Did a terrible job and it ruined my whole mood for the day. I’m such a giving person that even if the outcome wasn’t how I expected I still leave a tip but due to them acting like they didn’t know how to do something that I wanted (which was fine) however, as I accepted that fact, as I told the lady that I wanted my nails cut down she acted as if it was a problem so then I said “never mind just keep it how it is” just to make her job easier. So as she proceeded to do my nails she rushed the whole time so no I did not leave a tip the service was terrible truly and my nails look ugly. Ruined my whole day.

Hai is my nail technician and i speak for myself she does an awesome job! She is very pleasant, fast, not to mention an exceptional attitude. If i break a nail Hai will fix immediately! The lady who did my nails was super patient and nice and she was quick but still neat with the polish. The only complaint I had was the wait time about 20 mins, this salon is so popular a lot of people come in to visit. Also the decor and chair massage was awesome. Mani pedi was 56

This salon has great staff and do an excellent job. I had a full set of hombre nails done and they look amazing. The staff were engaging, the location was clean, they answered my questions and the price was very on point! I highly recommend!

After a terrible experience at one salon I spent the last year doing my own nails. I wanted someone else to do them for once and gave them a chance. I showed the tech a picture and the results are bulky, the side walls are not straight, and they are all different lengths and shapes. I was watching the tech file and shape my nails and it was just so, wrong. The techs spent the entire time talking to each other super loud. My tech never spoke to me once. The gel nails are not gel, they are acrylic with gel polish on top, and they charge $13 extra for that. I will just continue doing my own soft gel nails at home. I just spent $52 on nails that I’m going to immediately go home and take off because there are no fixing nails where the side walls are ruined. I can’t wear these in public it’s too embarrassing. I shouldn’t have tipped her, but I’m trying to be a nicer person. Ugh.Update: after removing I’ve realized they are not using the proper products for acrylics. Real nail acrylic is supposed to puff up when it’s soaked in acetone, not turn to jelly. This is probably some back alley product to cut costs which is dangerous for the client.

Nails were rushed and the outcome was terrible. It took them 2 minutes to refill my nails with acrylic which was insane on its own. The sides of my nails weren’t even covered with acrylic and the polish was done terribly. There was pieces of hair and two of nails were bumpy. I went back to get it corrected and the salon was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was very nice about everything and wasn’t sure on why I was being treated rudely.. the lady that sits at the first or second desk on the right was very very rude. When they were corrected my nails, I told her they were crooked and she got even more rude.. I wasn’t really understanding. When I went back she told me to “go over there” but I wasn’t sure where exactly I was supposed to sit and she had an attitude when I asked. I don’t advise anyone to ever go to this nail salon, the work is terrible, they rush to do the work and the outcome is horrible and the customer service is really terrible. Please save yourself some time and go else where.

Super nails is amazing, i love going there and getting my nails and toes done. they do an amazing job! they are very affordable then many other nail salons, and there staff is absolutely amazing.

I’ve been going here for over 5 years and Hai whose my nail tech does an awesome job. She goes above and beyond my expectations. When I don’t like something she corrects it and doesn’t give any push back. Hai salon prices are very reasonable. Rule of thumb you pay for what you want. Last but not least her team is awesome as well always welcoming and professional. If your looking for consistency book Super Nails🥰

This is my second time going and the pedicures are GREAT. This time I tried the MANICURE with gel polish and I was not impressed at all. The manicure WAS PARTIALLY DONE. I left disappointed.

I have been getting my nails done for YEARS!!!! I went on my lunch break, she nicked my finger 2 times, my nails are extremely bumpy and so thick right up against my cuticles. My daughter could have done a more professional job then this. No personality, attitude, rough, and the most extremely unprofessional job I have ever had done on my nails.

This nail shop is not a place I would recommend to anyone. I went there with my daughter to get our nails done and they was friendly at first but once they seen other people coming in they started rushing our nails. I asked for coffin shape and I got square shaped nails. Mind you we went there as soon as they opened so that they could take their time and that didn’t happen at all. A lady came in saying she had an appointment so they lady hurried up with my nails to get her in her chair because she was a regular. Like I told the nail tech her money isn’t no better the mines. I’m paying you and not go to rush my nails because she’s a regular when I was there first. And the bad thing is a called to make sure we could get in without having a sloppy job done to our nails and it still happened. My daughter’s nail looks like she did them herself. This place is horrible!!!

