughout the day. Around 5PM that day, I went back to the salon and politely requested a refund. They refused to admit it was a result of the pedicure and told me that I mustve hit my foot again something at my house. They were very rude and would not speak English to each other in front of me while discussing the situation. I proceeded to tell them that I understand people make mistakes, and that all I wanted was a refund for the service. They still refused a refund. After this, I went home and observed that there was now puss coming out of the irritated toe. I will be visiting the doctor tomorrow as a result of the pain and to help prevent an infection.

My wife and daughter brought me in for a great foot treatment. Mary did a wonderful job. I will be back!!

Clean place, my pedi still looks great after 2 weeks. My Mani also was great and lasted almost 2 weeks with no chipping. Will definitely go back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. went in for a 40.00 pedicure, came out with a staph infection. Very painful, been on antibiotics for two weeks. I have pictures, they do not clean instruments. I am reporting them. Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY.

One of the workers said she would do my nails, then customer comes in behind me and she passes me off to another worker. That worker could not do fill in so it makes me wonder if he was even licenced?? I didnt even want full pedicure and it was same price... Even for my 4 yr old.... They dont tell you when a different shape nail is extra...I asked for a more almond shape. The first time the y gave me square and didnt even ask. I will not be back.

Me and my girlfriend came in at 6:02pm in a Sunday, and they were very rude and told us they were closed. I looked online and on the door snd it said they closed at 6:30. Terrible customer service and apparently lazy employees that dont want to do their jobs. Would not recommend!!

The only reason Im giving this place 1 star is because its not letting me do less. A pedicure is suppose to be relaxing, not stressful. This was the absolute WORST pedicure Ive ever had. I had to tell the guy that my water was cold twice. It got a little warmer, but still not hot. I was not offered any beverages or asked if I was comfortable. He cut me with the cuticle cutter not just once but twice and didnt apologize. He did not look at my feet while he scrubbed them. My legs were massaged really roughly, I told him to please be a little more gentle. He stopped completely. He didnt even massage my feet which was the whole reason why I wanted a pedicure. He began painting my toes then brings out the cuticle cutters again, as if he hadnt butchered my poor feet enough. My toes are in pain and throbbing at this point. The paint job was also less than average. Needless to I will never go back.

Absolutely horrible!! Spent almost 2 hours in the chair at this salon for SNS. The woman drilled almost all of my cuticles off, each nail is a different shape and length. The worst manicure I’ve ever had...and spent 2 hours of my time and $40. Never again!!

I went to get a basic manicure/pedicure...Mary who is the manager will try and charge you outrages rates...They charge extra for gel polish 15.00 when you get a 45.00 pedicure which is ridiculous...They are unprofessional as they sit there talking in their language most likely about someone...Mary is rude, no customer service ethics at all... I will never go back there again...Management change needed I’m surprised they have stayed in business this long especially with Mary there to push away customers...Word of advice STAY AWAY!!!!

Went in today for a full set . Amy was very brusque and rude . She yelled at me when I thought I was receiving a phone call from my grandaughters school . Every nail was a different size from the other matching nail. They look like claws . Terrible job . Will never go back . Could not WAIT to get out of there . There were no other customers in a 1.5 hour period. Now to go get them fixed elsewhere !!

I walked in at 7:30 and they wouldnt let me get a pedicure bc they closed in 30 minutes so I asked for a polish change. She told me to wait, so I did. There were a few people walking around doing nothing that had checked out their customers. So I asked how long at 7:45. She told me to come back tomorrow. I told her she was rude because I waited 15 minutes. She started talking loud about me coming in late and I told her to shut up and then they refused to serve me and told me to leave. They are racist and nasty I dont encourage any black people to do business with them. I have been living in the area 10 years and I have never been treated so badly in my life. Stay away!!!!!!!
