My pedicure was $43 and my ingrowns weren’t cut out the heel of my foot is still kind of rough and it took forever .My nails are okay at bestHowever Aaron does great work I’ve seen it it’s just his other employees work is not up to par with his .$81 and not satisfied at all .however the lady that did mine was at least nice .

Walked in and Aaron was there to take me straight to his table. After hearing me out on what I wanted he gave me exactly that but better! I enjoyed the cbd pedicure in literally the best pedicure chair I have ever sat in! Shape quality wine everything on point!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I came in and was told come back… I politely asked when his response “ I don’t know”. I have never been treated so disrespectfully but I guess ppl don’t care if it’s not affecting them. So I went to the mall where they do excellent nails at. I know you reap what you sow.Look at some of these nails. Uneven and unprofessional. Ppl will take anything😒…. No right place and very rude. I went up the street after and had great service. You are located in a strip with grocery store, liquor store, African hair braiding. You would rather lie than to apologize but ppl still support this.

Today is the 3rd time I have walked in to this place to only be ignored by the employees. They look up, do not speak, and go back to what they are doing. No welcome. No what can we do for you? No acknowledgement at all. Twice I just left after about 5 minutes. Today, I waited a full 10 minutes and after one employee who was in the back (apparently cleaning) looked at me several times but never spoke, I asked if I needed an appointment. They said no and went back to their customers. Thats it. Just no. The customer turned to me and said you do if you want to get in today.

This place is always clean and super friendly! The owners are are amazing and remember you even if you haven’t been in in several months or years ( I moved away and came back).They keep up with the latest nail trends and offer a variety of packages to select from.This is by far the best hidden gem in Orange Park.

Had waxing and gel polish change today. Waited a little while but they were relatively fast, just busy. Will definitely be back again.

Where do I begin? First issue was the time spent there. I was there for 4 hours not to mention the nail tech kept talking and getting up walking away to talk. She also kept turning to listen to conversation between nail tech and other client. She put the wrong color on and told me the color I picked was too dark. To take the cake she tried me and charged me $95. My service was $80 fill in gel no design and $45 spa. I called to get my money back and was told to come when they close at 7pm. Nobody was there. I won’t step foot back in there I feel like I was robbed!

I finally found a nail salon that does not hurt my toes I absolutely love this place they are amazing

Fantastic service! The lady who did my nails was very attentive to details and free handed an entire design when I asked for a flower. She took her time with my mani pedi. I hate feeling rushed since getting my nails done is the one thing I treat myself to every paycheck. The entire salon has been redone and is very clean and modern. Ill definitely be back.

First time ever I hear an excuse the color didnt come out like what was on the sample because it was See through. Wasnt even same color as the sample yet he didnt offer to fix it.I say Can you push back my cuticles and cut them?No why? Theyll just grow back are you serious???Do you offer this color without the sparkles No only colors here he didnt even bother helping me find a close enough match as a suggestion.Can you make my nails a bit narrow, not so wide he responds like.coffin nails? I reply no like a little more natural looking but not as extreme as coffin nails he responds Well they are like coffin nails and I said No not coffin nails. I dont think I ever got a yes on anything I asked.Didnt bother having my hands rinsed from all the powder, just horrible honestly.Charged full price and still have to pay someone else to fix my nails

Was there for the first time today for a fill and color and it was lovely! The nail techs do a wonderful job and are gentle not to hurt you, and quick. The cost was so reasonable too!

I went in to get pink and white ombre, which over the phone he said he could do. When i got there he looked confused and i should of walked out! I let him do it anyway and it looked HORRIBLE! Ive been going here for a while and cant believe he let me walk out w my nails like this and still charged me! I immediately went and got them done at Nails Blvd off Southside Blvd bc they know what theyre doing. Dont watch a tutorial and tell me you can do something you cant. I was rushed out the door bc it was 8pm by the time he was done and they close at 730. I asked for a refund and was denied by the manager DO NOT GO HERE. Make the drive to a different salon, it will be worth it I promise.

Made a 4:00 appointment, walked in and in a chair I I sat. The tech was friendly and attentive. All things went well until the end. I came in specifically to have a couple of hang nails removed. Well, they were still there. I made several attempts to get the attention of the nail tech while she was tending to another client. Unfortunately she wasnt about making things right. I managed to get her co-workers attention and she redid the task including the removal of the hang nails. I would return here only to have the second technician perform the entire service.

This is my first time here at happy nails and Aaron and his team has done nothing but made me feel more than welcome. My nails look great and he made sure that they were PERFECT FOR ME! My pedicure was also realizing and soothing, they have fantastic prices and fantastic friendly service! Out of all the nail salons I’ve been to here in orange Park I highly recommend you coming here and asking for Aaron!

So Ive been getting my nails done and came here because it was close to work.vi have a gel nail top and this time I decided not to get gel on them so they told me it cost $5 to remove the gel. Thats crazy I have never been charged to remove the gel before. I guess I will go elsewhere where they will appreciate my business more.

Happy nails and feet was my best experience in a nail salon yet. Staff was polite and personable. It would almost be worth the hour and 25 minutes to get my nails done here each month. I hope my schedule allows me to visit again.

The problem i find with these people is that they are very rude, they talk about all customers to their face and i know this because i recorded them having a conversation while I was getting my nails done and i had a Vietnamese friend translate it for me. The person I let do my nails there is good at that and that ONLY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE they only want your money, they Dont even say bye when you are leaving or thank you for your business.

They screwed up my nails, none of them were the same lenght, I asked for coffin style nails and all the nails came out a different shape The man who did my nails was watching the football game while doing my nails and when I complained about my nails all the other employees just stayed quiet and didnt offer to help and the original guy that did my nails raised his voice,refused to fix them for me and then tried lying to me and my other friend saying that hers are better because she payed more but she payed less she just had a better nail technician doing hers. Got my first fullset of gel acrylics at this salon and I was very happy with the outcome. I will be coming back as much as I can for fillins amd pedicures. The staff are very friendly. The worst experience ever! My cuticle was filed by the nail drill, they tried to up-charge me twice and the manicurist was very rude. I wld never recommend this place to anyone, not even my enemy!