Went for the first time on Sunday. Service was good but certainly not friendly. Monday morning one of the gel nails broke. Returned the salon. Service was terrible and acted put out to repair their work! Wont be back.

I have gone to this nail salon twice already. The first time, I was very impressed. It’s a nice and clean environment. The staff are friendly and seem to enjoy what they do. I have come in for pedicures both times. Tina has taken care of me both times. Tina is FABULOUS! I have tried soooo many places for pedicures in the Orange Park area and this is by far my favorite place! Thankfully, it’s right down the road from me too. I don’t wear nail polish because I like to keep my nails natural. I have left with beautiful naturally shiny nails thanks to Tina. I love the entire pedicure experience. Tina does a wonderful job, seems to truly care about the customer. I did option number 1 the first time and then went with option 2 the second time and both were great! I plan to keep coming back! :)

I tried to give this place a chance. My normal nail place is about 20 minutes from my house and I just really needed a fill in. I went yesterday and had them done. First off, what I got was not what I wanted at all. I showed a photo and the woman just did what she wanted. About 2 hours after getting them done, the paint starts to literally peel off my nails! I called because I wanted to give them a chance to fix it. The woman apologized but went ahead and fixed it for me. Thought it was okay. Just needed to make it two weeks with them until I could get to my normal place. Wouldn’t you know, today is literally the day after and the paint is peeling FOR THE SECOND TIME! I’ve never been so upset or frustrated in my life. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not waste your money here!

Got two pedicures was amazing on the spa treatment my feet and legs feel great an my mans feet look good. Could have done a better paint job On my toes, didn’t fix the polish on top of my toes. But listened to what I asked her not to do which was really nice not a lot of nail places listen so thank you ladies (-from wife)

I usually never leave reviews, but I was so impressed with my visit that I just had to. Im deploying soon and wanted to get my nails and toes done as a way to relax before hand. Let me just say that I am beyond relaxed and so happy with the outcome. She took her time, even noticed a mistake and fixed it right away. I seriously enjoyed my visit, thank you ❤️

Yes the nails may look pretty but they do not last I told her when I went in my last ones only lasted a week she acted like she didnt know why and this time day were lifting after 4 days and half popped off after 6 I messaged her several times and got left on read with no response I have also read the other reviews and several people has sand their nails only lasted a few days and she also told my friend $30 for literally a gel polish French only!then charged her 40 on her card. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and other. Theyre nothing but a scam all the way around!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Sloppy and rushed work. I asked for SQUARE as my shape, since when do squares have rounded edges??? There is polish all over my skin surrounding my nails, some of my nails are crooked, the layer of acrylic is thinner than my actually nail so these won’t be lasting long. Will not be going back.

Paid 70$ for a full set of acrylics. First time there so I wasn’t too picky and let the lady freestyle my nails, design was cute but the acrylic work was very uneven and lumpy. My nails had bubbles in them and started peeling off on their own the next day. Four days after I got them they all completely lifted and came off. Defiantly not worth it . Waste of 70$

Pedi and a full set. I was having a really good visit I liked how my toes turned out then I sat to get my nails done with a different woman. After she had applied the acrylic to all my nails she barely took any time to file them correctly. I came home and filed them myself. Second, I had asked for white tips but she didn’t use white tips she used regular ones and just painted the tips white. When she painted the clear coat over my nails the white smeared on half of them. The paint job was sloppy and you can clearly see corners that were missed and its lumpy. I asked her to fix one of my fingers and she barely did anything to it. I walked out and really looked at my nails outside in the sun and I was very dissatisfied. She didnt take the time to properly file my nails or buff them. I went back inside and pointed it out to her and I said she could have taken more time on it and pointed everything out to her. She sat me back down and touched up a few of them but still left spots I had directly pointed out. Each time I mentioned things to fix I could tell she was annoyed. I also got rhinestones on my ring finger and one already fell off. It had been over a year since I had gotten a full set and I was very excited when I got there but I left so disappointed.

