I tried this place today for the first time. Simon was just a doll. So sweet, and dedicated to making sure you feel welcomed and honest up front about price range. I showed him a picture of something similar I wanted and left the little details up to him to make them his own creation. Definitely think I found my new nail salon and tech. I also spoke with Rose, who was just as sweet and caring. I will absolutely be going back faithfully.

FINALLY a clean, CUTE, well managed salon that KNOWS how to treat each customer like a princess in Orange Park. I couldnt get over how clean and beautiful the place was. I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile. They offered to hold my bag while I washed my hands. Offered a drink...I chose the mimosa. The best part ( other than my PERFECT pedi and dip nail services) their interaction. I felt like a true customer and not just a number they are trying to rush through. They are professional and it shows. They aim to please and assured me if I was for any reason unsatisfied to let them know. From start to finish I felt like we were all best friends in there. I will definitely be returning.

Great time with my daughter, weve found our nail salon after 2yrs looking! Rose, Ava and Simon are all wonderful. The shop is clean, and relaxing. Rose did my daughters nails hands and feet. Ava did my pedi, and Simon my full set. All three are professional friendly, and excellent with their skill. Cant wait for my monthly mother daughter trip to Asky. Love that they are appointment only and book in small groupings, for better experience for their clients. We didnt feel rushed at all.

This nail salon is the best! They truly care about their customers. Their motto is quality over quantity and they absolutely live up to it. They tell you what they’ll charge you from the very beginning, so you’re never left guessing. I have been to a bunch of different nails salons and have never seen one that cares as much for their customers and their customers wallet as Asky does. They don’t over charge and will even help you save money if they can. Highly highly recommend this salon. Once you start coming you’ll never go to another one again. Make sure to call and make an appointment. They do accept walk ins but the customers who make appointments will come first. They’re amazing!

Will NEVERRRRR go back to this place, I was charged 95$ for a set that wasn’t even a set! He did my nails the wrong color after he said it was the powder form of the gel polish I had on my feet! He was very rude and told me next time he will turn me away at the door all because I asked for certain colors of design that he called GHETTO! On top of him training a African American women telling me to tip her and help my sister out! I will gladly turn myself away and NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN! this is not a. 95$ job!

This was my first time getting my nails done at this location and it was not only a wonderful experience but a positively memorable one. Simon is a true artist and took considerable time to make sure my nails were not only perfect but made them look natural as well. I also experienced a wonderful pedicure while sipping a mimosa. I will definitely be back and feel that I have a new nail home.

I went in to see if they would be able to fix my nails that I had gotten done at a different establishment after the other place messed them up. Although I was a walk-in Simon still helped me and did an AMAZING job fixing them. Both Simon and Rose were extremely polite while working with me. I will definitely be using them from this point on.

I saw the reviews on Google and decided to give this Spa a try. My friend Stacey and I went together . Rose and Simon are so nice. Rose did eyebrow tenting and it looks awesome. She also did my nails and did a great job. Will definitely be back.... Update 6.4 So I got eyelashes for the first time and the process takes about an hour but it was totally worth it. I love the look of my eyelashes !! It makes me look like I have makeup on when I don’t lol

First time I went Rose was very nice, patient, enjoyable! Second time I went for my fill in and a repair, she rushed me due to closing early for storm but I made my appointment with her! So I don’t understand why schedule me if you want to leave early! Secondly she passed me to her boyfriend for him to finish and the picture you can see where my skin and nail is sore from my nail being filed down so much. (This is the nail that she repaired) I shared my experiences with her via text but she said that is not her work, she didn’t do this. This isn’t the finger she repaired! I must have hurt my own nail. Wth so now I’m a liar. So she proceeds to tell me I didn’t do this but come back I will fix. Needless to say I didn’t go back and will never go back! You called me a liar basically! I have techs I go to for years at a time and never experienced this before. Bless Rose!

Amazing experience! Originally had my nails done in a small place in Georgia, but they had made a mess of my nails there; Simon fixed me up! He got me right and you cant even tell that my nails were wrecked before. Will definitely be coming back here next time I visit.

I will NEVER go back. I went in today to get a full set was charged 70$ for the worst mail set I’ve ever received and sad thing is they were so proud. I wanted a simple almond French tip with diamonds. The nails were all crooked and filed poorly. No cuticle work at all. Nails are bumpy from the acrylic the almond is not almond they’re very raggedy and un even. The polish job in the French tip was terrible and un even took up majority of the nail and he was just really odd to deal with my nails are all different lengths and came off the same night i got them done around 2:30-3 and they have all lifted and fallen off by 12am. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

The salon was very clean and relaxing. My problem was my technician kept telling me how wonderful he was and shoved my hand in my face so I could see how great he wasThe real reason I will not be going back is the $$. My nails are sharp and it only took 35 minutes from start to finish I felt rushed through and never received things that are done with most manicures. Maybe an off day but not worth my going back. Sorry

I came in about 30 minutes before it closed and was thankfully able to get my nails done for my birthday. The staff is very friendly and professional.Simon did my nails, he was very honest on what to expect with pricing and what he thought would look best for me. I was nervous that since I came in so late that my nails would turn out rushed but they werent he took his time and made sure everything was perfect which is something that is different compared to other places Ive been to. I received many compliments on my nails! This is the first time Ive left a nail salon happy about the way my nails turned out.

Simon took his time, encouraged me to say something if I didn’t like something (which I didn’t have to because they are perfect). The salon was clean (I actually witnessed each station be cleaned thoroughly between clients) the other techs stepped in as well to make sure the salon was safe and clean for all guests.
