Came here because my usual nail place hasn’t updated colors- I was a walk in and was instantly seated and helped-All of staff are very friendly and easy to make conversation with. Clean shop and great quality work.Update* I won’t be going anywhere else. Kim kills the nail game🙌🏼

These people are very friendly I really enjoyed going here and the lady that painted my feet & hands was very kind and gentle like I prefer. But my only down side is that I came in with no nail polish on my feet or hands, no fake nails on my hands, my nails are short and I asked to have gel nail polish applied to my feet and hands, thats all she did no spa no message nothing but just the polish and it cost $38.00 plus the tip I left her. So I just think thats steep for just applying polish.

Went there today with my Mother in Law, sister in law, and 5 year old daughter. We all had a great experience. The staff is extremely welcoming and nice. Kate did mine and my daughters pedicures. She was so sweet and gentle, yet did a great job. Everyone was in an open conversation and so sweet.

Goid and friendly service. Family atmosphere highly recommend. They have now changed to magic nails

Kim & Michael are fast & do great work. Kim’s skills are the best in Clay County! If you find it on YouTube, she can pretty much duplicate it! BUT! if you want her to do your nails, you better schedule an appointment- she doesn’t do walk-ins, her work takes time 😉

Best place to get a day of relaxation.. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Kim Michael is so talented and a sweet lady. I highly recommend NAIL CITY OF OP. You will NOT be disappointed.

Went in to get a fill in. Was greeted right as I walked in and told to sign in. After 30 of waiting I asked how much longer and was told 30 more min. All the while there was 2 nail techs sitting around looking at their phones. Dont waste your time like I did.

I paid $37 for a full set just to have two snap in half within a week. I’ve never had them break so easily. Also, the polish job was badly done.

My mother and I went here to both get a full set of nails and one of the nail techs ruined my mom’s nails. My set came out fine but her’s looked terrible. I think it has to do with her not wanting the gel nails. That’s why gave this place a two star review

Everyone is always nice, interactive, and funny! A very relaxed atmosphere with quality work done every time! I love coming here and always recommend this place when I meet up with anyone to get our nails done.

I came to get my eyebrows done here. I told the lady to just clean them up because I liked my eyebrows thick. The lady was already doing them as I was explaining her how liked them. The lady completely changed my arrow shape and made them curved not leaving out that My eyebrows are 90’s thin. It is soooo bad. I NEVER EVER WRITE BAD reviews, but they look so bad. Very disappointed.

I walked in there with butchered messed up nails and left with the best nails ive ever had, they even took me less then an hour to closing! I was assisted by a male. I forgot his name.

Today was my first time at Nails City...they were really friendly and it was very clean. Kate was very sweet and did a great job!

Kim does great work with a great sense of humor. First time Ive been here, had to reschedule a couple of times and they were polite and fine with it.

Absolutely horrible customer service, after waiting an hour for a pedicure I decided to leave. Never again will I waste my time.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service!! If youre too busy to assist customers you need to let them know before they sit for 20 minutes thinking they are going to have services rendered only to be told they dont have time to assist you. We were there 2 hrs before closing and had a handicapped person with us, making it difficult to get in & out of the facility & the vehicle!! Never been there before & never going back. Id have rate zero stars if I could have 😬

The staff here are experienced and it really shows! I go here for pedicures but I have watched Kim work amazing magic with some incredible nail art, ombre gel nails, etc. The RenU pedicure experience is worth the extra money (the extra melassage time alone is worth it). I even buy some of the products to use at home and no longer have cracked dry heels. I do recommend making an appointment to avoid a wait.

I got my first manicure here and within 2 days the polish was flaking off. I went back to the shop and was told that was normal. Ive painted my nails with dollar tree polish and it lasted longer than that. That flakie polish cost me $20 plus a tip.