New to Jacksonville and Ive been looking for a permanent nail shop for me. (Ive been to some bad ones) but this is the only shop I will ever come to. Their customer service is super friendly. The nail tech I had was so nice and very gentle (firm when she needed to be) (I got the royal pedicure) definitely will recommend this place to everyone at work. Will bring my friends! All of the staff were so nice and I really enjoyed the ambiance. The person who did my toes was great and attentive but she didn’t leave me toes clean. I got gel polish and you can see the polish that overlapped. One of the nails were a bit crooked as well. My two close friends love this place, so it may have just been a one time thing.

Eyelashes1. 1st person who did my eyelashes messed them up.2. Owner fixed eyelashes, she said she was removing all of them so I wouldnt have to come back.3. She removed fake eyelashes and my real eyelashes.4. By the next night all the fake eyelashes fell out.5. Now Im walking around with not to many eyelashes. Will never do that again.

The owner or manager that sits up front asked myself a visitor and my grandmother a local what we were having done... we said fills and pedicures. She asked “For 2?” Cut to 1 hour later arguing with me openly on the floor that we didn’t ask for nails.... she did not only NOT apologize but continued and said she already took another walk in so one of us could go. I’ve never been mishandled in a salon quite like this before! Still no apology mind you! 2 hrs and counting! Never again!

First time here & this place was clean however the pedicure wasnt great at all. I didnt like the fact that I had to tell her how to do my feet. Sloppy polish job & left with ashy feet after the pedicure. I was also charged nearly full price for my 6 year olds pedicure. Not a great first impression.

Seriously I have gotten my nails done in many different places & this place by far catered to my needs, Anne was terrific (thank you) I expressed my concerns about my ingrown nails & she addressed not just the one I pointed out but all of them 👏👏👏👏👏 I was greeted with a smile when I walked in & offered a soft drink or water before I sat down to start my pedicure 😀 great service, worth every penny.

Great service I remember my first time coming here. My nails was trouble my nail tech told me that I had 2016 nails. When I left she said I had 2019 Nails, which I did. Not to mention my first time I had a fugus on my nails. Since coming to them no fugus at all thanks ladies

The gel polish I paid 30 extra dollars for chipped on my nails and toe and she didnt go all the way down with the polish so it looked like I needed a fill in after a week and I paid 60 dollars for a fill in and to have my toes painted no design

Nice people and nice looking shop, but Im pretty disappointed in my full set. All the nails are shaped differently, some are really thick and some are really thick on just part of the nail. Its like the nail tech sped through it because they were busy. I went here because my normal shop was closed on Mondays but next time Ill just wait until my normal shop is open. If Im paying 50$ I want all my nails to be the same shape...

Their customer service is not only horrible but when I was telling the lady that my polish was lumpy she kept telling me that’s just how the color looks. I also had to keep asking her to file my nail bc it wasn’t right. She started off putting On the wrong size nails an had to take it off smh. On top of that I asked how much for what I wanted in advance an was told 30. At the time for paying I gave her my card an saw her punch in 40 so I was like I was told 30 she still proceed to charge my card even after me telling her. She lied an said she said 40. Never coming back nor will I recommend anyone. My nails are lumpy an ugly an was not satisfied!!

There’s no reason my nails should be popping off as if they’re dollar store press ons. Within three days I lost two whole gel nails and strenuous activity definitely isn’t in my routine to cause that. Not worth the price AT ALL.UPDATE: I’ve lost 7 nails with another loose. Over all I’ve got 2 nails still standing a week later.

I was going here regularly and the price keeps going up for the same work. Nails are super thick and every nail is a different length. They get nasty when you point out something you want corrected. Now you are the talk of the salon in Vietnamese.

They burned me with the wax, dropped wax on my clothes, and didnt have any oil to put on after the wax. And on top of all that, the price list is a lie. They wont tell you ahead of time how much anything costs and then they up price everything when you go to pay.
